Durham City Council Sides with Anti-Israeli Activists

Every state has its freak show and Durham has elected to be ours. That’s saying a lot considering North Carolina made national headlines when Charlotte passed its infamous bathroom ordinance. I’m sure all those Triad libtards bristled with envy for not having thought of that one first. However, they sure do dishout their share of San Francisco treats.


As long as I’ve been posting on this blog, Durham has been in the forefront of liberal stupidity. Back in 2010, their Human Relations Council compared Arizona’s immigration law to apartheid in South Africa. A couple of months later, the city council passed a resolution to boycott that great state. I’m sure Arizona was quaking in its boots.


That same month, Durham passed a resolution allowing illegal aliens to use matricula cards as identification at traffic stops. Mind you, North Carolina requires a driver’s license to operate a vehicle. This act directly defied our state law. But as we all know, laws are just a suggestion to liberals.


Durham isn’t a one trick pony. Earlier this month, a band of self-loathing Jews, along with various Muslim organizations, petitioned the city council to ban local police departments from training with Israeli defensive forces, and to put a stop to the “occupation.” Here is an excerpt from the News and Observer:


A coalition of 10 local groups wants the Durham City Council to cut any police ties with Israel, but several local Jewish leaders don't want that to happen.

The Triangle chapter of Jewish Voice for Peace and other groups started circulating a "Demilitarize from Durham2Palestine" petition in October. It has more than 1,200 signatures, but the petition does not show if those who signed are from Durham or not.


Other groups in the coalition are the Abrahamic Initiative on the Middle East, Black Youth Project 100 - Durham Chapter, Durham for All, Inside Outside Alliance, Muslim American Public Affairs Council, Muslims for Social Justice, SpiritHouse, Students for Justice in Palestine at Duke University and Students for Justice in Palestine at UNC Chapel Hill.


Those groups sound reputable, ahem. Beth Brunch is one of those petitioners. She wrote an op-ed that was also published in the Observer. But first get a load of this little gem:


Beth Bruch of Triangle Jewish Voice for Peace said she is concerned with the way Israel's military has been training local police departments.


"We are certainly not blaming Israel for making U.S. police forces racist, we know there’s a long history of racism in the U.S.," Bruch said. But she thinks training makes it worse in terms of racial profiling and use of force in crowd control.


So all cops are racist? Blacks at the Durham police department should be surprised to find that out.


I’m sure Beth Brunch is a highly educated individual. I have no doubt that she’s been well indoctrinate in the liberal art of self-loathing and anti-Americanism. Here is an excerpt from her co-authored op-ed:


Seventy-five years ago, our people, Ashkenazi Jews, were ethnically cleansed from Eastern Europe. Now, as white Jews in the United States, we benefit from white supremacy and recognize we live on land stolen through genocide. Durham rests on the land of the Eno and of the Occaneechee Band of the Saponi Nation.


Here’s another paragraph:


And we know that policing in the U.S. has a long history of violence against black, brown, and queer communities. From surveillance of Muslim families, to traffic stops that target black drivers, to SWAT teams entering black people’s homes illegally, to checkpoints that target immigrant communities, to police murders of black, brown, and disabled people, the everyday militarization of police in Durham and across the country already endangers our communities.


Wow, what a hellhole country we live in. But at least we’re not as bad as Israel. I mean, how dare those people protect themselves from a supremacist ideology that exhorts the death and enslavement of Jews. 

I fear for our people and the people of Israel when I read this kind of crap. After the holocaust, you would think a Jew would know better.

The Democratic Party is the Anti-American Party

What an abysmal state of affairs this country is in.  One only has to gander at the Democratic Party and its legions of teat squawkers, liars, cheats, thieves, and moral degenerates to get an idea of what a cesspool this country has become.  Everything liberals touch becomes corrupted:  words have no meaning; lies become truth; consensus is science; citizenship is open to interpretation and the U.S. Constitution has been replaced by a narcissist with a pen and phone.

I wish I could say things are about to get better, but I doubt it.  Take a look at the two yahoos who are running for the Democratic Party nomination.  Bernie Sanders didn’t earn a regular paycheck until he was forty years old.  Hippies kicked him out of their commune because the only work he accomplished was running his mouth, no doubt railing about how the “fat cats” were keeping him down while his communal buddies busted their ass to put food on the table.  How do I know this?  Because, I have two Bernie Sanders supporters living next door who have the same mentality.

And then we have Hillary Clinton.

This woman is a poster child for the entitlement class.  No law applies to her and her coterie of sycophants.  No scandal soils her pants suit.  And how is that?  Just turn on any cable news network and you’ll find a morally impaired mouthpiece outright lie for her; or, read an editorial in your local rag and get a lecture on how conservatives are persecuting this modern day Joan of Arc fighting against a patriarchal society that doesn’t exist. 

Decent American citizens are constantly bombarded by a vocal minority that demand we compromise and restructure our lives, morality and way of thinking in order to make way for their self- righteous reformation of libertine and third-world values.  American has become a dirty word in their vocabulary.  Liberals pine for foreign socialist experiments that are hostile to our federalist system.  Maybe that’s why they’re importing millions of people whose culture is antagonistic to ours.  Trump supporters in San Jose, California can attest to that.

    

I fear for future generations.  One day they will look back and wonder what happened to the United States.  How did a once great country fracture and balkanize into a lawless, third-world hellhole?  Historians can point to this era and claim, it all started with the first anti-American president and his Democratic Party.

  

Southern Poverty Law Center Declares Ben Carson a Right-Wing Extremist

The Southern Poverty Law Center, an anti-American organization, has publicly declared anyone who believes in traditional marriage is an extremist.  They placed renowned neurosurgeon and potential republican presidential candidate, Ben Carson, on their extremist watch list.

Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson rapidly ascended as a far-right political star after publicly scolding President Obama, whom he sat a few feet away from, at a National Prayer Breakfast in February 2013. Carson’s reproach of Obama for his health care and tax policies went viral, unleashing a flood of adulation from right-wing media and hate groups. Carson’s own story as an “up by the bootstraps” black man reared in poverty translated into an inspiring, magnetic narrative that captured media attention. Soon he was appearing as the keynoter at a rash of right-wing and hate group gatherings, linking gays with pedophiles, comparing the U.S. to Nazi Germany and endorsing biblical economic practices for 21st century America. A movement to draft Carson as a presidential candidate took off in 2014, raising more than $7 million by June, according to its website. Carson has coyly declined to say whether he would run as a Republican or on a third-party ticket, but media interviews suggest that he is increasingly willing to run on some ticket.

DNC's Anti-Traditional Values Platform Starts Convention with Jummah

The Democratic Party will start its convention with a Muslim public prayer and gathering. This is completely in line with their new “anti-traditional” platform. Never before in our history has the country witnessed major political party embrace ideologies that are hostile to American traditions and values. So it’s fitting that the DNC would promote this “Jummah.”

On Aug. 31 at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C., a Muslim organization will lead a gathering and a show of solidarity with other Muslims to bring attention to their plight in America.

The Bureau of Indigenous Muslim Affairs (BIMA) will host an open-air jumma prayer, along with other programs and events, to raise awareness on Muslim issues in America. Some of the other events include an Islamic Cultural Festival, an Islamic Issues Conference and Halal Entertainment available for all ages.

In a release, BIMA stated that this was a “nonpartisan” event and it wasn’t an endorsement of any political candidate or elected official. All they want to do is to make the powers that be aware of what Muslim Americans face in regards to discrimination and human rights issues and to make the public aware that their community is also prosperous and vibrant in spite of it all. The AmNews spoke with Yusuf Jabber, a member of the Jumma at DNC Executive Committee, about the event and what his organization hopes to accomplish from it.

“It’s not a protest,” Jabber said. “We’re not protesting the Democratic National Convention. We’re not protesting the current president of the Untied States. Regardless if the president is Democrat or Republican, we are actually just addressing some issues with legislation that has been put into law, and it affects Muslims and how we live our everyday lives.” Jabber cited the Patriot Act and the National Defense Authorization Act as example of laws that have negatively impacted Muslim American life.

First of all, there is nothing indigenous about Islam. This ideology is foreign and antagonistic to Western values. However, I will concede that there are some Muslims who embrace our Constitution. M. Zuhadi Jasser is one of them. Even he has misgivings about this unholy union:

If that is who the DNC is consorting with then all Americans, Democrats should be concerned. There are many patriotic Muslims who are part of both parties, and when radical ideologues like this do a demonstration of “solidarity” in the name of our faith and choose an imam like Siraj Wahhaj who I saw with my own eyes in 1995 seditiously say it his duty and our duty as Muslims to replace the US Constitution with the Quran- then we need to speak up!

Their jummah (group) prayer is supposedly against the Patriot Act, the NYPD, and Islamophobia and is actually NOT about our democracy but about empowering their Islamist and MB sympathetic groups into the very fabric of the political system so that Americans become anesthetized. We need American Muslims to speak up and marginalize these radicals. The DNC needs to understand and reject them because of their radical history and ideas.

Too late Mr. Jasser, the DNC has already become radicalized. One more anti-American group won’t make that much of a difference.

Anti-American Man Attacks Christians and Flag

What is wrong with these people? I see Code Pink protesting on a corner of a major intersection all the time. Not once have I thought about attacking them.

This man needs to be arrested. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior.

Obama's Third-World Dream for the United States

Barack Obama postulated the premise that without the intrusion of government bureaucracies, entrepreneurs wouldn’t be successful. Where would a business be without federally funded bridges and roads? Where would they be without the visible hand of Uncle Sam?

How un-American are these one-percenters anway? How dare these upstarts believe they’re responsible for their own success? Dedication and hard work phooey! You wouldn’t be anywhere without the help of a bureaucrat!



Of course, we all need a form of government to ensure the rule of law and sanctity of contracts. But should this entity become all-powerful? All we have to do is look to the rest of the world for an example.

CNBC rated the worst countries to do business in. The most egregious factor for foreign and domestic investment is government corruption and bureaucracies. But there is also a correlating factor that stood out, and that is access to electricity. Without power, how can a business thrive? The answer is: it can’t.

Now, let’s take a look at what the Obama administration is doing. Here is an excerpt from the Institue for Energy Research:

More than 34 gigawatts (GW) of electrical generating capacity are now set to retire because of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Mercury and Air Toxics Rule (colloquially called Utility MACT)[1] and the Cross State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR)[2] regulations. Most of these retirements will come from coal-fired power plants, shuttering over 10 percent of the U.S.’s coal-fired generating capacity.

This report is an update of a report we issued in October 2011.[3] Last October the original report, we calculated that 28.3 GW of generating capacity would close as a result of EPA’s regulations. At the time, we warned that “this number will grow as plant operators continue to release their EPA compliance plans.” Unfortunately, this statement has proven to be true. This update, a mere eight months later, shows that 34.7 GW of electrical generating capacity will close—a 6.4 GW increase.

According to EPA, their modeling of Utility MACT and CSAPR indicates that these regulations will only shutter 9.5 GW of electricity generation capacity. But events in the real world already show that EPA’s modeling is a gross underestimate.


What Barack Obama and the Democrats are doing to this country is unforgivable. I for one do not want the United States to become a third-world country. And we will if we continue on this path.

Hugo Chavez Concerned over Welfare of Wall Street Occupiers

America’s enemies are siding with the Wall Street Occupiers. Venezuelan thug Hugo Chavez is cheering on the anti-capitalistic malcontents. The Expropriator from Caracas is salivating over the prospect of an American Spring. So, much so that he expressed concerns over the imprisonment of activist:

"This movement of popular outrage is expanding to 10 cities and the repression is horrible, I don't know how many are in prison now," Chavez said in comments at a political meeting in his Caracas presidential palace shown on state TV.

I wonder how many protestors are languishing in a Venezuelan prison for just looking askance at a Chavez mural. And we know how dictators love their murals. But what is really laughable is the audacity of his finger pointing:

"Poverty's growing, the misery is getting worse," he said, referring to the causes of the U.S. protests. "But that empire is still there, still a threat ... (President Barack) Obama is on his way down, for lots of reasons. He was a big fraud."

I don’t believe anyone in the United States can claim there is a food shortage. Not yet anyway:

Senator Jim DeMint: Obama is the Most Anti-American Administration in My Lifetime

Senator Jim DeMint calls it like he sees it. The Obama Administration is the most anti-American in our lifetime:

"We saw within a few days that this President was going to be heavy-handed, he was going to implement his agenda and pay back his political allies, and it just went on from there to ObamaCare and then to Dodd-Frank," DeMint said. "It has been the most anti-business and I consider anti-American administration in my lifetime. Things that are just so anathema to the principles of freedom, and everything he has come up with centralizes more power in Washington, creates more socialist-style, collectivist policies. This president is doing something that's so far out of the realm of anything Republicans ever did wrong, it's hard to even imagine."

Jimmy Carter was an incompetent. Obama is a different animal; something along the lines of Article III Section III.

Rep Betty McCollum: One Breath, in Contempt of God...

Congresswoman Betty McCollum represents the citizens of Minnesota’s 4th district; except of course the God fearing kind. Betty led the pledge of allegiance on the United States floor of the House of Representatives, yet she took a breath just in time to omit God from our time honored tradition; so she says.

We have a cadre of people who are in a position of power who believe that our unalienable rights are not God given; but rather, those rights are determined by government officials and therefore can easily be taken away. Rep. McCollum denied that she intentionally made an omission, as per her website:
