Lt. Colonel Lakin Denied a Proper Defense in Court Martial Case

Lt. Colonel Terry Lakin is facing a court martial for refusing deployment. He believes that Barack Obama does not meet the constitutional requirements to obtain the presidency.

A judge ruled against Lt. Colonel Lakin, stating that the tribunal does not have the jurisdiction to determine said eligibility:

Opening up such evidence could be an embarrassment to the President and it's up to Congress to call for an impeachment of a sitting president.

That is amazing.  Lt. Colonel Lakin is entitled to all documentation and witnesses to defend himself, and this judge denied his right to a fair trial.  Despite refusal of a proper defense, the trial will continue.
