Restaurant Forced to Hire Americans After ICE Raid

 A popular restaurant had to close its doors for a couple weeks because an ICE raid arrested its illegal alien workforce. 

Aroma Buffet & Grill, located near Walmart in Springettsbury Township, reopened Wednesday morning with some new employees, said restaurant manager Kyle Lin.

Lin said he was just hired to replace the previous manager, who was let go following the incident. Lin said he didn't know whether his predecessor's layoff was also tied to the recent arrests. “I’m not sure if the previous manager hired them or knew their proper status, or if those employees provided false information.”

So are we to assume that the current workforce is legal?  Could they possibly be Americans who are willing to do the work that other Americans refuse to do?  How can that possibly be?

Illegal Aliens Demand Free Legal Services and ICE out of Charlotte

Illegal aliens are out of the shadows and in our face with rage and disdain.  Yesterday, about 200 third-worlders stormed a Charlotte city council meeting demanding they kick ICE out of THEIR town and that citizens should pay for their legal services.  One protester compared their plight to the Holocaust.  Here is an excerpt from the Charlotte Observer:

The rage was similar to what was seen after the September shooting of Keith Scott. Council members left the dais in an attempt to quiet the crowd. They returned a few minutes later and continued the regular portion of their meeting, shouting at each other to be heard as they took votes on items such as a transportation plan.

Council members decided to allow more people to speak, but they had adjourned the meeting. So officials moved into the lobby of the Government Center, where they met in small groups with immigrants and activists.

“My family is undocumented, and I was undocumented for a while,” said Daisy Bejarano, who came to the U.S. from Colombia. “(As a student teacher) I work with students who feel like they could come home and lose their parents.”

Earlier Monday, the group marched behind a white banner: “ICE Out of Charlotte / Mayor Roberts Step Up.” Marchers stayed on the sidewalk beside Third Street and appeared to move without incident as they chanted “No more ICE!”

Why not chant, “No more laws!” or “Third-World!  Third-World!”?

Illegal Aliens to be Deported Without Court Hearing

Wow!  This is a welcomed change in policy.  Illegal aliens are going to be deported without a court hearing.  The Daily Caller reported the following:

With immigration courts reaching a record backlog in 2016, Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly ordered Monday that illegal immigrants who have been in the U.S. for less than two years should be allowed to be deported without a court hearing.

Kelly signed two memos Monday that made significant changes to the nation’s immigration policy. They ordered the immediate construction of a border wall, expanded the amount of local police who will enforce immigration law, and put every illegal immigrant — excluding those protected under President Obama’s executive amnesty — at risk of deportation.

These people are here illegally, therefore, they do not have a right to due process for the simple fact that the United States doesn’t recognize their existence in this country.  And if the Supreme Court sticks its nose in this matter, the Trump administration needs to harshly remind these black robed oligarchs that Article III Section 2 dictates they have no jurisdiction in this matter.

Mexican Officials Foment Sedition in the United States

 I am tired of hearing this nonsense that Mexico is an honest trading partner and ally.  This third world hellhole has directed its citizens to invade our country, flood the job market, saturate the welfare rolls and send money back to their native country.  This isn’t an ally.  These people are parasites.

Americans are fed up with this invasion and want action.  President Donald Trump was given a mandate to deal these people and finally we’re getting some action.  Mexico has been put on notice and they in turn are fighting back.  Here is an excerpt from the Wall Street Journal:

The proposal calls for ad campaigns advising migrants in the U.S. to take their cases to court and fight deportation if detained. “The backlog in the immigration system is tremendous,” said former Foreign Minister Jorge Castañeda. The idea is to double or triple the backlog, “until [U.S. President Donald] Trump desists in this stupid idea,” he added.

 Mr. Castañeda is part of a group of Mexican officials, legislators, governors and public figures planning to meet with migrant groups Saturday in Phoenix to lay out plans to confront the Trump administration’s deportation policy.

 Mexico’s government hasn’t endorsed the strategy or the group’s Phoenix mission. But it recently allocated some $50 million to assist undocumented migrants facing deportation, and President Enrique Peña Nieto has instructed the country’s 50 consulates in the U.S. to defend migrants.

So there you have it.  These scoundrels are going to us our own courts against us.

These Mexican officials are fomenting sedition of the United States.  They should be denied entry and any Mexican consulate that aids and abets this seditious act should be shutdown and their officials thrown out of the country.

Police Chase Illegal Alien Who Has Been Deported Over 20 Times

Still believe we have a border?  Does citizenship matter in the Age of Obama?
 

FLORENCE, Ariz. (AP) — Authorities say a man arrested after a high-speed chase in Pinal County is a native of Mexico who has been deported 20 times.

County Sheriff's officials say 26-year-old Genaro Cisneros-Delgado is being held on a $50,000 bond on suspicion of felony flight and endangerment.

They say Cisneros-Delgado took a sheriff's deputy on a 30-mile chase on Interstate 10 last Friday night and speeds reached more than 100 mph

Authorities say Cisneros-Delgado crashed through a locked gate outside a Sun Lakes retirement community before stopping the vehicle and fleeing with three passengers.

Sheriff's officials say Cisneros-Delgado and the other three are in the country illegally and he was smuggling them into the U.S.

North Carolina is a Magnet for Illegal Aliens

Is it any wonder that North Carolina is a magnet for illegal aliens when we are ranked 6^th in the nation for illegal alien deportation reprieves?  On top of that, we have communities implementing outreach programs to these law breakers, so they won’t be afraid to contact the police if they become victims of a crime.  The world has turned upside down.

Earlier this year, a reporter actually did his job.  That person exposed the ongoing tax fraud by illegal aliens, and of course, North Carolina is right in the middle of this corruption.

The tax fraud scheme is a $4 billion problem across the U.S. that involves suspected illegal immigrants getting billions of dollars in tax credits for children who don't live in America, or don’t even exist, according to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.

“It's just ridiculous how easy it is for people to qualify for these credits,” said CPA Nancy Dawkins.

U.S. citizens’ Social Security numbers are used when processing tax returns. Illegal immigrants, or people in the U.S. on work visas, use an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, or ITIN.

The WRAL Investigates team tracked audits warning the IRS for years about child tax credits and easy-to-get ITINs that open the door for illegal immigrants to defraud the system. When the credits became refundable, the claims exploded.

Dawkins says she has questioned clients who changed their taxpayer ID numbers and their children's names to work the system. “That's a big clue. If you don't know the names of your children, maybe these aren't your children,” Dawkins said.

Following WRAL’s stories last month, two Charlotte women – Candida Figueroa and Cathy Cisneros – pleaded guilty in a $5-million tax fraud scheme. Agents confiscated hundreds of refund checks, lists of Hispanic names, a box of Mexican birth certificates and tax returns sent out to people linked to falsified documents.

Is there an outreach program for American citizens who are against this third-world invasion?

Illegal Aliens Protest in Charlotte, North Carolina

Illegal aliens protested and stopped traffic in Charlotte, North Carolina. The demonstration was scheduled at the same time a rally was being held by Democrats, who were celebrating the countdown to the DNC National convention that is to be held in the Queen City next year:

CHARLOTTE About 15 young people, including at least seven who are not authorized to be in the U.S., were arrested on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and impeding traffic during a sit-in rally Tuesday to protest immigration laws.

Among those arrested was Martin Rodriguez of Hamptonville who is a member of a Yadkinville immigrant advocacy group called El Cambio.

The rally was held just after a preview kickoff rally held separately by the Democratic National Convention in advance of the 2012 presidential nominating convention that will be held in Charlotte.

Rally organizer Domenic Powell, a founding member of the advocacy group N.C. Dream Team, said, "This is what we have to do because these are young people whose lives are in limbo. If Democrats think we're going to go with them, they need to remember they're dealing with idealistic young people with nothing to lose."

Several hundred people, many of them young immigrants brought to the U.S. at a young age by their families, gathered for the rally at Central Piedmont Community College in downtown Charlotte, about a mile from the DNC convention gathering.

The rally group marched together to East Fourth Street and South Kings Avenues, stood in the road to stop traffic, then held a sit-in in the intersection for about 20 minutes before police began arresting them.

As Powell was led to a police van with his arms held behind his back by a police wristband, the crowd chanted "Undocumented," and Powell yelled in response at the top of his lungs, "Unafraid!"

Earlier, Powell said young people who have grown up as Americans after being brought to the U.S. by their parents need a pathway to correct their immigration status.

"These people are not criminals. They're being made criminals," Powell said. Being in the country without authorization is a civil offense, rather than a criminal one.

Powell and others call themselves "dreamers" after legislation in Congress known as the DREAM Act, which would give a pathway to legal status to young, educated illegal immigrants without criminal records.

I am no longer amazed at the arrogance and sense of entitlement that these illegals have. These people need to be arrested, along with the rest of their illegal family members and deported. It’s bad enough that we have citizens holding their hands out and squawking for a teat, it’s even worse when foreigners do it.

Mexican Mayors Upset Over U.S. Deportations

Just when you thought that the Mexicans and their government officials couldn’t grow a bigger set of balls, a coalition of border town mayors issued a complaint at a cross border conference. They are upset that the U.S. is deporting CRIMINAL ALIENS in their towns.


Ciudad Juarez Mayor Jose Reyes blamed U.S. deportation policy for contributing to his city's violence, saying that of the 80,000 people deported to Juarez in the past three years, 28,000 had U.S. criminal records -- including 7,000 convicted rapists and 2,000 convicted murderers.


Those criminal deportees, he said, have contributed to the violence in Juarez, which has reported more than 2,200 murders this year. Reyes and the other Mexican mayors said that when the U.S. deports criminals back to Mexico, it should fly them to their hometowns, not just bus them to the border.

An official from I.C.E. says there is cooperation between the governments and that notification of impending deportations is given in advance:

Those convicted of crimes in the U.S. are required first to fulfill "any sentence imposed by the U.S. courts," ICE spokeswoman Virginia Kice told FoxNews.com.


She said all of the deportees are then inspected by Mexican immigration authorities when they arrive in Mexico, and if they are wanted for crimes in Mexico, they are also met by representatives from the Mexican Attorney General’s Office.


But if they don't have charges pending against them in Mexico, they are free men and women once they cross the border regardless of what they have done in the U.S.

I am continually amazed at the arrogance of these people. It’s bad enough that THEIR CRIMINAL CITIZENS come to our country to rape and pillage our populace, but now we're to fly them to their hometown! I suppose we should provide them with limousine service to their family’s front door.

Just this past weekend the Mexican Consulate came to Concord, North Carolina to handout passports and matricula cards, so the illegal aliens can have documentation to subvert our laws and take advantage of the welfare programs in this state; when questioned they just shrug it off.  I’ve never seen such a shameless sense of entitlement.
