Woo Hoo! Obama Dissed in California Democratic Primary!

What a stunning development! The fruit and nut state held a primary, and the Anointed One was dissed. What in the hell is going on? The Daily Caller reported the following:

More than 13,000 Sacramento County Democrats skipped over President Barack Obama’s name and either left their presidential ballots blank or wrote in a candidate at last Tuesday’s primary.

About 85,000 Democrats and 5,000 decline-to-state voters took a ballot. Close to 8,000 voters left the ballot blank and 5,300 wrote in a candidate. Thirty percent of registered Democrats voted, and 32 percent of registered Republicans voted.

“Our reaction is ‘woo hoo!’” Sue Blake, chairwoman for the Sacramento County Republican Party, said. When asked what the group’s feeling is about the general election, Blake said, “We’re excited about it … excited about the direction things are moving.”

Woo Hoo is right!

A Federal Prisoner Gets a Delegate at the Democratic National Convention

This election cycle is going to be one for the ages. A federal prison inmate gave the Anointed One a run for his money in West Virginia. Keith Judd almost won the presidential primary race, and is entitled to a delegate at the Democratic National Convention.

An obscure federal prison inmate gave President Obama an unexpected run for his money in the West Virginia Democratic Primary Tuesday, highlighting the deep dislike for the president in the Appalachian heartland.

With 96% of the precincts reporting Tuesday night, Keith Judd was holding steady at 41% of the vote and had won ten counties.

Judd is also known as
federal prison inmate Number 11593-051 at the Beaumont Federal Correctional Institution in Beaumont, Texas, where Judd is serving a 210-month sentence for extortion and making threats at the University of New Mexico in 1999.

According to both state and national Democratic Party rules, Keith Russell Judd is entitled to receive at least one delegate from West Virginia for the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C. because he received 15% of the vote.

Do the Democrats have any qualifying standards? What am I saying? Barack Obama’s presidency already answered that question.
