I thought it suspect when I heard a pack of libtard activists hunted down the secretary of Homeland Security at a Mexican restaurant. You would have to be a stalker to pull this stunt off. Come to find out, that’s exactly what happened. A Deep Stater at the Justice Department was a participant of this atrocious act. Here is an excerpt from the Daily Caller:

One of the activists who chased Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen out of a Mexican restaurant Tuesday night over the Trump administration’s immigration policies is an employee of the Department of Justice, The Daily Caller News Foundation has confirmed.

Members of the Washington, D.C., chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America crashed Nielsen’s meal with a demonstration full of chants and other outbursts.


One of those participants, Allison Hrabar, actually works for the Trump administration — as a paralegal in the DOJ.


We have a serious problem in Washington D.C. when employees of the federal government are stalking and harassing people. Allison Hrabar should be fired for this type of behavior. We need to purge our government of Deep State activist.

Obama's Deep State Still Trafficking Illegal Aliens

One of the many outrages the Obama administration committed is a program that trafficked illegal aliens around the country.  Basically, federal agents became government funded coyotes.  Laws didn’t matter.  The ends justifies the means and to Democrats that was changing the electorate by aiding and abetting a third world invasion.


Americans thought the rule of law would be reinstated with the Trump administration; but apparently, we were wrong.  Here is an excerpt from Judicial Watch:


It appears that the Trump administration has chosen to ignore the concerns of rank-and-file federal agents, instead opting to quietly extend the controversial Obama-era policy that relocates illegal immigrants to unsuspecting communities nationwide. It is known as “Catch and Release” and frustrated DHS sources tell Judicial Watch the Trump administration is essentially facilitating the ongoing commission of a federal immigration crime despite its tough border security rhetoric. In a recent newspaper article Border Patrol agents in Texas say they’ve been ordered to release illegal immigrants caught entering through Mexico because there is no bed space at detention facilities. This has provoked a surge in illegal crossings, Border Patrol officials say, because there is no punishment to deter the lawbreakers.


Why is this happening?  The reason being, Obama’s deep state is still running the show:


In the same news story, the head of the ICE officers’ union (Chris Crane) and the National Border Patrol Council (Brandon Judd) said detrimental old policies remain in place because Obama managers are still running their agencies. Crane, a veteran ICE agent, refers to the Obama holdovers as “incompetent, corrupt and anti-enforcement.” Judd said word is getting back to Mexico and Central America that illegal border crossers will be released if caught, resulting in a huge increase in crossings. In a period of a few months, border crossings skyrocketed from 11,100 in a single month to 26,000, according to figures provided in the news story. Immigrants from Asia are also entering the U.S. through Mexico, federal officials say. In San Diego, California agents apprehended dozens of illegal aliens from Asian countries in the last few months, including more than 60 from India. 


President Trump needs to place an enema up the federal government’s ass and purge this country of Obama’s turds.

DHS Considers Arresting Sanctuary City "Public Servants"

Sanctuary cities and the politicians who run them have to be dealt with and dealt with harshly. These people do not value citizenship, the rule of law or national security. How is it that these so-called public servants refuse to recognize the simple fact that mass migrations of third-worlders are a threat to our country. It is simply astonishing.


The Department of Homeland Security is trying to figure a way to force these liberal morons into compliance with our immigration laws. The only way to do that is to throw these scoundrels in jail. Here is an excerpt from the Washington Times:


Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen confirmed Tuesday that her department has asked federal prosecutors to see if they can lodge criminal charges against sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with federal deportation efforts.

“The Department of Justice is reviewing what avenues may be available,” Ms. Nielsen told the Senate Judiciary Committee.


Her confirmation came after California’s new sanctuary law went into effect Jan. 1, severely restricting cooperation the state or any of its localities could offer.


We also need to take away their congressional delegations and Electoral College votes. If need be, we should declare these areas in a state of rebellion and turn these municipalities into military districts. These progressives have no right to balkanize this country and deny us and future generations of their birthright.

Homeland Security Grants Citizenship to Persons of "Special Interest"

Hats off, once again, to the Department of Homeland Security where security is merely a suggestion.  What is the latest outrage?  Read the following;

WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. government has mistakenly granted citizenship to at least 858 immigrants from countries of concern to national security or with high rates of immigration fraud who had pending deportation orders, according to an internal Homeland Security audit released Monday.

The Homeland Security Department's inspector general found that the immigrants used different names or birthdates to apply for citizenship with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and such discrepancies weren't caught because their fingerprints were missing from government databases.

I bet the Obama administration made sure these “special interest” individuals pledged allegiance to the Democratic Party before unleashing them onto the American people.

Omar Mateen's Employer Hired by DHS to Traffic Illegal Aliens

The Islamic murderer who went on a killing spree at a gay night club in Orlando, Florida was hired by a company contracted as a coyote for the federal government.  That’s right!  Omar Mateen is an employee of G4S, a security company paid by Homeland Security to traffic illegal aliens throughout the United States.  Here is an excerpt from Judicial Watch.

A security company contracted by the U.S. government is driving the OTMs from the Border Patrol’s Tucson Sector where they were in custody to Phoenix, sources said. The firm is called G4S and claims to be the world’s leading security solutions group with operations in more than 100 countries and 610,000 employees. G4S has more than 50,000 employees in the U.S. and its domestic headquarters is in Jupiter, Florida. Judicial Watch is filing a number of public records requests to get more information involving the arrangement between G4S and the government, specifically the transport of illegal immigrants from the Mexican border to other parts of the country. The photo accompanying this story shows the uniformed G4S guard that transported the OTMs this week from Tucson to Phoenix.

Outraged Border Patrol agents and supervisors on the front lines say illegal immigrants are being released in droves because there’s no room to keep them in detention. “They’re telling us to put them on a bus and let them go,” said one law enforcement official in Arizona. “Just move those bodies across the country.” Officially, DHS denies this is occurring and in fact earlier this year U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner R. Gil Kerlikowske blasted Border Patrol union officials for denouncing this dangerous catch-and-release policy. Kerlikowske’s scolding came in response to the congressional testimony of Bandon Judd, chief of the National Border Patrol Council, the labor union that represents line agents. Judd told lawmakers on the House Judiciary Committee that illegal immigrants without serious criminal convictions can be released immediately and disappear into the shadows. Kerlikowske shot back, telling a separate congressional committee: “I would not stand by if the Border Patrol was — releasing people without going through all of the formalities.”

Barack Obama and his progressive ideologues have politicized every agency under the federal umbrella.  Nothing is sacred, not even Homeland Security.  A former agent can no longer remain silent.  The Hill published an article detailing this administrations subterfuge.  This is a disturbing report.  Here is an excerpt:

 

Most Americans were unaware of the enormous damage to morale at the Department of Homeland Security, where I worked, his condemnation caused. His words infuriated many of us because we knew his administration had been engaged in a bureaucratic effort to destroy the raw material—the actual intelligence we had collected for years, and erase those dots. Homeland Security Changes Freedom of Religion to Worship

Liberals aren’t content changing the meaning of words to suit their agenda, or distorting the original intent of elastic clauses in the Constitution as a means to expand the purview of the federal government.  Now they’re rewriting the First Amendment in an insidious attempt to redefine religious freedom.  The Daily Signal reported the following:

A Republican senator from Oklahoma pressed Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson at a hearing Wednesday about why the U.S. is “misrepresenting” Americans’ First Amendment right to freedom of religion to immigrants who are applying to become U.S. citizens.

“We in the United States actually have freedom of religion, not freedom of worship,” Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., told Johnson yesterday during a Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs hearing.

Lankford was referring to the department’s decision to include “freedom of worship” instead of “freedom of religion” as a basic American right listed in the civics test that all immigrants must take to become a naturalized U.S. citizen.

This has been around for 10 years?  This demonstrates how deeply embedded statist are in these bureaucracies.

Rep. Robert Pittenger Funds Obama's Illegal Alien Amnesty

Just as I suspected, Rep. Robert Pittenger (R-NC) joined 74 other Judas’ in passing the Democratic Party’s DHS bill.  This bill funds Obama’s unconstitutional executive amnesty, and by extension allows illegals to raid the U.S. Treasury with the Earned Income Tax Credit.

Nancy Pelosi's Dry Hanky for American Citizens

Where are Democrats priorities?  It’s definitely not our security, or the sanctity of U.S. citizenship.  Their concerns have to do with millions of illegal aliens who have the same ideology as they.  Both have no regard for the U.S. Constitution, rule of law, or the general welfare of the American people.

The Department of Homeland Security will face a partial shutdown because Republicans refuse to fund President Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty program.  You’d think this would be lauded from every corner of the United States.  You’d be wrong.  The media has, once again, portrayed Republicans as the ones compromising our national security.  Shocker, I know.

Now, Nancy Pelosi is crying over potential lost wages for federal government workers.

“I don’t know about you, but I think almost everybody I know cannot live without having a paycheck on time–members of Congress, even. And yet they’re (Republicans) asking the Department of Homeland Security people to do that.”

Funny, how she’s so concerned for federal government workers who will end up getting a paid vacation at taxpayers’ expense.   Who in the hell does she think she’s kidding? 

I don’t see Nancy Pelosi crying over lost wages because the job market is flooded with illegal aliens; nor will she shed a tear when the average American has to compete with illegal aliens in the work place, schools and social services.  Her hanky is pretty dry when it comes to the general welfare of an American citizen.

I guess members of Congress can have that attitude when the majority of them are millionaires.  By the way, Nancy Pelosi is the 14^th richest amongst her fellow lawmakers.

Homeland Security Advisor: America is an "Islamic Country"

And as we watch the Islamic horror show in the Middle East, we must remind ourselves that we have our own problems here in the U.S. courtesy of the Obama administration.  Homeland Security has been infiltrated with Islamists.  Mohamad Elibiary, one of Obama’s advisors, tweeted the above nonsense.

Thankfully, we have one Muslim who has rejected this absurdity.

The Blaze reported:

A source close to Elibiary told the IPT, however, that the Homeland Security adviser meant to say that he feels there is nothing in the U.S. Constitution and the American system that runs contrary to Islam.

Zuhdi Jasser, president of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, rejected the theory.

"His entire attempt to repeatedly say that 'American is Islamic' is pure deception in the context of an Islamist ideologue like him who has not only never critiqued Islamism but rather continuously advocates for it," Jasser said. "In fact it is not. American Islamists like Elibiary have consistently rejected debate with other anti-Islamist Muslims about the threat of Islamism and the way to separate Islam from Islamism.

"Why? If they lose that debate, his entire raison d'être inside the U.S. government ceases to exist."

Elibiary also compared criticism of Islamism, or political Islam, with "segregation era standards," and invoked the memory of the "separate & unequal doctrine" that marked that era.

Elibiary's defense of Islamism ignores how Islamist luminaries such as Sayyid Qutb – whom he previously praised – advocated forcing non-Muslims to enjoy an inferior legal status under the "protection" of the Islamic state.

Our government has been infiltrated at the highest levels.

Homeland Security Caught Smuggling Illegal Aliens into America

I have said on many occasions that agents in the Obama administration have contempt for Americans and the idea of citizenship.  These people are deeply embedded and are actively working to subvert our immigration laws.  Here is a story in the Washington Times reaffirming those suspicions:

A federal judge in Texas late last week accused the Obama administration of aiding drug cartels, saying that instead of enforcing immigration laws, agents knowingly helped smuggle an illegal immigrant girl into the U.S. to live with her mother, also an illegal immigrant, in Virginia.

In a 10-page order, Judge Andrew S. Hanen said the case was the fourth such case he’s seen over the last month, and in each instance Customs and Border Protection agents have helped to locate and deliver the children to their illegal immigrant parents

The judge said in each case, the taxpayers footed the bill for flights — including flights to multiple locations in different parts of the U.S. that it took to find one of the children’s parents.

“The DHS is rewarding criminal conduct instead of enforcing the current laws. More troubling, the DHS is encouraging parents to seriously jeopardize the safety of their children,” the judge said, adding that some of the children have been made to swim the Rio Grande River or traverse remote areas as part of the smuggling.

And there is nothing we can do about it.

The Washington D.C. Menace

The assault on liberty, property, prosperity and conscience from a centralized government is a very real threat.  The premise of a limited government as defined in our Constitution has been trash canned.  The States have been turned into vassalages and citizenship is mocked and spurned.

Washington D.C. has become a menace.  Unelected bureaucrats are running roughshod over our rights, while federal judges affirm their power grab.  All three branches of government have colluded to enslave the American people.  The next step is President Obama exercising dictatorial powers by issuing executive orders.   We have progressive politicians demanding he do so, especially when it comes to granting amnesty to illegal aliens.

But the president has found other ways to circumvent the legislative process.  He is appointing activist in the federal bureaucracies to spearhead his progressive agenda.  One such example is his stacking Homeland Security with open borders attorneys that will openly work against immigration laws.  What we have is a rot from within. And this is only one example.

There is hope.  The American people are beginning to wake up.  A recent Gallop Poll has shown that 72% of those participating believe the federal government is a threat.  Once we recognize the problem, we can begin to address it.  And one of the ways to defang this monster is to abolish their army of bureaucrats.  We must repeal the law that unleashed this unholy authoritarian hell.  We must repeal the Administrative Procedures Act of 1946.

Illegal Alien Horde Demand Asylum from Drug Cartels

Last week, Homeland Security released a group of illegal aliens on the specious claim their lives are under threat by drug cartels.  These young adults once resided in the United States.  Their parents smuggled them into this country when they were children.  As adults, they became discouraged because States refused to grant them the rights and privileges of a citizen; so they self-deported.  Once Obama unconstitutionally issued a partial amnesty, they demanded to be allowed back in.

Now we are witnessing a disturbing trend.  Illegals are demanding asylum.  Fox News reported the following:

SAN DIEGO -

A loophole is allowing hundreds of immigrants across the Mexico border in to the United States.

Immigrants are being taught to use "key words and phrases" to be allowed to enter and stay in the country. 

Just this past Monday, Border Patrol agents say about 200 people came through the Otay Crossing claiming a quote: "credible fear" of the drug cartels. 

So many were doing this that they had to close down the processing center and move the overflow by vans to another station.

"They are being told if they come across the border, when they come up to the border and they say certain words, they  will be allowed into the country," said a person who did not want to be identified on camera.  "We are being overwhelmed."

Pete Nunez, former U.S. Attorney and immigration expert says, "This will swamp the system."

"To make our system even more ridiculous than it has been in the  past," he adds.  "There are no detention facilities for families, so the family would have to be split up. We don't want to split families up, so we end up releasing people out into the community on bond, on bail."

Nunez says, "It's a huge loophole."

"There has to be a policy change, something implemented, an emergency implementation that will stop this, or otherwise we will have thousands coming in."

Immigrants are telling the Port Enforcement Team -- or P.E.T. -- that the cartels are ripping apart their state.

There's no word on whether this same loophole is being used in Arizona.

We are being invaded by a third-world horde and the Obama administration is the main culprit.

Homeland Security Grants Asylum to Illegal Aliens

If you want proof that citizenship means nothing in the United States, all you have to do is look at the latest action by the DHS.  Breitbart reported the following outrage:

“The Homeland Security Department tentatively approved asylum requests for seven Mexican immigrants, including some who were living in the United States illegally but left and attempted to re-enter as part of a protest against U.S. deportation policies,” the Associated Press’ Alicia Caldwell reported on Tuesday. “The preliminary approval is highly unusual because it is rare for the U.S. government to grant asylum to Mexican citizens.”

Caldwell noted that the “immigrants were trying to call attention to hundreds of thousands who have been deported during President Barack Obama's administration. They had cited a credible fear of persecution should they return to Mexico.”

They were, according to a late July piece from the Huffington Post, part of a protest the pro-amnesty National Immigrant Youth Alliance (NIYA) organized. “In an audacious move even from a group known for pushing boundaries, the National Immigrant Youth Alliance organized the crossing at the Arizona border town of Nogales as a protest against President Barack Obama’s record-setting pace of deportations,” the Huffington Post’s Roque Planas wrote on July 23.

The fall of all great countries come when their citizens become apathetic, parasitic, and slovenly.  The Byzantine and Roman Empires fell because they refused to control their borders.  Now, they’re just a footnote in history.  If we keep this up, the United States will have the same fate.

What Constitutes Treason?

ARTICLE III, SECTION 3

Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.  No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

A couple of weeks ago, a professor of journalism called for the suppression of the National Rifle Association, because he believes their rhetoric was treason, and anyone who supports  this organization is deserving of a fire squad.  This kind of sentiment is mainstream leftism.  Liberals look upon liberty loving citizens as the true enemy and they must stop us at all cost, even if it takes Abrams tanks and Hellfire missiles.

What constitutes treason?  According to the left, it is opposition to an all encompassing federal government.  Progressives, like the professor, applaud the dissolution of our founding principles.  They applaud the suppression of states’ rights and the inability to nullify unjust federal laws.  In their eyes, the collective reigns supreme, and we will adhere to their dictates.

As we’ve come to witness, progressives have taken over the federal bureaucracies.  They have the same attitude as the professor.  The IRS has targeted tea partiers and constitutionalist.  They muzzled these citizens through threats and intimidation, and in some cases confiscated property and shut down businesses.  Some were audited because they supported Mitt Romney.  This kind of harassment is not exclusive to the IRS, the EPA and other agencies have also violated the rights of those they deem political enemies.

What is disturbing is these agencies are arming themselves with the very weapons the progressives are trying to ban from the general public.  IRS agents are training with AR-15 rifles.  What does a revenue agency need with so-called assault weapons?  And to further emphasize that they see tea partiers as the enemy, Homeland Security funded training exercises targeting patriots.  Here is an excerpt from the Boston Globe:

The scenario had been carefully planned: A terrorist group prepared to hurt vast numbers of people around Boston would leave backpacks filled with explosives at Faneuil Hall, the Seaport District, and in other towns, spreading waves of panic and fear. Detectives would have to catch the culprits.

Months of painstaking planning had gone into the exercise, dubbed “Operation Urban Shield,” meant to train dozens of detectives in the Greater Boston area to work together to thwart a terrorist threat. The hypothetical terrorist group was even given a name: Free America Citizens, a home-grown cadre of militiamen whose logo would be a metal skull wearing an Uncle Sam hat and a furious expression, according to a copy of the plans obtained by the Boston Globe.

But two months before the training exercise was to take place, the city was hit with a real terrorist attack executed in a frighteningly similar fashion. The chaos of the Boston Marathon bombings disrupted plans for the exercise, initially scheduled for this weekend, forcing police to postpone. Now officials must retool aspects of the training.

 “The real thing happened before we were able to execute,” said a law enforcement official with direct knowledge of the planned exercise. “We’ve already been tested.”

This would have been the third year for Urban Shield, a 24-hour federally funded training exercise meant to test the response of police and other public safety personnel in a large-scale emergency, such as a toxic spill or a natural disaster.

‘The main goal of this was to arrest as many of the people as possible and absolutely identify where the [supposed] cache of bombs was being kept.’

Last fall, a slew of agencies including Boston police and other police departments, the Coast Guard, and the MBTA joined forces to confront a simulated armed bank robbery in which the robbers were trying to escape with hostages.

For this year’s training, the agencies wanted to test the investigative skills of their detectives, as well as their ability to work with detectives in other cities, and share intelligence, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because details of the planned exercise were confidential.

The training, funded by a $200,000 Homeland Security grant, will probably be rescheduled to early next year, said Transit Police Chief Paul MacMillan, whose agency was slated to participate.

It is quite clear that the federal government is unaccountable and out of control.  And most of this tyranny comes from the bureaucracies.  The Constitution specifically states that only Congress has the authority to introduce laws.  The progressives have circumvented this provision by establishing regulatory agencies.  These agencies pass mandates that have the force of law.  Clearly, this is a violation of our Constitution.

Many like to cite the Federalist when it comes to matters of the Constitution.  I like to cite the Anti-Federalist.  One of my favorites is Brutus.  He denied the ability of prophesy, but in his refutations he most certainly can be considered an oracle.  Here is an excerpt from essay #15:

I have, in the course of my observation on this constitution, affirmed and endeavored to shew, that it was calculated to abolish entirely the state governments, and to melt down the states into one entire government, for every purpose as well internal and local, as external and national. In this opinion the opposers of the system have generally agreed — and this has been uniformly denied by its advocates in public. Some individuals, indeed, among them, will confess, that it has this tendency, and scruple not to say, it is what they wish; and I will venture to predict, without the spirit of prophecy, that if it is adopted without amendments, or some such precautions as will ensure amendments immediately after its adoption, that the same gentlemen who have employed their talents and abilities with such success to influence the public mind to adopt this plan, will employ the same to persuade the people, that it will be for their good to abolish the state governments as useless and burdensome.

Perhaps nothing could have been better conceived to facilitate the abolition of the state governments than the constitution of the judicial. They will be able to extend the limits of the general government gradually, and by insensible degrees, and to accomodate themselves to the temper of the people. Their decisions on the meaning of the constitution will commonly take place in cases which arise between individuals, with which the public will not be generally acquainted; one adjudication will form a precedent to the next, and this to a following one. These cases will immediately affect individuals only; so that a series of determinations will probably take place before even the people will be informed of them. In the mean time all the art and address of those who wish for the change will be employed to make converts to their opinion. The people will be told, that their state officers, and state legislatures are a burden and expence without affording any solid advantage, for that all the laws passed by them, might be equally well made by the general legislature. If to those who will be interested in the change, be added, those who will be under their influence, and such who will submit to almost any change of government, which they can be persuaded to believe will ease them of taxes, it is easy to see, the party who will favor the abolition of the state governments would be far from being inconsiderable. — In this situation, the general legislature, might pass one law after another, extending the general and abridging the state jurisdictions, and to sanction their proceedings would have a course of decisions of the judicial to whom the constitution has committed the power of explaining the constitution. — If the states remonstrated, the constitutional mode of deciding upon the validity of the law, is with the supreme court, and neither people, nor state legislatures, nor the general legislature can remove them or reverse their decrees.

 
Had the construction of the constitution been left with the legislature, they would have explained it at their peril; if they exceed their powers, or sought to find, in the spirit of the constitution, more than was expressed in the letter, the people from whom they derived their power could remove them, and do themselves right; and indeed I can see no other remedy that the people can have against their rulers for encroachments of this nature. A constitution is a compact of a people with their rulers; if the rulers break the compact, the people have a right and ought to remove them and do themselves justice; but in order to enable them to do this with the greater facility, those whom the people chuse at stated periods, should have the power in the last resort to determine the sense of the compact; if they determine contrary to the understanding of the people, an appeal will lie to the people at the period when the rulers are to be elected, and they will have it in their power to remedy the evil; but when this power is lodged in the hands of men independent of the people, and of their representatives, and who are not, constitutionally, accountable for their opinions, no way is left to controul them but with a high hand and an outstretched arm.
