A couple of days ago, I scanned through my Google news feed and stumbled upon this headline: NASA’s chilling 30-year-old warning. I thought, alright, let’s check it out. Half way through the article, I began to wonder who published this crap. Come to find out, it was Fox News! Hell, I thought it was Mother Jones. Here is an excerpt:

What a load of crap! James Hansen is a quack. He hasn’t been right about anything. The video below provides empirical data that refutes this huckster’s assertions.

Time to Convict Global Warming Scam Artists

Democratic attorney generals are using their office to bully global warming skeptics.   A coalition of thugs have threatened to use their office as a means to shut up businesses, think tanks and others for having the audacity to question an industry infested with green energy scam artists.  But that knife cuts both ways.  Here is an excerpt from the Washington Times:

The “cuts both ways” argument was among those raised by 13 Republican attorneys general in a letter urging their Democratic counterparts to stop using their law enforcement power against fossil fuel companies and others that challenge the climate change catastrophe narrative.

Consider carefully the legal precedent and threat to free speech, said the state prosecutors in their letter this week, headed by Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange.

“If it is possible to minimize the risks of climate change, then the same goes for exaggeration,” said the letter. “If minimization is fraud, exaggeration is fraud.”

The letter comes as Exxon Mobil fights off subpoenas by two prosecutors — Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey and Virgin Islands Attorney General Claude E. Walker — for decades’ worth of climate-related documents and communications with academics, universities and free-market think tanks.

 So let it be written, so let be done.  We can start with Al Gore and work our way through the government grant schemers who’ve defrauded the American taxpayers with bogus studies and then we can go after the international scammers at the United Nations.

State Attorneys General Criminalize Global Warming Dissenters

Progressives are the most dangerous people in the United States.  If they don’t like your politics, they’ll look for ways to shut you up.  They usually employ government bureaucrats to harass and intimidate opponents.  Now they’ve found a more effective means to silence those who are bold enough to question their assertions and motives.

A group of state attorneys general are using the courts to quash dissent on man-made global warming.  Here is an excerpt from the Daily Caller.  

“Instead of honoring legitimate academic and scientific inquiry, the far-left has gone to extremes to silence those who disagree,” Inhofe told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “This is not about the science, it is about personal attacks and politics at its worst.”

Inhofe’s referring to investigations launched by the attorneys general of California, Massachusetts, New York and the U.S. Virgin Islands into ExxonMobil’s global warming activities over the past 20 years or so. Virgin Islands AG Claude Walker has subpoenaed Exxon and a libertarian think tank for records under the guise the oil giant was violating the territory’s anti-racketeering law.

But it wasn’t until Tuesday night that an un-redacted copy of the subpoena Walker sent Exxon was obtained by reporters. Walker’s subpoena asked for information from 88 mostly-right-leaning think tanks along with 54 scientists and policy experts skeptical of global warming.

Progressives will abuse their authority.  Republican Majority Leader Tom Delay can attest to that.  A politically motivated District Attorney fished for a pliable Grand Jury until he got the people he wanted.  Delay’s conviction was a travesty of justice.  He was later exonerated by a Texas Court of Appeals.  It’s unfortunate that democrats have to resort to such tactics.

Global Alarming: Liberals with Doctorate Degrees

Are liberals capable of honesty?  The scam de jour is a fabricated survey by a gay activist with a PH.D.  The American Spectator reported the following:

Two aspiring political scientists exposed a widely referenced study, which maintained that homosexuals discussing gay marriage with citizens proved “capable of producing a cascade of opinion change,” as a total fraud.

Berkeley grad student Joshua Kalla and Stanford professor David Broockman, eager to add to the project with their own study, discovered that the survey firm identified in “When Contact Changes Minds: An Experiment on Transmission of Support for Gay Equality” maintained “no familiarity with the project,” “never had an employee with the name of the staffer” believed as assisting the research, and “denied having the capabilities” to conduct such an endeavor.

The debunking unleashed myriad reactions, none as gleeful as the ones that greeted the initial study late last year.

“Perhaps he meticulously planned the whole thing with malice aforethought,” Duke sociologist Kieran Healy speculates about Michael LaCour, the gay UCLA Ph.D. accused of fabricating data. Widener University law professor John Culhane, lashing out at how he imagines conservatives will spin the news, argues at Politico.com that proof of the concoction merely “tells us… that the gay canvasser study should be tried again; properly, this time. Not that gay canvassers have no effect.”

Doesn’t this sound familiar?  One of the biggest scams perpetuated on the world is another survey that touts 97% consensus on man-made global warming.  Forbes reported the following:

Global warming alarmists and their allies in the liberal media have been caught doctoring the results of a widely cited paper asserting there is a 97-percent scientific consensus regarding human-caused global warming. After taking a closer look at the paper, investigative journalists report the authors’ claims of a 97-pecent consensus relied on the authors misclassifying the papers of some of the world’s most prominent global warming skeptics. At the same time, the authors deliberately presented a meaningless survey question so they could twist the responses to fit their own preconceived global warming alarmism.

The only thing I’m alarmed about is a liberal with a doctorate degree.

Is the Antarctica Melting or Not?

Alright, what is it?  Is Antarctica’s ice shelf expanding or dissolving?  Within less than a week, we’ve had conflicting reports as to what is happening to the world’s southern continent. 

NASA recently reported the outer ice shelves are melting at an alarming rate, supposedly due to global warming.  International Business Times reported the following:

In 2002, two-thirds of the Larsen B Ice Shelf, located along the east coast of the Antarctic Peninsula, collapsed in a span of less than six weeks. According to a new NASA study, the remains of this ancient structure, which has existed for over 10,000 years, are likely to disintegrate completely before the end of the decade -- an event that would significantly contribute to global sea level rise.  

“These are warning signs that the remnant is disintegrating,” Ala Khazendar from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, who led the study, said in a statement. “Although it’s fascinating scientifically to have a front-row seat to watch the ice shelf becoming unstable and breaking up, it’s bad news for our planet.”

Several recent studies have spotted an uptick in the melting of Antarctica’s floating ice shelves, which act as doorstops and hold back its glaciers and ice sheets from spreading outward into oceans. In some regions, the thickness of these shelves has fallen by as much as 18 percent over the past 18 years -- a process that has accelerated over the last decade

 And then we have the following contradictions, as reported by The Guardian:

Sea ice around Antarctica is currently at record levels for May, part of a trend of increasing ice around the frozen continent making it harder to resupply and refuel research stations.

More than 50 scientists are gathering in Hobart in Tasmania this week for a series of workshops on techniques to more accurately forecast sea ice levels in the polar region, aiming to save millions of dollars in shipping costs.

They will also hope to avoid a repeat of the problems suffered by the Akademik Shokalskiy, the research vessel caught in a sudden freeze in December 2013. 

Rod Wooding, from the Australian Antarctic Division, said last year ships “couldn’t get anywhere near” the Australian research site, Mawson station, requiring a year’s worth of supplies and fuel to be flown in by helicopter.

“[That] is inadequate for the long-term sustainability of the station,” Wooding said. “Other national programs have had similar problems, the French in particular, the Japanese also.”

Scientists were initially puzzled by the increasing sea ice around the continent, which reached record levels in September 2014, but have concluded it is “very largely driven by changes in wind”, Tony Worby, the chief executive of the Antarctic Climate and Ecosystems Cooperative Research Centre said

What are we to believe?  Is the Antarctic melting or not?  One wonders where the truth lies.  We must consider the possibility that NASA has been corrupted by global warming grafters as have other governmental agencies.  It’s a shame science has been politicized.

It's a Bumper Sticker Life

It’s a bumper sticker life!  Such is the political philosophy of liberals.  Everything they believe can be summed up in sound bites or hash tags.  We’ve all seen their inanity plastered on the rear end of vehicles.  Here are a few examples:

Reality: The tenets of Islam doesn’t allow for peaceful coexistence. 

Reality: Increasing the minimum wage raises the cost of goods and services; lowering the purchasing power of the middle class, not to mention, the concomitant pay cut skilled workers encounter when non-skilled are making as much as they.  Unless, of course, they too get a pay raise, which we all know isn’t going to happen.

 Reality:  Women have a choice to kill a fetus, but the taxpayers didn’t have a say when Planned Parenthood raided their wallets.  Pro-choice is a one way street to liberals.

Reality:  Global warming is a fraud of epic proportions.  Enough said.

Someone should write a play entitled: Lil’ Lost Liberals.  We can rewrite a Little Orphan Annie song, “It’s a Hard Knock Life,” into “It’s a Bumper Sticker Life.”

Another Global Warming Protest Canceled Because of Cold

Why do global warming alarmists schedule protest in the middle of winter?  Every year they get canceled due to “unfavorable weather conditions.”  You’d think they would learn by now.  The Daily Caller reported:

Fossil Free Yale, a group pushing the university to divest itself from fossil fuels, told the Yale Daily News that frigid, snowy weather set for this weekend will mean their global warming protest will have to be postponed.

FFY’s Mitch Barrow said that “unfavorable weather conditions and other logistical issues, including some cancellations from speakers and performance groups” would mean they would not be able to rally on Global Divestment Day — a day where environmental groups urge institutions like Yale to divest from fossil fuels, like coal, natural gas and oil.

Yale should divest itself of stupidity.  The halls would be full of tumbleweeds if that ever happened.

Survey: Man-Made Global Warming Not Settled Science

The man-made global warming graft is just about up.  A new survey demonstrates there is no consensus on what was supposed to be settled science:

A new Purdue University report and survey of on global warming finds that just 50 percent of scientists blame human causes, not the NASA-endorsed and widely distributed claim of 97 percent.

In a survey of nearly 7,000 in the agriculture field, found that most scientists agree that climate change is happening, but just 50.5 percent blame mankind.

“More than 90 percent of the scientists and climatologists surveyed said they believed climate change was occurring, with more than 50 percent attributing climate change primarily to human activities,” said the Purdue report published in the authoritative Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society and highlighted by MRC Business.

“Contrary to the repeated insistence of both climate alarmists and the media, scientists do not all agree on the standard climate alarmism talking points,” said MRC’s review of the scholarly report from one of the nation’s leading ag schools.

I wonder when we can expect predictions on the coming ice age and why humans (Americans) are responsible for it.

Global Warming Confuses Pennsylvanian Trees

Global warming is causing leaves to change colors in the middle of August in Pennsylvania!  What’s next?  Will polar bears float on icebergs down the Ohio, Alleghany and Monongahela Rivers?  Will we see a migration of Eskimos hunting seals in downtown Pittsburgh?

CBS reports:

PITTSBURGH (KDKA)- Pittsburgh is dealing with one of the coldest summers in history, and it’s having an effect on the trees.

Friday morning temperatures fell into the 40s in Western Pennsylvania.

Meteorologists say these cold temperatures are leading to trees changing colors in the middle of August.

“This is extraordinary for August, and certainly is a reflection of the prevalence of cool weather,” KDKA Meteorologist Dennis Bowman said.

Right now Pittsburgh is on pace for the 9th coldest summer since record keeping began in 1871.

  Somebody get a hold of Al Gore, post haste!  Pennsylvania needs some carbon dioxide and fast.

Consensus Scientist Lie About Polar Bear Population

Global warming alarmist gave themselves another black eye.  Consensus scientist once again massaged the numbers to inflame panic and bolster grant money.  This time they used their mascot to mislead the public.  The polar bear was declared an endangered species due to “climate change.”  It seems we’ve been duped by the scientific community once again.  The Daily Caller reported the following:

“Consequently, there is either no, or only rudimentary, knowledge to support guesses about the possible abundance of polar bears in approximately half the areas they occupy,” says PBSG. “Thus, the range given for total global population should be viewed with great caution as it cannot be used to assess population trend over the long term.”

PBSG’s admission also comes after academics and government regulators have touted their polar bear population estimates to show that polar bear numbers have grown since the 1960s. PBSG estimates have also been used to show that polar bear populations have stabilized over the last 30 years.

Polar bear populations became the centerpiece of the effort to fight global warming due to claims that melting polar ice caps would cause the bears to become endangered in the near future. Years ago, some scientists predicted the Arctic would be virtually ice free by now.

Polar bears became the first species listed under the Endangered Species Act because they could potentially be harmed by global warming. But some recent studies have found that some polar bear subpopulations have actually flourished in recent years.

“So, the global estimates were… ‘simply a qualified guess given to satisfy public demand’ and according to this statement, were never meant to be considered scientific estimates, despite what they were called, the scientific group that issued them, and how they were used,” Crockford said.

Never meant to be considered scientific estimates?  Will they say the same about their global warming models?  Folks, we are being played for a bunch of suckers.  Bernie Madoff has nothing on these climate change grafters.

Liberals Demand Political Religious Test for Public Office

The U.S. Constitution specifically prohibits religious test as a qualifier for obtaining public office.  However, liberals have a completely different form of religion than what our founding fathers envisioned.  Political ideology is the Democratic Party’s god.  They have deemed it heresy to have a different point of view from them.  And they want to silence us.  One of their global warming priests has made that proposal.  Truth Revolt reported the following:

Chris Hayes thinks politicians who don't accept global warming theory or gay marriage should be disqualified from holding office.

 On his MSNBC show "All In" Hayes made the astounding assertion after discussing multiple "disqualifying" views with a panel including former New York Times columnist Bob Herbert, Christina Bellantoni, editor-in-chief of Roll Call, and Richard Kim, executive editor of TheNation.com.

 Newsbusters has the transcript which shows how this cadre of progressives appoint themselves the enlightened few who can determine which views are worthy of public discussion and which are to be agreed upon without debate. As Paul Bremmer points out in his article, "Hayes has stumbled upon a new way to squelch debate in this country and pave the way for liberal domination of American political thought."

Soon, these totalitarians will have dissenters wearing identifiers on their clothing, and then ship us off to some dark corner of the world in order to be liquidated.

Climate Change Grafters Push for More Regulations

Barack Obama’s cadre of totalitarians and political grafters has released a dire climate change report.  It’s all doom and gloom. The world is going to hell in a hand basket, because Americans are a bunch of selfish, energy loving people who enjoy toilet paper, indoor plumbing, central air, and the ability to drive a car to work.

Obama’s leading henchman is paving the way for a Venezuelan-esque economy:

Podesta told reporters during a briefing at the White House that President Obama is committed to moving forward with controversial Clean Air Act regulations to cut carbon dioxide emissions for all new coal and gas-fired power plants. 

Republicans have branded the president's climate plan as a "war on coal" and have sponsored legislation to roll back planned Environmental Protection Agency greenhouse gas standards they arguer the Clean Air Act. All I would say is that those have zero percent chance of working. We're committed t will harm the nation's economy. 

"They'll find various ways, particularly in the House, to try to stop us from using the authority we have undeo moving forward with those rules," Podesta said. 

The report also comes as the administration delays a decision on the controversial Canada-to-Texas Keystone pipeline. Environmentalists oppose it, but Republicans and some Democrats are pressuring the administration to approve it. 

The climate report looked at regional and state-level effects of global warming, compared with recent reports from the United Nations that lumped all of North America together. A draft of the report was released in January 2013, but this version has been reviewed by more scientists, the National Academy of Science and 13 government agencies and had public comment.

Every principle involved in this report has a vested interest in passing this fraud and it has nothing to do with global warming.  These scoundrels have been fleecing the American taxpayers far too long.

The Progressive Gospels

After watching a number of documentaries on Hitler’s Germany, I’m struck by the parallel ideologies of the Nazis and the Progressives. Both believe in the evolutionary principles of Darwin and in doing so they had to destroy the pillars of Western civilization in the name of progress.

One of the first institutions both attacked is traditional values. The Nazis believed that the children belonged to the State. We’re witnessing the same kind of attitude with liberals. Progressives don’t believe parents have a say in their child’s education, or how they’re raised. Recently, a professor and commentator at MSNBC proclaimed that your kids belong to the collective.


 

The Nazis instituted the Hitler Youth and Lebensborn program, which was designed for the sole purpose of raising the birthrate of Aryan children.  The Progressives, however, instituted the welfare state, enslaving single mothers (and their children) to a lifetime of dependency, and now they're attacking the time honored tradition of a marriage between one man and one woman.

Both the Nazi and Progressive ideologies despise Christianity.   Heinrich Himmler proclaimed he wanted to pull it out by the roots.  Progressives are doing the same by shunning and silencing Christians who dare profess their religion, or say a prayer in a public forum by using the courts as a weapon.  Their contempt for Christianity is as virulent as any of Hitler’s Nazis.

Both had to revise history in order to implement their ideologies.  The above video goes into detail on the Nazis referendum.  Progressives, on the other hand, had to distort and dishonor our founding principles and documents, and especially those who fought for our independence.  They have successfully replaced our founders’ constitution with their own.  Hence, their Darwinian premise of a living and breathing constitution. 

Both have abused science.  The Nazis used all sorts of crackpot theories to advance their sense of superiority, such as Hanns Horbiger’s “World Ice Theory.”  Click on the link below for this wild nonsense.  The Progressives, in turn, advanced their Global Warming scheme in order to subjugate and control the population.  This lie is being refuted daily.

 

Finally, both advocated and implemented eugenics.  Germany and the United States sterilized and warehoused millions of their citizens.  The final solution for the Nazis was the Holocaust.  The Progressives have Planned Parenthood and abortions.  Their style isn’t on the same level of horror as a concentration camp, but their disdain for life and their fellow human beings is just as reprehensible.  If anyone has any doubts about that, I suggest you read about the atrocities at Kermit Gosnell’s clinic.
 

 

The Progressives will hoot and holler about this comparison.  But the facts are the facts and as much as they want, they can’t distort this part of their history.
