Barack Obama’s big illegal alien scam is about to
raid the U.S. treasury. Millions of
illegal aliens will be eligible to file for the Earned Income Tax Credit. That means illegal aliens will be able to
claim all of their kids living in the United States and in Mexico, or some
other Latin American hellhole.
These people don’t make enough money to pay federal
income taxes. They will, in fact, get huge
refunds because of Obama’s amnesty and the EITC. Americans will end up subsidizing illegal
alien families. This is a huge loss for
the American middle class. The Washington
Times reports:
IRS Commissioner John Koskinen confirmed Tuesday that illegal
immigrants granted amnesty from deportation under President Obama’s new
policies would be able to get extra refunds from the IRS for
money they earned while working illegally, as long as they filed returns during
those years.
Illegal
immigrants who are granted the amnesty will be given official Social Security
numbers, which means they can go back and amend up to three years of previous
tax forms to claim the Earned Income Tax Credit, potentially claiming billions
of dollars in additional payments they were ineligible for before the amnesty.
Illegal aliens were caught
back in 2010 taking advantage of the EITC by using the ITIN card. Now the IRS has opened the treasury to every
Jose, Luis and Maria who has a litter of kids squawking for an American tax
dollar.
