Federal Judge Buries U.S. Constitution

Progressives continuously try to delegitimize our federalist system and the rule of law by attacking the U.S. Constitution.  You can go to YouTube and watch politicians laugh at the very notion of following the dictates they pledge allegiance to.  Every year we can expect the Supreme Court to gather more power unto the federal government by bastardizing the 14th Amendment.  Now we have a judge who has basically declared himself a demigod in a black robe.

Richard Posner, a member of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and a senior lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School, wrote, “I see absolutely no value to a judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, [days], hours, minutes, or seconds studying the Constitution, the history of its enactment, its amendments, and its implementation.”

“Eighteenth-century guys, however smart, could not foresee the culture, technology, etc., of the 21st century,” he continued. “Which means that the original Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the post–Civil War amendments (including the 14th), do not speak to today.”
“In short, let’s not let the dead bury the living,” Posner concluded.

Instead, let’s have living judges bury liberty, the rule of law and federalism.  This man has no business on the bench.  He should be impeached.
