Obama Forces a Two-Tier System in America

It should be clear to everyone by now, that we live in a post-constitutional America.  Obamacare has created a two-tier system where congressmen, select companies and individuals get exemptions and the rest of us get screwed.  Whatever happed to equal protection under the law?  Where is the 14th Amendment for the average Joe?

Now two states, Arizona and Kansas, are setting up a two-tiered voting system, one for federal elections and the other for state and local.  All because Obama’s Justice Department believes citizenship should not be the only qualifying factor at the polls.  And what law are they using as a cudgel?  That’s right, the Voting Rights Act of 1965.  I didn’t know illegal aliens were given rights under this law.  Did you?

Democrats dismiss illegal aliens are voting.  But they are.  Here is an excerpt from Mark Levin’s The Liberty Amendments:

Noncitizens are on voter registration lists throughout the country.  In 2005, the Government Accountability Office found that up to 3 percent of the thirty thousand individuals called for jury duty from voter registration rolls, during a two-year period in just one United States district court, were not citizens.  This particular district was in Florida, but Florida is not distinctive.

Colorado’s secretary of state, Scott Gessler, is among a handful of state officials who have aggressively sought to enforce the HAVA.  “Colorado’s secretary of state testified before Congress in 2011 that a check of voter registration rolls against state [Division of Motor Vehicles] records indicated that more than 11,000 Colorado registered voters may not be U.S. citizens – and more than 5,000 of them voted.

But hey, don’t pay attention to the illegal alien behind the curtain.

Non-Citizens Caught Voting in Florida

For those critics who say voter fraud is a myth, here is a report out of Florida that should concern all citizens who value the sanctity of the ballot:

Officials have so far identified 2,600 suspect voters and passed their information on to local election boards.

“These are the people that we have to notify by mail that we have a reason to believe that they’re a non-citizen,” Christina White, Florida’s deputy supervisor of elections told Miami CBS affiliate
WFOR-TV.

A WFOR-Miami Herald analysis found that about 2,000 of the 180,000 voters under examination are registered in Miami-Dade County. The analysis found that a large number of those suspect voters may have cast ballots in the past — including in the 2000 presidential election, decided in Florida by just 500 votes.

The analysis also showed that one suspect person voted at least 30 times.

But according to the Progressives, we’re just trying to suppress the minority vote. Do legal non-citizens and illegal aliens qualify as a minority?

The Dead Vote in South Carolina

Two weeks ago, the editors at the Charlotte Observer wrote an op-ed declaring voter fraud didn’t exist, and the only plausible motive of those who want ID requirements at the polls is to suppress the minority vote. They even distorted two stories in order to make their point. Here is the Disturber’s conclusion:

This is what happens when you try to solve a problem that doesn't really exist. That problem would be voter fraud, which is the reason Republicans frequently cite when they introduce and champion restrictive voting laws. Problem is, no one has shown that such an epidemic is real, and the sprinkling of fraud cases that do exist make up a tiny fraction of the voters who will be disenfranchised by laws such as South Carolina's.

Well get ready to eat crow Disturber.

COLUMBIA, S.C. --

State officials are calling for an investigation after records determined that more than 900 people listed as deceased also have recently voted, calling into question the integrity of the state's election system as South Carolina's first-in-the-South GOP presidential primary just 10 days away.

What's unclear from the analysis released Wednesday to a House Judiciary Committee panel from the state Department of Motor Vehicles is whether voter fraud was committed by people assuming the identities of the deceased or if poor record keeping has resulted in South Carolina residents being classified as deceased.

Kevin Shwedo, director of the Department of Motor Vehicles, did not have answers, saying that would be up to investigators. He based his testimony before lawmakers on state Election Commission records that included when people last voted and matched that with death records.

Granted there may be some “clerical errors” involved, but the overall system is ripe for corruption. New Hampshire doesn’t require voter ID. During the recent primary, Project Veritas exposed the flaws of a system that doesn’t protect the integrity of the vote:

You would think that after the number of documented cases of voter fraud, the editors at the Charlotte Observer would humble themselves, and admit there is a problem. But that would require a logical mind.

D.C. Bureaucrats Committing Voter Fraud

Washington D.C. bureaucrats are committing voter fraud. They live and work in the nation’s capitol, yet they vote in states where they do not reside, as reported by the Associated Press:

Washington may be a home for some city dwellers, but it isn't where their vote will count during Tuesday's midterm elections. Some residents eligible to vote in the city choose to vote in another place they have a tie to, saying one reason not to vote in Washington is it would mean giving up their vote in Congress.

People who live in the nation's capital can vote for president and local offices like mayor. But they have no senators representing them, and their one House member can't vote on the House floor. Close races in November are virtually unheard of in the overwhelmingly Democratic city. So some of the city's 600,000 residents go out of their way to vote somewhere they think they can make more of a difference. It may seem like manipulating the system - but it can be legal, depending on a person's circumstances and the laws in the states where they vote.

"I can't think of any of my friends who vote in D.C.," said Kathleen Danielson, 22, who graduated from George Washington University earlier this year and now lives in the city's Columbia Heights neighborhood, about two miles from the White House
.

I have an easy way of dealing with these people: if you are a government worker, and dependent on taxpayer's money, you shouldn't be allowed to vote.  Public employee unions cause chaos when they don't get their way, just take a look at California.  That state is bankrupt and one of the main causes is the bloated health and pension benefits for government workers.

If you are on the public dole, you forfeit your right to vote. That is the only way to ensure we don’t become another France or Greece.

Voting Shenanigans in New Bern, North Carolina

It looks like we are getting the usual funny business at polling places.  A New Bern, North Carolina man pushed a straight Republican ticket and instead got Democratic.  This according to the Sun Journal:

A Craven County voter says he had a near miss at the polls on Thursday when an electronic voting machine completed his straight-party ticket for the opposite of what he intended.

Sam Laughinghouse of New Bern said he pushed the button to vote Republican in all races, but the voting machine screen displayed a ballot with all Democrats checked. He cleared the screen and tried again with the same result, he said. Then he asked for and received help from election staff.

“They pushed it twice and the same thing happened,” Laughinghouse said. “That was four times in a row. The fifth time they pushed it and the Republicans came up and I voted.”

Not only are we getting some funny shenanigans here in North Carolina, voters in Nevada are finding out that someone has chosen Harry Reid for them before they even begin to push the lever.  Isn't that thoughtful?

You've got to love those jackasses and their little pranks.  They know how to make every election cycle a barrel of laughs.
