A Tribute to the Utopian Ideology Known as Communism
Recently, a college professor declared Stalin was a victim of Western propaganda, and that he didn't commit the crimes attributed to him by the evil capitalist. Well professor, here is a tribute to your utopian ideology.

Celgard's Green Energy Sales Problem
Don’t look now, but another “green energy” company
is having financial problems. Celgard
just announced that 40 workers will be laid off. I remember in 2010, Congressman Larry Kissell
mailed brochures bragging about how much pork he brought to his district. Celgard was one of the recipients of the Stimulus
program. Here is what he had to say:
"Celgard's expansion and this new green job training is the
type of help the RECOVERY ACT was meant to bring and why I'm proud I supported
it. Cooperation at levels of government, along with private enterprise, is what
will fuel our economic recovery." - Rep. Larry Kissell
The other piglet, Sen. Kay Hagan, also bragged about
Celgard on her website. Here is the end
result of wasted taxpayer monies:
Celgard is a subsidiary of
Charlotte-based high-tech manufacturer Polypore. In its most recent quarter,
Polypore reported that net sales slumped 6.5 percent, to $177.6 million, and
profits fell to $14.2 million. That’s down from $23.6 million in profits during
the same quarter last year.
Sales of the company’s electric
drive vehicle and electronics products fell to $43.5 million, down from $56
million in the same quarter last year. Operating income for the segment was
down by more than 50 percent, falling to $10.5 million from $26.5 million a
year ago. Lower production levels of electric drive vehicles were cited as the
main cause.
Politicians have touted Celgard as an example of a successful clean energy company. Celgard received a $49 million grant from President Obama’s stimulus program, and he made a speech at the company in 2010.
The company also received $18.6 million in state and local incentives to help expansion at its Concord plant. The company opened the 150,000-sqare-foot facility, which it said brought 250 new jobs, in July 2011.
That’s a lot of money this company
has sucked from the taxpayer teat. I
wonder how long they’d last without government assistance. I suspect not long.

U.S. on the Road to Argentinian Crying Game
What are the consequences of a $16 trillion dollar
debt; a president who can’t get a single legislator to vote yea for one of his
budgets in 4 years; and a Senate that has also refused to pass the same during
the tenure of aforementioned president?
Argentina is the answer to that question. Last week, a U.S. federal court ruled in favor
of a plaintiff over a debt:
Argentina is refusing to budge in its billion-dollar debt showdown
in New York federal court, preparing an appeal Monday that it hopes will stave
off another devastating default.
Judge Thomas Griesa left Argentina without any wiggle room,
ordering the government of President Cristina Fernandez to pay $1.3 billion
into an escrow account for the so-called "vulture funds" by Dec. 15,
even as it pursues its final appeals.
If Argentina pays the plaintiffs, then lawyers representing other
holders of defaulted debt, totaling more than $11 billion, are expected to
demand immediate payment as well.
If it refuses, the judge said the Bank of New York Mellon must
stop payment on the quotas Argentina has religiously honored to a much bigger
group of bondholders who agreed to provide the country with debt relief in 2005
and 2010. That group together holds more than $20 billion in restructured debt,
and some of them announced they too would appeal.
The ruling in favor of NML Capital Ltd., a fund run by billionaire
Paul Singer, was issued just before the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend, and
the consequences for Argentina were severe. The value of Argentina's
restructured bonds slipped in Monday trading, and the cost of insuring this
debt against default jumped 51 percent on Friday alone, according to data from
Factset.
This is where we are heading. If the
United States can’t get a handle on its debt we will become Argentina. We can expect the same kind of treatment from
our creditors. I can foresee this
country become a defendant in a Chinese court.
We can expect confiscation of our assets. A plaintiff had an Argentine naval training
ship seized in the port of Ghana as collateral.
And
since Argentina is strapped for cash, the government began to seize private
property. Anyone who had a pension fund in
2008 kissed that goodbye. Oil companies
were forced into buyouts which handed controlling interest over to the
government; reminiscent of Venezuelan’s Hugo Chavez and his expropriation
madness. Now foreign investment has come
to a halt. But that’s just the
beginning.
BUENOS
AIRES—Argentina plans to seize and auction off both the broadcast licenses and
the cable TV and fiber-optic Internet networks owned by any media company that
flouts a controversial media law.
The
country's top court looks likely to rule on the constitutionality of the law,
which opponents say not only violates constitutionally protected
private-property rights, but threatens free speech as well. The auction plans were confirmed Wednesday by Martin Sabbatella, who heads the federal agency created to enforce the law which critics say targets top media conglomerate Grupo ClarÃn SA and its most profitable business unit, Cablevisión.
Later
Wednesday, Congress passed a law that allows the government to bypass federal
appeals courts and take its case against directly to the Supreme Court.
The
companies have until Dec. 7 to present plans to sell off all broadcast licenses
and related assets that exceed a quota established by the media law. If they
don't, the government will begin the process of auctioning off the assets after
the deadline, Mr. Sabbatella said at a news conference.Another media group, Uno Medios, which also provides cable TV and Internet services around the country, will be similarly forced to sell its broadcast licenses, cable TV and Internet infrastructure or see them forcibly auctioned off.
I’m sure Argentina won’t cry for the United States when we have our financial collapse.

Scary Elevator Prank
I believe I would've had a heart attack.
Sandra Fluke is "Teat Squawker of the Year"
Sandra Fluke, the nation’s most notorious teat squawker, is in contention for Time Magazine’s “Person of the Year.” Fluke is an advocate for “free” birth control. She believes a Catholic university should be forced to provide her with contraceptives and abortions. Religious liberty means nothing to this woman/child. Screw the First Amendment, where is my “free stuff.”
Sandra Fluke isn’t the only totalitarian who has

Mussolini, Hitler, Stalin and Barack Obama have all been honored with the title

Homeland Security's Taxpayer Funded Teat Sheet for Immigrants
If you want a confirmation of America’s decline, all
you have to do is visit the Department of Homeland Security’s website. There you’ll find an immigrant cheat sheet to
the taxpayer teat. Don’t look down, you
might just find a foreigner dangling from your areola.
“Welcome to USA.gov,” a website maintained by the Department
of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), bills
itself as the “primary gateway for new immigrants to find basic information“Depending on your immigration status, length of time in the United States, and income, you may be eligible for some federal benefit programs
“Government assistance programs can be critically important to the well-being of some immigrants and their families. Frequently, however, there is a lack of information about how to access such benefits. Benefit programs can be complicated and you may be given misleading information about how they operate.”
A long time ago, Americans didn’t allow this to happen. Immigrants had to prove their worth as citizens, if they couldn’t provide for themselves, they would’ve been deported. The Progressives have changed that standard:
A "public charge" is someone who cannot provide for himself and thus relies on public assistance for a substantial part of his livelihood; it is someone who is a charge, or responsibility, of the public.6 Individuals who are deemed as likely to become charges of the public are excluded from entering the United States. If an immigrant becomes a public charge, he may be deported. With the rise of the welfare state in the United States since the Progressive Era, public assistance has increasingly come through the civil government; however, public aid historically had a heavy private sector, voluntary, charitable aspect.
The policy of excluding potential public charges seeks to ensure that individuals unable or unwilling to sustain themselves not burden society. It embodies the idea that an immigrant should be self-sufficient and contribute to the society granting him the privilege of becoming a new member. It is one of the conditions of the social contract. Immigration policy relates to the choosing among foreigners those whom a country will accept. Designating public charges as excludable rests within the rights of a sovereign nation to decide on those to whom to grant admission or the right to remain.
Immigrants once thought American
streets were paved with golden opportunity; now they see food stamps and “free
health care.”

Do the Democrats really want to avert the fiscal cliff crises? I don’t believe they do. I believe they want it to happen. For them, it’s all about politics and this past election demonstrated that a majority of the voters want a paternalistic government that panders to their needs. A responsible government is not what the people want. Today’s Americans don’t want to earn money the old fashioned way; they want to confiscate it. And the Republicans are just a bump in the road on the way to the candy store.
Republicans would most likely bear most of the public blame if policymakers deadlock. The Pew Research Center found that 53 percent of Americans would fault GOP lawmakers if Washington fails to avert the fiscal cliff; only 29 percent would point the finger at Obama.
“This is very, very important that we hang in
there to essentially get the revenue component,” said Rep. Peter Welch (D-Vt.).
“I favor an agreement before Jan. 1, but I’m skeptical that our leadership may
be able to reach one. If it’s necessary to wait to get a good deal, let’s do
that.”
Murray declared in a speech this summer that
she would push budget negotiations into 2013 if Republicans don’t cave on taxes
for the rich. The fourth-ranking Senate Democrat repeated the threat in a Nov.
11 interview on “This Week.”
“If the Republicans will not agree with that,
we will reach a point at the end of this year where all the tax cuts expire,
and we’ll start over next year,” Murray said. “And whatever we do will be a tax
cut for whatever package we put together. That may be the way to get past
this.”
The fiscal cliff is a $503 billion mix of tax
increases and spending cuts that experts predict will shock the economy in 2013
unless Washington devises a solution to avert it before the end of the year.
The cliff includes not only the Bush-era tax cuts and the automatic budget cuts
known as the “sequester” but also the payroll tax cut, jobless benefits and
reimbursement rates for doctors who serve Medicare patients.
Spending is our problem. Throwing more money down the Potomac Black
Hole is not the solution. Unfortunately,
we’re going to witness the demise of the republic within our lifetime.

Pravda: American Illiterates Voted for Obama Second Term
Pravda, once the mouthpiece of the Soviet Union, summed up the 2012 election:
Putin
in 2009 outlined his strategy for economic success. Alas, poor Obama did the
opposite but nevertheless was re-elected. Bye, bye Miss American Pie. The Communists have won in America with
Obama but failed miserably in Russia with Zyuganov
who only received 17% of the vote. Vladimir
Putin was re-elected as President keeping the NWO order out of Russia while
America continues to repeat the Soviet mistake.
After
Obama was elected in his first term as president the then Prime Minister of
Russia, Vladimir Putin gave a speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos,
Switzerland in January of 2009. Ignored by the West as usual, Putin gave
insightful and helpful advice to help the world economy and saying the world
should avoid the Soviet mistake.
Recently,
Obama has been re-elected for a 2nd term by an illiterate society and he is
ready to continue his lies of less taxes while he raises them. He gives
speeches of peace and love in the world while he promotes wars as he did in
Egypt, Libya and Syria. He plans his next war is with Iran as he fires or
demotes his generals who get in the way.
I take issue with a couple of Pravda's assertions, but agree with the overall sentiment, especially this one:
President Vladimir
Putin could never have imagined anyone so ignorant or so willing to destroy
their people like Obama much less seeing millions vote for someone like Obama.
They read history in America don't they? Alas, the schools in the U.S. were conquered
by the Communists long ago and history was revised thus paving the way for
their Communist presidents.
Sad but true,
folks. Sad but true.

Idiots: The New Code Word for Democrats
The demagogues keep sliming along. The Democrats found the race card an effective tool. And they’re going to milk that slug for all its worth. Rep James Clyburn is one of many operatives who see the advantages of exploiting the idiots of America to avoid addressing meaningful issues.
"You know, these are code words," Clyburn, the third-ranking Democrat in the House, told CNN. "We heard them during the campaign — during this recent campaign we heard Sen. Sununu calling our president lazy, incompetent, these kinds of terms that those of us, especially those of us who were grown and raised in the South, we would hear these little words and phrases all of our lives and we'd get insulted by them.
"Susan Rice is as competent as anybody you will
find, and just to paste that word on her causes problems with people like
[incoming Congressional Black Caucus Chairwoman] Marcia Fudge and certainly
causes a big problem with me," he added.
Actually, I believe that should be the new code word for Democrats. Idiot aptly describes these teat squawking morons.

Democratic Party: White Men Need Not Apply
Barack Obama doesn’t believe “white men” are part of

in with the Democratic Party’s meme.
(CNSNews.com) – Fresh off his reelection, President

being polled to check off which “constituency groups” they identify with –
there are 22 groups listed but not one for “whites” or “men.”The post-election survey, distributed through www.barackobama.com to “take this organization forward,” includes the question, “Which constituency groups do you identify yourself with? Select all that apply.” It then lists 22 groups.

Sh%t Southern Women Say
Bless your heart.
Canada is Land of Opportunity for Unemployed Americans
Another four years of an Obama administration is not
good news for the American worker, or the energy industry. The year 2013, promises to be the year of the
Environmental Protection Agency and there is nothing to stop them from their
radical agenda. This agency is so radical
that the administrator uses secret email accounts to hide her intentions from
the general public, which is against the law.
A House committee
has launched an investigation into whether EPA
Administrator Lisa
Jackson used an email alias to try to hide correspondence from
open-government requests and her agency’s own internal watchdog — something that
Republican lawmakers said could run afoul of the law.
The science committee
has asked Ms.
Jackson to turn over all information related to an email account under the
name of “Richard Windsor,” which is one of the aliases identified by a
researcher looking into the EPA.
The committee has
also asked the White
House’s lawyer and EPA’s
inspector general to look into the matter and report back by the end of this
month, saying that the secret email accounts could have been used to keep key
information from official watchdogs as well as the public.
EPA
did not respond Friday night to a request for comment.
But there is hope for those who are out
of work. Canadian energy companies are
prospering and need manpower. And when
one industry is booming, that has a ripple effect on everyone else, and that is
something Americans won’t see in an Obama economy.
U.S. workers, Canada wants you. Here in the western province of Alberta, energy companies are racing to tap the region's vast deposits of oil sands. Canada is looking to double production by the end of the decade. To do so it will have to lure more workers — tens of thousands of them — to this cold and sparsely populated place. The weak U.S. recovery is giving them a big assist.
Canadian employers are swarming U.S. job fairs, advertising on radio and YouTube and using headhunters to lure out-of-work Americans north. California, with its 10.2% unemployment rate, has become a prime target. Canadian recruiters are headed to a job fair in the Coachella Valley next month to woo construction workers idled by the housing meltdown.
Do you want food stamps or a paycheck? The Great White North is giving the unemployed American a dignified alternative. All I have to say is thank God Canada has a border; otherwise the EPA would squash their prosperity as well.

Ding Dong, Hostess is Dead
Ding Dong, Hostess is dead. Union president Frank Hurt released a statement explaining why the pastry king had to die. They knew they were ringing the death knell of this company. They even refused to accept phone calls from the CEO over a month ago. Here is an excerpt:
“When a highly respected financial consultant, hired by Hostess, determined earlier this year that the company’s business plan to exit bankruptcy was guaranteed to fail because it left the company with unsustainable debt levels, our members knew that the massive wage and benefit concessions the company was demanding would go straight to Wall Street investors and not back into the company.
“Our members were aware that while the company was descending into bankruptcy and demanding deep concessions, the top 10 executives of the company were rewarding themselves with lavish compensation increases, with the then CEO receiving a 300 percent increase.
“Our members decided they were not going to take any more abuse from a company they have given so much to for so many years. They decided that they were not going to agree to another round of outrageous wage and benefit cuts and give up their pension only to see yet another management team fail and Wall Street vulture capitalists and 'restructuring specialists' walk away with untold millions of dollars.
“Throughout this long and difficult process, BCTGM members showed tremendous courage, solidarity and devotion to principle. They were well aware of the potential consequences of their actions but stood strong for dignity, justice and respect.”
Now, you’re standing in the unemployment line and buying groceries with food stamps. How is that dignity, justice and respect working for you?

To Tariff, or not to Tariff: That is the Question
There
is such a demand for renewable energy that two foreign owned companies are
laying off workers. Even a tax credit
worth $84 million couldn’t help this pie-in the-sky fantasy. The Heritage Foundation reported the
following:
A
pair of foreign-owned solar companies that benefited from a combined $84
million in Energy Department tax credits have announced they will lay off
employees.
One
of the companies, German-owned SolarWorld, was integral in the fight for tariffs against the
importation of Chinese photovoltaic solar panels. The other, Chinese company
SunTech, blamed those tariffs for its own layoffs.
Both
companies benefited from the Energy Department’s stimulus-funded Advanced
Energy Manufacturing (48C) Tax Credit. The 48C credit is worth up to 30% of the
cost of manufacturing qualifying green energy projects. Both companies announced this week that they will shed some employees. SolarWorld, which announced a 47% revenue decline in the third quarter, blamed a potential 37 layoffs at its Oregon plant on “illegal” Chinese trade practices.
SunTech
said the U.S. International Trade Commission’s
35.95% tariff on Chinese solar panels was partially responsible for the 50
impending layoffs at its Arizona production facilities.
To
tariff, or not to tariff: that is the question.
I have a better one: why don’t we let the market place determine the
worth of these companies?
Just
think, we have four more years of these incompetent boobs running the
country. Isn’t that comforting?

Sen. John McCain Levels Charge of Incompetence and Corruption at Barack Hussein Obama
Finally, we have a handful of senators who’ve grown
a pair and are demanding an investigation into this Benghazi fiasco. John McCain stood on the Senate floor and
stated the obvious:
“This
president — this administration — has either been guilty of colossal
incompetence or been engaged in a coverup, neither of which is acceptable to
the American people. I speak as a friend of Christopher Stevens, I speak as a
person who knows something about warfare, I speak as something of an authority
— that this attack could have been prevented if the information on the ground
had been taken into consideration.”But this corruption also pervades through the upper chamber of Congress. Senator Harry Reid refuses to allow just such an investigation.
WASHINGTON — The Democratic leader in the Senate is rejecting Sen. John McCain's request for a Watergate-style congressional committee to investigate the deadly Sept. 11 raid in Libya.
In a letter Friday to McCain, Sen. Harry Reid said he refuses to allow the Senate to be used as a "venue for baseless partisan attacks." Reid said several committees in the House and Senate are already investigating the attack that killed four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens.
McCain and two other Republicans had introduced a resolution this week calling for the special panel. Reid said the election is over, and it is time to end the politicization of national security.
Since when is an attack on one of our consulates, resulting in the death of four Americans a politicization of national security? Let’s not forget the outright lie that a video criticizing the false prophet Muhammad was the catalyst. These Democrats really believe the American people are stupid sheeple. Well, maybe half the population is, after considering this past election.
And how is it that Senator Harry Reid can have so much power that he can thwart not only an investigation on Benghazi, but also not provide a budget in three years? Maybe Senator McCain should level the charge of incompetence and corruption at the man from Searchlight, Nevada as well.

Gov. Beverly Perdue Forces Obamacare Down North Carolinians Throat
Governor Beverly Perdue just had to punch the
citizens of North Carolina in the stomach one more time before departing
office. She took it upon herself to
declare that the Old North State will partake in Obamacare by instituting a
federal-state partnership in establishing government run health care exchanges.
During her tenure, Republicans have made impressive
gains in both the General Assembly and state congressional delegations. Yet despite the overwhelming repudiation of
the Democratic Party and their policies, Gov. Perdue forced an unpopular
program down our throats. But there is
still hope.Senate leader Phil Berger blasted Perdue for making a decision on an important issue that he said should have been left until McCrory takes office.
“Let’s set the record straight – it is not necessary or appropriate for Gov. Perdue to prematurely declare her intent to establish a state-federal partnership exchange,” the Eden Republican said in a statement. “The initial deadline for the state to make this declaration is February 15, 2013 – three months from today. The voters elected a new legislature and governor last week and policy decisions of this magnitude should be left to them.”
Berger said he did not object to the state applying for federal grants to pay the state’s costs “as long as it does not frivolously spend the tax dollars until the new leaders determine the next steps.”
Pat McCrory may want to leave the windows open at the governor’s mansion for awhile after he moves in. It’ll take a couple of days to air the stench of corruption out.

Blue State Stockholm Syndrome
Last year I read an article about a Michigan based
company and their Obamacare dilemma. An
excise tax on medical equipment would cripple their industry, causing major
layoffs. Here is an excerpt:
"If this tax is implemented in 2013, it will undermine our
industry's ability to create and maintain good jobs in the U.S., and worse,
will lead to higher costs for patients, undercutting one of the primary goals
of health care reform," the head of a major medical device industry trade
group warned
in July
Stryker CEO Stephen MacMillan hinted at such a response to the
Obamacare provision in September. "There is no doubt that we're already
starting to think about actions that offset that additional tax," he said
at a conference, according to MassDevice.com.
""Here we are, one of the greatest industries in the country, and
we're staring down on January 1st, 2013 and the addition of a 2.3 percent excise
tax, while meanwhile on the other side all the discussion in Washington is
about creating jobs," he added.Any reasonable person would’ve thought that the owners of this company would do whatever they could to defeat Barack Obama and his anti-business acolytes; not so. Here is the political activities of the heir to Stryker Corporation:
Jon Stryker is heir to the Stryker Corporation, one of the largest medical device and equipment manufacturers in the world. Stryker’s grandfather was the surgeon who invented the mobile hospital bed. The company now sells $8.3 billion worth of hospital beds, artificial joints, medical cameras, and medical software every year.
Stryker, a member of the Forbes 400 list, was one
of the top five donors to the Obama campaign. Having donated
$2 million to the Priorities USA Action super PAC, Stryker also gave $66,000 in
contributions to Obama and the Democrat Party.
Prior to the 2012 election, Stryker contributed millions to help Democrat
candidates in his home state of Michigan. He also gave nearly $250 million to
groups supporting gay rights, transgenderism, and the conservation of apes. In
January, his Arcus Foundation donated $23 million to Kalamazoo College for an endowment to fund a
center for social justice leadership.
Stryker's corporation is part of an industry that has been a big
loser at the hands of Obamacare. Having refused to get on board with the
White House and the Senate Finance Committee when the law was being crafted in
2009, the medical device industry was punished with an excise tax of 2.3% of
their revenues, regardless of whether they make a profit.
And what was the end result of Mr. Stryker’s generous contributions to Barack Obama, the
Democratic Party and their one issue constituents:
Stryker Corporation has announced
that it will close its facility in Orchard Park, New York, eliminating 96 jobs
next month. It will also counter the medical device tax in Obamacare by
eliminating 5% of their global workforce, an estimated 1,170 positions.
What could be the cause of this derangement? Could it be Blue State Stockholm Syndrome?

To Secede, or Not to Secede: That is the Question.
To secede, or not to secede: that is the question. Many Americans are contemplating that right
now. This past election demonstrated
that half the populace has rejected personal responsibility and self-government;
basically the American way of life. We
have more takers than participators, and that model is unsustainable.
A great awakening has happened. Unfortunately, it comes in the form of
secession. Twenty-three states have submitted
a petition to disband the political bonds that was once considered our union. But those principles outlined in The Declaration of Independence were rejected a long time ago. The Progressives of the 1800’s deemed We the
People no longer have a right to severe the bonds of a destructive
government. We are slaves to a suicidal
pact established by out masters: the political class and their army of teat
squawkers.
And to add emphasis that our founding principles
have been cast aside, here is a petition by a band of Marxist demanding all secessionists
be stripped of citizenship and deported:
Of course, these Marxist would have a U.S. president
act like dictator and expel frustrated citizens for exercising their First
Amendment rights. But that’s the type of
government these Obamabots want. And isn’t
it any wonder that those who yearn to be free want no part of this new form of
slavery.
