The Courtesans of Versailles D.C.

It took a couple of hundred years for the Beltway courtesans to turn Washington D.C. into a modern day Versailles, but they have.  The Anti-Federalist warned us of a central government that will continually strive to gather power unto itself.  And they were right.  All three branches of government have conspired to turn the states into vassalages and the citizenry into serfs.  And they have almost accomplished their goal.

Not one of these branches of government has a regard for the U.S. Constitution.  The Congress has abdicated their legislative powers to the executive branch by means of the administrative state.  The Supreme Court whimsically strikes down laws, or rewrites them (Obamacare) and uses precedent over principles, and the executive branch does whatever it pleases without consequence.  Hell, Obama is a modern day Sun King and all those in the Beltway comprise his court.

You ask about the opposition party.  You mean the republicans?  Ask the Tea Party about their faithfulness to the Constitution.  The establishment republicans are as venomous as their democratic “rivals.”  Congressman Peter King (R) of New York and Senator John McCain have been outspoken in their disdain for the Tea Party caucus.  How dare these Tea Party people have principles and represent their constituents as promised.  Don’t these upstarts know they are supposed to give lip service to the voters, while accumulating power unto themselves and Versailles D.C.?

Oh, and let’s not forget the media, or should I say street whores that spread the syphilic ideology of the statist throughout the country.  Courtesans love nothing more than a diseased fool spreading their filth amongst the potato eaters.
