Federal Judge Buries U.S. Constitution
Progressives continuously try to delegitimize our
federalist system and the rule of law by attacking the U.S. Constitution. You can go to YouTube and watch politicians
laugh at the very notion of following the dictates they pledge allegiance
to. Every year we can expect the Supreme Court to gather more power unto the federal government by bastardizing the 14th
Amendment. Now we have a judge who has
basically declared himself a demigod in a black robe.
Richard Posner, a
member of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and a senior lecturer
at the University of Chicago Law School, wrote, “I see absolutely no value to a
judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, [days], hours, minutes, or
seconds studying the Constitution, the history of its enactment, its
amendments, and its implementation.”
“Eighteenth-century guys, however smart,
could not foresee the culture, technology, etc., of the 21st century,” he
continued. “Which means that the original Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and
the post–Civil War amendments (including the 14th), do not speak to today.”
“In short, let’s
not let the dead bury the living,” Posner concluded.
Instead, let’s have living judges bury liberty, the
rule of law and federalism. This man has
no business on the bench. He should be
impeached.

Progressives Proclaim Nation-States Are Obsolete
Have you noticed when liberals lose an election they claim the electorate are a bunch of uneducated toddlers throwing temper tantrums at the polls? They dismiss voters with a condescending attitude with remarks such as, the peasantry has voted against their own interest. When it comes right down to it, progressives whether foreign or domestic have a problem with democracy. What they want are unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats to run our lives without recourse, or due process which is what the European Union is all about.
Americans could easily conflate British complaints
with our own very real problems in Washington D.C. We too have unelected and unaccountable
bureaucrats running our country. We too
have global elites mocking nation-states and our representative republic. These snobs are in government, big business,
and in the media. Eugene Robinson of the
Washington Post is a perfect example of this mentality. He recently wrote an op-ed parroting the
standard globalists’ diatribe. Here is
an excerpt:
I hope U.S. voters are paying attention. The Brexit
solution is pure counterfeit but the underlying issues are real. In Britain as
in this country, working-class incomes are stagnant, and immigration, to some,
seems out of control. Globalization seems to benefit the well-off and
well-educated at the expense of everyone else. The temptation is to take refuge
in nationalism — forget the rest of the world, take care of our own, fend for
ourselves. Build a wall.
That is Trump's
message. But the gap between what he promises and what he can possibly deliver
is even wider than in the Brexit example.
It is a cliche
to say that we live in an interconnected world, but that is the truth.
Globalization is a fact and cannot be repealed by referendum — or, for that
matter, by slogans printed on baseball caps. Nor can technological progress be
reversed by any amount of ranting and raving.
According
to Eugene Robinson and his ilk, the nation-state is obsolete; democracy is obsolete. There is no such thing as a United States of America
there is only an America and its going to have to join the world by forgoing
sovereignty and embrace a borderless society which will be run by a priestly
sect of bureaucrats and global businesses who know what’s best for you and the world
because plebeians are too stupid to look out for their own self-interest.
Brexit is a repudiation of foreign, bureaucratic rule. Donald Trump’s success at the polls is a
repudiation of global elitest rule. However, if
there is one lesson to be learned from decades of progressivsm it is they
don’t give up. National sovereignty is
under attack and will be for the foreseeable future.

Hank Paulson Slithers into Hillary Clinton Camp
What’s that slimy, slithering sound I here? Why it’s former Treasury secretary and Goldman Sachs CEO, Hank Paulson crawling out under a rock and into Hillary Clinton’s camp! Why shouldn’t we be surprised by that? After all, it was he and his band of thieves that raided the taxpayer coffers during the financial turmoil in 2008.
How come this man and his mobster friends weren’t
convicted on RICO charges? Paulson
should be someone’s bitch in a jail cell.
That’s because people like Hank Paulson don’t go to jail. They’re the financiers of other criminals
like the Clintons, Obamas and other scoundrels who are in charge of our justice
system. They are the cronies in our
so-called capitalist system. They profit
off of our losses.
Here is the reason Mr. Hank Paulson endorsed
Hillary Rodham Clinton:
When it comes to the
presidency, I will not vote for Donald Trump. I will not cast a write-in vote.
I’ll be voting for Hillary Clinton, with the hope that she can bring Americans
together to do the things necessary to strengthen our economy, our environment
and our place in the world.
Really? She is one of the most polarizing people in
this country and he believes she will unite us?
What a fool! Hillary may
strengthen Paulson’s and his buddies’ economic situation, but she won’t for the
American people. He continues:
We need to welcome
rather than shrink from trade and economic competition. Trump calls our current
trade deals “disgusting, the absolute worst ever negotiated by any country in
the world.” This is simply false. According to the Peterson Institute for International
Economics, the average American household income is roughly $10,000 higher
because of the postwar expansion of trade. Because of trade, we add jobs and
foster innovation and competitiveness. That doesn’t mean that people aren’t
losing jobs and suffering in certain industries. However, it is wrong to tell
the American people that we can turn back the clock and win, with merely 4
percent of the world’s population, by walling ourselves off from the remaining
7 billion people and the markets they represent. Instead, we need to fix the
programs that help U.S. industries and workers transition to new and better
jobs. We need better training, new education programs and a more robust safety
net. The policies Trump endorses would destroy, not save, U.S. jobs.
The majority of those
7 billion people live in a third-world shithole. What do they provide besides cheap labor that
connected fat cats like Hank Paulson can exploit? How about providing conditions that would
attract manufacturing to the United States such as deregulation and an
abolishment of punitive taxes? Has anybody
thought about that?
Just to remind people
of what a crook Hank Paulson and his cronies are, here is an excerpt from
Reckless Endangerment: How Outsized Ambition, Greed, and Corruption Led to
Economic Armageddon.
In 2001, however,
Fannie took its accounting chicanery to new heights, or lows, depending upon
your perspective. And it did it with the
help of its favorite investment bank, Goldman Sachs.
Goldman had long had
strong ties to Fannie Mae. Stephen
Friedman, chairman of Goldman Sachs from 1992 to 1994, had been director of
Fannie Mae since 1996. In 2001, Friedman
sat on Fannie’s Compensation Committee and its Nominations and Corporate Governance
Committee. Both areas were seriously
compromised by the me-first attitude at the top of Fannie Mae.
Indeed, while
Friedman was on Fannie’s board, federal investigators said directors improperly
allowed the company’s executives to set earnings targets they were sure to
meet. “As a direct result, senior
management reaped ongoing and extensive financial rewards through accounting
manipulation,” the investigators wrote the OFHEO report concluded.
In 1999, Goldman had
returned the favor of a directorship by offering a seat on its prestigious
board to Jim Johnson. It was a classic
example of the “I’ll –scratch-your-back, you-scratch-mine” mentality among
corporate boards. The year Johnson
became director at Goldman, Henry M. Paulson Jr., the man who would oversee the
taxpayer bailout of Fannie Mae as Treasury secretary in 2008 took the helm at
the investment bank.
Because Goldman did
not have a nomination committee at the time, Johnson’s appointment to its board
was a decision made at the highest levels of the firm. Johnson immediately received the plum board
assignment of chairing the firm’s compensation committee. This meant that Johnson, in addition to his
other board duties, would be in charge of dispensing some of the richest
payouts on Wall Street.
Crooks! Every damn one of them and they are still
walking the streets to this day!

Breaking the Shackles of Bureaucracy
Britons showed incredible courage by voting to get out of the European Union. They have demonstrated a fundamental truth that people want control of their destiny which can only be accomplished through self-governance. Nameless, faceless bureaucrats in a foreign capital dictating policy is the antithesis of freedom. You might as well be a slave.
Politicians find it much easier to schlep their responsibilities
onto government bureaucrats. They can
have a pencil pusher rubberstamp their ill-conceived agenda without having to
face an irate citizenry. It’s the
perfect foil for unscrupulous characters whose main job is to get reelected. Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher knew what
was going on when she called out the Labor Party as demonstrated in the video
below.
We in the United States have a similar problem
despite what foolish libtards say. The
Constitution of the United States grants legislative authority only to Congress. But that body has abrogated its
responsibilities to unelected and unaccountable federal bureaucrats. What is happening in Washington D.C. is a
flagrant violation of our social compact.
We are being ruled by an unscrupulous president and his infestation of
progressive minions. Is it any wonder
Democrats laugh when we cite the Constitution?

Meet an EU idiot. Beverly, like most of her slavish generation, would rather have nameless, faceless, foreign bureaucrats run her life than take responsibility for self-governance. Liberty, after all, is for fascists.
According to Beverly, it was Britons over 75 years of age who voted for Brexit. She would have us believe that 52% of the population is septuagenarians? Notice the complete lack of respect she has for her elders and the wisdom they’ve procured over the years. But what do they know? They’re not Beverly.
Notice she blames Brexit on racism. Pardon me, but what race is Islam? I’ve got news for you, Islam is not a race; it’s a political ideology in the guise of a religion.
I can’t help but laugh at Beverly’s misery. She, after all, called Americans
a bunch of haters. But if she truly wants to be a citizen of the European Union, she can always move. However, this progressive utopia may not last much longer.

Immigrants No Longer Pledge Allegiance to United States
Breitbart Immigrants seeking to become citizens no
longer have to pledge to “bear arms on behalf of the United States.” They can
opt out of that part of the Oath. Nor do they have to cite any specific
religious belief that forbids them to perform military service.
The pledge to help defend America was good enough for the 6.6
million immigrants naturalized since 2005 and good enough for the over 15
million naturalized since 1980, but Obama’s appointees at the USCIS think that
is too much to ask of the 18.7 million estimated legal immigrants eligible
today for eventual naturalization or the 750,000 who will be naturalized in the
coming year.
This radical change was announced a year ago, in July of 2015.
Congress did not enact the change in new legislation. There was no
congressional debate, no filibuster in the US Senate, and no sit-in in the
House to demand that a bill to repeal the USCIS action be brought to a vote.
We have been infiltrated at the highest levels of the federal
government.

Armed Federal Bureaucrats Outnumber U.S. Marines
Democrats have no compunction attacking American citizens’ Second Amendment rights; however, they seem to be quite at ease arming federal government bureaucrats. The Washington Free Beacon reported the following:
There are now more non-military
government employees who carry guns than there are U.S. Marines, according to a
new report.
Open
the Books, a taxpayer watchdog group, released a study Wednesday that finds
domestic government agencies continue to grow their stockpiles of
military-style weapons, as Democrats sat on the House
floor calling for more restrictions on what guns American
citizens can buy.
The “Militarization of America”
report found civilian agencies spent $1.48 billion on guns, ammunition, and
military-style equipment between 2006 and 2014. Examples include IRS agents
with AR-15s, and EPA bureaucrats wearing camouflage.
“Regulatory
enforcement within administrative agencies now carries the might of
military-style equipment and weapons,” Open the Books said. “For example, the
Food and Drug Administration includes 183 armed ‘special agents,’ a 50 percent
increase over the ten years from 1998-2008. At Health and Human Services (HHS),
‘Special Office of Inspector General Agents’ are now trained with sophisticated
weaponry by the same contractors who train our military special forces troops.”
The
Department of Health and Human Services has armed agents who’re trained in
warfare? Has Obamacare been
weaponized? Exactly, who’s the enemy
here?

Ghouls never let an opportunity go to waste. How many times have we seen gun grabbers use horrible killings to advance their agenda? Recently, Democrats staged a sit-in on the House floor as a means to take away our God given rights to defend ourselves from predators while they live and work in a taxpayer funded fortress. I guess some people are more equal than others.
They contend people identified as terrorist shouldn’t
own guns. Well, let’s take a look at who
progressives define as terrorists. The
Obama administration has identified anyone who believes in the Constitution of
the United States as a threat to the public weal. Tea Partiers have been specifically targeted
as public enemy #1.
Rep. Elijah Cummings, a participant of this
publicity stunt, directed the full force of the federal
government on a Texas woman who dared to found a watchdog organization. Is Catherine Engelbrecht a terrorist? According to the esteemed Mr. Cummings, she
most certainly is a threat.
How about that suspect organization called The
Southern Poverty Law Center? They listed
Dr. Ben Carson on their extremists list simply because he believes in
traditional marriage. I believe it’s
safe to say anyone who disagrees with progressives is to be considered a
terrorist for that’s how they treat us.
Must we
remind these totalitarians the true intent of the Second Amendment? Chances are they already know and that’s why
they want to take our guns away from us.

Ugly Globalist Scorns Brexit
The world’s master planners are in a panic after Britons voted to liberate themselves from nameless, faceless bureaucrats in a distant, foreign capital. So-called leaders of the free world are aghast that plebeians raised their pitchforks and torches and stormed to the polls demanding their sovereignty back. Who in the hell do these people think they are? Well if you’re a bumbling boob like Joe Biden, this is nothing more than a temper tantrum. Here is what an ugly globalist had to say about Brexit.

Later Friday, VP Joe Biden sharpened his blades a bit and began
hacking away at Brexit voters, calling them racists, bigots, xenophobes -- the
usual suspects.
"We see it in Europe and around the
world," Biden said. "And we see it today in the United States,
where some politicians find it convenient to scapegoat immigrants instead of
welcoming them, play to our fears rather than appeal to our better natures,
divide us based on religion or ethnicity rather than unite us in our common
humanity, and build walls between nations when we should be building bridges
among us."
"In the face of rising xenophobia, we
must remember the dreams of our ancestors who left everything to board ships
that for many became coffins. Or how many great-grandparents, and
grandparents made it, but were turned away from a job and decent life."
We have a vice president of the United States lecturing
people on nationalism? Does he realize
he’s a representative of a nation-state? Is he completely clueless that borders,
language and culture define a nation?
Joe Biden is obviously a lapdog for the globalist
and has no business representing the interest of the American people. As a matter of fact, Americans should
contemplate their own exit strategy from Washington D.C.

Time to Convict Global Warming Scam Artists
Democratic attorney generals are using their office
to bully global warming skeptics. A coalition
of thugs have threatened to use their office as a means to shut up businesses,
think tanks and others for having the audacity to question an industry infested
with green energy scam artists. But that
knife cuts both ways. Here is an excerpt
from the Washington Times:
The “cuts both ways” argument was among
those raised by 13 Republican attorneys general in a letter urging their Democratic counterparts
to stop using their law enforcement power against fossil fuel companies and
others that challenge the climate change catastrophe narrative.
Consider
carefully the legal precedent and threat to free speech, said the state
prosecutors in their letter this week, headed by Alabama Attorney General
Luther Strange.
“If it is possible to minimize the risks
of climate change, then the same goes for exaggeration,” said the letter. “If
minimization is fraud, exaggeration is fraud.”
The letter comes
as Exxon Mobil fights off subpoenas by two prosecutors — Massachusetts Attorney
General Maura Healey and Virgin Islands Attorney General Claude E. Walker — for
decades’ worth of climate-related documents and communications with academics,
universities and free-market think tanks.
So let it be written, so let be
done. We can start with Al Gore and work
our way through the government grant schemers who’ve defrauded the American
taxpayers with bogus studies and then we can go after the international
scammers at the United Nations.

Americans Seek Safe Haven from Second Generation Muslims
Liberals are completely disconnected from reality. They just don’t seem to comprehend basic truths. Failed social experiments such as Venezuela don’t faze them. Violent protesters waving Mexican flags at political rallies don’t give them pause when it comes to porous borders. And according to our so-called president, Islamic mass murderers are victims of an American gun culture. It really is unbelievable.
Last week the Charlotte Observer published an
editorial praising the Obama administrations illegal dumping of Syrian refugees
in our backyard. As usual, we get the
sob stories of how these Muslim families have been persecuted by their fellow
Muslims and that these poor innocents are just seeking safety. Well, what about our safety?
The Orlando mass murderer was a product of Afghan
refugees. The San Bernardino killer was
the son of Pakistani immigrants as were a host of other Islamic killers that
have spilled innocent American blood.
But somehow that doesn’t seem to register with liberals.
The Obama administration is importing hundreds of
thousands of Islamists into the United States.

Most Islamic killers are second generation men with

scream, “Allah Akbar” as they collect welfare benefits and demand halal meals
and special accommodations so they can pray to their moon god.
Look
out! That gun just jumped off a table
and started shooting people. Somebody
had better disarm American citizens before legions of guns jump into Muslim
hands and start killing innocent civilians.
Wow! Anything can happen in

Constitution has been consigned to a roll in a transgender bathroom. If this reminds you of a third-world
