Sanctuary Cities Should Lose Their Charter and Self-Governance
The United States has a serious problem with illegal aliens and the citizens of this country are suffering the consequences. Just over a week ago, Kate Steinle’s murderer was acquitted by a San Franciscan jury. This is what libtards call justice in a sanctuary city. I don’t know how these people live with themselves.
I believe Americans are getting fed up with this flagrant lawlessness that sanctuary cities, like San Francisco, flout in our faces. I proposed in an earlier post that Congress use the 14th Amendment to disenfranchise congressional districts who give refuge to the so-called “undocumented.” But as we all know our elected representatives are either gutless wonders, or aiding and abetting this third-world invasion.
I have another proposal. It is high time States amend their constitutions as means to rein in lawless city and county governments. North Carolina did this in 1877 right after Reconstruction ended. Here is an excerpt from the North Carolina History Project:
The undemocratic County Government Act of 1877 already hampered elections. By means of this act, Democrats maintained power over local governments. The law allowed the legislature to appoint local justices, and permitted these appointed judges to choose county commissioners. Though other county offices remained elective, the law helped maintain Democratic control of “purse strings” and prevent blacks or Republicans from gaining local power.
The General Assembly’s motives may have been questionable; however this measure was highly effective. State legislatures should also consider revoking charters. Here is an excerpt from the NC League of Municipalities on how this works:
North Carolina municipalities - cities, towns and villages - operate under charters granted by the General Assembly and have powers and authorities granted to them by state statutes and the state constitution. In this state, municipalities do not have home rule, which means that the state legislature must grant the powers and authority to municipalities and authorize them to perform certain functions.
Municipalities are established to protect the citizens and provide residents of a particular area with urban type services: examples are water, sewer, police, streets, transportation, recreation, garbage collection and recycling, land use planning and fire protection. These are all typical but not required municipal services. The individual city or town determines which services it will provide, based on local circumstances. Only a few services are mandated by state or federal law. If a city or town chooses to provide a service however, it must meet whatever state and federal requirements exist for that service.
We need to keep in mind that sanctuary cities have no regard for our immigration laws and Americans are losing their lives because of it. Just recently, an illegal alien in Charlotte was charged for involuntary manslaughter, felonious child abuse and driving without a license.
Lawless cities attract lawless people. It’s time to do something about it.

President Trump has a Duty to Pardon Sheriff Joe Arpaio
Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s conviction of criminal contempt for defying an activist judge’s order to not enforce our immigration laws is theater of the absurd. Susan Bolton, a Clinton appointee, believes she can write, produce and direct policies with the a simple wave of a gavel. Congress has no role in her one woman production. Statutory law and precedent is thrown on the cutting floor. The American people are ushered out the studio doors because this diva is obsessed with brown M & M’s.
President Donald Trump has a duty to pardon Sheriff Joe Arpaio and reinstate the rule of law. And for those who believe the federal government is solely responsible for enforcing our immigration laws, here is an excerpt from the Washington Times:
Judge Bolton ruled, “It is not in the public interest for Arizona to enforce preempted laws,” but this is a deceptive statement. If Arizona had passed a law that defined U.S. citizenship, as Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. has disingenuously suggested, federal supremacy would apply. However, the case at hand doesn’t deal with pre-emptive law but with parallel enforcement. Arizona’s law does not define who has broken immigration laws; it deals with what to do when police apprehend these criminals.
The relevant precedent is in Gonzales v. City of Peoria (1983), in which the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit - which includes Arizona - held that “although the regulation of immigration is unquestionably an exclusive federal power, it is clear that this power does not preempt every state activity affecting aliens.” The court stated flatly that “federal law does not preclude local enforcement of the criminal provisions” of federal immigration law, and that “concurrent enforcement is authorized” when they “do not impair federal regulatory interests.”
In the same case, the court noted that federal injunctions against state law enforcement actions should be undertaken only in the most extreme circumstances and should generally exercise restraint “based on principles of equity, comity and federalism” and “consistent with these principles, federal courts may not intervene in state enforcement activities absent extraordinary circumstances that threaten immediate and irreparable injury.” The notion that the federal government would be immediately and irreparably harmed by Arizona identifying previously detained illegals is unsustainable
Allowing activist judges to criminalize politics is also unsustainable and it’s about time Congress did something about it.

If You Enforce the Law, They Will Leave
Texas is proving the old adage: enforce the laws and illegal aliens will leave. Here is an excerpt from the Daily Caller.
A Pew report found that nearly 120,000 Hondurans lived in Texas in 2013, and Andrea Matamoros, Honduras’ deputy foreign minister, told Proceso Digital Monday that her country will take the four months before SB4 goes into effect to take steps to protect immigrants who could face deportation. Matamoros said in the interview that she predicts that many Hondurans will flee Texas to other states with more relaxed immigration laws.
Other states need to follow the Lone Star State’s example. It’s high time we fought back against this invasion.

Illegal Aliens, How Great Thou Art!
Illegal aliens, how great thou art! What a noble and just people these violators
of U.S. sovereignty and
laws are. Americans must follow the
example of Nancy Pelosi by groveling and washing the feet of these holy
transgressors. We must beg forgiveness
for daring to value something as ridiculous as citizenship. Why we Americans must bow and submerse ourselves in their baptismal spittle as a display of repentance, and disavow
our white privilege.
Of
course, this illegal alien worship is bipartisan. Jeb Bush stated there is no higher love than
being an illegal alien in the United States.
I wonder when the Washington D.C. establishment is going to build a
house of worship honoring these supreme beings.
You say there is a separation of church and state? What is a law to these people?

Homeland Security Caught Smuggling Illegal Aliens into America
I have said on many occasions
that agents in the Obama administration have contempt for Americans and the
idea of citizenship. These people are
deeply embedded and are actively working to subvert our immigration laws. Here is a story in the Washington Times
reaffirming those suspicions:
A federal judge in Texas
late last week accused the Obama
administration of aiding drug cartels, saying that instead of
enforcing immigration laws, agents knowingly helped smuggle an illegal immigrant
girl into the U.S. to live with her mother, also an illegal immigrant, in
Virginia.
In a 10-page order,
Judge Andrew S. Hanen said
the case was the fourth such case he’s seen over the last month, and in each
instance Customs and Border Protection agents have helped to locate and
deliver the children to their illegal immigrant parents
The judge said in each
case, the taxpayers footed the bill for flights — including flights to multiple
locations in different parts of the U.S. that it took to find one of the
children’s parents.
“The DHS is rewarding
criminal conduct instead of enforcing the current laws. More troubling, the DHS
is encouraging parents to seriously jeopardize the safety of their children,”
the judge said, adding that some of the children have been made to swim the Rio
Grande River or traverse remote areas as part of the smuggling.
And there is nothing we
can do about it.

Arizona Besieged by Illegal Alien Rights Groups
Earlier this year, Barack Obama
bypassed Congress and the Constitution by granting a subset of illegal aliens deferred
status. Now, the usual suspects are suing Arizona as a means to legitimize this bastardization of our
immigration laws. Organizations such as
the ACLU and MALDEF are trying to intimated Governor Jan Brewer and the
citizens of that great state into authorizing driver’s licenses to
the “undocumented.”
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer issued
the order in late August to help counter the Obama Administration’s stealth
amnesty program, which is sparing hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from
deportation. Under the plan, called “Deferred Action for Childhood
Arrivals,” illegal immigrants under the age of 30 who came to the
U.S. as children can remain in the country and obtain work permits. President
Obama sidestepped Congress and created it in June via executive order. Brewer fought back with her own order to stop illegal immigrants who obtain work permits under the federal program from getting taxpayer-funded perks or licenses in her state. In the document Brewer explains that allowing Arizona’s 80,000 deferred action recipients improper access to state or local benefits will have significant and lasting impacts on the state’s budget, its healthcare system and additional public benefits that taxpayers fund.
The open borders movement
immediately blasted the governor, calling her order a “mean-spirited” policy
that compounds the “climate of fear and mistrust” already created by Arizona’s
strict immigration control law. Denying illegal aliens driver’s licenses is a “feeble attempt to score a political
point against the president’s humane and sensible action” and a
“cruel slap in the face to thousands of young Arizonans,” according to National
Council of La Raza President Janet Murguia.
Now Arizona has to waste taxpayer
dollars to defend its policy in court. In a 32-page complaint the
groups—which include the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund
(MALDEF) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)—claim the measure is
unjust and unconstitutional because it violates the supremacy and equal
protection clauses of the United States Constitution. “As the President of the
United States has recognized, these young immigrants are Americans in their
heart, in their minds, in every single way but one: On paper,” the lawsuit says.
States have the sole authority to
issue business and driver’s licenses.
Maybe State legislatures should pass punitive laws as a measure to
prevent frivolous lawsuits.

Illegal Aliens Demand Their HUMAN RIGHTS in Charlotte, NC
The other day a caravan of illegal aliens rolled into Charlotte, NC demanding their rights. Where do these people get this concept that they have a HUMAN RIGHT to violate our immigration laws? That no nation can violate their freedom of movement and that they can go anywhere they please without the consent of a nation’s citizenry. Why the United Nations of course. The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights was established on December 10, 1948. There are 30 articles all together. But the ones that pertain to the transnationalist, who believe are immigration laws are irrelevant, and that includes our current president and his coterie of communist, are the following:
Article 2.

Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty
Article 6.
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
^ TopArticle 7.
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.
^ TopArticle 8.
Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law
Article 13
Article 13
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country
Article 23.(1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
(4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.
Article 26.(1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
(2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.
Article 30.
Article 30.
Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein
I’m sure there are other articles that the transnationalist would say apply as well. But I’m only highlighting the ones the illegals believe they have a right to.

A Message from Your Local Illegal Alien
Over the past several weeks, representatives from a growing and influential group have been crossing YOUR NATION by bus, telling our story to anyone and everyone who will listen. We’ve had crowds! And we’ve had the media!
Who are we?
Well, YOU probably call us something negative and nasty, like “illegal aliens," but we much prefer “undocumented worker.”
And now, thanks to President Obama’s amnesty plans for us, we’d much rather you called us “undocumented voters”!
Because that’s exactly what we’re going to be very, very soon; sooner than you think, we promise you.
The media calls our bus the “Undocu-bus.” Isn’t that cute? Almost warm and cuddly. That’s exactly what we want.
You conservatives, well, let us put it this way: all that “law and order” you keep preaching? We just don’t have time for that any longer.
We’ve got a mission and a timetable to keep, and your silly laws like SB-1070 and your “employer sanctions” laws to keep businesses from hiring us just aren’t part of our plan.
Now, who are we really? Our bus is full of day laborers and students, but also immigration activists; in other words, professionals. And we know how to get things done.
Every stop we make across “your country”, we stage rallies and lead chants of “no papers,no fear”, because we aren’t going to let you hold us back any longer.
Yes, America, you DO have jobs we want, and we will work at them for less than you are willing to accept. And yes, we will send that money back home, out of your country, out of your precious economy.
But this isn’t open for debate…this is all bought and paid for with our votes!
We began our tour in Arizona to show you just how unafraid we really are. You don’t scare us anymore. You may have Sheriff Joe, but we have El Presidente, Barack Obama!
And from Arizona we have already driven through New Mexico and Colorado, and through Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. And we aren’t going to stop!
Is there a fear of being arrested because we are undocumented? A little.
But your jails and your government already let’s out violent criminal immigrants, so the risk to us is very, very low.
So what can you do, really? I mean, if we are going to vote, are you?
There’s always the possibility that you might vote in higher numbers than we do… but given the history of recent elections?
There’s always the possibility that you might vote in higher numbers than we do… but given the history of recent elections?
And there’s always the possibility that you might get involved with a group like Ban Amnesty Now and their new PAC. Yes, there we see a real threat…because if B.A.N.-PAC elects enough of you conservatives to Congress to undo Presidente Obama’s amnesty for us, then we will have real problems.
And if B.A.N.-PAC elects enough of you conservatives to Congress to secure the border, so the next time I get deported I can’t just walk back across? Another problem again.
But are you so determined to stop me from taking your jobs and stealing your elections that you would give to B.A.N.-PAC and join thousands of other conservatives across your nation to stop illegal immigration and amnesty for undocumented voters like me?
And if B.A.N.-PAC elects enough of you conservatives to Congress to secure the border, so the next time I get deported I can’t just walk back across? Another problem again.
But are you so determined to stop me from taking your jobs and stealing your elections that you would give to B.A.N.-PAC and join thousands of other conservatives across your nation to stop illegal immigration and amnesty for undocumented voters like me?
I’m counting on you not to.
Barack Obama is counting on you to sit back and take it. After all, it’s his country, not yours.
Remember, my friend, no paper-no fear!
Sincerely,
America’s undocumented voters
P.S. You can CLICK HERE to join B.A.N.-PAC and stop us… or you can watch us claim another victory. Be sure to come see us when our bus rolls through your town!

Illegal Alien Martyrs Himself for Amnesty

An illegal alien committed suicide. According to his family and letters that were left behind, Joaquin Luna despaired over his future and decided to “martyr” himself.
“He was actually doing this for the cause, mainly the Dream Act,” Mr. Mendoza said. “He was doing this to show politicians, to show that something had to be done because there are a lot of kids out there in the same situation.”
The case casts a dramatic spotlight on the hundreds of thousands of illegal-immigrant students who are caught between a decision their parents made when they were young and the realities of U.S. immigration law.
Immigrant rights advocates said politicians in Washington should take notice of Luna’s act.
“His death is an indictment on the failure of this administration to move an inch forward on fixing a broken immigration system,” said Jorge-Mario Cabrera, communications director for the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles, which has planned a commemoration on Friday for Luna.
The indictment should be on the callousness of his family who brought him here. They supposedly have legal status, but had they returned to their country, Joaquin Luna would not have despaired over his limited opportunities in the United States.
Now, the hyenas are using this kid’s death as a political tool to obtain amnesty. But of course they say that is not their intent.
“I certainly don’t want to give you the impression that we’re going to use his death as a football or anything like that. We need to honor his memory, and we need to remind other Americans what this young man was about - because that’s the kind of people we’re talking about,” Mr. Cabrera said.
So the final conclusion is the United States should have no border, and citizenship should be granted to anyone who makes it onto our soil. To have any semblance of an immigration policy is heartless and cruel. Screw our laws and sovereignty, when kids like Joaquin Luna martyr themselves for amnesty.

Alabama's Illegal Alien Law Defies Racial Profiling Naysayers

It looks like the naysayers have been proven wrong once again. Alabama’s new immigration law defied the handwringers who protested that Hispanics would be subjected to racial profiling. Just recently, a German executive was taken into custody because he didn’t have the proper identification when pulled over by the police.
Tuscaloosa Police Chief Steven Anderson told The Associated Press an officer stopped a rental vehicle for not having a tag Wednesday night and asked the driver for his license. The man only had a German identification card, so he was arrested and taken to police headquarters, Anderson said.
The 46-year-old executive was charged with violating the immigration law for not having proper identification, but he was released after an associate retrieved his passport, visa and German driver’s license from the hotel where he was staying, Anderson said.
Is the German executive a Latino? I seriously doubt it. But that didn’t stop the criticism from the open borders crowd at the Charlotte Observer:
That get-tough immigration law Alabama passed last summer is working great. So great, in fact, that Tuscaloosa police arrested a Mercedes-Benz executive last week after he was pulled over because his rental car didn't have tags. Mercedes opened a plant in Alabama in 1993, and this executive had his German ID but not his passport; the new law forces police to arrest anyone they suspect may be in the country illegally.
"If it were not for the immigration law, a person without a license in their possession wouldn't be arrested like this," Tuscaloosa's police chief, Steven Anderson, told the Associated Press.
The German manager was in the state on business. He was released after a colleague retrieved his passport, visa and German driver's license from his hotel room.
Consider this Exhibit 3,256 on why America needs comprehensive immigration reform, not a state-by-state patchwork of laws on a federal responsibility.

I wonder what the other 3,255 exhibits are. Of course, don’t expect the Charlotte Observer to enumerate any of them. Hyperbole is considered a fact at that rag. And if the federal government did its job, the states wouldn’t have to implement these kinds of laws.
It seems to me the citizens of Alabama made the right decision. Their unemployment rate has drastically dropped, and without a doubt the strain on social services is getting a reprieve. These are facts the Charlotte Observer obviously overlooked.

Obama's Foreign Family Values
Is it any wonder that the Obama administration isn’t enforcing our country’s immigration laws? We have a horde of Kenyan Obama’s in the country. Uncle Omar was just arrested for drunk driving, and Aunt Zetuni has been leaching off of the taxpayer teat ever since she landed on the golden shores of America. Both were ordered to leave the country years ago, neither one of them complied. What is it with the Obama clan and their complete disregard for the rule of law?
During the election of 2008, we knew everything about Sarah Palin and her family. The media camped out in front of her house. They didn’t report one iota of the Anointed One’s background. Had they revealed the “foreign” values and belief system, not to mention the third world mentality of Obama, he may not have become president. But then again, he was running against John McCain. It would’ve been a closer race.

Obama's Illegal Alien Uncle Busted For DUI
Obama’s justice department won a minor victory today. A federal judge temporarily blocked an Alabama immigration law until September 29th or until the court makes a ruling. This is the second state law that the Obama thugs have tried to shut down. And one must wonder why.
Last week it was discovered that the Anointed One has another illegal alien family member residing in the country. Uncle Onyango was busted for DUI and reckless driving on Wednesday:
A number of media outlets have already reported that an illegal immigrant from Kenya by the name of Onyango Obama, 67, was arrested last week on Wednesday after he nearly rammed his SUV into a police car in Framingham, Massachusetts.
He was later charged with DUI among other violations. I spoke to Framingham Public Information Officer Lieutenant Delaney who told me that when Onyango Obama was asked at booking if he wanted to make a telephone call to arrange for bail, the Kenyan immigrant replied: "I think I will call the White House."
It should be noted that the Times of London, highlighted an Onyango Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign, when the British daily found President Barack Obama's “Aunt Zeituni” living in Boston illegally.
A number of news outlets have reported on this story? Who in the hell are they? The only story reported on in these past few days is the little tropical storm that wanted to be a hurricane. They should have named this storm Eilene. Because it was just about as lame as the song:

State of Georgia Sued by Third World Over Illegal Immigration Law
The state of Georgia is being sued by the whole third world just south of our border. Mexico and a host of Latin American countries, along with their stateside co-conspirators filed papers this past Wednesday:
The Anti-Defamation League, Mexico and the governments of several Central and South American countries filed court papers Wednesday in support of efforts to halt Georgia’s tough new immigration enforcement law.
The other countries joining on the side of those seeking a preliminary injunction in the case include Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Peru
Mexico is concerned about the relationship between our two countries:
“HB 87 substantially and inappropriately burdens the consistent country to country relations between Mexico and the United States of America,” Mexico says in its brief in support of halting the law, “interfering with the strategic diplomatic interests of the two countries and encouraging an imminent threat of state-sanctioned bias or discrimination.”
Well, who would want to interfere with the strategic interest of parasite and host? Mexico is a failed state. They need their colonist to send U.S. dollars back to their families. It is one of the best revenue streams they have. And these colonists get a free education, health care, and all available public services courtesy of the citizens of Georgia. The only problem is, Georgians have had enough of these bloodsuckers, and want to put an end to it.
If the federal government had the same state-sanctioned bias or discrimination against illegal aliens like Georgia and Arizona, we wouldn’t have this invasion from the third world to begin with.
