The 14th Amendment is an Out Dated Civil War Relic

Well, what do you know?  Bill Clinton, also known as the Riddler for his obfuscation of the word “is”, said he would use the 14th Amendment to circumvent the Constitutional prerogatives of Congress in order to raise the debt ceiling.

Considering the record of Clinton, this should be no surprise.  His abuses of the executive office won the admiration of every deviant in the press corp.  They marveled at his ability to lie, cheat, and abuse cigars.  He was the wonder boy from Hope.  I’m beginning to believe that we should have a new definition for the word “hope”:  the unrealistic expectations from lying democratic politicians.

I say it is time we stand up and put an end to the lies the Democrats are putting forth; and I’m talking about the 14th Amendment.  This post civil war amendment was passed so as to ensure ex-slaves and their progeny were granted equal protection and due process granted to citizens under individual STATE LAWS.  The 14th also ensured that the debts incurred during the AMERICAN CIVIL WAR would be honored.

Today, we recognize that we no longer have slaves and that the; descendents of ex-slaves no longer fear exclusion from the law; and that the financial obligations of Civil War debt incurred in the 1860’s has been paid off.

We Americans should recognize that the 14th Amendment is outdated and should be repealed.  To keep the 14th Amendment in our Constitution invites a totalitarian central government; a government that has no regards for the 10th Amendment or the Republic.
