A Weak Congress Leads to a Tyrannical Judiciary

A weak Congress leads to a tyrannical judiciary. Do you doubt it? How else can a district court judge dictate immigration and foreign policy contrary to established statutes and constitutional prerogatives? Not only can a lowly judge suspend the laws of the land but he can force the president of the United States to go hat in hand before the Supreme Court to overturn his ruling. Whatever happened to checks and balances? Who’s to check and balance the only branch of government that is unelected and therefore unaccountable?

For every problem that this country faces, I can point to a rogue judicial ruling: Plyler v. Doe legitimized illegal aliens by forcing states to educate their children; Reynolds v. Sims diluted the rural vote and attacked the very premise of a republican form of government which has led to secession movements in California and Colorado; Abington School District v. Schempp forbade Bible reading in public schools and without a doubt has a direct correlation to pervasive immorality and school shootings, and how else can an unelected body of activist judges force the citizenry to uphold their dictates? Well in Cooper v. Aaron they bound the states to uphold their decisions. Isn’t that convenient?

The dirty little secret is Congress has the constitutional authority to check a rogue judiciary. Article III Section 2 states the following:

The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority;--to all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls;--to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction;--to controversies to which the United States shall be a party;--to controversies between two or more states;--between a state and citizens of another state;--between citizens of different states;--between citizens of the same state claiming lands under grants of different states, and between a state, or the citizens thereof, and foreign states, citizens or subjects.

In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.

The trial of all crimes, except in cases of impeachment, shall be by jury; and such trial shall be held in the state where the said crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any state, the trial shall be at such place or places as the Congress may by law have directed.

Therefore, Congress can limit the scope on which federal courts can rule. Here is an excerpt from Limiting Judicial Review by Act of Congress written in 1935:

It is well settled that the inferior federal courts are dependent upon Congress for their existence and the powers they exercise. Once in our early history Congress abolished the inferior federal courts altogether, and in our own time, Congress abolished the United States Circuit Courts. Congress frequently has limited the jurisdiction of the inferior federal courts. Since 1867 the inferior federal courts have been prohibited from enjoining the assessment or collection of a federal tax. For twenty five years District Courts have been prohibited, except by a specially constituted court of three judges, from enjoining the action of the Interstate Commerce Commission or of state officers, under state statutes, claimed to be violative of the-Federal Constitution. And a little more than a year ago Congress passed a statute depriving the United States 'District Courts of jurisdiction under certain circumstances to restrain the enforcement of the orders of state or local utilities' commissions under the due process clause of the Constitution of the United States.

Make no mistake about it, Congress has the constitutional authority to check and balance the federal courts. The only problem is weak leadership and/or a complete ignorance of Congress’ constitutional prerogatives.

Pres.Trump's Foreign Policy Purges State Department Libtards

President Donald Trump has stuck a "bigly" suppository up America’s anus also known as the U.S. State Department. Obama’s libtards are being purged from the diplomatic corp in an attempt to purify our nation’s mission from progressive ideology that is utopian at best and treasonous at worse. Do we have to go over the litany of the Anointed One’s failures? Crimea anyone? Iran anyone? Libya anyone? Iraq anyone?  Need I to say more?

Elizabeth Shackelford, an Obama diplomat, has had enough of President Trump and Secretary Tillerson. According to her, the current administration isn’t living up to her standards and has decided to leave the foreign service. She states the administration has abandoned the department’s mission of promoting democracy, human rights and a new global order. Oh and by the way did I fail to mention she served at the U.S. Consulate in Somalia?

I for one applaud President Trump’s approach to foreign policy. It’s about time we had a commander-in-chief who sees the world for what is and not what progressives want it to be. Do we really need to explain to Ms. Shackelford that Muslim countries do not believe in human rights or democracy? Isn’t it about time the U.S. State Department come to terms with the fact that Palestinians don’t want to coexist with Israelis?

Progressives can chase all the unicorns and rainbows they want. We on the other hand prefer reality.

The Congressional Black Communist Caucus Pledge Allegiance to Barack Obama

The Congressional Black Communist Caucus has forsaken the U.S. Constitution, the security of our nation, and the general welfare of the American people.  Their allegiance is to a black man who happens to be president.  Anyone who disagrees, challenges, or questions Barack Obama can expect the CBC Praetorian Guard to interfere on his behalf.

Members of the Congressional Black Communist Caucus have used their office to exact retribution on citizens who dared question the Anointed One.  Catherine Englebrecht, founder of True the Vote, was harassed by the IRS, FBI and various other government agencies at the behest of Rep. Elijah Cummings.  An ethics violation complaint has been filed against this man.

Now, an ally is facing an existential threat.  Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will speak before Congress in an attempt to dissuade President Barack Obama from making a foolish foreign policy blunder by aiding Iran.  Members of the CBC plan on skipping his speech.

The Prime Minister tweeted:

“A dangerous agreement with Iran is taking shape in Munich which would risk Israel’s existence. Therefore, I’m determined to travel to Washington and present Israel’s position before Congress and the American people.”

While you’re there, Mr. Prime Minister, would you make your case for the U.S. Constitution?  The very existence of our federalist system needs an advocate in that town as well.

The Obamafuscation Factor

The Obama administration’s “hapless fool” policies are, once again, praised in the media.  If you want a lesson in sycophancy just watch the talking heads effervesce over the genius of our president and his troop of bureaucratic monkeys.  There should be a new term for this kind of political spin.  How about the Obamafuscation factor?

Recently, the mainstream media had an orgasm over a reported 5% GDP growth in the third quarter.  Great isn’t it?  Not quite.  What they didn’t tell us is where Americans were spending their money.  Guess where all that hard earned cash went to.  That’s right healthcare.  Zero Hedge published the following graph:

Not only were libtard, talking heads praising this misleading report, they also attributed lower gas prices and the collapse of the ruble to our feckless leader’s energy policies.  Anyone worth their salt knows the Obama administration has an axe to grind when it comes to conventional energy.  The EPA has practically declared a war on the oil, gas and coal industry.  We can attribute this oil boom to fracking on state and privately owned lands.  The federal government had nothing to do with it, yet, they and their minions claim all the credit.  Nola.com writes:

President Barack Obama and his left-wing environmental allies have declared war on America's energy sector. That's not hyperbole, according to a Senate committee's minority report; it's a quote.

"Setting the Record Straight: Hydraulic Fracturing and America's Energy Revolution" the report Republican staffers on the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works released, sounds as dry as kindling. But it makes for some scary Halloween reading.

The report harshly criticizes the Obama administration's duplicity with energy production and supply. While publicly extolling the benefits the United States has reaped from fracking, the administration has done all it can to undermine it and other techniques.

The war is conducted on two fronts. One involves limiting the land involved. Many green extremists want energy supplies kept in the ground and when it comes to federal land Obama's bureaucrats are doing what they can to help.

"The Obama Administration has granted only half the amount of leases compared to those granted under the Clinton Administration and a third less than those granted under the Bush Administration," the report says.

Citing government statistics, the report notes a 6% fall in oil production and a 28% fall in natural gas production on federal lands between 2009 and 2013.

The second front involves mobilizing the federal bureaucracy to gum up the works and trump state management. The regulatory overload makes it much harder to get a drilling permit and much more expensive to operate.

And finally, the coup de grace, King Obama declares he will, by executive order of course, normalize relations with Cuba.  This president has a bad habit of aiding our enemies, while at the same time, alienating our allies.  This should be a relief to Cuba’s benefactor, Venezuela.  That regime can no longer afford to subsidize its totalitarian compatriot.  But now, because of another misguided and hapless policy, the Obama gives these two regimes a reprieve.

At some point and time, we have to ask ourselves, whose side are these people on?  We can only thank God for American ingenuity and perseverance.  As long as we have that, this country can endure all the Obamafuscations this administration and their minions in the media throw at us.

Obama's Taqiyya Sunrise

Anyone who has watched the meteoric rise of Barack Obama looks askance at an improbable career. Who is this guy? Where did he come from? And how did he gain the highest office in the land without being properly vetted?

We all know his parentage. That alone should have disqualified him from the executive office. But as this administration has demonstrated all too often, the Constitution is a suggestion and no longer the law of the land. On top of that, Obama’s antagonism towards our traditional allies is disconcerting. He packed up a gift from Great Britain – a bust of Winston Churchill - and sent it back across the pond. He has been less than cordial to Israel. Some would say hostile. Of course, there are those who make the absurd argument that Obama is the biggest Zionist that ever resided in the White House. The pseudo-intellectual Thomas Friedman of the New York Times recently made that attempt:

The only question I have when it comes to President Barack Obama and Israel is whether he is the most pro-Israel president in history or just one of the most.

Why? Because the question of whether Israel has the need and the right to preemptively attack Iran as it develops a nuclear potential is one of the most hotly contested issues on the world stage today. It is also an issue fraught with danger for Israel and U.S. Jews, neither of whom want to be accused of dragging America into a war, especially one that could weaken an already frail world economy.

In that context, Obama, in his interview with The Atlantic's Jeffrey Goldberg and in his address to AIPAC, the pro-Israel lobby, offered the greatest support for Israel that any president could at this time: He redefined the Iran issue. He said - rightly - that it was not simply about Israel's security, but about U.S. national security and global security.

Maybe Mr. Friedman should look up the term taqiyya. It’s a lovely word that all Muslims can appreciate. Just ask Obama at sunrise.
