Fake News Covers for Pregnant Illegal Alien and Her Murderous Husband

Last Thursday, the president of the United States and his legions of supporters were reprimanded by editorial boards across the country for calling their propaganda - fake news. Well guess what? This morning I read an article that originated from the Los Angeles Times documenting another arrest of an illegal alien whose only crime was driving his pregnant wife to the hospital OH, THE HUMANITY!

Angel Jennings, the unbiased reporter and consummate professional, lambasted ICE for arresting this innocent man, who has never committed a crime in his life! All the tears and gnashing of teeth will not correct this injustice. Here is an excerpt:

An emotional Venegas, with her belly burgeoning beneath her shirt, is seen talking on a cellphone inside the gas station.

The mother of five drove herself to the hospital and delivered a healthy baby boy without her husband at her side.

Later, in a hospital bed holding the sleeping newborn, she recalled the confusion surrounding her husband’s arrest.

She said her husband had no criminal history, and never even had a traffic ticket.

“My husband needs to be here,” she told the TV station in Spanish. “He had to wait for his son for so long, and someone just took him away.”

Mother of five! Don’t sit here and tell me this illegal alien family doesn’t receive public assistance. But I digress.


Well, guess what Maria del Carmen Venegas’ husband is wanted for murder in Mexico. But you won’t hear that from the mainstream media. Here is an excerpt from the Daily Caller:

News of Arrona Lara’s arrest quickly spread nationally, with several media outlets characterizing it as an example of the Trump administration’s heavy-handed crackdown on illegal immigration. Venegas told CBS 2 in Spanish that Arrona Lara had never been stopped by police and didn’t have a criminal record of any kind, including traffic violations. But immigration authorities say Arrona Lara is not just an otherwise law-abiding illegal immigrant. He is also wanted by Mexican authorities for murder.

“Mr. Arrona-Lara was brought to ICE’s attention due to an outstanding warrant for his arrest in Mexico on homicide charges,” ICE spokeswoman Lori Haley told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Thank God for alternative news sources. If it hadn’t been for the Daily Caller, we wouldn’t have known about this outstanding warrant. President Trump has labeled the mainstream media correctly; they are fake news.

Liberals Project their Character Traits onto Conservatives

Wow. The moonbats in the mainstream media have lost their minds. They can’t accept the fact they’ve been exposed for propagandist. What’s hilarious is they’re projecting their character traits upon conservatives who’re merely refuting their assertions. We have the facts and they have nothing but deceit and emotion.

The latest from the Charlotte Observer’s editorial board is hilarious. Isaac J. Bailey is in need of therapy and some heavy duty soul searching. I believe the diagnosis would be denial. Here is an excerpt from his emotional tirade:

Congratulations on your pyrrhic victories.

All it cost you was your integrity.

All you had to do was make a man who rose to national political prominence on open bigotry president of the United States.

And relinquish all credible claims of being the party of family values and faith.

And embrace policies that include stealing children from their parents, and maybe forever separating them.

And excuse a diabolical level of lying and misdirection.

And declare that morality and character and principles no longer matter.

You’ve mistaken bombast for bravery, cruelty for toughness, mockery as plain talk.

You’ve criminalized the desperation of the poor and oppressed and weaponized your fear.

You’ve demanded civil discourse in service of the uncivil and inhumane.

And you can’t even see it.


Was Mr. Bailey looking in the mirror when he wrote this screed? This is laughable. How dare this fool lecture us on morality and civil discourse when leftist all over the country are hunting and shouting down conservatives.


I don’t recall any moral outrage from the Charlotte Observer when the Obama administration wiped their ass on our Constitution and committed all sorts of felonies that we’re dealing with to this day. I guarantee you, hadn’t Donald Trump won the election we wouldn’t know about the crimes the Obama administration committed.



And how is it that Mr. Bailey can compartmentalize laws that were enacted during the Clinton administration and were practiced by Obama’s, but somehow demonizes President Trump. A liberal federal judge imposed this “consent decree” in 1997, whereby illegal alien families are to be separated. I didn’t hear this fool bitching about this then. And he dares lecture us on integrity?


I will agree with him on the following:

We are amid a reckoning. We are deciding who we want to be.

You must pick a side; each of us has to pick a side. None of us is exempt.

Choose wisely. But first make sure that decision is being made by the best part of you, not the worst.


My side believes in the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law; your’s is mob rule and the ends justifies the means. 

Oh, there will be a day of reckoning, and I believe both sides are looking forward to it.

Lawless Judge Imposes Lawless DACA on American People

Why am I uncomfortable about Washington D.C. reforming of our immigration laws?  Everything I’ve read so far has demonstrated our so-called representatives are not serious about stopping this third-world invasion.  Congress has the necessary tools to protect our country, but they are too damn feckless and cowardly to implement them. 


If we’re to have real immigration reform, Congress must deal with a branch of government that is largely responsible for legitimizing illegal aliens.  For example, a federal judge just ruled that an unlawful edict by President Obama must be reinstated.  Here is an excerpt from the Washington Times:


A federal judge in New York ruled Tuesday that the government must fully restart the Obama-era DACA deportation amnesty and accept brand new applicants as well as renewals, throwing a potential wrench in the ongoing debate over the fate of “Dreamers” on Capitol Hill.


Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis said the administration does have the power to revoke DACA, but it must give a sound reason for doing so — and the Homeland Security Department’s September 2017 rationale fell far short of what is required in that regard.


He even used Mr. Trump’s own tweets as evidence that the DACA program was ended precipitously, pointing to President Trump's claims that he could “revisit this issue” as proof the program could have been continued.



Judge Garaufis is the second federal judge to rule Mr. Trump’s aides bungled the phaseout — but his decision is the most wide-ranging, ordering the government to not only allow those already in the program to renew their applications but also ordering the government to accept new applications.


This judge just demonstrated that Congress has no legislative role when it comes to immigration and naturalization and that our current president is forbidden to enforce existing laws.  Need we remind these judges that DACA is not a law, but rather an edict promulgated by a megalomaniac with a pen and phone?


If we're to save our nation and the rule of law, Congress has to reactivate Article III which specifically defines the court’s original jurisdiction and that all appellate considerations are to be regulated by Congress; therefore, our elected representatives have the authority to declare federal judges have no jurisdiction when it comes to illegal aliens and immediate deportation is warranted upon arrest.  Foreign nationals who come into this country without authorization are not afforded due process. 


Sceptics will say, the 14th Amendment states otherwise.  No it doesn’t!  Section V specifically states Congress shall enforce the provisions in this article; not a black-robed thug with a messianic complex.


If Congress were circumspect, they would learn from the mistakes of Simpson - Mazzoli.  And one of those mistakes was allowing the federal judiciary to run roughshod over our immigration laws.

ICE Targets Northern California, MAGA-Style

ICE is targeting Northern California businesses, MAGA-Style. It seems only fitting that this state and particularly that region, which has been the vanguard of this illegal alien invasion, should get the stinky end of the stick. Here is an excerpt from Breitbart:


Businesses received notices of inspection from ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents from Monday through Wednesday, ICE Spokesman James Schwab told Breitbart News. The notices gave each business three days from the date of being served to comply and produce I-9 documents.


Typically HSI takes the documents and conducts inspection for compliance. While the businesses were not initially identified, they were located within the San Francisco responsibility jurisdiction, including San Francisco, Sacramento, and San Jose.


Schwab said that HSI has increased enforcement activities to “enforce the laws that prohibit businesses from hiring illegal workers.” ICE Deputy Director Tom Homan has made known plans to increase the level of HSI worksite enforcement actions.


California’s attorney general has declared anyone who cooperates with ICE will be prosecuted. I believe it’s time Republicans in Congress step-up their game and invoke the 14th Amendment by taking away congressional districts and reducing Electoral College votes. They should also enforce the provision that disallows public office to anyone who defies federal laws.

Activist Judge Ruled Illegal Aliens Don't Have to "Show Papers"

When historians look back at this time in history, they’ll condemn Congress for dereliction of duty.  It’s bad enough that our elected representatives take five week vacations without addressing our national healthcare crisis, which they created, or a looming budget showdown.  No, this body would rather conduct oversight hearings that accomplish nothing and pass continuing resolutions that fund a bloated government.

However, I’m here to say that their real sin is not reining in an out-of-control federal judiciary.  We have judges who’re adjudicating and enforcing policies that are way beyond their jurisdiction.  Congress is the only body that has the authority to pass immigration laws.  It is Congress, who dictates what the federal judiciary can and cannot address as per Article III in the U.S. Constituion.

We have a crisis of epic proportions in this country due to judicial activism.  We have judges actively endangering the lives of citizens and undermining the value of citizenship.  Here is the latest outrage as reported by USA Today:    

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia halts the planned implementation Friday of Senate Bill 4, according to the American-Statesman.

The law allows local law enforcement to ask anyone who is legally detained or arrested for their immigration status during routine interactions such as traffic stops, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Garcia granted the preliminary injunction after five Texas cities, several counties and sheriffs challenged the law's constitutionality.

The judge wrote in his 94-page order that there is "overwhelming evidence" that the law "will erode public trust and make many communities and neighborhoods less safe," the Los Angeles Times reported.

Garcia also wrote that "localities will suffer adverse economic consequences which, in turn, will harm the state of Texas.”

Immigrants' rights groups complained that the measure could force anyone who looks as if they are in the country illegally to "show papers."

Do they not teach American history in law school?  Citizens have been demanding immigrants to “show papers”  before there was a United States.  Here is an excerpt from The Great Wagon Road by Parke Rouse, Jr. that I found interesting:

In the November rains, the two Moravians started southward again.  They found creeks swollen with muddy rainwater.  When they reached the Rappahannock, they crossed in a canoe and stopped at an inn kept by a German emigrant named Christopher Kuefer.  For several days they plodded through Virginia’s highlands in the rain.  Near Orange County Courthouse they were stopped by an English settler who demanded to see their passport.  When Schnell demurred, several farmers conducted him with rifles to a justice of the peace of Orange County.  But the German produced his passport there, and he and Hussey were permitted to proceed.

A federal judge does not have the authority to create law, that is Congress’ responsibility.  It’s also Congress’ responsibility to limit the jurisdiction of these rogue justices and if possible eliminating repeat offenders.

Naked Illegal Aliens Twerk NYC Tourists

New York City is a madhouse thanks to Mayor de Blasio’s sanctuary city policies.  Naked illegal aliens in painted costumes are twerking tourists and demanding money.  Hell, Disney characters are forcing themselves on families and demanding money.  Here is an excerpt from Breitbart:

Police in New York City expressed frustration about not being able to stop naked panhandlers from harassing the public because most of them are illegal aliens. Their status makes it difficult to enforce tickets because of Mayor de Blasio’s sanctuary city policies.

The city established “Designated Activity Zones” (DAZ) in 2016 to provide a place for “costumed characters” a place to work for tips. Some of these panhandlers, called desnudas, are nude women wearing painted on costumes. Law enforcement officers frequently decline to ticket panhandling violations because most of them are illegal aliens, the Daily Mail reported.

Illegal aliens can afford to be aggressive when the laws aren’t enforced.

Obama's Scorched Earth Policy

Barack Obama has adopted a scorch earth policy in the waning days of his presidency.  He threw Israel - one of our closest allies – into the jihad pit.  Our southern border is flooded with a sea of humanity from the third world.  He is importing Islamic refugees who have nothing but contempt for the West and will spawn a terror like that seen in Europe.  And now he’s trying to delegitimize his successor by manufacturing a crisis with Russia.

Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange has repeatedly stated that Russia had nothing to do with the leaked emails that exposed Democrats as corrupt cheats who have nothing but contempt for the American people.  Here is an excerpt from WND:

 “Our source is not a state party, so the answer for our interactions is no,” he said.

 In December, Assange told Hannity that the documents the anti-secrecy group received looked “very much like they’re from the Russians” but said his source was not them.

Illegal Aliens Seek Asylum from Dictator Obama

Watch this video to get an understanding of how Barack Obama has spurred this third world invasion from Latin America.  Yes, illegal immigration has been going on for decades but this is different.  Illegal aliens believe they’ll be granted asylum by an American dictator.

Illegal immigration has had a huge impact on American small towns.  Citizens feel like strangers in neighborhoods they’ve lived in for decades.  Waves of foreigners have changed the landscape, culture, language and way of life for lifelong residents who’ve watched their towns turned into third world hellholes. 

Norcross, Georgia is witnessing a transformation that is bewildering.  Invaders imbued with impertinence and outright disrespect for American values has forced citizens to flee.  Others, mainly the elderly, have no choice but to stay and watch their neighborhoods turn into a National Geographic special.

“Most of the white people who are here have been here for 20 years,” explained James Bell, 64, speaking to a reporter outside a Kroger grocery store. “They have seen the neighborhood change and a lot of them are angry about it.”

Bell, like many others interviewed, said he distinguishes between immigrants who are making an effort to fit into the existing culture and those who he thinks aren’t trying to assimilate. The Vietnamese and the Koreans, he said, are at least keeping to themselves.

“The Latinos just throw it in your face. They’re here for the money. They don’t want to be American,” Bell said. “They don’t care about America.”

He listed big changes that he’s noticed: More renters in the neighborhood who seem to him to care little about the upkeep of their property, single-family houses that he says are filled with multiple families, garbage bins overflowing and litter in the streets.

There are also the subtler things that get under his skin.

“You can see them at the Kroger customer service center desk,” he said, saying that many of his neighbors line up there to send money home to Mexico. It’s a flow of cash leaving this little community, not building it.

And there’s another annoyance, the kind of thing that isn’t a big deal but grates at him. “That’s why there’s always a huge line at the service desk,” Bell said. “If you want to buy a lottery ticket, good luck.”

This is what the Democratic Party’s transformation of America looks like.

 I was in primary school in my native Colombia when my father was murdered. I was six – just one year older than my daughter is now. My father was an officer in the Colombian army at a time when wearing a uniform made you a target for narcoterrorists, Farc fighters and guerrilla groups.

 What I remember clearly from those early years is the bombing and the terror. I was so afraid, especially after my dad died. At night, I would curl up in my mother’s bed while she held me close. She could not promise me that everything was going to be all right, because it wasn’t true. I don’t want my daughter to grow up like that.

But when I turn on my TV, I see terrorist attacks in San Bernardino and in Orlando. There are dangerous people coming across our borders. Trump was right. Some are rapists and criminals, but some are good people, too. But how do we know who is who, when you come here illegally?

 I moved to the US in 2006 on a work permit. It took nearly five years and thousands of dollars to become a US citizen. I know the process is not perfect, but it’s the law. Why would I want illegals coming in when I had to go through this? It’s not fair that they’re allowed to jump the line and take advantage of so many benefits, ones that I pay for with my tax dollars.

The Trouble With Trump

When Newt Gingrich rhetorically slapped around a moderator during a 2012 republican presidential debate, I like millions of other conservatives, jumped to our feet and yelled, “Hell Yeah!  It’s about damn time somebody fought back against these scoundrels!”  I believe Speaker Gingrich won the South Carolina primary after that.

I understand the exuberance behind Trump’s candidacy.  The Donald is willing to go where very few dare to tread.  The New York businessman is willing to call out a biased media, a corrupt Washington D.C. political system, and political correctness that have run amok.  When he made fun of a handicapped reporter, I truly thought that would have been the end of his candidacy.  A friend of mine remarked, “He’s such a New Yorker.”

I don’t have a problem with Mr. Trump’s brashness; however, I do have a problem with his policies.  He is too vague.  No one seems to be able to extract from him details on how Mexico is going to pay for a wall, or on his trade policies.  All we know is, he’s going to make America great again.

When Carrier announced they were relocating their Indiana operations to Mexico, Trump said he would punish them.  The United States can’t simply tax a company for expatriation.  However, it can raise tariffs on the products they and other like companies ship into the country.  That is, in effect, a tax on goods Americans will have to pay.

 

Americans have to ask themselves why manufacturing companies are leaving the country.  Could it possibly be ravenous and antagonistic federal bureaucracies have created a toxic environment which makes it difficult for businesses to operate?  Could it be a tax code that is so complicated, it takes an army of tax lawyers and accountants to ensure compliance?  Could it possibly be minimum wage requirements that force employers to pay entry level workers a higher rate than their worth?  Could it possibly be the dictatorial nature of Obamacare that mandates employers to pay a high premium for health insurance that is basically worthless?

Republican candidates have to address the reasons why companies are leaving the United States instead of blaming them.  Raising tariffs is not the answer.  Can anyone say Smoot-Hawley, or, how about the Tariff of Abominations that almost sparked a civil war in 1833?  Both tariff acts had a disastrous affect on the economy.

Another problem I have with Trump is his apparent lack of ideology.  He has stated more than once, he is a deal maker.  We don’t need more dealmakers in Washington D.C.  Twenty trillion dollars in federal debt is a testament to that.

 

What we need is a constitutionalist who will adhere to the rule of law and not looking for ways to skirt around it.

The trouble with Trump is twofold: a lack of ideology and his braggadocio in cutting deals.  The last thing we need is someone who believes he can negotiate in good faith with Progressives, Palestinians and Putin.  All three are principled terrorists without a moral compass.  How can anyone deal that?  

Governor Nikki Haley Follows Obama's Lead

How is it that politicians, either in the beltway or at the state level, believe they have a license to lecture the American people?  These politicians are the clumps in the kitty litter box.  Theirs is a sordid business infested with sociopaths and outright criminals; yet, they act as though they’re our moral superiors.  We all knew the SOTU address was going to be a progressive sermon on the teleprompter, but did the governor of South Carolina have to stoop to that level?

When I heard Governor Nikki Haley’s republican response to Obama’s lecture, I was stunned.  Her speech was right out of the beltway.  She had the audacity to condemn the “angry voices” that pervades today’s discourse particularly when it comes to immigration.

We have every right to be angry.  Politicians, like Governor Haley, throw up their hands and declare our immigration system is broken while they refuse to enforce our laws.  Americans have to sit idly by and watch the degradation of their citizenship while illegal aliens take our jobs, suck off of the taxpayers’ teat and demand we speak Spanish.

  

And to top it off we're supposed to accept a tidal wave of Muslim “refugees” into our communities; a deluge of people whose so-called religion is outright hostile to the civilized world.  You’re damn right we’re pissed!

Donald Trump is absolutely correct.  We should put a halt on all immigration until we find out what in the hell is going on.

Of course, Governor Haley had to once again denigrate our Southern heritage.  Here is an excerpt:

Our state was struck with shock, pain, and fear. But our people would not allow hate to win. We didn't have violence, we had vigils. We didn't have riots, we had hugs.

We didn't turn against each other's race or religion. We turned toward God, and to the values that have long made our country the freest and greatest in the world.

We removed a symbol that was being used to divide us, and we found a strength that united us against a domestic terrorist and the hate that filled him.

That mass killing in Charleston had nothing to do with the Confederate flag and I resent this opportunistic politician denigrating our history, culture and heritage.  How is taking down a flag from a war memorial not divisive?  I guess it depends to whom this politician is pandering, quite possibly the scumbags in Washington D.C. who vetted her speech.

I have contended for years that progressives are content with strong armed “presidents” who are willing to go it alone to advance policies that are incongruent with life, liberty and property.  They seem to be pleasantly uncomfortable with blatant violations of the U.S. Constitution when it serves their ideology.  The editorial board at the Charlotte Observer openly professed this, as much, in a recent opinion piece.  Here is an excerpt:

Fourteen months ago, a fed up Barack Obama decided he no longer had the patience to wait on Congress to enact meaningful immigration reform. Instead, the president announced a series of executive actions that protected as many as 6 million undocumented immigrants from deportation.

The Observer editorial board was a bit uncomfortable with that decision. We weren’t sure of the wisdom – political or otherwise – of one man setting significant policy instead of Congress. But ultimately, Congress had neglected its responsibility on immigration, and we hoped the president’s action would change that.

Congress did serve its purpose.  The overwhelming majority voted against amnesty.  They followed the demands of the American people.  It may not have been what progressives, like the editorial board at the Charlotte Observer, wanted, but they did their constitutional responsibilities.  It’s Barack Obama who refuses to fulfill his responsibilities, as president, by enforcing our immigration laws.  Instead, he would rather act like a dictator by declaring edicts.

As we can expect, The Disturber is pleasantly uncomfortable about “executive action” on gun control. 

Most gun control measures aren’t about sweeping changes or magic solutions. In part, that’s because sweeping changes aren’t going to happen so long as Congress continues to do the bidding of the gun lobby. But also, gun control isn’t realistically about preventing all shootings big and small. It’s about doing common sense things – like expanding background checks – so that it’s harder for people who shouldn’t have guns to get them.

Americans have largely been split on stricter gun laws in general, but overwhelmingly in favor of some measures, including expanded background checks. While we’re still uncomfortable when the president acts without Congress, he is far from acting alone.

I have news for the Charlotte Observer.  The gun lobby, meaning the NRA and constitutionalist, represent millions of American citizens that progressives, like the ones on their editorial board, want to disenfranchise. 

Barack Obama may have the backing of a vocal minority who are pleasantly uncomfortable with a president who is willing to bypass Congress and act like a dictator.  The majority of us are not.

Immigration Lawyer: Jorge Ramos Has No Moral Authority

We’ve all heard the horror stories about “migrants” making their way from Central America into Mexico.  We’ve seen pictures of rape trees where victims’ panties are hung from branches.  So it’s a little grating being lectured by Mexican government officials and their agents in the United States like Jorge Ramos.

Rafael Alejandro Hernández is also appalled at the audacity of people like Jorge Ramos.  He is a Cuban lawyer living in Mexico and is on the frontlines battling Mexico’s hypocrisy and inhumanity.  Here is an excerpt from his op-ed lambasting Mexico’s renowned double agent.

“Mr Ramos, you as Mexican citizen have no moral authority whatsoever to criticize U.S. immigration policy.

“You claim to be a journalist not a politician. But Mr Donald Trump threw you out only because you were impertinent and completely out of line. Your behavior was shameful. In fact you weren’t even asking a question. You were making outright declarations. Some journalist!

“Every week thousands of Cubans migrants to Mexico are arrested, beaten, extorted and swindled by the Mexican gov. in collusion with the Castro tyranny! But I’ve never heard you utter a peep against the Mexican government over this, Mr Jorge Ramos! And you claim to be a proud and vocal Mexican citizen, Mr Jorge Ramos!

“Why not come to your Mexico and try telling President Pena Nieto that deporting Cubans to Castro means they’ll live in a prison. Why not practice what you preach, Mr Ramos?

“You denounce the U.S.–a country that opened its doors to you, yourself, sir–but you refuse to utter a peep against your native Mexico, that deports Cubans not because they’re delinquents–but as a matter of policy.

“I’m speaking to you as someone who was jailed for 49 days in a Mexican prison for migrants and freed only after a hunger strike where I almost died.

“Next time you attend a Trump press conference you might ask permission to speak, and wait your turn like all the others. And since you seem to like to talk without permission, Mr Ramos, come to Mexico and try that stunt!”

Better yet, try that stunt as a woman.

O'Reilly Calls Out Jorge Ramos

Finally, someone called out Jorge Ramos.  The following exchange happened on The O’Reilly Factor:

Bill O’Reilly: OK, now you’re an anchor man. How can you possibly cover illegal immigration fairly when you’re an activist? When you’re a proponent of allowing them amnesty? How can you possibly cover the story? You should excuse yourself from it or recuse yourself from it. Or, become like me a commentator.

Jorge Ramos: I’m just a reporter.

O’Reilly: You’re not! You’re an activist.

Ramos: Mr. O’Reilly, I don’t think you’re the right person to lecture me on advocacy when you spend most of your program giving opinions…

O’Reilly: … Jorge, why don’t you just become like me a commentator? You’re not a newsman anymore.

And while you’re at it Jorge, why don’t you admit you’re an agent for the Mexican government.
