Common Core Turns into Hardcore Sex Education

Holy cow!  This can’t be real.  A Jacksonville, Florida teacher demonstrated the art of dildo usage to 6th graders.  Who knew that Common Core education could turn into hardcore sexual education?

Clinton Middle School in Duval County hired 39-year-old Sharon Mercer to teach the sex education class but after the photos emerged she was suspended and the school refused further comment. Mercer claimed her suspension was an act of “bigotry” because she was a “proud member of the LGBTQ community.”

So, she’s the victim!  Is this woman completely devoid of common sense and decency?

We’re venturing into South Park Cartoon territory.  The only thing missing is a ball gag and a gerbil.

Rep. Luis Gutierrez: Obamacare for Illegal Aliens

Why should law abiding American citizens have to suffer paying high insurance premiums and outrageous deductibles that practically make their policies worthless?  Maybe we should extend Obamacare to illegal aliens too.  You know, allow them to come out of the shadows and participate in our disgust and misery.  Rep. Luis Gutierrez , the third worlds congressman, is advocating for just that.

Enacted in 2010, President Obama's healthcare reform law explicitly bars illegal immigrants from enrolling in its health insurance exchanges.

GutiƩrrez's proposal would reverse that provision, requiring undocumented workers to buy insurance like anyone else.

"It gives them access to the healthcare exchanges in ObamaCare under the ordinary rules of residency in the states in which they live and makes them eligible for subsidies if and when they file taxes — just like the rest of us," GutiĆ©rrez said.

"The goal is to make integration and inclusion real for millions of families that are locked out under current law."

Why in the hell would illegal aliens do that?  They already receive Medicaid for anchor babies.  If they get hurt, they just show up at the E.R. and dump the bills on the hospitals and the stupid citizenry that allows them to take advantage of the system.  Pay taxes?  Please.

Millennials Third Largest Demographic in North Carolina

This is an unbelievable statistic.  I had no idea millennials were this numerous in North Carolina.  Carolina Journal reported the following:

RALEIGH — One out of every three North Carolinians is a millennial. And those in the generation born between 1982 and 2004 will soon become the largest chunk of the adult population as well. But that doesn’t mean millennials will play an outsized role in the 2016 elections.

Dr. Rebecca Tippett delivered that message Monday to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society. Tippett directs Carolina Demography at the Carolina Population Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tippett explained that lower citizenship and voter participation rates among millennials suggest that their full impact on the electoral process lies more in the future than the present.

The sentiment in the above video is exactly what I posted yesterday.  I also have to wonder how many of these millennials are illegal aliens.

Russia, China and Iran Open Syrian Base of Operations

The Obama administration has decided to exit the world stage and let our ideological enemies and competitors fill the vacuum that our president has created.  China, Iran and Russia have filled the void and are now in the Mediterranean forming a base of operations in Syria.  Breitbart.com reported the following:

Earlier this week, Chinese naval vessels have allegedly traveled through Egypt’s Suez Canal and entered the Mediterranean Sea. According to a senior officer in the Syrian Arab Army, and confirmed by a Russian Senator (in the propaganda outlet Pravda), the naval vessels are headed for Syria’s Port of Tartus, and that “China has joined [Russia’s] military operation in Syria.” The reports indicate that the Chinese vessels will reach Tartus within six weeks. No explanation is given in these reports for the long time frame.

I wonder what Israel is thinking.  They have to believe the U.S. has abandoned them.  I guess we can add them to the list of American allies betrayed by the Obama administration.

This is embarrassing.  The United States is getting lectured to by an ex-KGB operative and thug.  Obama has brought this country to an all-time low.

Twenty Scientists Demand Global Warming Dissenters Face RICO Charges

Twenty so-called scientists wrote a letter to the Obama administration demanding global warming dissenters face RICO charges.  Here is that letter along with the signatories.

September 1, 2015

Dear President Obama, Attorney General Lynch, and OSTP Director Holdren,

As you know, an overwhelming majority of climate scientists are convinced about the potentially serious adverse effects of human-induced climate change on human health, agriculture, and biodiversity. We applaud your efforts to regulate emissions and the other steps you are taking. Nonetheless, as climate scientists we are exceedingly concerned that America’s response to climate change – indeed, the world’s response to climate change – is insufficient. The risks posed by climate change, including increasing extreme weather events, rising sea levels, and increasing ocean acidity – and potential strategies for addressing them – are detailed in the Third National Climate Assessment (2014), Climate Change Impacts in the United States. The stability of the Earth’s climate over the past ten thousand years contributed to the growth of agriculture and therefore, a thriving human civilization. We are now at high risk of seriously destabilizing the Earth’s climate and irreparably harming people around the world, especially the world’s poorest people.

We appreciate that you are making aggressive and imaginative use of the limited tools available to you in the face of a recalcitrant Congress. One additional tool – recently proposed by Senator Sheldon Whitehouse – is a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) investigation of corporations and other organizations that have knowingly deceived the American people about the risks of climate change, as a means to forestall America’s response to climate change. The actions of these organizations have been extensively documented in peerreviewed academic research (Brulle, 2013) and in recent books including: Doubt is their Product (Michaels, 2008), Climate Cover-Up (Hoggan & Littlemore, 2009), Merchants of Doubt (Oreskes & Conway, 2010), The Climate War (Pooley, 2010), and in The Climate Deception Dossiers (Union of Concerned Scientists, 2015). We strongly endorse Senator Whitehouse’s call for a RICO investigation.

The methods of these organizations are quite similar to those used earlier by the tobacco industry. A RICO investigation (1999 to 2006) played an important role in stopping the tobacco industry from continuing to deceive the American people about the dangers of smoking. If corporations in the fossil fuel industry and their supporters are guilty of the misdeeds that have been documented in books and journal articles, it is imperative that these misdeeds be stopped as soon as possible so that America and the world can get on with the critically important business of finding effective ways to restabilize the Earth’s climate, before even more lasting damage is done.

Climate Scientist Threatened and Harassed by Global Warming Fanatics

A climate scientist from Georgia Tech is facing the blunt end of a hockey stick from fanatics who want to politicize “global warming.”  Judith Curry agrees to some extent with the alarmists that human activity may contribute to warming, but she refuses to hop aboard the watermelon express and for that she’s paying a price.  Here is an excerpt from Watchdog.org:

“We have this politically correct, green position that all scientists are supposed to pledge allegiance to,” Curry told Watchdog.org. “I’m not going to pledge allegiance to that silliness.”

Earlier this year, Curry was one of seven climate scientists who had letters sent to their respective universities from U.S. House of Representatives member Raul Grijalva, D-Arizona, demanding they disclose “potential conflicts of interest and failure to disclose corporate funding sources in academic climate research.”

Grijalva backed down after receiving criticism of McCarthyism, but another controversial political tactic from Capitol Hill has Curry believing scientists who question the numbers and conclusions put out by organizations like theIntergovernmental Panel on Climate Change are under attack.

Last week, 20 climate scientists sent a letter to President Obama, Attorney General Loretta Lynch and the head of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy “strongly” supporting a RICO investigation similar to the way tobacco companies were summoned before Congress from 1999-2006.

These so-called scientists want to criminalize dissent?  These people are ruthless.

Confederate Flagophobia Causes School Lockdown

Confederate flagophobia caused a lockdown on a Georgia high school:

A sophomore student in Polk County, Georgia, walked through his high school’s cafeteria Sept. 23 with the Confederate flag on his backpack. The school went on lockdown status just hours after the white teenager had an altercation with two black students.
“They wanted to confront him about what he had on his backpack. What did they say? ‘Hey man, why you doing that?’” Principal Wesley Cupp of Rockmart High School told the Fox-5 Atlanta Sept. 25.
The school decided to conduct a lockdown drill after rumors spread of additional students having the flag at school, Fox-5 reported.

CAIR has to be jealous.

Central Planners Apartment Boom is About to Bust

Since the housing bubble burst, metropolitan areas have seen an exponential increase in apartment buildings.  Charlotte is no different.  The central planners’ primary interest is high density urbanization that primarily appeals to young, single professionals.  Many are concerned this building frenzy isn’t market driven, but is financed by low interest rates and wealthy Chinese investors with an EB-5 visa.

What these central planners haven’t realized is sooner or later these young people are going to marry and want families.  Living in an apartment will no longer have its appeal.  They are going to want to own a home of their own.  The question remains will these apartments retain its occupancy rate over time.  Here is an excerpt from WCNC:

Real Data found in its Fall report that there are 23 apartment buildings currently under construction, and 18 more in the planning phase. This is in addition to a steady stream of apartments opening in recent years.

"Development will eventually slow down. We can't keep up at this pace," said Dalton.

Some are even suggesting the growth uptown is experiencing with apartment buildings might be a bubble.

"There's a bubble of apartments being built. There's seems to be a tremendous amount of them coming online," said SouthEnd realtor Rob Swaringen. "It'll be interesting to see in the next five to 10 years."

Dalton acknowledged there's some concern in the community that the apartment boom might bust, but doesn't think Charlotte's at that point. He predicts some of the apartment projects won't come to fruition.

N.C. Senate Passes Bill to Crack Down on Sanctuary Cities

North Carolina’s Senate passed a much needed bill.  There must be a crackdown on employers who hire illegal aliens and the sanctuary cities that accommodate them.

 — The Senate gave tentative approval Thursday to a proposal banning local "sanctuary" ordinances and limiting food assistance for able-bodied, childless, unemployed adults.
4
House Bill 318 began as a requirement for all government agencies, state and local, to use E-Verify to check the legal status of applicants and contractors, an expansion of a law previously passed. It also forbids government agencies or law enforcement from using consular or embassy document to verify identity or residence.
1
The measure picked up additional provisions along the way, including a ban on the enactment of "sanctuary city" ordinances by any local governments in North Carolina. Bill supporters say there are "seven or eight" in the state, but named only Durham, Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Chatham County and Charlotte – cities Sen. , R-Randolph, referred to as "liberal bastions."

I can attest to that.  There are areas in Charlotte where no one speaks English.  Job sites are filled with Hispanic males.  In the meantime, North Carolina’s unemployment rate is 5.8% with a participation rate of 59.8% ranking 43rd in the country.  That is pathetic.

Germans Told to Adapt to Refugee Customs to Avoid Molestation

Europe’s refugee crisis is more than what it seems.  These Muslims aren’t coming from war torn countries.  Some aren’t even economic refugees.  These people are taking advantage of a once in a lifetime opportunity.  Here is an excerpt from the Daily Mail:

On the busy shopping street in Giessen, a German university town twinned with Winchester, migrant Atif Zahoor tucks into a chicken dish with his brother and cousin at the curry restaurant Chillie To Go.

They have left good jobs back in Karachi, Pakistan, and now want to be Europeans.

In late July the three slipped into Germany with their wives and children, using illegal documents. They live together in a five-bedroom house, rented for them by Chancellor Angela Merkel’s government, a 40-minute drive away from Giessen, which is home to the biggest migrants’ camp in the country.

‘We paid a trafficking agent for false visas to fly here to Germany,’ says 34-year-old Atif. ‘We claimed asylum and came to Giessen camp with other migrants. Three weeks ago, because we had families, they gave us a proper home.’

Atif is well-dressed and speaks perfect English. He used to be a transport manager at Karachi airport and is from a well-to-do family. Between mouthfuls of curry, he adds: ‘But there is violence between political gangs in Karachi. Lots of people are leaving for Europe. The trafficker decided that Germany was the place for us because it is welcoming refugees.’

Now those gangs are in Germany.  Muslim men are raping women and children in refugee camps. Forced prostitution is rampant.  Natives near these camps have been told to adapt to the customs of their “guests” so as not to be molested.

In other parts of the country, Germans are being told to adapt their lifestyles when migrants arrive.

Police in the Bavarian town of Mering, where a 16-year-old girl was reportedly raped this month, have warned parents not to allow their children outside unaccompanied.

Girls and women have been told not to walk home alone from the railway station because it is near a migrant centre where the rapist may live.

At Pocking, another well-kept Bavarian town, the headmaster of the grammar school wrote to parents telling them not to let their daughters wear skimpy clothing. This was to avoid ‘misunderstandings’ with 200 migrants who were put up in the school’s gymnasium over the summer, before being moved on this month.

The letter to parents said the migrants were ‘mainly Muslim, and speak Arabic. They have their own culture. Because our school is directly next to where they are staying, modest clothing should be warn... revealing tops or blouses, short skirts or miniskirts could lead to misunderstandings.’

If I were a German citizen, I do believe I would take up arms against Merkel and the traitors in parliament.  This is absolutely outrageous.

EPA Regulations Could Bring Down German Economy and E.U.

Who would’ve thought emissions regulations could not only bring down an automobile manufacturer, but also a country and possibly the European Union.  Germany could find itself in financial straits if the EPA shuts down one of its biggest employers.

Volkswagen Chief Executive Martin Winterkorn paid the price for the scandal over rigged emissions tests when he resigned on Wednesday and economists are now assessing its impact on a previously healthy economy.

“All of a sudden, Volkswagen has become a bigger downside risk for the German economy than the Greek debt crisis,” ING chief economist Carsten Brzeski told Reuters.

“If Volkswagen’s sales were to plunge in North America in the coming months, this would not only have an impact on the company, but on the German economy as a whole,” he added.

Volkswagen sold nearly 600,000 cars in the United States last year, around 6 percent of its 9.5 million global sales.

The fanatics in the Obama administration have accomplished what a refugee crisis along with Greece and other spendthrifts countries couldn’t.  This financial catastrophe could bring down the Europe Union.  Germany is the economic powerhouse in the region.  Lecherous countries need a productive workforce to feed off.  It is quite astonishing that a regulatory agency could have that much power.

San Francisco Harasses Iconic Gun Store into Shuttering Business

The three legs on a liberal stool are harass, regulate and tax.  God forbid you happen to own a business that doesn’t comport with their sanctimonious ideology.  An iconic San Francisco gun store is shutting down after years of business.

Ever since it was opened in the 1950s by a celebrated Olympic shooter, High Bridge Arms has been a defiant fixture in San Francisco's Mission District, but a coming wave of new firearms restrictions has prompted the last gun shop in the liberal City by the Bay to pack it in.
The proposed new city regulations, which could only be aimed at High Bridge Arms, would have required the shop to take and preserve video of all transactions and turn customers' personal data over to police on a weekly basis. General Manager Steven Alcairo said the shop's owners finally threw in the towel after years of what they consider being unfairly targeted with burdensome rules and regulations. Past regulations have required the shop to bar ads and displays from its windows and install cameras and barriers around its exterior. The shop has 17 cameras as it is, and turns video over to police on request, he said.
"This time, it's the idea of filming our customers taking delivery of items after they already completed waiting periods," Alcairo said. "We feel this is a tactic designed to discourage customers from coming to us.
"This year, it's this and next year will probably be something else," Alcairo added. "We don't want to wait for it."

San Francisco is in the United States, right?

Sen. Marco Rubio's Stealth Amnesty

I don’t trust Senator Marco Rubio.  His collusion with the likes of Senators Schumer, McCain, Durban, and Graham on granting amnesty to unknown millions of illegal aliens rubbed me the wrong way and I certainly doubt he has changed his mind.  Come to find out he hasn’t.  Here is an excerpt from Doug Ross Journal:

In a September 21 interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, Rubio said that within 10 or 12 years — which would be after the U.S. foreign-born population has swelled above 51 million on current trends — “you could have a broader debate about how has this worked out and should we allow some of them [the illegal foreign-born] to apply for green cards and eventually citizenship.”

In a quote provided yesterday to New York Magazine, Rubio’s spokesman made clear that Rubio’s position on citizenship for illegals has not changed since he worked with President Obama and Senator Schumer on the “Gang of Eight Bill.”

Rubio’s spokesman declared: “Marco has repeatedly stated — and did so again last night — that he is open to green cards after 10 years.”

Senator Rubio, the republican establishment and the donor class maybe open to green cards for everybody.  The American people aren’t.

Obama's U.N. Ambassador Signs Marxist Utopian Program

Once again, the Obama administration uses a pen and a phone to implement Marxist utopian idealism at the expense of American sovereignty.  This time President Barack Hussein Mussolini empowered his ambassador to sign off on a United Nations Sustainable Development program and then quoted a renowned communist.  Gateway Pundit reported the following:

These “goals“, designed to eradicate world poverty and fight Climate Change, include the Socialist ideals of universal healthcare, universal education, universal employment, and wealth redistribution, all of which must in place by 2030.

On Thursday night, the eve of the U.N. Summit, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., Samantha Powers (pictured above), gave a speech in support of the new U.N. Sustainable Development goals where she quoted Communist influenced economist, Amartya Sen:
“I want to open my remarks with a quote from the master, “Development requires the removal of major sources of unfreedom: poverty as well as tyranny, poor economic opportunities as well as systematic social deprivation, neglect of public facilities as well as intolerance or over-activity of repressive states.” This goes to the essence of Goal 16 in the SDGs, which as you know world leaders will adopt within the next few hours. But it was written nearly two decades ago – by Amartya. And, I would only say, I wish the world had come around to his vision a little bit sooner – we could have probably spared a lot of people a lot of heartache.”

We’re governed by traitors and fools.  Does anyone have an idea how they’ll implement this utopian nonsense?  I’m sure they’re looking upon the American people with a covetous eye.  Here are a couple of excerpts from their declaration:

Section 27:

We will seek to build strong economic foundations for all our countries. Sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth is essential for prosperity. This will only be possible if wealth is shared and income inequality is addressed.

Section 28:

We commit to making fundamental changes in the way that our societies produce and consume goods and services. Governments, international organizations, the business sector and other non-State actors and individuals must contribute to changing unsustainable consumption and production patterns, including through the mobilization, from all sources, of financial and technical assistance to strengthen developing countries’ scientific, technological and innovative capacities to move towards more sustainable patterns of consumption and production.

Here is the price tag for this global initiative as reported by the Guardian:

The world’s development agenda is about to become more expensive than ever. At the UN’s Third Financing for Development conference, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, between 13-16 July, world leaders will look for ways to pay for the ambitious and costly sustainable development goals (SDGs), which include ending poverty and achieving food security in every corner of the globe by 2030.

Addis is about moving from billions in financing commitments to trillions.

The specific targets for each goal, which have not been formally agreed yet, will take over from the millennium development goals (MDGs) at the end of the year. According to UN estimates, for the new goals to be met will require as much as $11.5tn a year, $172.5tn over the 15-year timeframe.

That’s trillions, folks.  Since this is a government sponsored project, you can expect the price tag to go up a hundredfold by the time they’re through.

Pope Francis: It's a Third World After All

It’s endless Pope Mania.  The news cycle is dominated by the pontiff’s U.S. visit and I’m already sick of it.  I’m especially irked at being lectured to by a third world Marxist, global warming fanatic who believes the golden rule exempts invasions.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

I can tell you most definitely, I would not bust into my neighbors house and then take his job.  Nor would I squat in the middle of his living room and drop an anchor baby then hand him a bill demanding payment for food, clothing, shelter, education, and medical care.  But somehow this pope believes the “immigrant” cause is just and American citizens are a bunch of wasteful, greedy bastards who are contaminating the planet with voracious consumerism.

Why is it always Americas fault?  Why don’t liberals and this pope point fingers at Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala and the rest of the third world?  Why doesn’t anyone address the causes of a mass migration from Latin America?

The answer is simple.  The policies that Pope Francis and his liberal buddies lecture us on are the root cause for the economic disaster in Latin America.  If liberals are successful, they could turn the U.S. into a third world hell hole too.

Here are some of the basic principles for a country’s economic success:

  • The rule of law
  •
  • Limited government
  •
  • Cheap dependable energy
  •
  • Property rights
  •
  • Abolishment of punitive taxation and regulations
  •
  • Christian Morality and culture

Alexis de Tocqueville made the following observation:

The Constitution of the United States is akin to those fine creations of human endeavor which crown their inventors with renown and wealth but remain sterile in other hands.

Contemporary Mexico has illustrated this very thing.

The Mexicans, aiming for a federal system, took the federal constitution of their neighbors, the Anglo-Americans, as their model and copied it almost exactly. But although they transported the letter of the law, they failed to transfer at the same time the spirit which gave it life. As a result, they became tangled endlessly in the machinery of their double system of government. The sovereignty of states and Union entered into a collision course as they exceeded the sphere of influence assigned to them by the constitution. Even today Mexico veers constantly from anarchy to military despotism and back again.

Tocqueville further observed:

To the south, the Union has one point of contact with the Mexican Empire, where one day serious wars may well develop. But for a long time to come the backward state of civilization, the degeneration of its morals, and its extreme poverty will stand in the way of any hope of achieving high status among nations

Mexico has vast energy resources.  However, their country is corrupt.  The oil industry is state owned.  Graft and bribes are common, if not expected.

Reuters identified more than 100 Pemex contracts signed between 2003 and 2012, worth $11.7 billion, that were cited as having serious problems by the Federal Audit Office of the lower house of the Mexican Congress. The allegations ranged from overcharging for shoddy work to outright fraud. The deals were worth about 8 percent of the $149 billion in Pemex contracts registered in Mexico’s federal contracting database in that period.

Pemex almost always disregards these warnings. From 2008 to 2012, the most recent year of available data, the congressional auditors issued 274 recommendations that Pemex take serious action over contract irregularities – either press criminal charges, discipline employees or claw back money.

The company issued responses to 268 of the cases. In only three of them was action taken. The result: A handful of employees received suspensions. Pemex’s internal control office dismissed 157 of the cases. As of last month, 108 were unresolved.

“In Mexico, no one gets punished,” said Arturo Gonzalez de Aragon, a former head of the Federal Audit Office, known in Mexico by its Spanish acronym, ASF. “If you don’t punish anyone, impunity becomes a perverse incentive for corruption.”

Pope Francis should address the causation of the third world’s poverty instead of importing their problems to America.  The world will not benefit by turning the United States into a third world hellhole.  It maybe a small world, but it needn’t be one replete with poverty and despair.
