The Next Civil War will be Regional in Nature

I tend to agree with this guy's analysis.  If a civil war breaks out in the United States, it will be regional and spontaneous in nature.  This will be an urban vs. rural conflict within each state.  Once this conflagration happens, it will spread throughout the country.

If an insurrection where to happen, Congress has the authority under Article One, Section Eight to call forth the "militia."  That will be interesting.  We already have neighbor taking up arms against neighbor.  I wonder how that's going to work out.

Let's not forget the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 prohibits the use of the military within our borders.  Can we expect fidelity of the law from the president of the United States?  If a liberal is in office the answer is a resounding, no!
