This guy served in Barack Obama's Department of Homeland Security. I believe this is the same guy who has ties with the Muslim Brotherhood and once tweeted Sharia is compatible with the U.S. Constitution.
Somebody should tell this moron that States' rights is part of our federalist system. That's why they call it "federalism." But hey, this guy is an Obama supporter. He has as much understanding of our Constitution as his former boss.
