Third-World Millionaires Move to America's Third-World Cities
Americans are the luckiest people in the world. I say that because we are born in the most prosperous and free country known to mankind. So, we shouldn’t be surprised people want to move here. Most are trying to escape crime, poverty and a lack of opportunity. This is usually indicative of government corruption, onerous taxes and punitive regulations.
The world’s poor aren’t the only ones on the move. Millionaires are also fleeing these hellholes. So guess the most desirous destinations for these rich foreigners to reside. Unbelievably, its Los Angeles, New York City and the San Francisco Bay area.
We have Americans trying to flee these hellhole cities; yet, this is where rich immigrants want to go. Who would’ve thunk it. Maybe the local chamber of commerce can provide these newbies with poop maps, garbage bags and steel-toed boots so they what get pricked by used syringes.
I guess third-worlders like to be reminded of home.

Travel Shows for the Working Man
As a working man, I have to be content within the confines a job and the concomitant responsibilities it affords me. For example, I do not have leisure to be a world traveler. As much as I like the idea of experiencing other people, cultures and historical sites, I don’t have the time, or the money to indulge my fancies. Being a vagabond is not part of my DNA. I’m sure there are millions of other Americans who are just like me and that’s probably the reason travel shows are popular.
Rick Steves’ European travels are well known. He presents an entertaining, safe and at times historically sanitized travelogue that makes anyone who watches it envious. Oh, he will give advice on how to protect your valuables from pickpockets, but overall it’s a fantasy vacation few will experience.
One of my favorites was Karl Pilkington’s, An Idiot Abroad. I don’t believe this guy intends to be funny, but you can’t help but laugh at his observations and commentary as he blunders through one episode after another. If I can relate to anyone on vacation disasters, its Karl Pilkington. I’m sure I’ve had the same WTF expression of my face as he. I do miss that show.
A couple of weeks ago, I watched Sue Perkins, The Ganges. I don’t normally like to watch a travel series about third world countries unless it’s unvarnished and that’s exactly what she brought to the table. She didn’t even spit polish it. She described India as it truly is: a shithole. Sure, she highlighted the good aspects, but overall it's a shithole.
There is one scene which is absolutely hilarious. Ms. Perkins was meandering down a back alley when she slipped and fell, scraping her knee. But that wasn’t all. She landed her hand in a pile of human poo. LOL!!! Her reaction was priceless. She cried out for her mommy and wanted to go home. Now that’s an unsanitized travelogue! You won’t see that on Rick Steves,
I do hope she produces more travel shows. Maybe she can visit another third world shithole called San Francisco. At least they provide poop pile maps.

Activist Judge Legislates in Favor of DACA
Another federal judge has just abused his office by legislating from the bench. A San Franciscan jurist ruled that King Obama’s royal decree subverting Article I Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution will stand.
But on Tuesday, U.S. District Judge William Alsup in San Francisco ruled that the Trump administration's decision to eliminate DACA was based on a shoddy legal argument and called the move "arbitrary" and "capricious."
Ruling in favor of the University of California, Alsup ordered the government to resume DACA renewal applications while challenges to the September order work their way through the courts.
It’s about damn time Congress stepped up to the plate and do their duty by putting these rogue justices in their place. Article III specifically defines the court’s original jurisdiction and that all other considerations are regulated by Congress. However, considering how corrupt and gutless our elected officials are, we’ll have to endure more outrageous rulings by black robed thugs before we slap these scoundrels down by demanding an Article V Convention of States.

Sanctuary Cities Should Lose Their Charter and Self-Governance
The United States has a serious problem with illegal aliens and the citizens of this country are suffering the consequences. Just over a week ago, Kate Steinle’s murderer was acquitted by a San Franciscan jury. This is what libtards call justice in a sanctuary city. I don’t know how these people live with themselves.
I believe Americans are getting fed up with this flagrant lawlessness that sanctuary cities, like San Francisco, flout in our faces. I proposed in an earlier post that Congress use the 14th Amendment to disenfranchise congressional districts who give refuge to the so-called “undocumented.” But as we all know our elected representatives are either gutless wonders, or aiding and abetting this third-world invasion.
I have another proposal. It is high time States amend their constitutions as means to rein in lawless city and county governments. North Carolina did this in 1877 right after Reconstruction ended. Here is an excerpt from the North Carolina History Project:
The undemocratic County Government Act of 1877 already hampered elections. By means of this act, Democrats maintained power over local governments. The law allowed the legislature to appoint local justices, and permitted these appointed judges to choose county commissioners. Though other county offices remained elective, the law helped maintain Democratic control of “purse strings” and prevent blacks or Republicans from gaining local power.
The General Assembly’s motives may have been questionable; however this measure was highly effective. State legislatures should also consider revoking charters. Here is an excerpt from the NC League of Municipalities on how this works:
North Carolina municipalities - cities, towns and villages - operate under charters granted by the General Assembly and have powers and authorities granted to them by state statutes and the state constitution. In this state, municipalities do not have home rule, which means that the state legislature must grant the powers and authority to municipalities and authorize them to perform certain functions.
Municipalities are established to protect the citizens and provide residents of a particular area with urban type services: examples are water, sewer, police, streets, transportation, recreation, garbage collection and recycling, land use planning and fire protection. These are all typical but not required municipal services. The individual city or town determines which services it will provide, based on local circumstances. Only a few services are mandated by state or federal law. If a city or town chooses to provide a service however, it must meet whatever state and federal requirements exist for that service.
We need to keep in mind that sanctuary cities have no regard for our immigration laws and Americans are losing their lives because of it. Just recently, an illegal alien in Charlotte was charged for involuntary manslaughter, felonious child abuse and driving without a license.
Lawless cities attract lawless people. It’s time to do something about it.

San Fran Conservatives Stay in Closet for Fear of Liberals
Conservatives in San Francisco stay in the closet out of fear of being outed by “tolerant” liberals.
SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX 5) —
Some East Bay conservatives say they live a secret life. They can never tell
anyone what they really feel like in fear of their safety.
Robert Ward is coming
out conservative, but in a place he says is risky for those who share his
beliefs.
“If you witness what
happened in Berkeley, actually they are so violent on top of it. I mean being a
conservative in the Bay Area is like being a heretic,” says Ward. “You lead a
double life. You can never tell your friends and co-workers.”
Welcome to liberal America. And we’re the ones who are supposed to be
intolerant?

San Francisco Harasses Iconic Gun Store into Shuttering Business
The three legs on a liberal stool are harass,
regulate and tax. God forbid you happen
to own a business that doesn’t comport with their sanctimonious ideology. An iconic San Francisco gun store is shutting
down after years of business.
Ever since it
was opened in the 1950s by a celebrated Olympic shooter, High Bridge Arms has
been a defiant fixture in San Francisco's Mission District, but a coming wave
of new firearms restrictions has prompted the last gun shop in the liberal City
by the Bay to pack it in.
The proposed
new city regulations, which could only be aimed at High Bridge Arms, would have
required the shop to take and preserve video of all transactions and turn
customers' personal data over to police on a weekly basis. General Manager
Steven Alcairo said the shop's owners finally threw in the towel after years of
what they consider being unfairly targeted with burdensome rules and
regulations. Past regulations have required the shop to bar ads and displays
from its windows and install cameras and barriers around its exterior. The
shop has 17 cameras as it is, and turns video over to police on request, he
said.
"This
time, it's the idea of filming our customers taking delivery of items after
they already completed waiting periods," Alcairo said. "We feel this
is a tactic designed to discourage customers from coming to us.
"This
year, it's this and next year will probably be something else," Alcairo
added. "We don't want to wait for it."
San Francisco is in the United States, right?

Living Wage Smacks Around San Fran Comic-Book Store Owner
Nothing is more comical than watching a liberal get
smacked upside the head with reality.
San Franciscan business owners, who without a doubt are proud libtards,
are finding out the cost of progressive policies. They thought raising the minimum wage to a “living
wage” sounded good but in reality is harmful to their livelihoods. Here are the exasperations of Brian
Hibbs. He is the owner and operator of
an iconic comic-book store in the Bay area.
“My jaw dropped. Eighty-thousand a year!
I didn’t know that. I thought we were talking a small amount of money, something
I could absorb.”
As you can expect, those who voted for this idiocy never think of the consequences.
I’m hearing from a lot of customers, ‘I
voted for that, and I didn’t realize it would affect you.’
Of course, not. They thought the fat cats would’ve been the ones skewered, but in reality, they’re the ones getting all the breaks. National Review reported the following:
And the problem goes still deeper. While
forcing hundreds of Bay Area small businesses to close, cut staff, or overhaul
their practices, San Francisco lawmakers have given multimillion-dollar tax
breaks to lure or keep technology giants such as Twitter and Zoosk. “There’s
lots of room for the rich and the powerful,” Hibbs observes, “but, really,
they’re not doing anything to help small business.”
Mr. Hibbs confessed he believes in
capitalism and wants to work within the market.
Maybe, he should consider crony capitalism and work within the halls of
city government like Twitter and Zoosk.

Bookstore Owner Under Fire for Criticizing "Living Wage" Law
Remember the proprietor of a San Francisco bookstore
who closed his doors because of that city’s “living wage” law? Well, that poor man is under fire for
speaking truth to power. The Washington
Free Beacon reported the following:
San Francisco’s
Borderlands Books will be forced to close as the city increases its minimum
wage, and its owner Alan Beatts is tired of being criticized for talking about
it.
“Most critics
say ‘how dare you blame the minimum wage increase for you closing,’” he told
the Washington Free Beacon. “It’s bullshit.”
“They’re either
calling me a liar or chastising me for telling the truth.”
Borderlands is a
specialty bookstore that has been able to carve out a niche in San Francisco
for the past 18 years. It has been able to support a staff of five, most of
whom have been working together for more than a decade.
Beatts said he
made a mere $28,000 in gross salary last year.
With the added
labor costs the city’s new minimum wage will eventually impose on the business,
and the fact that books come pre-priced leaving no room for price increases,
Mr. Beatts sees no way it can survive.
“At this point
the business is doing fine but I look down the road and the business is losing
$25,000 a year,” he said. “It’s going to put me out of work.”
He is more
concerned about how the store’s closing will affect his employees though.
“We’re all friends,” he said. “In some ways this is harder on the employees
than me.”
Yet,
according to Democrats, this business owner is nothing more than a greedy, fat
cat oppressing his workers. Now he’ll sail
off to some comfy, vacation home in the islands without a care in the world
while his former employees eat dog food.

San Francisco Bookstore Falls Prey to "Living Wage"
San Francisco bookstores are closing their doors
because they can’t afford to pay entry level workers a “living wage.” Borderlands Books, along with other small
businesses, have fallen prey to liberal, economic policies.
Borderlands is closing.
In 18 years of business, Borderlands has
faced a number of challenges. The first and clearest was in 2000, when our
landlord increased our rent by 100% and we had to move to our current location
on Valencia Street. The steady movement towards online shopping, mostly with
Amazon, has taken a steady toll on bookstores throughout the world and
Borderlands was no exception. After that and related to it, has been the shift
towards ebooks and electronic reading devices. And finally the Great Recession
of 2009 hit us very hard, especially since we had just opened a new aspect to
the business in the form of our cafe.
But, through all those challenges, we’ve
managed to find a way forward and 2014 was the best year we’ve ever had. Overall, Borderlands has managed to defeat
every problem that has come our way. At the beginning of 2014, the future of
the business looked, if not rosy, at least stable and very positive. We were
not in debt, sales were meeting expenses and even allowing a small profit, and,
perhaps most importantly, the staff and procedures at both the bookstore and
the cafe were well established and working smoothly.
So it fills us with sorrow and horror to
say that we will be closing very soon.
In November, San Francisco voters
overwhelmingly passed a measure that will increase the minimum wage within the
city to $15 per hour by 2018. Although all of us at Borderlands support the
concept of a living wage in principal and we believe that it’s possible that
the new law will be good for San Francisco — Borderlands
Books as it exists is not a financially viable business if subject to that
minimum wage. Consequently we will be closing our doors no later than March
31st.
Remember, the
“living wage” is part of the Democratic Party’s middle class economics
platform. Enjoy!

The March of the Illegal Aliens
Arizona's illegal aliens are preparing to leave the state. The law that was passed in April will take effect Thursday. A spontaneous outbreak of yard sales have sprouted out all over the state as illegals sell their wares in order to lighten the load for the mass exodus.
"Everyone is selling up the little they have and leaving," said Villasenor, 31, who is headed for Pennsylvania. "We have no alternative. They have us cornered."
The two women are among scores of illegal immigrant families across Phoenix hauling the contents of their homes into the yard this weekend as they rush to sell up and get out before the state law takes effect on Thursday.
The law, the toughest imposed by any U.S. state to curb illegal immigration, seeks to drive more than 400,000 undocumented day laborers, landscapers, house cleaners, chambermaids and other workers out of Arizona, which borders Mexico.
So this illegal has its sights set on Pennsylvania. They must have a whole slew of free goodies just ripe for the picking. Hey Pennsylvanians you had better brace yourself for the swarm of locust that are about to descend upon your state. You might want to consider Arizona's solution before it's too late.
Maybe a list of sanctuary cities should be given out as a departing gift. San Francisco and Los Angeles, just to name a few, were the most vocal opponents. I'm sure they will accept you with open arms. And I hear they have incredible government programs designed just for you. Be sure to ask your new neighbors at the house warming party.

Sodom to Boycott Arizona
San Francisco, the city where men are women; women are men; and the gerbils are scared has proclaimed a boycott on Arizona. The city of deviants and self-loathing Americans has thrown down the leather whip and rubber ball gag in protest over passage of a law that takes to task illegal aliens who have invaded that great state
Mayor Gavin Newsome has suspended all non-essential travel for city employees to Arizona. He and his fellow popper sniffers have organized "Arizona Boycott Workgroup" to analyze how an economic boycott could backfire on San Francisco businesses:
"Would Arizona and other states that are more conservative than San Francisco retaliate and stop sending conventions to San Francisco?" asked Kevin Westly of the Golden Gate Restaurant Association. "Certainly in a recession, we don't want any retaliation."
Oh, but you do deserve retaliation for all the crap you have pulled over the years. San Francisco is a sanctuary city. They have given the American people the finger not only on this issue, but also on their demonstrable hostility to the men and women in our military. And with California's irresponsible, fiscal behavior dangling like the sword of Damocles; I would love to see them get their just desserts.
Arizona may lose patronage in the S & M business from the boycott; but at least the gerbils can sleep better at night.
