Rep. Paul Ryan Explains D.C. Math
Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) explains that D.C. math so all can understand it. If this is the kind of crap that comes out of that swamp, we need to shut down the Department of Education right now before they contaminate the rest of the country.
