True the Vote Triumphs Over Obama's Deep State

Just when you thought the deep state was untouchable, an iota of justice springs eternal. True the Vote was targeted by Obama’s bureaucrats for daring to ensure the integrity of the vote. What happened next is something you’d expect out of a banana republic.

Almost every element of the deep state threw their weight and abuse at one woman and her family in an attempt to destroy her life and serve as a warning to others. It backfired in spectacular fashion:

Under Obama Administration leadership, the agencies leveled a barrage of attacks, including twenty-three audits, investigations, and inquiries, against the group in an attempt to stop their work in election integrity. “

At one point the IRS got Child Services to try to take Ms. Engelbrechts’ children from her—this is how vicious Lerner and the crowd became, to stop honest elections. To stop those exposing the corruption of elections.

Catherine Engelbrecht is a patriot; not that many people could have sustained that kind of abuse.

Obama Administration Caught in Jihad Jar Against Israel

I just read an article published in Powerline that on the surface seems incredible; but, if you examine the actions of the Obama administration, it makes sense. During the eight year reign of Imam Obama, Israel was treated with a hostility comparable to a jihad. I would go even further and state the Obama administration was in league with our enemies.

Samantha Powers, Obama’s ambassador to the U.N., went on a terror in the last year of the Anointed One’s tenure. She used her position to unmask up to 300 people who she suspected were sympathetic to our most trusted ally in the Middle East. One of her victims was General Michael Flynn. She informed Sally Yates, who then used the Logan Act as a pretext, to harry president-elect Trump’s member on the transition team.

But the spying doesn’t stop there. The Obama administration also surveilled Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Donald Trump’s campaign, members of Congress and anyone else who was sympathetic to Israel. Here is an excerpt from Powerline:

According to a December 2015 Politico report: "One senior U.S. official described the discovery of the swept-up communication as an 'Oh s— moment' and feared that the executive branch would be accused of spying on Congress." Gee, ya think?

According to former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos, the entire counterintelligence operation into the Trump campaign may have started because of his links to Israel.

Papadopoulos told Fox and Friends last week that he was “shocked” that the Mueller report included details suggesting that he was “illicitly targeted” because of his ties to Israel.

“I was actually really impressed and quite frankly shocked that Bob Mueller told the truth about why I was illicitly targeted and it really had nothing to do with Russia. It had to do with my ties to Israel,” Papadopoulos said.

This revelation is disturbing on many levels. It’s bad enough the media kept the real motive underwraps for two years, but what’s worse is the deep state’s subterfuge. These people will do anything to accomplish their mission, including destroying innocent people’s lives and aligning our country with our most implacable enemies.

Obama Administration Financed Another Islamic Terrorist Organization

Democrats love the word treason whether by accusing others, or participating. Their hysteria is amusing. Since, when has it become treasonous for a president to meet a foreign leader? This new criteria seems to apply only to Donald Trump.

I think we should take a look at what could be considered acts of treason. Is it treason for a president to ignore the treaty clause of the Constitution while supplying plane loads of cash to an enemy that declares, “Death to America” every Friday after prayers? Is it an act of treason to have side deals with same regime without the consent of Congress? What about aiding and abetting a terrorist organization that funds its murderous activities by selling drugs in the United States? Would that be considered treason? Or what about the following:

A new report released on Wednesday revealed that the Obama administration knowingly provided an Islamic terrorist-financing organization with hundreds of thousands of dollars despite the fact that the group had been designated as a terrorist-financing organization for a decade by the U.S. government.

Obama officials approved the release of well over $100,000 even after they were informed that the Khartoum-based Islamic Relief Agency (ISRA) was affiliated with Osama bin Laden and Maktab al-Khidamat (MK), which eventually became al-Qaeda.

ISRA, also referred to as the Islamic African Relief Agency (IARA), received a $200,000 taxpayer-funded grant from the Obama administration, which released at least $115,000 to the terrorist-financing organization.

Should the above activities be considered acts of treason? Here is the definition of treason: The crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill or overthrow the sovereign or government.

These crimes are acts of betrayal, but do they meet the criteria of treason? Maybe not, but trying to overthrow a duly elected president by sabotage and sedition could. Just saying.

Liberals Project their Character Traits onto Conservatives

Wow. The moonbats in the mainstream media have lost their minds. They can’t accept the fact they’ve been exposed for propagandist. What’s hilarious is they’re projecting their character traits upon conservatives who’re merely refuting their assertions. We have the facts and they have nothing but deceit and emotion.

The latest from the Charlotte Observer’s editorial board is hilarious. Isaac J. Bailey is in need of therapy and some heavy duty soul searching. I believe the diagnosis would be denial. Here is an excerpt from his emotional tirade:

Congratulations on your pyrrhic victories.

All it cost you was your integrity.

All you had to do was make a man who rose to national political prominence on open bigotry president of the United States.

And relinquish all credible claims of being the party of family values and faith.

And embrace policies that include stealing children from their parents, and maybe forever separating them.

And excuse a diabolical level of lying and misdirection.

And declare that morality and character and principles no longer matter.

You’ve mistaken bombast for bravery, cruelty for toughness, mockery as plain talk.

You’ve criminalized the desperation of the poor and oppressed and weaponized your fear.

You’ve demanded civil discourse in service of the uncivil and inhumane.

And you can’t even see it.


Was Mr. Bailey looking in the mirror when he wrote this screed? This is laughable. How dare this fool lecture us on morality and civil discourse when leftist all over the country are hunting and shouting down conservatives.


I don’t recall any moral outrage from the Charlotte Observer when the Obama administration wiped their ass on our Constitution and committed all sorts of felonies that we’re dealing with to this day. I guarantee you, hadn’t Donald Trump won the election we wouldn’t know about the crimes the Obama administration committed.



And how is it that Mr. Bailey can compartmentalize laws that were enacted during the Clinton administration and were practiced by Obama’s, but somehow demonizes President Trump. A liberal federal judge imposed this “consent decree” in 1997, whereby illegal alien families are to be separated. I didn’t hear this fool bitching about this then. And he dares lecture us on integrity?


I will agree with him on the following:

We are amid a reckoning. We are deciding who we want to be.

You must pick a side; each of us has to pick a side. None of us is exempt.

Choose wisely. But first make sure that decision is being made by the best part of you, not the worst.


My side believes in the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law; your’s is mob rule and the ends justifies the means. 

Oh, there will be a day of reckoning, and I believe both sides are looking forward to it.

Obama Administration Lied to Congress About Iranian Money Laundering Scheme

The contempt the Obama administration had for Congress is unprecedented. Their contempt for our elected representatives will go down as an historical event. These people outright lied and did so with impunity. Here is what Senator Ted Cruz had to say about the latest Iranian nuclear deal scandal:

Senator Claims Obama Administration Lied About Uranium One Deal

A veteran Republican senator is lamenting the duplicitous actions of the Obama administration. He claimed he was lied to about the Russian Uranium deal.


Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, fired off a letter Monday to the heads of the U.S. Energy Department and U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission seeking an extensive list of documents.

He wants to know more about the controversial sale of Canadian mining company Uranium One to a subsidiary of Russia’s Rosatom nuclear company – and specifically, how uranium under its control made its way out of the U.S.

I can’t count how many Democratic operatives who’ve claimed this Uranium never left the United States. These people lie about everything.

FBI and DOJ Colluded to Overthrow a Presidential Election

Future historians will look back at the Obama administration and determine that it was the most corrupt this country has ever seen. We are getting daily reports on the shenanigans of political operatives in both the FBI and the Justice Department colluding to overthrow a presidential election.

It doesn’t end there. The current FBI director is refusing to handover documents to Congress. Kimberly Strassel, a real reporter, argued the real obstruction is occuring over at the FBI and the DOJ.


She pointed out that FBI Director Christopher Wray refused to hand over classified documents to the House Judiciary Committee, despite the fact that the committee has primary oversight authority over the Justice Department, the FBI and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.


"They've continued to stonewall Congress for months now," Strassel said.

"There appears to be an enormous effort by the Justice Department and FBI to not come clean about their actions in 2016," she added.


And for good reason. I believe this two institutions will never recover if the American people find out the truth of what they did and are currently doing.

NOAA Intentionally Misled World Leaders on Global Warming

Proselytizers of man-made global warming always refer to NOAA as a reputable source.  Many of us have accused the Obama administration of politicizing these government agencies.  The Daily Mail showed the proof in this pudding.

A high-level whistleblower has told this newspaper that America’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) breached its own rules on scientific integrity when it published the sensational but flawed report, aimed at making the maximum possible impact on world leaders including Barack Obama and David Cameron at the UN climate conference in Paris in 2015.

The report claimed that the ‘pause’ or ‘slowdown’ in global warming in the period since 1998 – revealed by UN scientists in 2013 – never existed, and that world temperatures had been rising faster than scientists expected. Launched by NOAA with a public relations fanfare, it was splashed across the world’s media, and cited repeatedly by politicians and policy makers.

But the whistleblower, Dr John Bates, a top NOAA scientist with an impeccable reputation, has shown The Mail on Sunday irrefutable evidence that the paper was based on misleading, ‘unverified’ data.

Pres. Trump Fires Lawless Acting Attorney General

President Donald Trump fired another lawless Obama appointee.  Should anyone be surprised she works at the Justice Department? 

WASHINGTON, Jan 30 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump fired the federal government's top lawyer Sally Yates on Monday after she took the extraordinarily rare step of defying the White House and refused to defend new travel restrictions targeting seven Muslim-majority nations.

Yates said late on Monday that the Justice Department would not defend in court Trump's directive that put a 120-day hold on allowing refugees into the country, an indefinite ban on refugees from Syria and a 90-day bar on citizens from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.

Yates said she did not believe defending the order would be "consistent with this institution's solemn obligation to always seek justice and stand for what is right."

 Hours later, she was fired. The White House said Yates "has betrayed the Department of Justice by refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States" and portrayed her actions as political.

It’s going to take a long time to the drain the swamp of these traitors.

Climate Change Caused Obama Administration's Failures

Climate change caused the Syrian civil war?  That is what our genius president concluded in a star studded symposium.   

PRESIDENT OBAMA: "There's already some really interesting work -- not definitive but powerful -- showing that the droughts that happened in Syria contributed to the unrest and the Syrian civil war. Well, if you start magnifying that across a lot of states, a lot of nation states that already contain a lot of poor people who are just right at the margins of survival, this becomes a national security issue. And, that's why even as we have members of Congress who scoff at climate change at the same time as they are saluting and wearing flag pins and extolling their patriotism they're not paying attention to our Joints Chief of Staff and the Pentagon who are saying this is one of the most significant national security threats that we face over the next fifty years

This whole disaster didn’t have anything to do Obama’s piss poor decision to pull our troops out of Iraq which created a vacuum for which ISIS capitalized?  What about toppling Moammar Gaddafi?  This Libyan dictator was defanged by the Bush administration and was cooperating in combating this war of Islamic terror only to have the Obama administration participate in the overthrow of his government.  Now look at it.  Libya is a basket case.

You know what?  I’m waiting for Barack Obama to blame the failures of his administration on climate change because that phantom seems to be the cause for all of the world’s ills.

Obama Admin. Finances Iranian Jihad

If the United States were to fall into ruin, it would be from the rot within.  Well, we have plenty of rot within the federal government.  I will go so far as to say our national security has been hollowed out by the pest in our State Department and its queen in mom pants, Barack Hussein Obama.

The Washington Free Beacon has revealed a bunch of traitors has circumvented the law by laundering money to the murderous regime of Iran.  Basically, this president and his legion of Benedict Arnolds are financing the jihad.

A member of the House Intelligence Committee is accusing the Obama administration of laundering some $1.7 billion in U.S. taxpayer dollars to Iran through a complicated network that included the New York Federal Reserve and several European banks, according to conversations with sources and new information obtained by the lawmaker and viewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

New disclosures made by the Treasury Department to Rep. Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.), a House Intelligence Committee member, show that an initial $400 million cash payment to Iran was wired to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY) and then converted from U.S. dollars into Swiss francs and moved to an account at the Swiss National Bank, according to a copy of communication obtained exclusively by the Free Beacon.

We obviously need to clean out the State Department.  If Trump wins, he needs to investigate and prosecute everyone who is involved with this outrage.

Census Bureau's Household Income Bubbles Burst

Have you heard the news?  American household incomes rose a whopping 5.2 percent in the previous year.  We haven’t seen this kind of economic prosperity since 1967.  Holy cow!  All of our champagne dreams and caviar wishes have come true.  What’s that?  You don’t believe those numbers?  But, they came from the Obama administration’s Census Bureau.  It has to be true.  Let’s do the math.

The 2015 real median earnings of men ($51,212) and women ($40,742) who worked full time, year round increased 1.5 percent and 2.7 percent, respectively, between 2014 and 2015.

Oops.

So the 5.2% increase in median household income came from the man of the house earning 1.5% more and the woman of the house earning 2.7% more? That’s some math!

If a couple earned an average of 1.9% more, where did the other 3.3% increase come from?

The report shows the number of men and women working. Could that have been the source of the gain in household income? Nope. The number of men working increased by just 2.3% and the number of women working rose by 1.9%. Obviously some of those formed additional households. So an increase in the number of working persons per household could not account for the 5.2% in median income per household.

What happened?  Is it possible the Obama administration fudged the numbers once again?  Say it isn’t so.

Progressives Scheme to Nationalize the United States

The nationalization of the United States is well on its way.  Progressives are attacking our Constitution and federalist system at every turn.  We see it in our major cities.  Obama’s Justice Department has taken over local police departments based on specious claims of racism. HUD is forcing affluent communities to change zoning laws to accommodate Section 8 housing at taxpayers’ expense, of course.  But the holy grail of nationalization is voting.  Progressives want to take away States’ rights of self-government by attacking the integrity of the vote.

 

The Obama administration, along with various progressive organizations, has sued states that have abolished same day voting and require voter ID, again, on specious claims of racism.  The dirty little secret is they want non-citizens to vote and one of the biggest advocates of open borders is George Soros.  His Open Society Foundation is hell bent on destroying the premise of citizenship and a nation-state.  Leaked documents reveal a plan to flood the United States with 10 million “voters” by 2018.  Here is an excerpt from the Free Beacon: 

  

The guide covers strategies and tactics the group will employ in the United States from 2015 to 2018. The top goals listed by the guide are to “advance electoral reform” and “combat suppression.”

“The following four goals form the scaffolding of U.S. Programs’ work,” the guide states. “1. An American democracy strengthened through increased meaningful participation, inclusive practice, and accountability.” The third strategic goal expands upon this, calling for “Full political, economic, and civic participation of immigrants and communities of color by dismantling the barriers and strengthening the conduits to opportunity.”

Later, the guide discusses expanding the electorate by “at least 10 million voters” in the United States. This would be accomplished “by lowering barriers to voter registration through the various forms of modernization and increased ballot access while sustaining and expanding the franchise by establishing strong protections against vote suppression, denial and dilution.

The best way to destroy our republic is to demean citizenship and nationalize elections.  George Soros’s Open Society Foundation isn’t so open about their real intentions.

Democratic Party Hollows Out Middle-Class With Trade Agreements

 I moved to North Carolina in the early 90’s right after NAFTA was passed by the Clinton Administration.  Ross Perot’s prophecy soon came to pass: a giant sucking sound of manufacturing headed south to Mexico.  It didn’t take long for the textile and furniture manufacturers to pack their bags.  Middle-class workers found themselves out of a job and their cities turned into ghost towns. 

Liberal rags estimate the number of lost jobs in North Carolina at over 348,000 since the implementation of NAFTA.  Companies such as Dell, Victaulic, Arrow International, and Jobst are scheduled to close their operations and follow suit.

 

The masterminds in the Clinton Administration assured us that trade would balance out and we would experience growth.  This turned out to be another pie-in-the-sky fabrication.  The U.S. trade imbalance has been steadily negative along with job creation.  The United States as a whole has lost 29 million jobs since the implementation of NAFTA and other disastrous trade deals. 

Common sense dictates that a first-world country cannot compete with third-world hellholes especially when their government nurtures a hostile environment toward private industry.  The Obama administration has created a record amount of regulations.  Last year, the federal registrar recorded 81,611 regulations.  That doesn’t include executive orders and memorandums from a president that looks upon free enterprise as enemy territory.   Federal regulations cost Americans nearly $2 trillion in the cost of goods and services, and that doesn’t include loss of jobs.

The Democratic Party professes its loyalty to the middle-class while hollowing it out.  We’re expected to accept this new normal they’ve created.  You’d think Americans would wake up after awhile.

FBI: From G-Men to PC-Persons

If you watch documentaries on the infancy of the FBI, you can’t help but notice the obsession these G-Men had of maintaining a stellar reputation.  The Bureau had to be beyond reproach.  Those days are over.  Actually, the whole damn federal government has been tainted thanks to the Obama administration, but the FBI in particular has made serious lapses in judgment.  This Hillary Clinton fiasco is just the latest in a long series of screw ups.  Here is an excerpt from USA Today.

Bureau Director James Comey’s news conference, in which he laid out an extended record of misconduct by Hillary Clinton but then announced that he wouldn’t recommend prosecuting her, was just the latest in a series of very visible FBI failures.

The FBI had interviewed Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev, after being warned by the Russian government that he was a threat, but still did nothing. Three people were killed and more than 260 were injured as a result. The FBI also investigated in advance but failed to prevent mass

killings byFort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan and Arkansas shooter Carlos Bledsoe.

And it goes on and on.  Let’s face the facts, these federal bureaucracies have been completely politicized by the Obama administration, every damn one of them, and it’s only going to get worse if Hillary Clinton wins in November.

Obama Administration's Endemic Aversion to FOIA

This year marks the 50^th anniversary of the Freedom of Information Act.  President Lyndon B. Johnson signed this bill into law on July 4^th 1966 in an attempt to placate the citizenry into thinking their government is transparent and accountable.  Well, it was a nice attempt.

Past administrations have been recalcitrant in abiding by this law, but none have been as obstinate and deceitful as Obama’s.  Hillary Clinton willfully set up a private server and used her personal email to circumvent FOIA.  She’s not the only one.  Does anyone remember EPA administrator Lisa Jackson?  She used multiple non-governmental emails.  You might ask, to what purpose?  It should be obvious.  She was trying to skirt FOIA, as did Obama’s assistant attorney general Tom Perez. 

Labor Secretary nominee Tom Perez used his private email account to leak information about official business while he was assistant attorney general for the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform said in a Wednesday letter to Perez.

Oversight Chairman Darrell Issa (R., Calif.) said it appears Perez used his personal email account almost 1,200 times since 2009 to conduct official department business, including communicating with organizations such as Planned Parenthood, the New York Times, and Talking Points Memo.

It doesn’t stop there.  The secretary of Health and Human Services also used her private email to conduct government business.  And who can forget Lois Lerner from the IRS?  She used hers to plot against Tea Partiers.  This behavior seems to be endemic.  The Daily Signal published a survey that revealed 33% of federal government employees use their personal email to conduct business.

Isn’t it ironic that FOIA, the very law the Obama administration is trying to circumvent, is what revealed their duplicity.  If it weren’t for watchdog groups like Judicial Watch, we wouldn’t know what’s happening in Washington D.C.  They are doing the job the mainstream media refuses to do.
