Democrats Use Illegal Aliens to Weaponize Census

If Americans should learn anything, it’s Democrats usually accuse others of what they’re doing. The Obama administration consistently accused conservatives of bullying their opponents. Well, if I remember correctly, it was the tea party and other organizations that were harassed by federal bureaucracies. Some businesses that expressed discontent with Obama’s policies were investigated. I don't recall Reagan or the Bushes using these tactics.  Do you?

This same administration weaponized our intelligence agencies by spying on candidate Trump. They used a fake dossier compiled by foreign agents to push through FISA warrants. What was the accusation leveled at candidate Trump? Oh, that’s right, he was accused of colluding with Russian agents to fix an election. It looks like the other way around, if you ask me.

Make no mistake about it, Democrats value nothing but power and money, and they’ll do anything to obtain it. The latest battle is the coming decennial census. Senator Kamala Harris made the following charge:

The census is supposed to get a full and accurate count of the U.S. population. By weaponizing the census, this Administration is violating the idea that everyone counts.

Let’s take a look at what the Enumeration Clause states in Article One, Section 2:

Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons. 

I’ll concede that citizens aren’t exclusively used for census purposes. However, no one can doubt that those counted are people who are authorized to be in the United States. The phrase: including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, meant indentured servants, and the three fifths clause was used to count slaves. We must take note of: excluding Indians not taxed. That means people who aren’t recognized and are subject to the jurisdiction of foreign countries shall not be counted in the census. Illegal aliens fall under this category, therefore, they shouldn’t be counted.


But that’s not going to happen. Blue state Democrats need illegal aliens to be counted. They need seats in the House and Electoral votes for the presidency. They have an insatiable need to control Washington D.C. and the treasury. Remember, it’s not about citizenship or the integrity of the vote; it’s about power and money.

Welcome to Hotel Blue State: You can check out anytime you like, but you can never leave. That pretty much sums up the mentality of liberals no matter where you live. These people are a bunch of busybodies who aren’t content unless they’re forcing their values onto everybody else. And if you believe you can escape their self-righteous dictates, you’ve got another think coming.


For instance, Illinois is developing a scheme to destroy the value of their citizens property by raising taxes so high, they can’t afford to leave. Rush Limbaugh summed it up best:


Furthermore, you would not be able to escape this by selling your house and leaving. You know why? You’re not gonna be able to sell your house. Nobody’s gonna buy your house in Chicago with this kind of taxation on it.


And the people that come up with these rules — this is the reasoning from the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. “New taxes wouldn’t affect people thinking of moving to Illinois. While they would have to pay higher property taxes, that would be offset by not having to pay as much for their new homes. In addition, current homeowners would not be able to avoid the new tax by selling their homes and moving because home prices should reflect the new tax burden quickly.”


In other words, they fully expect the value of you in Chicago and Illinois who own your homes, the value of those homes to plummet with the application of these new property taxes. So people arriving in the state are gonna be able to afford your house because you’re gonna have to practically give it away, which means you’re gonna lose every bit of equity and wealth you have in your house if you try to sell it and leave.


And if you are able to escape a blue state hellhole, Progressives will use the courts to force their values onto the rest of the country. Illegal immigration, auto emissions, obamacare, environmental standards, it doesn’t matter, they’re going to make damn sure no one escapes their utopian worldview. The Washington Examiner published an article that outlined California’s nefarious schemes. Here is an excerpt:


Federalism has traditionally been a shield, protecting states from an overreaching federal government. But California’s blue-state bully federalism is more like a sword, trying to prod others into following its world view. States are required to give “full faith and credit” to the public acts, records, and court declarations of other states, according to Article IV of the Constitution. If not violating the letter of that law, California certainly disrespects and dishonors its spirit.



People will argue the auto emissions controversy both ways, but the larger story deserves attention as well. When a state sues the federal government 39 times in 19 months, something bigger is going on. In this case, California is trying to impose its own blue-state policies on immigration, civil rights, environmental standards, healthcare and more on the rest of the country wherever it can. That effort should be seen for what it is— a blue-state political power play, not a high-minded defense of federalism and states’ rights.



Progressives respect nothing if it doesn’t advance their agenda. Unfortunately, these totalitarians have fellow travelers in the judiciary who’ll do their bidding.

World's Teat Squawkers Depend on Blue Wave

The world’s teat squawkers are depending on a blue wave to overtake the United States and flood Washington D.C. with a bunch of irresponsible brats. Our enemies are depending on it; our so-called European allies are depending on it; but more importantly, all the “democratic socialist” who infest our country depend on it.

Adulthood is the enemy of these teat squawkers. It’s a shame that President Trump has to take on the mantle of being a parent to a bunch of babies who are constantly screaming for free stuff. And that includes our “friends” at the European Union.

I recently read an article in the American Thinker by Peter Skurkiss that summed up the United States’ perceived role. Here is an excerpt:

The Europeans might give the appearance of moving to fair trade under U.S. pressure, but that's a smoke screen. In the end, they know that their societies, as presently structured, cannot afford it.

The socialist mindset affects Europe deeply. Socialist countries cannot compete with capitalist ones. But more than that, it also influences how Europe looks at America. Europe sees the U.S. as tremendously rich in natural resources, wealthy, and powerful relative to them. Given how Europeans arrange their own societies, it is only natural that they feel it is America's duty to subsidize them in terms of trade and providing for their defense.

Sadly, most of the American foreign affairs establishment seems to agree with this sentiment -- a major reason why Donald Trump and his deplorable supporters are seen as an anathema to those 'experts.' And it must be noted, that subsidizing Europe (and China) on trade has not cost any of these elites anything, but it has helped devastate much of middle America.

Don’t ever trust a socialist whether they’re European or “democratic.” They’ll always lie to get their way.

National Popular Vote Equals Blue State Mob Rule

Progressives are constantly looking for ways to circumvent the U.S. Constitution and force their agenda down the American peoples throat. One of the unique aspects of our federalist system is to put a check on populism by ensuring the mob doesn’t force their will on everyone else. The latest scheme to come down the pipeline is a national popular vote.


Eleven states plus the District of Columbia have passed a law pledging their Electoral College votes to the winner of the national popular vote. NPR summed up their reasons why:


"With the exception of the presidency, every elected office in the country, from city council, to United States senator, to governor, is awarded the candidate who receives the most votes," Malloy said in a statement. "The vote of every American citizen should count equally, yet under the current system, voters from sparsely populated states are awarded significantly more power than those from states like Connecticut. This is fundamentally unfair."


There you have it. This is all about highly populated areas in blue states, whose people have completely different values than the rest of us, having the ability to shove their agenda down our throats. What they want is Blue State mob rule.


Of course, these people don’t have the courage of their convictions to implement this scheme until everyone else is forced to comply.


The bill adopts an interstate compact that's officially called "The Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote."

The agreement won't kick in unless it's backed by enough states and other voting areas to claim a majority of Electoral College votes.

In addition to Connecticut, the other jurisdictions in the pact are California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington state, along with Washington, D.C.

"If the Electoral College is abolished, the compact terminates," according to the Connecticut legislation.


The only way the Electoral College can be abolished is by amending the Constitution and there is no way in hell that’s going to happen. There are many Americans who would rather dissolve this union than be ruled by a bunch Blue State degenerates who want to turn this country into California, or any of those other states that are signatories to this un-American abomination.

The SALT Exodus

When Republicans passed their tax reform legislation, the majority of Americans noticed a bump in their paychecks. It’s always good to keep more of your money; it’s even better to deprive the D.C. swamp of taxpayer largess.


However, certain provisions in this law may have unintended consequences red staters may soon regret. The repeal of SALT deductions (state and local taxes) could trigger an exodus unseen since the days of Moses. Blue states are notoriously expensive to live in. Their politicians are irresponsible spendthrifts as well as the voters who elect them. Once this provision is taken away only the poor and ultra-rich will inhabit these progressive utopias. Here is an excerpt from the Hill:


The recently passed tax bill, which repeals the state and local tax (SALT) deduction, will only speed up the exodus. Thanks to the bill’s passage, many New York taxpayers will save little or nothing despite a cut in the federal rate. The state’s highest earners — who have been footing an outsized share of the bill — will pay tens of thousands of dollars more in income taxes in 2018. In New York alone, loss of the SALT deduction will remove $72 billion a year in tax deductions and affect 3.4 million residents.


And make no mistake: What’s happening in the Big Apple is a microcosm of what’s happening in the nation’s blue states, cities and towns. New York, Los Angeles, Chicago — the places where power and capital have traditionally congregated — have become so over-regulated, so overpriced and mismanaged, and so morally bankrupt and soft on crime that people are leaving in droves. Of course, these high-tax cities are the same places hit hardest by the removal of the SALT deduction.


I admit I loved sticking it to these blue state scumbags. But I can say without hesitation I don’t want these commies becoming my neighbors. That New York accent, bad attitude and progressive politics have no business in the South.
