Eric Holder "The Cowardly AG" Resigns
Eric Holder has resigned. Americans who believe in the rule of law and fidelity
to the Constitution are sighing with relief.
This cowardly attorney general used race as a cudgel. It was under his watch that Black Panthers
intimidated voters at the polls and “Beat Whitey Night” was tolerated, yet, if
a thug gets shot and killed after he robs a store and attacks a police officer,
it becomes a federal case simply because the perp was black.
Eric Holder is an angry man who sees everything
through a prism of race. States couldn’t
clean up their voter rolls because it was racist. Voter ID laws were deemed racist. The Tea Party was considered racist. These concerned citizens were constantly harassed
by the IRS and other government agencies even the DOJ has been implicated.
Laws and the Constitution mean nothing to Eric
Holder. This progressive avenger ignored
DOMA and forced states and citizens to conform to HIS vision of social
justice. There is no separation of
powers with this man. He sued states
that refused to fund Planned Parenthood.
And when states tried to protect their citizens from the ravages of
illegal immigration, Holder‘s DOJ sued them too.
Eric Holder’s disdain for our elected
representatives is legendary. The
cowardly attorney general was held in contempt of Congress, the first time in
U.S. history, for refusing to cooperate in an investigation into the deaths of
border agents in the Fast and Furious scandal.
Days after a judge demanded the DOJ hand over documents, the cowardly AG
resigned. Law enforcement officers have
to be relieved. This has to be the first
attorney general to hold their profession in contempt.
During the Diane Rehm’s Show on NPR, two libtards
discussed Eric Holder’s legacy. They claimed
he was a champion for civil rights. I
laughed out loud. Because of Eric Holder
and Barack Obama, race relations have been set back for decades.
We all remember when the attorney general accused
Americans of being cowards when it comes to race. I say Eric Holder is the cowardly AG who used
race as a means to attack and denigrate anyone who disagreed with his sense of
social justice.

Senator Kay Hagan's Obamacare Baby
Senator Kay Hagan is a proud mother of a monstrous
law that is sucking the life blood out of North Carolinians. During this Obamacare pregnancy, she and her
cult reassured us sacrificial lambs that if you liked your health care plan
you can keep it. She boldly stated that
we will see a noticeable reduction in our insurance premiums. Well, guess what? She gave birth to a lie. Americans for Prosperity reported the
following:
A previous version
of a Price Waterhouse Cooper Health Research Institute study said the
average increase in North Carolina could be 10.8 %, but that was
recently updated. The average premium increase is now listed by Price
Waterhouse Cooper as 7.7%, which is still higher than the majority of
states reporting premium increases, and is 7.7% higher than Senator Hagan
promised.
On top of that, many
Obamacare recipients are about to be thrown into the pit. Their premiums are about to escalate to 60%
in two years. Carolina Journal reported

Rufus Langley, an
Apex insurance agent and state leader of the North Carolina Association of
Health Underwriters, said Coventry Health Care of the Carolinas CEO Tracy Baker
recently told his group that substantially higher consumer costs are
anticipated.
“He can see in 2016 this thing shooting up anywhere from 30 to 60 percent in costs” as delayed taxes start to kick in this year and next year, and medical care costs still rising, Langley said Monday at a Raleigh panel discussion.
He said many of the small businesses his agency specializes in are giving up group insurance and sending employees to the subsidized exchange because of escalating costs.
Health Purchasers and Consumers Together, an organization seeking expanded health care access, enhanced quality, and reduced costs, hosted the event.
While North Carolina has been touted by supporters of the Affordable Care Act, as Obamacare is formally known, as one of the nation’s top success stories in recruiting uninsured people to sign up on the HealthCare.gov exchange, Langley sounded a sour note.
“Termination letters are going out this month,” he said. “A fair amount [of consumers] didn’t qualify” for coverage, though he had no specific numbers. “There will be people who are going to be flushed out, and not eligible for subsidies, because they didn’t provide the right information, or they didn’t verify whether or not they were U.S. citizens,” Langley said.

state budget had to be cut during this time to reflect a decrease in tax

England Recognizes the Right to Secede; Scotland Declines
Last week, Scotland had a chance to declare
independence from England through the use of a ballot box. They declined. The citizens, this time, weren’t deceived by
Scottish nobles selling them out for English lands and titles; nor were bullets
and bayonets used as coercion. No, they
sold their independence for pension funds, national health care and the Bank of
England. I’m sure William Wallace,
Robert the Bruce and the dead at Culloden are turning over in their graves about
now.
Despite the repudiation of Scottish independence, we
must give a hand to England for recognizing countries have a right to secede. The United States declared their independence
over 230 year ago, only to have Washington D.C. and northern aggressors snub
out our founding principles with bullets and bayonets in 1865.
As of now, one out of four Americans would secede
from the union if given a chance. The Southwest
leads the polling by about 34.1 percent.
New England, the instigators for American independence came in last with
a measly 17.4 percent.
What a difference 300 years makes. Scotland submits to their English overlords
and New England becomes slavish conformist to a central power. The world has indeed turned upside down.
Liberals the Unwitting Vanguard for Jihad
America has reached critical mass. Commonsense is lost. Stupidity reigns, all because a vocal minority of subset groups has bound this country through political correctness. Saul Alinsky’s first rule for radicals is to convince enemies their numbers are greater than ours, “Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.” This show is a form of intimidation designed to shut opponents up. This whole man-made global warming nonsense is a testament to that. That’s how consensus became science.
A recent survey by Pew Research shows Democrats
believe global warming is more of a threat to the United States than Islamic
terrorism. How can that be
possible? How can so many people be so
delusional? That’s one reason I’m
convinced Islam will conquer the United States.
Liberals have a surprise coming. While they’re busy denouncing capitalism and
shutting people up who disagree with them, another group is plotting to
subjugate them. What progressives don’t
realize is they’re the unwitting vanguard for jihad.
During the Obama administration, Muslims have
immigrated to the United States in record numbers. These people are pretending to be friends by implementing outreach programs and acting as allies against conservatives, but when it comes
time, Muslims will become just like their ISIS compatriots. That COEXIST bumper sticker will be the last
thing a liberal sees while an Islamist is sawing off his head.
Many think that will never happen here. I’m sure Europeans thought the same way. Now they have no-go zones and their citizens are
being murdered and raped with impunity. Some
countries have implemented Shariah law thanks to self-loathing and political
correctness.
Dr. Mark Christian, a former Muslim Brotherhood
adherent, informed WND of the U.S. jihad:

He told WND that the Muslim Brotherhood strategy
from 1966 forward has been to avoid confrontations with American power.
Instead, he says, the Brotherhood attempts to coax the U.S. into using its
power for the Brotherhood’s own benefit.
The Brotherhood’s strategy is three-pronged, he
said. It uses its front group CAIR to influence the government and military
life, while ISNA works to foster “interfaith” dialogue with major Christian
denominations and Jewish organizations. A third front group, the Muslim Student
Association, or MSA, focuses on influencing K-12 and university education.
It is through these three groups that the
Brotherhood wages “cultural jihad,” or what Christian calls “stealth jihad.”
“They want to influence the whole United
States,” Christian said. “They see the U.S. as three things – it’s a
government, it’s a religious institution and it is colleges and education; so
we have three organizations and all are designated to each one of those
things.”
Today’s faux war on women meme will look mighty tame
if Islam conquers America. Feminist will
ruefully remember the days when denial of “free” birth control was an
imposition on their rights. Instead, their

Earth expended ungodly amounts of carbon to demonstrate their concerns for
man-made global warming. The rotten
apple hosted this festival of hypocrites.
They lecture everyone on the sanctity of the environment while trashing

Ken Burns Mollycoddles "The Roosevelts"
Last week, PBS featured a Ken Burns documentary
entitled, “The Roosevelts: An Intimate History.” This film is the hagiography I expected it
to be, despite the film maker’s reassurances on the Diane Rehm’s Show. There were a few exceptions of tepid criticism,
George Will comes to mind, other than that, this was the same old Roosevelt
sermon.
We’ve all heard the progressive gospels before. FDR saved capitalism from itself. FDR was a traitor to his class. What a load of crap. Had Ken Burns sought out economists critical
of the New Deal, the audience would have had a different perspective. There is
a reason why we call it the Great Depression, and it had everything to do with
FDR’s fiscal policies. The true mantra
should be, “Capitalism survived FDR.”
Academia, on the other hand, did not.
The historians and professors that littered this documentary are a
testament to that.
FDR was not a traitor to his class. He was a product of his class. Vanderbilt dominated the transportation
industry. Rockefeller was a titan in the
oil industry. Carnegie forged the steel
industry. These men dominated their
field with ruthless zeal. They didn’t
tolerate competition. They sought to
destroy it. The Roosevelts were no
different.
FDR was a failure in every business venture he
attempted. He eventually found his
calling: government. And like his
cousin, Theodore, he couldn’t care less about the U.S. Constitution. Both thought it a hindrance and an obstacle. The Roosevelts were arrogant patricians. They disguised their ambitions through the
sufferings of the American people. Power
was their product. Anyone not in government
was their competition.
We can thank the Roosevelts for America’s bureaucratic
state. It started with T.R. and the
Hepburn Act and escalated with the New Deal.
The 1946 Administrative Procedure Act was a futile attempt by Congress
to control all these government agencies.
Instead, they aided and abetted this monster.
The Roosevelts are a curse to this country and its
founding ideals. Americans must
repudiate this cursed family, or we will be ruled by fascist, like the ones FDR's administration admired.

Planned Parenthood Needs to "Man Up"
Planned Parenthood, a federally protected DNC
entity, has pledged to flood North Carolina with ads promoting the virtues of
entitlement, abortions, and forced funding of birth control and everything
Senator Kay Hagan.
This notorious teat squawker will use $500,000 of
our federally confiscated taxes to promote licentious behavior that only a
democrat, like Senator Kay Hagan, can appreciate. The Politico outlines one of Planned
Parenthood’s ads:
Their first ad in a
series features a woman sitting at a kitchen table with a stack of bills,
trying to balance her checkbook.
A female narrates: “$63 a month for gas,
$117 for groceries — and just when insurance is finally covering the cost of
prescription birth control, Cory Gardner says, ‘No. Women should pay the $600 a
year.’ His plan lets insurance companies off the hook and costs Colorado
families more. Independent research shows that Cory Gardner isn’t being honest
with us, and he’s turning the pill into another bill.”
The North Carolina version is nearly
identical, subbing out Tillis and North Carolina for Gardner and Colorado.
I’ve got news for Planned Parenthood, the
Democratic Party, and Senator Kay Hagan:
I’ve got bills too! I have to pay
for gas. I have to pay for groceries and
I have prescriptions that I have to pay for.
And I’m sure as hell not asking anyone else to pay for them.
So get your teat squawking face out of
mine. Man up and pay for your own crap and
keep your hands out of my wallet!

Senator Kay Hagan
backs the president’s plan on confronting ISIS.
She especially likes arming and funding “moderate” Syrian rebels. Here is her statement:

journalists is an attack on America and our values. We must respond, and we
will respond, by taking immediate, sustained, and decisive action to destroy
ISIS.
The President and our military leadership have now developed a plan to train and equip moderate Syrian rebels and defeat ISIS with a sustained campaign of airstrikes. As long ago as the spring of last year, I pressed the Administration to arm and empower moderate Syrian rebels and I am glad that effort will be accelerated.
Because ISIS poses a threat to many countries around the world, and especially those in the Middle East, I believe that this effort must be carried out in conjunction with our allies and other Arab states. America has urgent priorities at home as well as abroad, and the cost cannot be borne by the United States alone.
Finally, I am proud to represent the most military friendly state in the nation. At times like these, our men and women in uniform deserve our full and unwavering support, and the American people should expect better than the same political games and partisan point-scoring that too often dominate Washington debates. This is the time for us to come together, Democrats and Republicans, to confront the challenges that are facing our nation. I will continue working with my colleagues in Congress to provide the support that our military requires and deserves."

Rogue Companies Defy Federal Labor Laws
Libtards have their panties in a wad over a
revelation that federal government projects funded through the vaunted Stimulus Bill have gone to companies that have suspect hiring practices. McClatchy owned newspapers published a five
part series on companies that use subcontractors to circumvent federal labor
laws in order to underbid their compliant competitors.
This practice is common in the construction
industry. It is prevalent in states that
are infested with illegal aliens. North
Carolina is at the top of that list.
Here is what their investigation found:
Companies
using stimulus money routinely snubbed labor law and the Internal Revenue
Service by treating workers as independent contractors in a clear violation of
what’s allowed.
The
scofflaws undercut the bids of do-it-right competitors who refused to push
their roofers, painters and electricians off their payrolls and into limbo.
Laborers
got swindled. They lost unemployment insurance and, in many cases, workers’
compensation benefits and fair wages. Some didn’t even know they were being
hurt.
All
this happened under the noses of government officials. From the White House
down to county-level agencies, regulators could have stopped it. Some top
government officials admit they didn’t.
Happened
under government officials noses? That
is laughable! Commonsense tells you this
has been going on for decades. The
problem stems from Washington D.C. itself.
They refuse to enforce immigration laws.
Hell, they’re advocates for illegal immigration as well as their lapdogs
in the media who’ve reported this! And they
have the audacity to act surprised?
Do
liberals believe all illegal aliens are gardeners, maids and nannies? Of course not! They are in the trades. They are taking skilled jobs that would
otherwise go to Americans.
Here
is an example of progressive hypocrisy.
The Charlotte Observer published a separate article on the first page of
their Sunday edition, “Legal Hurdles for Child Refugees.” Two children from Honduras made a long trek
to Charlotte, NC to meet up with their mother, who by the way is an illegal
alien. And guess what she does for a
living? She paints houses. Do you think she is an employee? Chances are she is a subcontractor that pays
no federal or state taxes.
I
could barely read this piece from the Disturbers tear stained pity piece. Yet, they’re outraged about the hiring
practices of rogue companies.
Oh,
and for your information, the illegal alien house painter with two illegal
alien kids made a noteworthy comment:
“I didn’t want them to make that trip here,
but my biggest fear is they will be deported back,” she says. “If they try to take my children, we would go
to another place, another state, even another country. We would leave and start over.”
We
know she isn’t going to Mexico. They don’t
tolerate illegal immigrants there.

"Moderate" Syrian Rebels Have Non-Aggression Pact with ISIS
You have to laugh.
The Obama administration just can’t seem to catch a break. Part of the commander-in-chief’s strategy was
to arm Syrian rebels, whom he considers moderates, in an attempt to ‘destroy
and degrade’ the terrorist army called ISIS.
And as most suspected, these “moderates” aren’t so moderate after all.
Moderate Syrian rebels and the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria
(ISIS) reportedly struck a cease-fire deal on Friday, according to a group that
has monitored Syria's civil war.
The groups agreed to a non-aggression pact
in which they promised not to attack each other.
The development could influence members of
Congress to vote “no” on an authorization to train and equip moderate rebel
groups as early as next week. The White House has requested the authorization,
but some lawmakers have already been skeptical the opposition groups can be
trusted.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a
monitoring group based in the United Kingdom, said the groups reached the
agreement in a suburb of Damascus, Syria’s capital.
Under the deal,
"the two parties will respect a truce until a final solution is found and
they promise not to attack each other because they consider the principal enemy
to be the Nussayri regime,” Agence France-Presse reported
Considering these “moderate” Syrian rebels have sold
women and Westerners to ISIS as war booty, an alliance between the two is only
natural, that is until the Nussayri regime is defeated.
Obama's Minions Redefine War
If the Obama administration was as good at fighting
wars as they are at bastardizing the English language, terrorism would be an
afterthought. I, like many other
Americans, watched the president’s address.
The usual suspects fell all over themselves with praise for our decisive
leader. There was no parsing of words
this time. This commander-in-chief means
business!
Well, until the next day. Secretary of State John F. Kerry and the rest
of Obama’s minions must have consulted their progressive dictionary. War apparently doesn’t mean what the rest of
us think it is. I thought ‘destroy and
degrade’ meant annihilation of the enemy.
Had I access to a Progressive Dictionary, I would’ve noticed a bowl of
punch and platter of cookies, along with Hallmark greeting card next to the word.
I learned long ago not to trust progressives. It should’ve been obvious to even
low-information voters after the Benghazi debacle. To insist that attack involved a video, no
one has seen or heard of, is an insult to our intelligence. It is a demonstration of the Democratic Party’s
low opinion of the American people.
So, Sunday’s shows will be replete with questions of
what did the president mean and the definition of words. But there is no ambiguity of what a disastrous
president, Barack Obama has been.
Environmentalist Conspire to Bypass Treaty Making Rules
Progressives have been on a crusade to undermine the
U.S. Constitution well over a century.
The 1946 Administrative Procedure Act was a godsend to totalitarians who
scoff at the concept of a republican form of government. This law created a fourth branch of
government that works independently of Congress. Soon, the totalitarians that infest these bureaucracies
will implement laws that circumvent the treaty making process and undermine our
sovereignty.
The Environmental Protection Agency has provided a
blueprint on how to bypass our Constitution, and subsequently Congress, by
funding special interest groups, and in turn, they sue the federal government
i.e. the EPA, who then settles out of court, advancing that agencies agenda and
power. Devious isn’t it? Well now, they’re taking this show on an
international stage.
The Obama administration and his leftist minions
just can’t seem to get the Senate to betray the American people with a
Kyoto-style environmental treaty. They
know this will never happen without a full blown revolt. Instead, they’ll use the courts to advance
their agenda, just like they’ve done before. CNS reported the following:
It’s quite clear under Article 2, Section
2 of the Constitution that after the president signs it, any binding
international law agreement has to be ratified by the Senate,” Horner
explained.
But he noted that “activist green groups,
in conjunction with the New York attorney general’s office, have already
developed plans to use the federal courts to force Americans to drastically
reduce their energy consumption whether or not Obama signs a new climate change
treaty in Paris next year” to replace the expired Kyoto Protocol.
Horner
predicted the White House strategy in a 2009 paper published by the Federalist
Society, in which he wrote: “It appears that Kyoto will be the subject of a

”You can’t just dismiss this if you know
what they’re trying to do,” Horner said, pointing to a copy of a court pleading
drafted by environmental activists that he received from the New York attorney
general’s office under a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request two years
ago.
The draft lawsuit argues that the federal
government should be required to honor its international commitments even if
they are not ratified by the Senate.
The strategy
was confirmed in June by Yvo De Boer, the UN’s
former climate chief. “If the U.S. feels that ‘internationally legally binding’
has little value, and that the real value lies in legally-binding national
commitments, then these regulations can be the way for the U.S. to show
leadership,” De Boer said.
“We know where this is going,” Horner told
CNSNews.com. “As they intend, it will end up in the courts, not the Senate. The
issue would come down to 'How do you implement it?' and that is where stunts
like the NY AG's come in. You get a court to turn these gestures into law
and/or a friendly administration to roll over and get a court's blessing by
settling a ‘sue-and-settle’ case.”
“You can’t trust
the courts not to do that, and it will be as good as ratifying” a climate
