Weakness … can you smell it? It’s practically palpable and the whole world can feel it, see it, taste it, and dare I say relish it. It is so palpable that the tyrants and terrorist in the United Nations subverted the formal process of recognition of a member state by doing an end round; and in doing so rubbed the noses of the United States, Canada, and Israel in their blood stained rogues gallery carpet.
The U.N. Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization voted to approve full membership of the Palestinian Authority into its agency despite knowing that U.S. law demands that any recognition of this terrorist organization would automatically mandate withholding of funds. The United States currently provides 22% of its budget, which amounts to about $80 million.
And what was the Obama administrations response?
But according to The New York Times, “David T. Killion, the American ambassador [to UNESCO], said that the United States, ‘remains deeply committed’ to UNESCO. But he said that Monday’s decision, which he repeatedly called premature, ‘will complicate our ability to support UNESCO.’ The United States will seek other means to support the agency, Mr. Killion said, although he did not offer specifics about any avenues under consideration.”
Not exactly a stirring condemnation. But, the scum at the United Nations is probably hoping for an Obama executive order to bypass Congress. Here is the response by UNESCO on the news that the United States was following through with defunding:

PARIS - The head of UNESCO is pleading with the U.S. to reinstate funding cut off after the agency granted membership to Palestine.
Director-General Irina Bokova warned in a statement Wednesday that the move jeopardizes programs "in America's core interests," such as those fostering a free media in nascent Mideast democracies.
She said that without U.S. support, "it will be impossible for us to maintain our current level of activity."
I believe we’ve witnessed enough of the United Nation’s activity on our behalf.
And to emphasize just how anti-Semitic the United Nations is, here is the final vote and the response by this council of murderers, thieves, and tyrants:
