Republican members of
Congress are becoming exasperated with the outright lawlessness in Washington
D.C. Government bureaucrats have a green
light to violate our civil rights, and no one can do a damn thing about it. This is what happens when we have an imperial
president.
One congressman is
demanding impeachment proceedings for U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. TPNN reported the exasperation of one
congressman:
“Because if we don’t
have the civil application of the law, what are we doing here?” Gosar asked
rhetorically, referring to Holder’s laundry list of lawless acts.
Congressman Gosar is one of 27 congressmen who have already signed Articles of Impeachment against Holder.
“I give you, an unelected bureaucrat who is violating the Constitution, and that is Eric Holder,” Gosar told Tim while stating that both parties are guilty of building a government bureaucracy that “answers to no one.”
Gosar said that impeaching is not the end game, but that Congress must also take responsibility for holding accountable bureaucrats, like the Obama IRS’s Lois Lerner, who are “violating the Constitution and getting away with it.”

Should We Expropriate Nevada's Statehood?
How can Nevada be considered a state when the
federal government owns 80% it? The
answer is it can’t. What’s even more
astonishing is the history of how this territory got its statehood. It was a fraud! Nevada didn’t qualify! It was done for political purposes! The law in 1864 required a population of
60,000 for a territory to become a state.
Nevada only had about 40,000. On top of that, Nevada made a deal with
the devil. Martin Armstrong of Precious
Metals wrote the following:
The votes at the end
of the day demonstrate that they never needed Nevada. Nonetheless, within the
provisions of the Statehood Act of March 21, 1864 that brought Nevada into the
voting fold, we see the source of the problem today. This Statehood Act retained
the ownership of the land as a territory for the federal government. In return
for the Statehood that was really against the law, the new state surrendered
any right, title, or claim to the unappropriated public lands lying within
Nevada. Moreover, this cannot be altered without the consent of the Feds.
Hence, the people of Nevada cannot claim any land whatsoever because
politicians needed Nevada for the 1864 election but did not want to hand-over
anything in return. This was a typical political one-sided deal.
How ironic is it that the U.S. Senate should be run
by a man whose entire career has been devoted to expanding federal power by any
means possible? That’s how Nevada was
created, and that’s why the rule of law means nothing to people like Harry
Reid.

New York Times Ignores Dinesh D'Souza's New Book
The New York Times is ignoring Dinesh D’Souza’s new
book, America: Imagine a World Without Her.
This book has sold enough copies to make their best seller list. But because the author exposes liberals for
the self-loathing Americans that they are, this newspaper of note chooses to
look away.
Mr. D’Souza’s movie opens on July 2. I’m sure book sales will skyrocket soon
after. I’m sure this paper of record
will take note. Or will it?

Political Speech is Social Welfare
Progressives have been on a crusade to curb
political speech for over a hundred years.
They’ve muzzled churches through the tax code. They tried to shut up unapproved groups by
passing legislation that violated our constitutional rights of free speech and
association. The Supreme Court overturned
this law. After Citizens United v.
Federal Election Commission, Democrats demanded the IRS punish Tea Party
activist for daring to participate in the political process. And the fascist within this agency happily
complied.
Democrats are trying to defend the IRS. We are beginning to see a narrative
form. The totalitarians are trying to
distinguish political speech from social welfare. As far as I’m concerned, there is no
difference between the two. When you
have a cadre of politicians conspiring to undermine our unalienable rights, the
citizens of this country have an obligation to speak out.
Political speech is social welfare. If we don’t protect our heritage and the
blessings of liberty from the likes of Barack Obama, Dick Durbin, Chuck
Schumer, and the rest of these Hugo Chavez wannabes, we will have failed to protect the birth right of future
generations of Americans.

Obamacare Shockwaves to Hit North Carolina
I must admit, I’m surprised. The Charlotte Observer published and op-ed
criticizing the Affordable Care Act, which is turning out to be not so affordable. A tsunami of rate increases is about to send shockwaves throughout North Carolina.

North Carolina, buckle
up. Over the next few months, you’ll learn how much your health insurance
premiums will go up for next year. The early evidence isn’t good – the
percentage increase could be in the double digits.
But that’s nothing
compared to what you’ll face in 2017. In May, I released a comprehensive study
showing how the Affordable Care Act will likely play out in North Carolina over
the next few years. The diagnosis isn’t good.
First, the short
version. In two years, the ACA’s structural problems will lead to substantial
premium increases. Once that happens, North Carolinians will likely leave the
insurance market in droves. They’ll have little choice – they won’t be able to
afford health insurance because federal subsidies won’t keep up with the rapid
price increases. Within a decade, this could swell the ranks of the state’s
uninsured by 57 percent.
This isn’t baseless
speculation. I reached this conclusion using a peer-reviewed economic model
published in several health journals. It was funded by private and government
sources, including the Department of Health and Human Services, and has been
cited by multiple Supreme Court justices in ACA-related rulings.
But why won’t this
happen until 2017? Because that’s the year when the Affordable Care Act goes
into full effect and certain temporary provisions begin to sunset. The changes
will affect all plans sold for 2017 and beyond.
This end result is not surprising
to many of us, who’ve been critical of this federal monstrosity. Hopefully, the
voters will turn their wrath on Senator Kay Hagan, who shoved this bill of
goods down our throats.
Democrats Dismiss IRS Scandal as a Conspiracy Theory

American people, all you have to do is watch the above video. Rep. Lloyd Doggett (D-TX) personifies your
typical low-life political hack.
This so-called representative demeaned a
congressional inquiry on IRS abuses that have proven to be true. Now, operatives at this agency are involved
in a cover up. But according to Rep. Doggett
these scandals are manufactured. They’re
just conspiracy theories for right-wingers.
It’s no wonder Democrats are dismissive of this scandal. The IRS has been doing their dirty work. Harassing and intimidating conservatives is
more effective than running ads or campaigning.
It’s easier to shut your opponents up when the IRS is your enforcer.
Former EPA Administrators Refuse to Endorse Obama's Global Warming Hysteria
Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Ala) asked four previous
EPA administrators if they believed global temperatures have risen faster than
expected, as proclaimed by the Obama administration. Not one of them concurred. The Blaze.com reported the following:
During the Senate hearing, Sessions noted that Obama said
in 2012 that the “temperature around the globe is increasing faster than was
predicted, even ten years ago,” The president then doubled down on the claim
last year, saying “We also know that the climate is warming faster than anybody
anticipated five or ten years ago.”
“So, I would ask each of our former Administrators if any
of you agree that that’s an accurate statement on the climate. So if you do,
raise your hand,” Sessions instructed.
His request was followed by silence and zero raised
hands. The EPA administrators, who previously served in Republican
administrations, were reportedly invited by Democrats to testify on the Obama
administration’s energy policies.
“Thank you, the record will reflect no one raised their
hand,” the GOP senator said.
Yet, Obama’s EPA is pushing through stringent regulations
that will affect all of us.
Rep. Paul Ryan Calls Out IRS Commissioner
Rep. Paul Ryan laid into one of the most arrogant
bureaucrats in Washington D.C. IRS
Commissioner John Koskinen denied any wrong doing. He even refused to apology to the American people
for not being forthright and destroying evidence. Who can we thank for unleashing this hell
hound agency on unsuspecting, innocent citizens?
The Internal
Revenue Service spawned from the Progressive era. I’m sure liberals didn’t foresee one of their
hallmark achievements, the 16th Amendment, as a catalyst for
oppression and governmental abuse. After
all, we’re told, we must judge progressives on their intentions and not the results
of their actions, all of which are proven failures.
Human Events reports the fundamental transformation
of the IRS as a tax collecting service to a thug agency implicitly taking
orders from a Chicago mobster:
Over the past hundred years, the tax code has swelled from
400 pages to almost 74,000. The top rate is 39.6 percent; add in state
and local taxes, and you’ve got the government soaking up over half of every
marginal dollar earned by the Evil Rich. And the top bracket crashes down
on those who earn over $450k, which is the new functional definition of a
“millionaire.” Every new tax – from the income tax itself, to the
Alternative Minimum Tax and its prospective stepchild, the “Buffett Rule” – is
sold as a small levy on the vast wealth of millionaires. The AMT was only
supposed to affect a couple of hundred people when it was implemented in 1969,
but now it’s on the verge of grabbing 50
million taxpayers, if it’s not “fixed.” In the early years of
the income tax, Americans were likewise assured that it would only slip a few
dollars from the bulging wallets of the wealthy.
Allowing the government to sink its feeding tubes into the
veins of American income has fueled astonishing government growth. That
first itty bitty tax levy brought in a paltry $16.6 billion in revenue,
adjusted for the past century of inflation. Today the income tax brings
in $2.7 trillion. Government inevitably grows to fill, and exceed, the
space made available for it.
And when government
grows, freedom diminishes. You can
practically feel liberty being squeezed from every fiber of our being.
Redskins Should Change Name to Thin Skins or D.C. Tyrants
One of the foundations of economic prosperity is property
rights. Talk to any libtard and you’ll
notice they have no respect for this concept.
They believe the collective has a say in what you can and can’t own. The Washington Redskins saga is a testament
to progressive ideology.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office ruled
that one of the oldest franchises in NFL history is denied trademark protection
because they find the name “Redskins” offensive. Since when did this government agency become
the PC police? This is another example
of bureaucratic despotism.
If the “owner” of this storied football team decides
to succumb to political correctness and federal government abuse, may I suggest
the following names that would best reflect the community in which it resides. I would first consider the Washington Thin
Skins. But more appropriately, I believe
the D.C. Tyrants would best fit that cesspool. Their logo should be an arrogant government
bureaucrat with a phone and pen; or, maybe just an angry pencil, since no one
in that town is held accountable for anything.
Obama's Policies Have Killed More People Than Man-Made Global Warming
Global warming activist constantly accuse Americans,
who refuse to accept consensus science, of killing millions around the world. According to them, our high standard of
living is a threat to the planet. These
utopian totalitarians want to knock us off our pedestal into the cesspool that
is the Third-World. Barack Obama is
their number one cheerleader. He has a
pen and a phone and will use it, and as we’ve seen, the unelected and unaccountable
bureaucrats at the EPA are his vehicle.
But despite the hysteria of politicians and their teat
squawking followers, scientist are rejecting this “man-made global warming”
hoax. Forbes reported the following:
Don’t look now, but maybe a scientific
consensus exists concerning global warming after all. Only 36 percent of
geoscientists and engineers believe that humans are creating a global warming
crisis, according to a survey reported in the peer-reviewed Organization Studies.
By contrast, a strong majority of the 1,077 respondents believe that nature is
the primary cause of recent global warming and/or that future global warming
will not be a very serious problem.
The survey results show geoscientists (also known as earth
scientists) and engineers hold similar views as meteorologists. Two recent
surveys of meteorologists (summarized here and here)
revealed similar skepticism of alarmist global warming claims.
According to the newly published survey of geoscientists and
engineers, merely 36 percent of respondents fit the “Comply with Kyoto” model.
The scientists in this group “express the strong belief that climate change is
happening, that it is not a normal cycle of nature, and humans are the main or
central cause.”
The authors of the survey report, however, note that the
overwhelming majority of scientists fall within four other models, each of which
is skeptical of alarmist global warming claims.
Barack Obama’s policies have killed more
people than man-made global warming. How
many people from Central America have died trying to get to the United States
because of Obama’s open border policies?
How many people have died in Afghanistan and Iraq because he refused to
follow through on our commitments?
Russian aggression can also be laid at
the Anointed One’s feet. Obama has
eschewed our traditional allies while trying to appease our enemies. The Ukrainian crisis was predicted long
ago. Utopian morons in the State
Department refused to see it coming. Now
look at what is happening.
The world does not respect a
weakling. When a superpower, such as the
United States, retreats from the world, villains will fill the void. Soon, we will witness a Sunni-Shia civil war
that will spread throughout the world. Muslim
diasporas will not be immune. The
disease, that is Islam, has already spread into our communities, thanks to
asinine policies that allowed them to immigrate into the West. No one will be immune from their violence.
Global warming is not the world’s
menace. Barack Obama and his twisted ideology are far
more dangerous than consensus science.

Time after time, we’ve witnessed Democrats manipulate truth and words as a means to disseminate, obfuscate, and distract the

We have a man-made disaster on our southern
border. Thousands of women and children
from Central America have come to the United States seeking asylum. They are not the only ones. Teenage gang members are demanding we accept

that confirmed gang members in Mexico — including those from Mara Salvatrucha

gang member in his own country, why are we letting him in here? … I’ve heard
people come in and say, ‘You’re going to let me go, just like you let my mother
go, just like you let my sister go. You’re going to let me go as well, and the
government’s going to take care of us,’” Mr. Cabrera told the magazine.
According to Attorney
General Eric Holder, these illegal aliens are some of the most vulnerable in
our society, even known gang members. He
and his fellow transnationalist in the Obama administration are going to make
damn sure these unfortunates receive all benefits due to citizens of the United
States.
First of all, these
illegal aliens are not members of our society.
They are invaders. Notice how our
own Attorney General bastardized the language to justify this invasion. This is absolutely shameful. But why stop there? Why not allow them to vote? That’s what a New York politician has
proposed.

to the bill's sponsor, state Senator Gustavo Rivera.
"Nearly 3 million people in the state of New York
currently reside here and make New York their home, but can't fully participate
in civic, political, and economic life," Rivera, a Democrat who represents
the Bronx in New York City, said in a telephone interview.

Tea Party Dumps Cantor into Establishment Harbor
The Tea Party in Virginia’s 7th Congressional
District dumped House Majority Leader Eric Cantor into the harbor of
involuntary retirement. The Republican
establishment, who’ve been crowing over their primary victories, just lost a
big one to a political novice. Cantor
outspent his opponent 25 to 1. He had a
$5 million war chest compared to Brats $200,000. What an upset!
I can’t wait for Michael Gerson’s next column. I’m sure he can find some time to pluck the
crow feathers out of his mouth while spinning the latest humiliation of his
beloved establishment.

The Unholy Rise of Islam in the United States
The Washington Post published a disturbing
article. They reported Islam is the
second biggest “religion” in 20 states.
First of all, I don’t consider this degenerate dogma a religion. It is a militant, political ideology in the
guise of a religion. Only degenerates
and sociopaths would consider Muhammad a prophet of God. And if he is a prophet, it sure is not the
one of the Judeo-Christian faith.
Charlotte Observer Cartoonist Wins Progressive Puppy Mill Award
A couple of weeks ago, the Charlotte Observer
published an editorial entitled, The importance of a courageous press. Obviously, I laughed out loud. The Disturber is courageous? This leftwing rag is a mouthpiece for the
Democratic Party. How courageous can one
be when the majority of its articles are republished screeds from other liberal
newspapers?
We mustn’t be too hard on Taylor Batten. After all, he accompanied his cartoonist to
the progressive puppy mill of journalism, Columbia University. Mr. Kevin Siers received a Pulitzer Prize for
his activist work demeaning conservatives.
If you haven’t had the displeasure of reading this fish wrap, Christmas
is his favorite holiday. You can always
count on a republican portrayed as Scrooge or the Grinch. How original!
What a talent! I’m sure no other
libtard with a crayon has drawn one of these time honored clichés. But hey, progressives honor and celebrate
other progressives at award ceremonies like the Pulitzer Prize.

As I stood before that
plaque last week, its words struck me as especially relevant in 2014. Our
republic and its press are rising and falling together, and each
institution needs to recommit itself to Pulitzer’s vision. Due to technology
and mankind’s penchant to always find a way to make a buck, the press has
splintered in recent years. Today the American media landscape includes more
cynical, mercenary and demagogic elements than it has in a very long time. As
Pulitzer predicted, that is creating a people as base as itself, and
threatening to make popular government a sham.
First of all, Joseph
Pulitzer was a yellow journalist hack.
He had to create a prize as a means to obfuscate his cynical, mercenary
and demagogic past. And as usual, Mr.
Batten is the first to cast stones.
Maybe the Disturber’s editor should look in the mirror and reflect on
what an able, disinterested, public-spirited press with trained intelligence
can be, because the Charlotte Observer has made a mockery of public virtue and
popular government.

Obama Administration is the Rot from Within
Barely a week goes by without some new federal
government outrage. The assault on life,
liberty, property, and intelligence is as common these days as a house fly on a
hot summer day. One cannot escape the
constant buzzing and pestering from that trash heap known as Washington D.C.
The teat squawkers that elected Barack Obama gave us
a comrade-in-chief, instead of a commander-in-chief. The utopians wanted someone to check the “menace”
that is America. They needed managers to
diminish citizenship and national security.
They needed a cabal to fundamentally change this country. They need a rot from within.
Was the Gitmo Five swap for a deserter a bridge too
far? Even this outrage gave pause to stalwart,
progressive Democrats like Senator Dianne Feinstein. Even she admitted that our so-called
president broke the law. But will she do
anything about it? Hell, no! She’ll look the other way just like the rest
of them. This president is free to do as
he pleases. Just like what he is doing
on our southern border.
You won’t hear about the federal government’s
sanctioned invasion from Central America.
Women and children from the Third-World are pouring over our
borders. The Obama administration is
funding this massive migration by using taxpayer monies to bus and fly these “asylum
seekers” to various outposts. Red states
are the targeted dumping grounds. This is
payback for opposing his imperial majesty’s policies.
Part of Obama’s and the Democratic Party’s
fundamental transformation of America is to change the electorate. If you flood red states with refugees from
the Third-World, they’ll eventually become blue states. And hence America will become the
totalitarian utopia they’ve always dreamed of.

Supreme Court Rulings Undermined Federalism
When delegates to the Constitutional Convention presented a new form of government in 1787, they were met with skepticism, and in some cases,
outright hostility. The opposition,
known as the Anti-Federalist, recognized the potential for a tyrannical, centralized
government. They foresaw an unchecked
power that would trample upon liberty and self-governance. The one branch they were particularly wary of
was the federal judiciary.
The pseudonymous writer, Brutus, prophetically wrote
that unelected and unaccountable judges would abuse their authority by
interpreting the “spirit” of the Constitution and its “elastic clauses” in any
form they wish. They could fundamentally
change our federalist system into a monolithic monstrosity. In order to accomplish this, the judiciary
must undermine the States. Brutus wrote:
That the judicial power of the United States, will lean strongly in favour of the general government, and will give such an explanation to the constitution, as will favour an extension of its jurisdiction, is very evident from a variety of considerations.
One of those considerations was meddling in States’
elections. A series of Supreme Court
rulings dating back to the 1960’s subverted the political process by retarding
the rights of a State’s self governance.
These judges – this priestly
class – molested federalism by dictating the manner with which States’ shall
choose their senators and representatives.
This was by no means a federal consideration. This was purely local.
The rulings in question are Baker v. Carr, Reynolds
v. Sims, and Wesberry v. Sanders. The
Supreme Court fundamentally changed the legislature of States by dictating their
districts and how they were to be represented.
Basically, rural citizens were to be dominated by urbanites. Degenerate values that breed on city streets
would emanate from state capitols and spread throughout the countryside.
More importantly, this reconfiguration would benefit
a political party that advocates centralized government. Having Democrats dominate state legislatures,
they would draw districts that marginalize hard working, liberty loving
citizens while packing federal congressional districts with teat squawkers, who
are looking for an agent that would steal from his neighbors.
And what was the catalyst for these Supreme Court
rulings? Why the 14th
Amendment of course. Did you expect any
other?

either no, or only rudimentary, knowledge to support guesses about the possible
abundance of polar bears in approximately half the areas they occupy,” says
PBSG. “Thus, the range given for total global population should be viewed with
great caution as it cannot be used to assess population trend over the long
term.”
PBSG’s admission also
comes after academics and government regulators have touted their polar bear
population estimates to show that polar bear numbers have grown since the
1960s. PBSG estimates have also been used to show that polar bear populations
have stabilized over the last 30 years.

Polar bears became the
first species listed under the Endangered Species Act because they could
potentially be harmed by global warming. But some recent studies have found
that some polar bear subpopulations have actually flourished in
recent years.
“So, the global
estimates were… ‘simply a qualified guess given to satisfy public demand’ and
according to this statement, were never meant to be considered scientific
estimates, despite what they were called, the scientific group that issued
them, and how they were used,” Crockford said.
