Rampant Voter Fraud in North Carolina!

North Carolinians are constantly told by liberals that voter fraud is rare; it’s even more rare by illegal aliens. Well guess what? We’re finding out there is a whole lot of voter fraud going on despite the denials by editorial boards across our great state. The New York Times reported 12 Alamance county residents were charged with illegal voting in the 2016 elections. Wilmington has 19 foreign nationals who are charged with voter fraud. Here are their names as reported by WECT:

Jose Cruz Solano-Rodriguez, 41, of Mexico

Guadalupe Espinosa-Pena, 63, of Mexico

Sarah Emilia Silverio-Polanco, 35, of the Dominican Republic

Elizabeth Nene Amachaghi, 44, of Nigeria

Maria Rufina Castillo-Boswell, 31, Philippines

Dora Maybe Damatta-Rodriguez, 64, of Panama

Elvis David Fullerton, 54, of Grenada

Olive Agatha Martin, 71, of Guyana

Kaoru Sauls, 54, Japan

Charges of voting by an undocumented immigrant were filed against the following foreign nationals:

Jose Jaime Ramiro-Torres, 52, of El Salvador
Juan Francisco Landeros-Mireles, 64, Mexico
Alessandro Cannizzaro, 46, of Italy
Dieudonne Soifils, 71, of Haiti
Hyo Suk George, 69, of Korea
Merius Jean, 54, of Haiti
Rosemarie Angelika Harris, 60, of Germany
Daniel Tadeusz Romanowski, 39, of Poland

An eighteenth defendant, Diana Patricia Franco-Rodriguez, 26, of Mexico, is charged with fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents, and voting by an undocumented immigrant.

Denslo Allen Paige, 66, is charged with aiding and abetting Espinosa-Pena in falsely claiming United States citizenship in order to register to vote.

On Aug. 14, Ramon Esteban Paez-Jerez, 58, of the Dominican Republic, pleaded guilty to passport fraud and voting by an undocumented immigrant. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 11 in New Bern.

Apparently, illegal alien voter fraud is so bad in North Carolina that ICE has subpoenaed 44 counties! Here is an excerpt from McClatchy:

Among the state records from Jan. 1, 2010 through Aug. 30, 2018 that were requested: all voter registration applications, federal write-in absentee ballots, federal post card applications, early-voting application forms, provisional voting forms, absentee ballot request forms, all “admission or denial of non-citizen return forms,” and all voter registration cancellation or revocation forms.

North Carolina has nearly 7 million registered voters, according to the State Board of Elections and Ethics Enforcement. The board said it has more than 15 million documents and images stored within the state’s voter registration database.

Nothing to see here, please disperse. Nothing to see here, please disperse.

North Carolina Gubernatorial Race Could Expose Voter Fraud

The Civitas Institute filed a lawsuit in a federal court requesting a restraining order for same-day registration ballots until they are verified as legit.  A few thousand votes separate Democratic Party challenger Roy Cooper from Governor Pat McCrory in North Carolina’s gubernatorial race.

This election has the potential to expose the rampant voter fraud everyone knows Democrats commit.  Even the Charlotte Observer grudgingly acknowledged that a percentage of SDR is fraught with suspect ballots.

A State Board of Elections review of 2012 voter registrations found that 2.44 percent of voters who used same-day registration did not pass the mail verification process – but that process sometimes wasn’t finished when the voters’ ballots were counted. The failure rate was 3.2 percent during a three-month period at the beginning of 2012, when no early voting was taking place.

Bob Hall, a progressive scumbag at Democracy North Carolina, tried to put some lipstick on this pig.

Hall noted that some mailed registrations are returned as “undeliverable” because the voter moved after Election Day. “The people that use same-day are disproportionately under 30 years old,” he said. “They are more transient than the ordinary voter.”

That’s a lot of transients.  Do we want people who have no roots and are this unstable voting?  Citizenship is being part of the community.  That’s the way it used to be until 2007 when Democrats came up this scheme.

Watch this video and witness how unverified same-day registration votes swayed the 2008 election.  Barack Obama wouldn’t have won North Carolina without it.

150 Year Olds Have Already Voted in North Carolina

The next time a libtard tells you there isn’t voter fraud happening in North Carolina, you tell them the Carolina Transparency project has found over 2000 registered voters that are 110 years old and still voting!

Many are even older than 110. In fact, it seems that NC has an awful lot of voters that are 112, too. The Carolina Transparency project did a review of the voter rolls this year and found that there are 631 Democrats who are 112 or older. By contrast, the Republicans can only find 229 over 112 voters in the state (and “unaffiliated” found 39).

And it gets worse. Two voters — and, yes, they’ve already voted in early voting — are over 150! One in Gaston County is 154 and another in Granville County is an astonishing 160!

Nothing to see here.  Move along.  Nothing to see here.  Move along.

Democrats Shameless Lies about N.C. Voter Suppression and Fraud

I don’t know how many editorials I’ve read from the numerous Observers in the state of North Carolina about evil republicans trying to suppress black voters.  We all know it’s a lie.  How is it unreasonable to require a person to show an I.D. at the polls?  The answer is it’s not.  What about liberal assertions that there is no voter fraud in North Carolina?  That too is a lie.

Carolina Journal Radio interviewed J. Christian Adams of National Review about these issues and more.  Here is an excerpt.

Kokai: In looking at these changes, another big one that did not come up in this part of the trial, but is a big piece of the law — voter ID. Do the Democrats and their allies have anything on their side in saying that voter ID is somehow discriminatory and would prevent people from heading to the polls because they’re in a minority group?

Adams: Well, looking at the law around the country, there have been a lot of cases that have been fought that I follow: Texas, South Carolina, just to name a few. The law that North Carolina has passed makes it almost impossible not to get a voter ID. In other words, you have to try really hard to mess this up. And so it’s free, it’s easy to obtain. … If you were born to a midwife, let’s say in 1925, one of the favorite examples that the opponents will cite, you know what? Then you can go to the polls and vote and execute an affidavit to say that you had a hardship.

So there is really nobody, nobody being blocked from the polls. Contrast that to what was going on in 1960. I mean, think about that. Think about the morally bankrupt, racially discriminatory policies throughout much of the country that literally did stop people from voting. To try to claim that moral mantle from 70 years ago and to say that you can’t get a free, easy-to-use voter ID is just — frankly, it’s disgraceful.

Kokai: Now one of the things that we have heard from the proponents of many of these changes is that, “Hey, we really are just trying to tighten up the rules so that we have less of a chance of voter fraud.” And then you hear from the critics, “But there is no voter fraud. There is no evidence of voter fraud.” How do these changes fit in with this whole effort of trying to improve the integrity of the elections?

Adams: First of all, the Supreme Court of the United States said you don’t actually have to have voter fraud to pass regulations about elections. You can prevent it. You can pass a law that is to prevent it from happening.

But even given that, even given that, there is, in fact, voter fraud. North Carolina has staggering numbers of people who are registered to vote in multiple places.

Look at the city of Pembroke. There is a great example that drove this legislation. The city of Pembroke, using same-day registration — which means you just show up to vote, you haven’t registered to vote, you just show up at the polls and say, “I’m here to vote,” and you announce yourself — the city of Pembroke was so overwhelmed by bogus ballots in a local election, they had to do it over again because of same-day registration.

Democrats are shameless rascals.

Louisiana Democrat Encourages Voter Fraud

If you’re a democrat go ahead and vote as often as you like.  Hell, no one is going to prosecute you.  You belong to an elite club of liars, cheats and thieves.  Townhall.com reported the following:

Video of Opelousas, Louisiana Mayor Don Cravins Sr.'s Nov. 3 remarks show him telling a crowd in his home town that 'if you early voted, go vote again tomorrow. One more time’s not going to hurt.' Louisianans, like Americans in many states, had the option of either voting 'early' or showing up on Election Day. Taking advantage of both options would be a crime. And for voters worried about criminal fraud charges, Cravins said he had an insurance policy – the re-election of a Democratic district attorney...'Tomorrow we’re gonna elect Earl Taylor as the D.A. so he won’t prosecute you if you vote twice,' Cravins said. Taylor won a fourth term on Nov. 4...Cravins' remarks were met first by laughs and then by wild cheers. Mary Landrieu's campaign did not respond to a request for comment.

And don’t worry about the mainstream media reporting any wrong doing.  They’re too busy reassuring Americans there is no voter fraud.

Activist Shames North Carolina Voter Fraud Deniers

Hats off to James O’Keefe and Project Veritas.  Citizen journalists are proving what many conservatives have thought for decades:  voter fraud is happening.  You won’t find this kind of reporting in the Charlotte Observer, or the News & Observer.  They’re too busy denying its happening.  But you will find this story in the U.K. Daily Mail:

North Carolina election officials repeatedly offered ballots last week to an impostor who arrived at polling places with the names and addresses of 'inactive' voters who hadn't participated in elections for many years.

No fraudulent votes were actually cast: It was the latest undercover video sting from conservative activist James O'Keefe, whose filmmaking résumé reads like a target list of liberal causes.

He famously shuttered ACORN, the community organizing outfit once linked to Barack Obama. He dressed in an Osama bin Laden costume and waded across the Rio Grande from Mexico to America as a show of disdain for U.S. border policy. He videotaped people admitting they sold taxpayer-provided cellphones for drugs, shoes, handbags and spending cash.

Now O'Keefe has strolled into more than 20 voting precincts in Raleigh, Durham and Greensboro, N.C., proffering the names of people who seldom vote in order to test the integrity of the election process. It seems to have failed on a massive scale.

'I just sign this and then I can vote?' he asked one poll worker. 'Yep,' came the reply.

O’Keefe could’ve voted as often as he wanted to without being caught.  He was questioned one time and that was it.  Shameful, absolutely shameful.

Voter Fraud Rampant in North Carolina

Republicans have once again been proven right.  There is rampant voter fraud and it’s particularly prevalent in the state of North Carolina just as we suspected.  Don’t expect liberal rags like the Charlotte Observer to publish this widely held secret.  That would discredit their narrative, “Republican’s are racist and want to suppress the vote.”   Instead, we have to rely on outside organizations and news services for investigative journalism.

Here is an excerpt from WND on how Barack Obama won North Carolina in the 2008 general election:

“Votes cast by just 0.65 percent of Minnesota non-citizens could account for this margin. It is also possible that non-citizen votes were responsible for Obama’s 2008 victory in North Carolina. Obama won the state by 14,177 votes, so a turnout by 5.1 percent of North Carolina’s adult non-citizens would have provided this victory margin,” the authors said.

Judicial Watch noted most non-citizens do not register, let alone vote, but the study showed “enough do that their participation can change the outcome of close races.”

“Based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote, 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010,” Judicial Watch said.

“This is outrageous, to say that least, and illustrates the need to clean up voter rolls in this country.”

The authors of the study said: “There were five states in 2008 where less than 100 percent turnout among non-citizens could have accounted for Obama’s victory margin. … It is likely though by no means certain that John McCain would have won North Carolina were it not for the votes for Obama cast by non-citizens.”

Civitas, a conservative think tank, also published a video detailing the fraud that is same day voter registration back in October 2012:

Project Veritas once again exposed nefarious activities by democrats.  Here is a video demonstrating the "party of the people" aiding and abetting non-citizens at the polls.

Hey, Charlotte Observer, are you going to report on this?  Yeah, didn’t think so.

NC GOP Stymies Democratic Voter Fraud

I found an article at Doug Ross Journal  about voter fraud in North Carolina.  Many of us have known about the shenanigans of NC Democrats for years, however, this particular piece published by Accuracy in Media sums it all up in one long post.

One example of voter fraud is out of state students voting in North Carolina elections.  The GOP put a stop to that.  Of course, liberal rags like the Charlotte Observer decried it as voter suppression.  Here is an excerpt describing the reasons for the change in election laws:

Students at the historically black Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) have been captive votes for city Democrats for ages. They have literally been ordered by faculty to register and vote in Elizabeth City, whether they live there or not. Some former students have even continued to vote by absentee ballot using the college address while residing and voting in other states. In April, 2013, the county board of elections sustained 57 of 60 voter registration challenges. All voters listed ECSU as their residence.

North Carolina’s Voter Integrity Project (VIP) discovered hundreds of individuals registered to vote who declined jury duty because they claimed non-citizen status. If their non-citizen status is accurate, they committed a crime by registering to vote. More than half of them voted one or more times. VIP has identified 147 cases of double voting by NC residents who moved to Florida and managed to vote in both locations. VIP has also identified over 20,000 voters registered with false addresses. Some counties even allow voters to register with non-existent addresses. The SBOE is now following up. The former Democrat-controlled SBOE couldn’t be bothered.

I guarantee you all the Observers that infest this state didn’t mention that.  We’re used to biased media in the Old North State.  Conscientious Tar Heels have to depend on alternative media and think tanks to get at the truth.  Read the article in its entirety.  It’s well worth it.

Same Day Registration Fraught with Voter Fraud

Have you ever wondered if the same day voting applicants are legit?  Are these people who they say they are?  Or is this another form of voter fraud?  The Civitas Institute researched the 2008 election and published the following report:

The 10 counties raised questions about the validity of some of the registrations and ultimately some votes. According to one county, there were “numerous undeliverable voter registration cards returned after the canvass time-frame which allowed the voter’s vote to count and it should not have.” And another county voiced a similar concern: “We have one-stop voter verification cards which did not complete their mailing cycle prior to canvass day.”

The counties are highlighting an egregious flaw in the process: Voters who register to vote and vote during SDR bypass the necessary address verification process — which all other voters must undergo — when registering to vote. SDR voters do not go through this process because there is not enough time to complete the verification process before the certification of the election. So there are thousands of SDR voters who have had their registrations “denied” — but only after their votes were counted and the election certified. Once an election is certified, the votes stand.

The way some counties handled the registration and verification process during early voting meant ballots from some voters who were not properly verified, but their votes still counted.

The Civitas Institute’s research into the 2008 vote showed that SDR does not allow for completion of the verification process — not only for “Same-Day” registrants but also for voters who register during the last days before the voter registration deadline (25 days prior to Election Day). These voters registered to vote in accordance with state law and were then eligible to vote as soon as eight days later, on the first day of One-Stop Voting. This resulted in more than 6,000 new voters being “denied,” but only after their votes were counted in 2008. And even more voters were placed in inactive status because the county boards of elections were unable or did not follow administrative procedures.

These fraudulent votes handed North Carolina’s 15 electoral votes over to Barack Hussein Obama.  Watch the above video for more details.

Democrats Exploit Mentally Disabled in North Carolina

Here is another report of a mentally retarded person voting for Barack Hussein Obama in North Carolina.

Jimmy Green's stepdaughter had never voted before. The 57-year-old is mentally disabled, and Green said she doesn't understand the concept of casting a ballot.

But this week, she called her parents to say she had voted for President Obama. The care home in Fayetteville where she lives registered its residents to vote and drove them to the polls, Green said.

"My concern is that somebody told her who to vote for," he said. "She didn't even know there's two different parties."

Complaints of uncomprehending voters being ferried to cast ballots surface every election. And in a presidential race as close as this year's, with huge levels of early voting, any perceived irregularity is falling under intense scrutiny.

But federal and state laws are very clear - there is no competency test for voting.

"The law specifically says that anyone with a disability is allowed to have assistance from anyone that they choose," said Terri Robertson, director of the Cumberland County Board of Elections. "As long as they can communicate to us in some way that they need assistance and who they wish to have assistance from, the law allows it."

According to poll workers, the exploitation of the mentally disabled has been going on for decades:

Don Talbot said he saw vans full of mentally disabled voters brought to the polls time and again during his years as a former precinct chief in Cumberland County. He said it often appeared they had little input in completing the ballot.

"The audacity of it to me, it is shameful, but both parties do it," said Talbot, a former Fayetteville city councilman. "When you haul people that are not competent and you do their voting for them, that's fraud."

Both parties do it?  I’m inclined to think there is only one that is this shameless.

Charlotte Observer is Concerned About the Integrity of the Vote?

There are times when a I read a Charlotte Observer editorial and laugh out loud. The latest joke the Disturber inked out is their hypocrisy on the integrity of the vote. This paper has been vociferous in their opposition to voter ID. But when it comes to raiding the federal treasury, the progressives who run this paper give their full-throated applause.

We haven’t gotten to say that much this legislative session. But responding to concerns in a letter from election officials in more than 85 of the state’s counties – including Republicans from 40 counties – lawmakers allocated the state money needed to unfreeze $4 million in federal Help America Vote money. The Elections Boards Association of North Carolina, representing all 100 counties, passed a resolution in April urging release of the money too.

The largest chunk of the funds – about $3.2 million – would cover the costs of maintaining counties’ voting machines. The rest would cover training of personnel and other services, including providing early voting facilities. All these services are essential to helping ensure the integrity of the 2012 ballot and accommodating the larger voter turnout during this presidential election year.

Wow! That is amazing. A little self-introspection would go a long way at the Charlotte Observer.

Non-Citizens Caught Voting in North Carolina

Project Veritas strikes again! This time the Tar Heel state was put under the microscope. And of course they exposed how easy it is to commit voter fraud. Hell, they even caught a non-citizen voting in the past two elections.

Hey! Charlotte Observer! This is how investigative reporting is done. Now it's time for you lazy good-for-nothings to get off your collective, liberal asses and do your jobs. But that would require a non-biased reporter. Is one even on the payroll?

Charlotte Observer Deceives Readers on Voter ID

The editors at the Charlotte Observer have sunk to a new low. In today’s op-ed, they accused the Republican Party of trying to suppress the minority vote by requiring an ID at the polls. In order to make their case, they disingenuously used a story about two elderly black women. Here is an excerpt:

Dorothy Cooper is 96 years old, and she's voted in every election but one since she was eligible to cast a ballot. When her home state of Tennessee passed a voter identification bill this year, she wanted to make sure she could vote again in 2012, so she went to a voter service center with a rent receipt, birth certificate and voter registration card. But because Cooper's maiden name was on her birth certificate, she was told she needed a marriage certificate, too, according to the Chattanooga Times Free Press. She didn't have one. She was denied a voter ID.

Thelma Mitchell, 93 years old, cleaned the Tennessee state capitol for 30 years. She also wanted to ensure she'd be able to vote next year, but she was incorrectly told that her old state ID was inadequate, according to a Chattanooga TV report. When Mitchell went to get an ID at a state drivers license center, she was told she needed her birth certificate. She has never had one. She was turned away.

A reasonable person would say this is horrible and we shouldn’t allow this to happen. But anyone who knows the dishonesty of the editors at the Disturber would have done some fact checking on their own, and would have found the following omissions:

Thelma Mitchell told WSMV-TV that she went to a state drivers' license center last week after being told that her old state ID from her cleaning job would not meet new regulations for voter identification.

But a spokesman for the House Republican Caucus said Mitchell was given bad information. Brent Leatherwood said even an expired state ID will allow her to vote.

Asked about why Mitchell might have been confused or received incorrect information about the new voter ID law, Leatherwood said only that the provision that allows for the use of state employee IDs is "pretty straight-forward."

He said staff would be contacting Mitchell to get to the bottom of the miscommunication.

And as for Cooper:

After Cooper was denied a photo ID Monday, Kilpatrick contacted Hamilton County's Administrator of Elections Charlotte Mullis-Morgan, who recommended that Cooper vote with an absentee ballot rather than having to stand in line with her walker again at the state center.

Absentee ballots don't require photo ID, and the new state law was crafted to allow that exception. A U.S. Supreme Court decision upholding a similar Indiana statute cited the absentee ballot exception as one of the reasons the Indiana law didn't infringe on constitutional voting rights.

There is no doubt in my mind the Charlotte Observer used the Democratic Party’s propaganda machine, Think Progress as a source. I find that disturbing. The Disturber has long been running on fumes when it comes to integrity; now, they have none.

And to put the final nail in the coffin, the Disturber made this assertion:

This is what happens when you try to solve a problem that doesn't really exist. That problem would be voter fraud, which is the reason Republicans frequently cite when they introduce and champion restrictive voting laws. Problem is, no one has shown that such an epidemic is real, and the sprinkling of fraud cases that do exist make up a tiny fraction of the voters who will be disenfranchised by laws such as South Carolina's.

This is laughable! Anyone with access to the internet can easily refute this nonsense. As a matter of fact here are some examples:

http://thehill.com/homenews/house/153079-gop-says-5000-non-citizens-voting-in-colorado-a-wake-up-call-for-states

http://dailycaller.com/2011/11/24/12-charged-with-voter-fraud-in-georgia-election/

Here’s a story about an NAACP leader sentenced for voter fraud:

http://dailycaller.com/2011/07/29/mississippi-naacp-leader-sent-to-prison-for-10-counts-of-voter-fraud/

Here’s a story from North Carolina. You would think the editors at the Observer would know about this one.

http://abclocal.go.com/wtvd/story?section=news/local&id=8301269

And let’s not forget all of the ACORN scum who have been convicted of voter fraud. Hell, the state of Ohio officially banned them from doing business.

Its mind boggling that the editors at the Charlotte Observer believe they can make asinine statements like this, and get away with it.
