Alabama Sues Census Bureau Over illegal Aliens
Even though Republicans control all three branches of government, Americans must keep in mind the bureaucracies are infested with progressives who’re doing their damnedest to plug up the swamp. The Census Bureau has an incredible amount of influence on apportionment. Their count determines which state gains or loses a congressional seat. And millions upon millions of illegal aliens have distorted our electoral system.
Alabama has taken a decisive step in making sure only Americans are counted. Here is an excerpt from the Washington Examiner:
Alabama’s attorney general and one of its Republican congressman are suing the federal government over a practice that allows illegal immigrants to be counted in the census.
The lawsuit filed Tuesday by state Attorney General Steve Marshall and Rep. Mo Brooks, R-Ala., challenges the Census Bureau rule and argues the measure will cause Alabama to lose a congressional seat and an electoral vote after the 2020 Census to a “state with a larger illegal alien population.”
“Congressional seats should be apportioned based on the population of American citizens, not illegal aliens,” Brooks said in a statement. “After all, this is America, not the United Nations.”
Brooks warned that the loss of one Alabama congressional seat could be a “huge loss in Alabama’s political influence” and diminish both the state’s influence in Congress, as well as “its importance in presidential elections.”
This is also a national security issue. When we count invaders in the census, they get representation. That’s how traitors like Luis Gutierrez are able to roam the halls of Congress. In order to save the country, we must first save the Census Bureau.

Open Borders Crowd Scapegoat "Stupid and Lazy" Blacks
When historians analyze this era, they’ll declare Americans in this day and age were a bunch of inept morons completely devoid of common sense. That is if future generations survive this idiocracy we’ve created.
Everything has been bastardized or reduced to a punch
line. We can thank progressives for
that. Don’t know if you’re a boy or a
girl? For Pete’s sake don’t check your underwear, that thing between your legs
might just give you a clue! You want to
marry your pet gerbil? Go ahead. Who are we to judge? All Lives Matter? Not according to progressives. And it goes on and on.
The latest stupidity to come down the pike is the abolition of our
national borders and proof of citizenship requirements to vote.
WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal appeals court on Friday blocked
Kansas, Georgia and Alabama from requiring residents to prove they are U.S.
citizens when registering to vote using a national form.
The 2-1 ruling is a victory for voting
rights groups who said a U.S. election official illegally changed
proof-of-citizenship requirements on the federal registration form at the
behest of the three states.
People registering to vote in other
states are only required to swear that that they are citizens, not show
documentary proof.
The three-judge panel of the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the District of Columbia acted swiftly in the case, issuing a
two-page, unsigned ruling just a day after hearing oral arguments. A federal
judge in July had refused to block the requirement while the case is considered
on the merits
The League of Women
Voters and civil rights groups argued that the requirements could lead to the
"mass disenfranchisement" of thousands of potential voters — many of
them poor, African-American and living in rural areas
These people would have us believe blacks are this
stupid, lazy and inept. I would be
insulted if I were an African-American.
How dare these people scapegoat a race so as to advance an open borders
agenda. And make no mistake that’s what
this is about.

Early Theft Begins in North Carolina
Early theft began in North Carolina yesterday. Absentee voters can file their ballots two
months prior to Election Day without added insight of debates or the usual
October surprise provided by a biased media.
However, you still have to provide some form of ID on the request
form. That’s more than what’s required
at the polls, thanks to liberal judges.
These activists in black robes openly declared the
citizens of the Old North State a bunch of racist bigots for ensuring the
integrity of the vote. If you ask me the
real bigots are these black robed thugs who have implicitly stated minorities
are too stupid and lazy to present an ID and vote within the prescribed time by
our state legislators. Here is what one
bigot judge had to say:
Citing "the inextricable link
between race and politics in North Carolina," a three-judge panel of
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit said state lawmakers
intentionally imposed the restrictions to make it more difficult for blacks to
vote.
"The new provisions target African Americans with almost
surgical precision," the judges said. "They constitute inapt remedies
for the problems assertedly justifying them and, in fact, impose cures for
problems that did not exist."
Where in this legislation did it say
only blacks must show an ID or vote within a prescribed time frame? It doesn’t.
But that didn’t stop these demigods in black robes from divining the
intent of our state’s legislators.
I find it amazing the director of the
FBI can state Hillary Clinton had no criminal intent when she conducted
government business on a private server in her basement, destroyed subpoenaed emails
with bleachbit and demolished cell phones with hammers; yet, these black robed
thugs can strike down a state law because they believe it was intended to
disenfranchise minority voters. Unbelievable.
Absentee ballots and same day
registration are the vehicles for voter fraud and we all know what party
benefits from that. We also know what
party these federal judges belong too as well.

The Electoral College Under a Taxpayer Voting System
What would the Electoral College map look like if only taxpayers participated in the general election? If this scenario were enacted in the 2012 election, Mitt Romney would’ve trounced Obama. Take a look at California. That’ll be the only time you see that state a solid red.

Democratic Party Conundrum: Selma or San Francisco?
Same-sex marriage is here to stay! The debate is over! The Supreme Court has ruled! Get over it!
That is what we are being told by liberals. But the debate is far from over and millions
of Americans will not accept this ruling.
Democrats have an unexpected problem. How can they reconcile gay money with black
votes?
"If they rule for same-sex
marriage, then we're going to do the same thing we did for the civil rights
movement," said Rev. Bill Owens, president and founder of CAAP. "We
will not obey an unjust law."
"The politicians and
courts have tried to take God out of this country," continued Owens.
"This country was founded on Godly principles. We will not stand
back."
Rev. David Welch, president of
the Pastor's Council in Houston, Texas, spoke out at the conference explaining
the lengths people of faith might go to resist gay marriage.
"God created marriage
between a man and woman and no Supreme Court jurisdiction can define
this," said Welch. "We stand clearly saying we will acknowledge God's
law no matter what the cost, no matter what the price. If they want to fill
jails with pastors across the nation of every color, denomination and every
size who will stand for the laws of God and His truths."
Selma or San Francisco? What street will Democrats march down on?

We Have Driver's Licenses. Why not Voter's Licenses?
One of the rites of passage in becoming a responsible
adult is obtaining a driver’s license. We’ve
all been through the rigors of passing both written and driving test before
being allowed behind the wheel. No one
wants a pimply faced teenager let loose on the public without him first demonstrating
knowledge of the rules of the road.
When I moved to North Carolina I had to take a
written test, even though I had been driving for over ten years. I, once again, had to take a test upon
renewal a couple of years ago. This is
the state’s way of making sure I know what the hell I’m doing on the public
thoroughfares. This is reasonable.
So, why can’t we make voters take a test demonstrating
they have knowledge of the rules of our republic? Furthermore, shouldn’t there be a set of
qualifications to ensure the safety of the public weal from ignorant,
avaricious voters who don’t know, or care about the issues at large? Hell, a majority doesn’t even know their
state senator or representative, yet, they’re pulling the lever.
I admit this barrier will not stop the stupid. Where there is a will, there is a way. Besides, we are in a period when citizenship
is not valued. Illegal aliens flood our
streets and they don’t have driver’s licenses.
I’m sure their voting as well.
Last year, I was driving on I-85, near Raleigh, when
I happened to look in my rearview mirror.
A car was barreling down upon me.
Mind you, I was going at least 75 miles per hour. I got the hell out of the way. Sure enough, a young man flew by me as though
I was standing still. What was scary is
he had a donut tire on the rear passenger side of his car. That tire is for emergency purposes only. Needless to say, I slowed down and stayed
away from this imbecile. I only wish we
could do the same with liberal voters.

Deny Federal Government Workers the Right to Vote
Residents of Washington
D.C. are complaining they don’t have representation in Congress. They want statehood. The U.S. Senate has scheduled hearings to
decide whether or not the country will allow two permanent Democratic Party
operatives to infest the upper chamber.
Statehood for a federal
enclave is laughable. Washington D.C. is
run by Congress. They couldn’t ask for more representation. As a matter of fact, that town has spread its
tentacles into Virginia and Maryland.
Federal government bureaucrats are slowly contaminating the eastern
seaboard.
I have a better
idea. All federal nonmilitary government
employees should be disqualified from participating in federal elections. That includes federal contractors and
lobbyist. Their livelihood is dependent
upon taking money from American citizens and dispensing it amongst themselves. Better yet, all teat squawkers should be
excluded from the vote.

Should Charlotte Observer Editors be Declared Mentally Incompetent?
Having read Charlotte Observer editorials for the
past 20 years, I can understand Peter St. Onge’s concern about the mentally
incompetent being denied the ability to vote. Libtardism is a mental deficiency
equivalent to retardation. Here is an
excerpt from his latest tear stained editorial:
Last November, Moriah McKinney went
to the Watauga County courthouse with her mother, Cathy, to vote. It was
Moriah’s first time, and she wanted to do it right. She had a sample ballot
that she’d studied and filled out, and when it was her turn, she laid it next
to the real ballot and, one by one, picked her candidates.
Moriah has Down Syndrome. She’s 21
years old. She was nervous heading into the courthouse, says her mother. And
heading out? “She was proud.”
So what do Republicans in Raleigh
want to do with that sweet moment and thousands like it? Senate Bill 668,
introduced earlier this month, would amend the state constitution so that
anyone declared mentally incompetent by an N.C. court would be disqualified
from voting.
The bill makes no distinction between
those who truly don’t have the capacity to vote from those who do but have been
declared incompetent for other reasons. Like Moriah. Before she turned 21 last
year, her parents brought her before a judge because they wanted authority over
Moriah’s medical decisions, and because their daughter doesn’t comprehend the
particulars of money and finances.
She doesn’t comprehend the
particulars of money and finances? Why
that’s 80% of the Democratic vote! No
wonder Mr. St. Onge is concerned. The
whole Charlotte Observer editorial board would be declared mentally incompetent.
Money and finances are a major part
of government. We have to find a way to pay
for all of these programs. Mr. St. Onge
and his fellow libtards believe money grows on trees. Here is an example of his mental deficiency:
But this is how Republicans in
Raleigh have hacked their way through the legislative session. They find a
problem – or invent one – then provide an answer that’s disconnected from
real-life consequences. They attack a largely imagined voter fraud problem with
a photo ID bill that could disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of voters. They
address an unemployment insurance shortfall by disproportionately cutting
benefits for the jobless. They turn down a federal expansion of Medicaid that
not only would buy them time to fix a broken state system, but would give
hundreds of thousands more North Carolinians a medical safety net.
Apparently, Mr. St. Onge doesn’t
read his own paper. If he did, he would
know about the waste and fraud in Medicaid.
He would also know that the Republicans are addressing the fiscal
incompetence of DHHS. He would also know
about the billions of dollars owed to the federal government who financed the
state’s unemployed and demand their money back.
But according to this wizard at the Disturber, if you throw enough money
at a problem, it will eventually go away.
As you can see, Mr. St. Onge is as
mentally incompetent as Moriah McKinney. The only difference between the two is she
has Down Syndrome and is willing to do her homework. Saturday, November 3, 2012
Democrats Exploit Mentally Disabled in North Carolina
Here is another report of
a mentally retarded person voting for Barack Hussein Obama in North Carolina.
Jimmy Green's
stepdaughter had never voted before. The 57-year-old is mentally disabled, and
Green said she doesn't understand the concept of casting a ballot.
But this week, she called
her parents to say she had voted for President Obama. The care home in
Fayetteville where she lives registered its residents to vote and drove them to
the polls, Green said.
"My concern is that
somebody told her who to vote for," he said. "She didn't even know
there's two different parties."
Complaints of
uncomprehending voters being ferried to cast ballots surface every election.
And in a presidential race as close as this year's, with huge levels of early
voting, any perceived irregularity is falling under intense scrutiny.
But federal and state
laws are very clear - there is no competency test for voting.
"The law
specifically says that anyone with a disability is allowed to have assistance
from anyone that they choose," said Terri Robertson, director of the
Cumberland County Board of Elections. "As long as they can communicate to
us in some way that they need assistance and who they wish to have assistance
from, the law allows it."
According to poll
workers, the exploitation of the mentally disabled has been going on for
decades:
Don Talbot said he saw
vans full of mentally disabled voters brought to the polls time and again
during his years as a former precinct chief in Cumberland County. He said it
often appeared they had little input in completing the ballot.
"The audacity of it
to me, it is shameful, but both parties do it," said Talbot, a former
Fayetteville city councilman. "When you haul people that are not competent
and you do their voting for them, that's fraud."
Both parties do it? I’m inclined to think there is only one that
is this shameless.

Non-Citizens Caught Voting in North Carolina
Project Veritas strikes again! This time the Tar Heel state was put under the microscope. And of course they exposed how easy it is to commit voter fraud. Hell, they even caught a non-citizen voting in the past two elections.
Hey! Charlotte Observer! This is how investigative reporting is done. Now it's time for you lazy good-for-nothings to get off your collective, liberal asses and do your jobs. But that would require a non-biased reporter. Is one even on the payroll?

Charlotte Observer Deceives Readers on Voter ID

The editors at the Charlotte Observer have sunk to a new low. In today’s op-ed, they accused the Republican Party of trying to suppress the minority vote by requiring an ID at the polls. In order to make their case, they disingenuously used a story about two elderly black women. Here is an excerpt:
Dorothy Cooper is 96 years old, and she's voted in every election but one since she was eligible to cast a ballot. When her home state of Tennessee passed a voter identification bill this year, she wanted to make sure she could vote again in 2012, so she went to a voter service center with a rent receipt, birth certificate and voter registration card. But because Cooper's maiden name was on her birth certificate, she was told she needed a marriage certificate, too, according to the Chattanooga Times Free Press. She didn't have one. She was denied a voter ID.
Thelma Mitchell, 93 years old, cleaned the Tennessee state capitol for 30 years. She also wanted to ensure she'd be able to vote next year, but she was incorrectly told that her old state ID was inadequate, according to a Chattanooga TV report. When Mitchell went to get an ID at a state drivers license center, she was told she needed her birth certificate. She has never had one. She was turned away.
A reasonable person would say this is horrible and we shouldn’t allow this to happen. But anyone who knows the dishonesty of the editors at the Disturber would have done some fact checking on their own, and would have found the following omissions:
Thelma Mitchell told WSMV-TV that she went to a state drivers' license center last week after being told that her old state ID from her cleaning job would not meet new regulations for voter identification.
But a spokesman for the House Republican Caucus said Mitchell was given bad information. Brent Leatherwood said even an expired state ID will allow her to vote.
Asked about why Mitchell might have been confused or received incorrect information about the new voter ID law, Leatherwood said only that the provision that allows for the use of state employee IDs is "pretty straight-forward."
He said staff would be contacting Mitchell to get to the bottom of the miscommunication.
And as for Cooper:
After Cooper was denied a photo ID Monday, Kilpatrick contacted Hamilton County's Administrator of Elections Charlotte Mullis-Morgan, who recommended that Cooper vote with an absentee ballot rather than having to stand in line with her walker again at the state center.
Absentee ballots don't require photo ID, and the new state law was crafted to allow that exception. A U.S. Supreme Court decision upholding a similar Indiana statute cited the absentee ballot exception as one of the reasons the Indiana law didn't infringe on constitutional voting rights.
There is no doubt in my mind the Charlotte Observer used the Democratic Party’s propaganda machine, Think Progress as a source. I find that disturbing. The Disturber has long been running on fumes when it comes to integrity; now, they have none.
And to put the final nail in the coffin, the Disturber made this assertion:
This is what happens when you try to solve a problem that doesn't really exist. That problem would be voter fraud, which is the reason Republicans frequently cite when they introduce and champion restrictive voting laws. Problem is, no one has shown that such an epidemic is real, and the sprinkling of fraud cases that do exist make up a tiny fraction of the voters who will be disenfranchised by laws such as South Carolina's.
This is laughable! Anyone with access to the internet can easily refute this nonsense. As a matter of fact here are some examples:

And let’s not forget all of the ACORN scum who have been convicted of voter fraud. Hell, the state of Ohio officially banned them from doing business.
Its mind boggling that the editors at the Charlotte Observer believe they can make asinine statements like this, and get away with it.

Republicans Win Both Houses in N.C. State Legislature
Republicans have taken control of both houses in North Carolina’s state legislature. It is the first time in 112 years that the party has had a majority in the senate. A wave of voter anger and discontent has not only turned out Democrats at the national level, but at the local as well:
Unofficial returns indicate that Republicans won at least 28 Senate seats and 62 in the House, according to an Associated Press tally. The current House is a 68-52 Democratic majority and the Democrats control the Senate with 30 of the 50 seats. . "We are going to govern in a different way," Rep. Paul "Skip" Stam of Apex, the current House minority leader, told a cheering crowd at the GOP victory party in Raleigh. "We're going to govern in a frugal way, in a responsible way."
North Carolina has a $3 billion shortfall. Republican legislators are going to face some hard decisions, particularly since Governor Beverly Perdue has the power of the veto.

9th Circus Court Devalues American Citizenship
We have enemies within the state that are trying to undermine American values and way of life. The quickest way to do it is devalue citizenship. The 9th Circus Court has just done that. Fox Nation Reports:
Liberal 9th Circuit Court Strikes Again
A federal appeals court on Tuesday threw out a state mandate for people to provide proof of citizenship before being allowed to register to vote.
In a divided decision, the majority of the three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals concluded the requirement, approved by Arizona voters in 2004, runs afoul of the federal National Voter Registration Act. That law spells out procedures to register to vote in federal elections.
Judge Sandra Ikuta, writing the majority decision, concluded that the Arizona law imposes an additional requirement not permitted. Siding with Ikuta was retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor who also heard the legal arguments.
The ruling drew fire from Judge Alex Kozinski who said the full 9th Circuit reached a different conclusion about the law three years ago.
But Ikuta said that 2007 decision, which came in a request by the same plaintiffs in this case to enjoin the law, "was rooted in a fundamental misreading of the statute.''
She said that earlier ruling was based on the premise that Arizona could either accept the federal form, which does not require proof of citizenship, or develop its own form.
