Miami's Palestinian Leader Plots the Demise of Jews

Its bad enough we allow peoples from around the world to immigrate to the United States whose values and culture are contrary and antagonistic to Western civilization.  But to have the federal government fund their war on us is reprehensible. 

Domestic terrorist have wormed their way into taxpayer coffers.  They know all the right words to use.  They know who the tools are in our government and the gullible suckers who buy into their lies.  Sofian Zakkout, a Palestinian leader in Miami, knows how to play the game.  This man has played everyone for fools.  Jewish organizations believed him an honest broker for peace, when in fact he plots their demise.  Can anyone say Taqiyya?   

The Blaze reported the following:

Zakkout served on the US Commission on Civil Rights–Florida State Advisory Committee in 2002-10. In 2005, the FBI attended an event organized by Zakkout’s non-profit, the American Muslim Association of North America (AMANA).  Jeff Green of the FBI’s Miami office explained there: "We just want to let the community know we're part of the community like they are. We protect the rights they have. Events like this help us to promote a greater understanding of community and law enforcement.'' 

The Department of Homeland Security awarded $70,000 in 2007 to an organization Zakkout founded, American Muslims for Emergency Relief (AMER). The Miami-Dade County Corps Council awarded Zakkout for his “outstanding” service. Miami-Dade commissioners appointed him to the Community Relations Board and the Asian Advisory Board. Former Broward County Mayor Kristin Jacobs appointed him to the Broward County Diversity Advisory Council.  As of 2010, his bio informs us, he was an active board member at Miami Dade County Citizen Corps, Miami-Dade Crime Watch for Citizens, and Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers.

Zakkout boasted in 2011 that “The Justice Department and other government agencies have put my organization’s name on their list of organizations that they are going to work with.”

As for Jewish organizations: He took part in J Street South Florida’s 2012 Passover Seder. He is co-chair of the Jewish-Arab Dialogue Association (JADA). He spoke at Temple Israel in Miami.  He co-sponsored an “Interfaith Dialogue” at Temple Sinai in North Miami Beach.  At the same synagogue, a rabbi lauded Zakkout in a sermon, no less: “I know you work very hard to build understanding and respect between the Muslim and non-Muslim communities, so again, thank you.” 

 

Recently, this noted arbiter of peace, held a pro-Hamas rally where the participants cheered the demise of Israel and the conquering of American Jews.  He posted these very sentiments on his Facebook page along with a statement that America was contaminated with Jews.

The only people contaminating America and Western civilization are people like Zakkout.

Obama's Taqiyya Sunrise

Anyone who has watched the meteoric rise of Barack Obama looks askance at an improbable career. Who is this guy? Where did he come from? And how did he gain the highest office in the land without being properly vetted?

We all know his parentage. That alone should have disqualified him from the executive office. But as this administration has demonstrated all too often, the Constitution is a suggestion and no longer the law of the land. On top of that, Obama’s antagonism towards our traditional allies is disconcerting. He packed up a gift from Great Britain – a bust of Winston Churchill - and sent it back across the pond. He has been less than cordial to Israel. Some would say hostile. Of course, there are those who make the absurd argument that Obama is the biggest Zionist that ever resided in the White House. The pseudo-intellectual Thomas Friedman of the New York Times recently made that attempt:

The only question I have when it comes to President Barack Obama and Israel is whether he is the most pro-Israel president in history or just one of the most.

Why? Because the question of whether Israel has the need and the right to preemptively attack Iran as it develops a nuclear potential is one of the most hotly contested issues on the world stage today. It is also an issue fraught with danger for Israel and U.S. Jews, neither of whom want to be accused of dragging America into a war, especially one that could weaken an already frail world economy.

In that context, Obama, in his interview with The Atlantic's Jeffrey Goldberg and in his address to AIPAC, the pro-Israel lobby, offered the greatest support for Israel that any president could at this time: He redefined the Iran issue. He said - rightly - that it was not simply about Israel's security, but about U.S. national security and global security.

Maybe Mr. Friedman should look up the term taqiyya. It’s a lovely word that all Muslims can appreciate. Just ask Obama at sunrise.

Imam Rauf of the famed Ground Zero Mosque is on a taqiyya tour in North Carolina. This past Wednesday he was paid $20,000 by an anonymous contributor to extol the virtues of Islam at UNC Chapel Hill.


One of the biggest lies Rauf spewed is that Islamic values are similar to American values. And if you believe that, I have a huge hole in the ground located in Manhattan to sell you at a bargain price. You know what they say: Location! Location! Location!

The great Imam’s next stop is Duke University. Come and bask in the religion of peace.
