Dinesh D'Souza vs. Bill Ayers January 30,2014
Dinesh D’Souza
is scheduled to debate one of Barack Obama’s political mentors: the
anti-American, trust fund baby Bill Ayers.
Topic: What’s So Great About America?
Location: Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH
Online Stream:live.dineshdsouza.com
Date: January
30th, 2014

Now, we know why the federal government chose to indict Mr. D’Souza
on suspect campaign fraud charges.
Obama's Executive Orders a Means to Squash America's Rebellion
In an interview with Greta Van Susteren, Nancy
Pelosi likened Barack Obama’s executive orders to Abraham Lincoln’s
Emancipation Proclamation. She believes the president should disregard Congress. She and her ilk would resort to a
totalitarian form of government as long as it advances their agenda.
Should someone remind Princess Pelosi that the
Emancipation Proclamation only pertained to those states that seceded from the union? President Lincoln looked upon Southern slaves
as war contraband, that’s why there wasn’t a general emancipation.
Do Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and the Democratic Party
believe the American people are in rebellion?
Are they at war with our republican form of government? One can easily come to that conclusion when
they use this kind of an analogy.
Obama's Pot Dealer Bludgeoned to Death for Face Farting
More bizarre stories from Obama’s Choom gang past:
President Obama’s high
school pot dealer who he thanked in his yearbook for the 'good times' was
beaten to death by his lover after a series of fights over flatulence and
drugs, MailOnline can reveal today.
Raymond Boyer, known as
'Gay Ray' to Obama and his marijuana smoking 'Choom Gang', was bludgeoned to
death with a hammer seven years after he sold the future president and his
friends drugs.
His lover Andrew Devere,
a male prostitute, gave police a laundry list of reasons for the killing,
including that Boyer, a surfer and unemployed chef, constantly put him down,
made him beg for drugs and had a habit of breaking wind in his face.
That explains Obama’s
bizarre obsession with the gay community and this proxy war on global warming
through the taxation of cow flatulence. What’s
next? Can we expect a mandatory
registration on hammers?
Face the Nation Edits Sen. Ted Cruz's Lament
Don’t believe the mainstream media is a cheerleading
squad for the Sandinistas in the Obama administration? Think again.
Face the Nation edited out Senator Ted Cruz’s lament on the lawlessness
of Dear Leader. Here is what hit the cutting
room floor:
SCHIEFFER: “Will you run
for President?”
CRUZ:
“My focus is on the abuse of power of this President. Let’s take something like
the IRS scandal-“
SCHIEFFER:
“Do I take that as a yes or a no?”
CRUZ:
“What you can take is that my focus is standing and fighting right now in the
Senate to bring back jobs and economic growth. Let me tell you
something that is deeply concerning—the abuse of power from this
Administration. We’ve seen multiple filmmakers prosecuted and the government’s
gone after them. Whether it’s the poor fellow that did the film that the
President blamed Benghazi and the terrorist attacks on, turns out that wasn’t
the reason for the attack but the Administration went and put that poor fellow
in jail on unrelated charges. Just this week it was broken that Dinesh D’Souza,
who did a very big movie criticizing the president, is now being prosecuted by
this Administration.”
SCHIEFFER:
“Senator-“
CRUZ:
“Can you image the reaction if the Bush Administration had went, gone
and prosecuted Michael Moore and Alec Baldwin and Sean Penn?”
SCHIEFFER:
Senator—
CRUZ: It
should trouble everyone the government uses government power and the IRS in
particular to target their enemies and you are talking a new minutes to Chuck
Schumer—“
SCHIEFFER:
“We are going to leave this for another day, senator. Thank you for joining us
and we’ll talk to you again.
Obamacare's Red State Medical Tourism Potential
It’s one thing to enroll and obtain an insurance policy
on the Obamacare exchanges, it’s quite another to find a doctor, or hospital
that will participate. Many are finding
out the pickings are slim.
FRANKLIN,
TN (WSMV) -
It's been less a month since the Affordable Care Act started
providing health coverage for people who bought insurance through the exchange,
and now some people who are going to the doctor for the first time are finding
some complications.
"We have health insurance that is worthless," said
customer Shawnna Simpson.
Simpson found out last week the new insurance for which she is
paying $600 a month was a bad choice for her family.
Her 15-year-old daughter was hurt in a cheerleading accident, so
Simpson called her family doctor only to learnthey
don't take her new health plan: Blue Cross Network E.
Ever since, she's been on the phone with the healthcare exchange,
looking for a family doctor in Williamson County that accepts her plan, but
finding none.
"We can't use it in the county where we live," she said
Some Blue States are trying to remedy that predicament. Legislators are making threats to force
doctors to swallow the Obamacare snake oil.
If these physicians refuse, states will revoke their licenses, thereby
denying them the ability to practice.
What we will witness is legions of doctors retiring, or moving to
friendly Red States. We could have a
Canadian style health care tourism within the United States. New Yorkers will travel to Texas to expedite
simple medical procedures. I can
actually see health care cost decreasing in those states that refuse this
Obamacare monstrosity.
Since the third-party payer system would be eliminated, customers
will have to pay cash. Patients will
know the actual cost of a procedure. They
will have the ability to shop around for cost effective health care. What a novel idea.
Maybe Obamacare isn’t so bad, after all.

County Jails Dump Inmates Onto Obamacare Exchanges
There are always unintended consequences to “do-gooder”
laws. Obamacare is a perfect
example. Many predicted that businesses
would dump their employees onto the exchanges.
What they didn’t see coming were local and county governments dumping
their employees and wards onto the federal taxpayers.
Backers
have promoted the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid expansion as a way to
reduce health care costs for many Americans.
Multnomah County officials expect national health care
reform to cut the county's medical bills, too.
By enrolling jail inmates in nationally subsidized
healthcare -- best known as "Obamacare" to both the President and his
critics -- the county could bill the federal government for the cost of
providing some of them medical care.
County health department officials briefed
Multnomah County commissioners on
the issue this week.
In addition to saving the county money, enrolling inmates
in Obamacare would also mean a significant percentage will now have insurance
when their jail stay is done.
I see a lawsuit in the future. Inmates will find out that few doctors will
participate in their care causing a lack of service. They will decry cruel and unusual
punishment. Law abiding citizens have
been saying that since the inception of this monstrosity. What bank do we have to rob, to get our
advocate?

Democrats Demand Minimum Wage Increase While Stiffing Interns
Democrats are always bellowing about income
inequality. They want to raise the
minimum wage because it is the compassionate thing to do. But how do these lawmakers treat their interns. Not too good apparently.
A new study by the Employment Policies Institute (EPI)
has found that 96 percent of Congressional Democrats who support the Fair
Minimum Wage Act of 2013 do not paytheir
interns. The abstract of the study explained:
“…the same Members of Congress who are supporting a 40% wage hike
on private sector employers are simultaneously failing to provide any wages to
their own employee interns.”
In
recent months, the Democratic party has embraced raising the minimum wage as a key part of its
strategy for winning elections in 2014. The President’s senior advisor, Dan
Pheiffer, described it as “an important value issue when it comes to fairness,”
and President Obama is expected to discuss it in tonight’s State of the Union address.
Compassion and values go
so far with a democrat. You want an
example of two Americas. Look to Washington D. C.

Senator Ted Cruz Op-Ed Shames Lawless President
Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) wrote an op-ed in the
Wall Street Journal describing the lawless nature of the Obama
administration. Here are a couple of
excerpts:
Of
all the troubling aspects of the Obama presidency, none is more dangerous than
the president's persistent pattern of lawlessness, his willingness to disregard
the written law and instead enforce his own policies via executive fiat. On
Monday, Mr. Obama acted unilaterally to raise the minimum wage paid by federal
contracts, the first of many executive actions the White House promised would
be a theme of his State of the Union address Tuesday night.
The
president's taste for unilateral action to circumvent Congress should concern
every citizen, regardless of party or ideology. The great 18th-century
political philosopher Montesquieu observed: "There can be no liberty where
the legislative and executive powers are united in the same person, or body of
magistrates." America's Founding Fathers took this warning to heart, and
we should too
Rule of law doesn't simply mean that
society has laws; dictatorships are often characterized by an abundance of
laws. Rather, rule of law means that we are a nation ruled by laws, not men. That no one—and
especially not the president—is above the law. For that reason, the U.S.
Constitution imposes on every president the express duty to "take Care
that the Laws be faithfully executed."
Yet
rather than honor this duty, President Obama has openly defied it by repeatedly
suspending, delaying and waiving portions of the laws he is charged to enforce.
When Mr. Obama disagreed with federal immigration laws, he instructed the
Justice Department to cease enforcing the laws. He did the same thing with
federal welfare law, drug laws and the federal Defense of Marriage Act.
Senator
Cruz makes the case that Obamacare is one illegal enterprise:
The
law says that businesses with 50 or more full-time employees will face the
employer mandate on Jan. 1, 2014. President Obama changed that, granting a
one-year waiver to employers. How did he do so? Not by going to Congress to
change the text of the law, but through a blog post by an assistant secretary
at Treasury announcing the change.
The law says that only Americans
who have access to state-run exchanges will be subject to employer penalties
and may obtain ObamaCare premium subsidies. This was done to
entice the states to create exchanges. But, when 34 states decided not to
establish state-run exchanges, the Obama administration announced that the
statutory words "established by State" would also mean
"established by the federal government."

It’s about time someone in Congress shamed this
administration. Even then, I doubt it
would put a stop to this president.

The Federal Government Omnipresent Complex
Year after year, we watch the State of the Union Address. I have come to the conclusion that these
Washington D.C. creatures believe they are the center of the universe. Their contempt for the American people is
something to behold. I’m sure they are
amazed we plebeians can make it through a day without the guiding hand of a federal
government bureaucrat.
President Obama, as have his predecessors, rambled
on about what the federal government has done for us. If you didn’t know better, the job you have,
the house you dwell in, the food you eat, the business you built, and the car
you drive wouldn’t exist hadn’t it been for them. You are just a bystander in a bureaucratic
managed economy. Why you would be
wallowing in your own filth, if they didn’t intercede on your behalf.
President Eisenhower once warned of the military
industrial complex. I’m waiting for a
president to step up and take on the federal government omnipresent complex. I would love to see victims of federal
government bureaucracies pointed out in a State of the Union Address. Now that would be a speech to watch, not to
mention the look of horror as the statist sit with mouth agape as they
confront the victims of their policies.
We all know that will never happen. But I can always dream.

Electoral College: How to Change Blue States to Red
Senator Chuck E. Schumer: Super Genius let the
cat out of the bag. He wants to rig
elections as a means to deny tea party candidates a chair at the political
table. Of course, he and his subversives
need States’ participation. I doubt
state and county wide Republican Party members would be foolish enough to entertain
the machinations of a New York thug.
But, we should never underestimate the Washington D.C. GOP
establishment.
The simple fact is, the Constitution allows the
States to prescribe the time, manner and place of holding elections; however,
Congress can pass laws or regulations altering them. It would have to be a complete D.C. power
grab. And as we’ve witnessed, they’re
capable of doing it.
There is a way republicans in a Blue State can
constitutionally alter the means by which we elect a president. States like Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, and
Florida have a republican governor and legislature. They, instead of granting a winner- take- all
Electoral College vote system, could divide electors up according to
congressional districts.
Had all States used this strategy, Mitt Romney would
have won 52% of the congressional districts.
Instead, Obama cleaned up. Here
are some maps depicting this contrast.
This is one dirty little secret Democrats don’t want
anyone to know about. However, electing
a president still doesn’t address the runaway bureaucracies that rule this
country.

What is the Proper Role of Federal, State and Local Governments
What is the proper role of federal, state and local
governments? There was a time when
Americans knew. Now, thanks to
Progressives, those lines have been blurred.
I posted this a couple of years ago.
Read to the end, when Tocqueville describes what happens to people who
do not understand federalism.
Alexis de Tocqueville
when traveling the United State in the early 1800’s wrote about Americans and
their familiarity with the role of federal, state and local governments. He
also wrote about the fate of countries who tried to replicate our style of government
without understanding it.
Here is an excerpt from his Democracy in America:
Once the general theory is well understood, the difficulties of applying it remain; these are countless because the sovereignty of the Union is so entwined in that of the states that it is impossible at first glance to see its limits. Everything in such a government is arbitrary and contrived and it can only suit a nation long accustomed to self-government and where political science reaches right down to the lowest rungs of society. Nothing has made me admire the good sense and practical intelligence of the Americans more than the way they evade the countless difficulties which derive from their federal constitution. I have scarcely ever encountered a single man of the common people in America who did not perceive with surprising ease the obligations entailed in the laws of Congress and those which owe their beginnings to the laws of his own state, nor who could not separate the matters belonging to the general prerogatives of the Union from those regulated by his local legislature and who could not point to where the competence of the federal courts begins and the limitation of the state tribunals ends.
Do the above describe today’s average American? I don’t think so. Just look at the courts of today. The federal judiciary is usurping the powers of the state tribunals. The federal government is dictating to the states and its citizens what it can and can’t do. Is this what our founding fathers envisioned?
Tocqueville further states what happens to those nations who replicate, but don’t follow the SPIRIT of our Constitution as understood by our founding fathers:
The Constitution of the United States is akin to those fine creations of human endeavor which crown their inventors with renown and wealth but remain sterile in others hands.
Contemporary Mexico has illustrated this very thing.
The Mexicans, aiming for a federal system, took the federal constitution of their neighbors, the Anglo-Americans, as their model and copied it almost exactly. But although they transported the letter of the law, they failed to transfer at the same time the spirit which gave it life. As a result, they became tangled endlessly in the machinery of the double system of government. The sovereignty of the states and Union entered into a collision course as they exceeded the sphere of influence assigned to them by the constitution. Even today Mexico veers constantly from anarchy to military despotism and back again.

Obama's Star Chamber Targets Tea Party and Rivals
Valerie Jarrett, Obama’s top advisor, promised
retribution after the 2012 election.
Well guess what. It’s happening. Anyone that is influential, critical or a
perceived rival of this administration or the Democratic Party are being
targeted. Shame is of no consequence
with this administration. The IRS has
been given a license to continue its bullying of Tea Party organizations. What we have is a modern day Star
Chamber. The Wall Street Journal
reported the following:
President Obama and Democrats have been at great pains to insist
they knew nothing about IRS targeting of conservative 501(c)(4) nonprofits
before the 2012 election. They've been at even greater pains this week to
ensure that the same conservative groups are silenced in the 2014 midterms.
That's the big, dirty secret of the omnibus negotiations.
As one of the only bills destined to pass this year, the omnibus was—behind the
scenes—a flurry of horse trading. One of the biggest fights was over GOP
efforts to include language to stop the IRS from instituting a new round of
501(c)(4) targeting. The White House is so counting on the tax agency to muzzle
its political opponents that it willingly sacrificed any manner of its own
priorities to keep the muzzle in place.
And now back to
our previously scheduled outrage over the Chris Christie administration's abuse of traffic
cones on the George Washington Bridge.
The fight was sparked by a new rule that the Treasury Department
and the IRS introduced during the hush of Thanksgiving recess, ostensibly to
"improve" the law governing nonprofits. What the rule in fact does is
recategorize as "political" all manner of educational activities that
501(c)(4) social-welfare organizations currently engage in.
It's IRS targeting all over again, only this time by
administration design and with the raw political goal—as House Ways and Means
Chairman Dave Camp (R., Mich.) notes—of putting "tea party groups out of
business."
Anyone
remember the Dinesh D’Souza documentary, “2016, Obama’s America”? Well, the Obama administration does. He has been indicted for alleged illegal
campaign contributions. And apparently,
the green light has been given to bastions of progressive states. Even conservative activist, James O’Keefe has
been targeted by New York State. And we
know how much they love us.
Obama
and the Democrats know that he will never be impeached. It is politically impossible. But we can take away his Star Chamber. Even the English Parliament was able to
abolish an abusive and secretive agency that kings used to target political foes. And never forget, Obama is not a king.

Wisconsin: A Beacon of Light in a Henry VII/Carter-esque Age
Our national malaise continues
under a Democratic president and Senate.
We are on the precipice of an authoritarian government. It seems the Oval Office has devolved into a
Star Chamber and our elected representatives are unable to stop a man who
professes to have a phone and a pen, and is willing to use it. Can anyone say, Hugo Chavez?
Despite the totalitarian
policies of Barack Obama and the Democratic Party, there is one state, a blue
state that has defied the odds of economic stagnation. That state is Wisconsin. Here is an excerpt from Governor Scott Walker’s
state of the state address:
During that same
year, Wisconsin’s ranking in Chief Executive Magazine’s best and worst states
for business was 43rd. In 2009, a survey of employers by the chamber of
commerce showed just 4% thought our state was heading in the right
direction. Now, our ranking is up to 17th—one of the fastest jumps of any
state in the country. As of last month, 95% of the employers surveyed
said Wisconsin is headed in the right direction. That’s right,
ninety-five percent.
Congratulations to Governor
Walker, the republican legislature and the citizens of Wisconsin.
You are a beacon of light in a Henry VII/Carter-esque age.
Sen. Chuck E. Schumer: Super Genius, Schemes to Marginalize Tea Party
Sen. Chuck E. Schumer: Super Genius outlined his 2014
fascist manifesto that is designed to suppress the Tea Party vote. The last election cycle, he and a number of
his fellow thugs, sent a letter to the IRS demanding they harass and suppress
conservative organizations that dared to voice their discontent. Some were even audited. This wily senator is demanding the whole
federal bureaucracy step up their game and drive the upstart plebeians back onto
their political island where they can be monitored and marginalized.
This New York thug believes that confronting tea partiers
on policy issues would mitigate their hostility to “big government.” To that I say, bring it on asshole. The last thing you want is an honest an open
debate on the policies that you’ve brought about. The “morass” the American people are going
through can be laid directly at your party’s feet. But we know that will never happen. Instead, you will resort to fictional “wars
on women” and other nonsensical deflections that don’t exist.
Sen. Chuck E. Schumer: Super Genius doesn’t trust elections. He
doesn’t trust that process. He wants to
rig it:
"Our very electoral
structure has been rigged to favor tea party candidates in Republican
primaries, even when the district or the state may not be that red."
Schumer said "the tea party machine" has a particularly strong
influence on Republican primaries, partly because the far right turns out to
vote; and partly because of gerrymandering -- "where Republicans have
learned to capture state legislatures and then use innovative technology to
draw districts where a Democrat could never be elected.
"Hence, the Republican House member only has to look over his right
shoulder and moves much further to the right than the average voter in his or
her district would want."
The same thing can
happen in Democratic primaries, Schumer admitted -- "but at the moment, it
is far more exaggerated on the Republican side."
Schumer said one way to "lessen the grip of the tea party on the electoral
process" is to have a primary where voters of every party can vote,
leading the top two vote-getters, regardless of their party affiliation, into a
run-off.
"This would prevent a hard-right candidate from gaining office with only
22 percent of the vote. It would force the most extreme candidates in
Republican districts to move closer to the middle to pick up more moderate
Republicans and independents in order to be one of the top two vote-getters and
enter the run off," he added.
These bastards are
always scheming to retain power. It’s
not enough that their lapdogs in the media have dictated our presidential
nominee for the past two election cycles, now they want to control our congressional primaries.
Well here is my plan
that would restore accountability and give equal representation to the districts
in each state when appointing a U.S. Senator:
repeal the 17th Amendment.
It is obvious that a handful of populated districts in the state of New
York are responsible for keeping a thug like Chuck Schumer in office. And as for equal representation for a state’s
electoral college votes, a winner takes all system should be banned. Each congressional district should have a say
as to who is president.
If we allow these thugs
to keep pushing us around, New York will not be the only state that bans
conservatives.
