Bolshevik Chuck E. Schumer is Unfit to Serve in the U.S. Senate
Senator Chuck E. Schumer disgraced himself, once again, on the Senate floor. He declared Judge Brett Kavanaugh unfit for the the Supreme Court and that outraged Bolsheviks should punish those who voted for his confirmation.
“Our country needs to have a reckoning on these issues, and there is only one remedy. Change must come from where change in America always begins: the ballot box,” Schumer said Saturday afternoon on the Senate floor. “So to Americans, to so many millions who are outraged by what happened here, there’s one answer: vote.”
He continued:
“If you believe that Supreme Court justices should conform to the highest standards of character, impartiality, temperament, and above all, honesty and credibility, vote,” Schumer added. “I understand, I share the deep anguish that millions of Americans are experiencing today. But I say to you, my fellow Americans, there is one answer. Vote.”
Shouldn’t we have standards in the U.S. Senate? It is quite clear that we have none. Today’s Democrat have no regard for the U.S. Constitution even though they have taken an oath to uphold and defend it . As a matter of fact, I believe every politician who aspires to serve in the U.S. Congress should present a dissertation on our founding principles and why they should defend it. I guarantee you the majority have no concept of our federalist system.
Yes, we should hold Supreme Court justices to a high standard, as we should our elected officials.

Democrats Openly Embrace Villainy
The Democratic Party has come to the conclusion that they can commit heinous acts without consequence. The Clinton cartel exploited a fissure within the body politic: the citizenry, as a whole, are willing to avoid unpleasant confrontations even when those acts are felonious and borderline treasonous. Now lesser politicians, along with their media lapdogs and activists, have taken up the cudgel knowing they can incite violence against Republicans who refuse to dance to their tune. We have entered a brave, new world.
This Judge Kavanaugh affair is a warning to us all. It doesn’t matter if you lived an honorable life, Democrats will find a way to destroy your reputation in a blind pursuit for power. We should have learned that lesson during the Clarence Thomas hearings. Message received in 2018.
Any conservative who pursues a lifetime of government service from this point on is a brave soul. If Democrats are willing to read high school annuals and scour calendars in the hopes of exploiting a youthful faux pas in a confirmation hearing, they’re capable of anything including perjury, and we’re beginning to find out Christine Blassey Ford did exactly that. Will there be consequences? Don’t hold your breath.
Brett Kavanaugh is expected to receive a majority vote in the Senate, however, the tribulations will not end there. A stench of villainy hangs in the air. Democratic Party activist are threatening public officials and their families. Senator Rand Paul’s wife sent a letter to one of those villains in the U.S. Senate. Here is an excerpt from the Washington Examiner:
Sen. Rand Paul's wife on Wednesday demanded that a Democrat take back his comment encouraging activists to "get up in the face of some congresspeople," and said she now keeps a loaded gun near her bed after Paul was mobbed by protesters this week at an airport.
"Preventing someone from moving forward, thrusting your middle finger in their face, screaming vitriol — is this the way to express concern or enact change?" Kelley Paul wrote in an open letter to Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., condemning the incident. "Or does it only incite unstable people to violence, making them feel that assaulting a person is somehow politically justifiable?"
"I would call on you to retract your statement," Paul said in the letter. "I would call on you to condemn violence, the leaking of elected officials' personal addresses (our address was leaked from a Senate directory given only to senators), and the intimidation and threats that are being hurled at them and their families."
Paul wrote Wednesday that she and her family had "experienced violence and threats of violence at a horrifying level" over the past 18 months.
"I now keep a loaded gun by my bed," she said. "Our security systems have had to be expanded. I have never felt this way in my life."
Cory Booker and his ilk don’t care about our safety. The only thing they care about is power. And that’s the truth.

Conservative Organizations Demand Ouster of Senator Mitch McConnell
Conservatives are demanding the ouster of Senator Mitch McConnell as majority leader along with all of the acolytes that compose his fiefdom. This man has proven himself at best an incompetent, and at worse a conniving, power-hungry scumbag. Whatever it is, we’ve had enough. Here is an excerpt a group of like minded organization sent to the Senator.
“You and the rest of your leadership team were given the majority because you pledged to stop the steady flow of illegal immigration,” the letter states. “You have done nothing. You pledged to reduce the size of this oppressive federal government. You have done nothing. You pledged to reduce, and ultimately eliminate the out-of-control deficit spending that is bankrupting America. You have done nothing. You promised to repeal Obamacare, ‘root and branch.’ You have done nothing. You promised tax reform. You have done nothing.”
Done nothing is right. I have my suspicions that Senator McConnell wants Obamacare around as a dependable pinata that he and the GOP can bash each election cycle. Afterall, Republicans were swept into office on the promise of repeal and replace. It would be a shame to lose this meal ticket.

U.S. Senate Votes to Fund Ghouls at Planned Parenthood
The U.S. Senate failed to defund the ghouls at
Planned Parenthood. Votes fell along
party lines except for one Illinois republican.
What is up with Illinois? What
does this say about our country? What is
their excuse? Here is an excerpt from
the Washington Examiner:
But Democrats aired concerns that withholding federal funding from
Planned Parenthood clinics, which accounts for 41 percent of the group's
revenue, would result in a huge patient influx into already overburdened
community health centers. The centers, which serve many low-income Americans
who are uninsured or on Medicaid, are already seeing their patient loads grow
with the Affordable Care Act's coverage expansions.
"There aren't enough community health
centers," said Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid. "To increase their
ability to meet the current demand and to throw in a few more women who would
be knocked out of Planned Parenthood — it would be millions of women — is
wrong."
Government sanctioned experimenting, killing, and
harvesting organs of unborn babies is wrong and reprehensible. The people who voted for Planned Parenthood have
demonstrated they’re morally depraved and should have no authority over us as a
people.

The United States of Barack Obama
Barack Obama is a constitutional scholar. How many times have we been told that? Yet, it seems every day his administration
violates the tenets, or should I say, ‘the spirit’ of the law of our land. One must wonder what constitution he and his
minions are referring. I thought the
U.S. Constitution had co-equal branches that checked and balanced each
other. I guess it was all a lie.
Dear Leader doesn’t need Article One Section Eight
which states Congress sets the rules for immigration. Barack Obama now determines that. Millions of illegal aliens will receive work
permits, Social Security cards, and the concomitant benefits that entails, and all
with a stroke of a pen.
Even the judiciary is finding out how irrelevant they’ve
become. A U.S. District Court judge in
Texas ordered a preliminary injunction on key parts of Obama’s illegal alien
amnesty. The Anointed One ignored it.
Even house rules under Article One Section Five are now
dictated by the Obama administration.
The Senate is supposed to decide when it’s in session. Not according to the Anointed One. He determined they were in recess and
appointed radicals to the NLRB without that body’s advice and consent. The Supreme Court ruled against the
administration. Oh well, too late.
Now, the American dictator will once again ignore
Article II Section Two. Obama has
decided he doesn’t need the advice and consent of the Senate when cutting a
deal with Iran. He, instead, will follow
the advice of the mullah’s by agreeing to a nonbinding deal through the United
Nations.
“Iran and
the administration both know that the deal they are forging is not acceptable
to the U.S. Congress and probably to the next administration,” said Saeed
Ghasseminejad, an Iranian dissident and associate fellow at the Foundation for
Defense of Democracies (FDD). “As a result, both Iran and the administration
are trying to come up with creative ways to bypass the Congress and check mates
the future presidents.”
“The latest
creative solution Iran came up with is to seal the deal by a U.N. Security
Council resolution,” he said. “This is another sign that the deal we are
talking about is a bad deal for the West and a good deal for the Islamic regime
in Iran.”
Is this the United States of America, or the United
States of Barack Obama?

Senator Kay Hagan Rescued by Patron Harry Reid
One of
the most despised characters in the U.S. government has reared his ugly head in
North Carolina. Senator Harry Reid will
do anything to maintain his dictatorial powers in the Senate and he needs Kay
Hagan.
Reid’s Super PAC has made a difference. The most ‘moderate democratic senator’ has
benefitted from her patron. The Wall
Street Journal reported the following:
Senate
Majority PAC, for example, has spent $8 million in North Carolina, where Sen.
Kay Hagan, who entered the race as one of the Democrats' most endangered
incumbents, has led in almost every recent poll. Roughly $6 million has been
spent by super PACs on behalf of Thom Tillis, her GOP opponent, since 2013.
Democrats have run about 4,200 ads in the state in recent weeks compared with
3,300 by Republicans, according to Wesleyan's analysis of data produced by
tracking firm Kantar Media/CMAG.
If Kay
Hagan is reelected we can expect that 96% moderate voting record to shoot up to
99% libtard. Tar Heels will be surprised
to find out they have the same values as Senator Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi.

NC Tea Party Flips Off Republican Establishment
Establishment republicans are astonished that
Senator Kay Hagan is leading their candidate in the polls. Off year elections are supposed to favor their party. So why isn’t Thom Tillis
shellacking Obama’s puppet? North
Carolina, after all, isn’t a liberal hell hole.
Prominent
moderates in the GOP have come to the Old North State to save their handpicked
candidate. Jeb Bush, Chris Christie, and
Lindsey Graham have campaigned for Tillis to no avail. How can this be? They are the rock stars of the Beltway. The sheeple are supposed to blindly follow
the Potomac toilet bowl’s crowned princes. Why are the whelps sniffing around Tillis’ leg
instead of humping it, like they are supposed to?
The answer is the Tea Party. Establishment republicans, such as Karl Rove,
thought that they could waltz into this state and smear conservatives without
consequence. Tillis didn’t help himself
by ignoring them. He refused to attend
Tea Party sponsored debates. That
decision alone could prove fatal.
The days of establishment republicans running
roughshod over conservative constituents are over. Granted some tea partiers will vote for
Tillis, if anything, to keep Harry Reid from dictating the Senate. But others see Washington D.C. for what it
really is. It’s going to take a lot more
than voting political parties out of power.

Tillis Burst Senator Kay Hagan's Moderate Record Myth
As sure as the sun don’t shine, Mother Nature
decided to schleprock my area just in time for the senatorial debate between
Kay Hagan and Thom Tillis. Throughout
the day, I kept reminding myself the first of three debates was tonight. And of course, wowsie wowsie woo woo.
It wasn’t until twenty minutes into the debate, my satellite
receiver sputtered to life. And guess
who was hosting? Norah O’Donnell, a
libtard in journalist clothing. And
guess what the subject was? That’s right,
birth control. The mean republican was
being accused of denying women access to health care. What a load of crap.
This should be an insult to women. You can walk to your local pharmacy and buy contraceptives
over the counter. It’s so easy a man can
do it. And it’s cheap! Why republicans don’t drive this home is
beyond me, even though Tillis danced around this point at the end.
Senator Kay Hagan then went on to advocate a minimum
wage hike. Again, Tillis missed another
opportunity to smack this issue down once and for all. I ask, what happens to skilled workers who’ve
put their time, energy, and money into learning a trade? Will they get a pay raise commiserate with
the minimum wage? Of course not! A raise in the minimum wage is a pay cut for
skilled workers. It’s a slap in the face
to the middle class. Why can’t anyone
articulate this?
Overall, from what I was able to watch, Thom Tillis
put Kay Hagan on the defensive. He burst
the myth of her moderate voting record, while exposing her for the Potomac
creature she turned out to be. Truth be
told, we need to repeal the 17th Amendment. We need people representing North Carolina
and not Washington D.C.

Should We Expropriate Nevada's Statehood?
How can Nevada be considered a state when the
federal government owns 80% it? The
answer is it can’t. What’s even more
astonishing is the history of how this territory got its statehood. It was a fraud! Nevada didn’t qualify! It was done for political purposes! The law in 1864 required a population of
60,000 for a territory to become a state.
Nevada only had about 40,000. On top of that, Nevada made a deal with
the devil. Martin Armstrong of Precious
Metals wrote the following:
The votes at the end
of the day demonstrate that they never needed Nevada. Nonetheless, within the
provisions of the Statehood Act of March 21, 1864 that brought Nevada into the
voting fold, we see the source of the problem today. This Statehood Act retained
the ownership of the land as a territory for the federal government. In return
for the Statehood that was really against the law, the new state surrendered
any right, title, or claim to the unappropriated public lands lying within
Nevada. Moreover, this cannot be altered without the consent of the Feds.
Hence, the people of Nevada cannot claim any land whatsoever because
politicians needed Nevada for the 1864 election but did not want to hand-over
anything in return. This was a typical political one-sided deal.
How ironic is it that the U.S. Senate should be run
by a man whose entire career has been devoted to expanding federal power by any
means possible? That’s how Nevada was
created, and that’s why the rule of law means nothing to people like Harry
Reid.
Mr. Armstrong goes into detail on why the federal
government has no claims to public lands in Nevada. You can read his article by clicking the link
below.
However, I
believe it would be poetic justice to expropriate statehood from Nevada and
kick Senator Harry Reid out of Washington D.C.
Nothing would give me more pleasure than a footprint on his backside.

Democrats Utilize Nuclear Option; Dismiss Senate Rules
We have witnessed time and time again,
Democrats disregarding the very rules and laws that they have implemented for
short term political expediency.
This time they utilized the nuclear option. According to Senate parliamentary procedures,
a 2/3 vote is required to change senate rules. That means 67 members must vote in the affirmative. Senator Harry Reid and his confederates
ignored this, even though he warned of the consequences in his book.
Everyone knows what this is about. They want to pack the D.C. Circuit Court in
order to buttress their runaway Administrative State and rule us without going
through the legislative process.

U.S. Senators Cannot Serve Two Masters
When the U.S. Constitution was ratified, it was understood
that the Senate was to represent the interest of the States. This arrangement was designed as a safeguard
against rampant populism and a check upon the ambitions of the federal government.
Then the 17th Amendment was passed. Now, the States are being turned into
vassalages and the citizenry enslaved by ambitious politicians and unchecked
bureaucrats. I’m here to say that the
U.S. Senate cannot serve two masters.
Either they represent the interest of their state, or that of the
federal government. So far, it has been the
latter.
Many believe that it’s impossible to repeal the 17th
Amendment. The argument is made that the
individual voter would rather have a say as to who shall represent them in the
Senate rather than allowing their state’s legislature to make that choice. What we are seeing in many states is the interest
of urban areas dominating that of rural or less populated districts. Sometimes these senators don’t vote in the
interest of either. Before the 17th
Amendment the states had the ability to recall rogue senators. Now we have to wait 6 years for these super-legislators
to come to the polls.
Something has to be done about the U.S. Senate. If we can’t repeal the 17th
Amendment then we must find other means to make them more accountable. One way is to shorten their terms. The other is to repeal Article 1 Section 6
[1] of the U.S. Constitution:
The Senators and Representatives shall receive a
compensation for their services, to be ascertained by law, and paid out of the
Treasury of the United States.
We shall continue to pay the Representatives out of
the U.S Treasury, but Senators will have their salaries ascertained and paid by
their state’s legislature. That is how
we can ensure they vote in the interest of their state. There is a precedent. The following excerpt from The Five Royal
Governors of North Carolina 1729 – 1775 demonstrates what happens to those who
serve one master at the expense of the citizenry:
The most ever-present problem of his entire
administration – and that of the other royal governors – was the problem of his
salary. As has been noted already, the
governor was a royal agent, a servant of the King and his lieutenant in the
colony. As such he was not really
responsible to the assembly or the people.
And yet he was dependent upon the colonial assembly for his salary. It is easy to see what an effective weapon
this could be: either the governor
signed assembly’s bills into law, however much they displeased him, or they
withheld his salary.
Withhold a senator’s salary and we’ll see a change
in attitude from these super-legislators.

Cruz vs. Corker: An Exposition on the Hypocrisy of the Senate
How many times have we witnessed this charade of cloture by the Senate? This body will pass the House bill in order to end debate, only to have Senator Harry Reid amend it so as to fund Obamacare. That gives cover to all these politicians who will then say they voted against this healthcare monstrosity.

Gov. Sam Brownback Declares Federal Gun-Grabbers Beware
Even though the U.S. Senate was unable to muster the
votes for a gun control bill this time around, it doesn’t mean they’ll
stop. They never stop. States must pass laws that protect their
citizens from ambitious D.C. politicians.
Governor Sam Brownback of Kansas signed a law doing just that:
(TOPEKA, Kan.)—
Gov.
Sam Brownback has signed a bill into law declaring that the federal government
has no power to regulate guns manufactured, sold and kept only in Kansas. The legislation signed Tuesday also applies to ammunition made, sold and kept in the state. The new law takes effect by the end of next week and makes it a felony for a federal agent to enforce any law, regulation, order or treaty regulating such items.
But the bill also says federal agents won't be arrested or detained if they face trial for violating the law.

The Pox Obama
Republicans in the U.S. Senate proposed a plan to cede power to the Obama administration in an attempt to give President Obama more latitude in sequestration cuts. The Anointed One declined by emphasizing that he’s not a dictator.
Many of us would retort that he basically is a
dictator by the very nature of our bureaucratic state. Congress actually has ceded its
responsibilities. The accumulation of
power in the executive began during the Progressive Era through a series of
constitutional amendments, bastardized judicial rulings, and the craven
cowardice of congressmen. We’ve come to a
point where bureaucrats can churn out 700 pages of new regulations without the
approval or oversight of our elected representatives. Does anyone still believe that this is a
representative republic?
The genius of Obama is he puts on the air of a dictator
and yet denies he has any responsibility for what is happening in his
administration. Recently, the Department
of Homeland Security released thousands of illegal aliens from prison. Obama and his DHS secretary feigned surprise,
and blamed “career bureaucrats,” essentially wiping their hands of this
outrage.Augustus resigned the consulship in 23 BC as a gesture to satisfy senators who were anxious to receive consular honors themselves. He rarely held that title again. Augustus instead assumed the powers of a tribune, the republican official who represented the people and had the power to propose or veto legislation. The Romans heaped other honors upon him, including the office of censor, which enabled him to control the membership of the Senate. They also made him pontifex maximus, the head of the state religion, and finally pater patriae or "father of the country." These offices and titles gave Augustus no real additional power, for he already controlled every aspect of religious, civil, and military life.
The Era of Augustus Caesar was called
the Pax Romana. In the United States, the
end result of decades of progressivism should be called the Pox Obama.

Senate Democrats Threaten to Renege on Another Budget
Senate Democrats threatened to not pass another
budget if House Republicans didn’t agree to raise taxes. My God!
They’re obligated to pass a yearly budget. These scumbags took an oath to uphold and
defend our Constitution, and that means to provide a budget! We haven’t had one for over four years!
Sen. Jack Reed, D-R.I., indicated that Senate
Democrats would renege on their promise to pass the first budget in four years
if Republicans did not agree to raise taxes in order to avert the automatic
spending cuts mandated by sequestration.“Senator Murray is working on a budget right now and we hope we can get that done,” Reed said on CNN, referring to Senate Budget Committee chairman Patty Murray, D-Wash. “But we need time. So the sequestration will prevent — preempt us from getting a budget done and other factors.”
Reed also defended the Senate for refusing to pass a budget since Obamacare passed into law. “We had the Budget Control Act of 2011, which set the caps, which is actually statutory, not just a resolution between the two houses,” he said.
That defense, though, came moments after he expressed a longing “to get back into regular order, [by] proposing a budget, doing an appropriations bill.”
After our financial system collapses, and the smoke and carnage dissipate, there will come a time when these traitors will answer for their betrayal. History will not be kind to the likes of Sen. Jack Reed, D-RI.

The Puzzle of Identity Oriented Politics
After I finished reading a New York Times op-ed
about South Carolina’s newly appointed U.S. senator, I was puzzled as to why
this “prestigious” paper would publish the incoherent ravings of a political
science professor. This lunatic is upset
that a Republican governor, who happens to be a woman whose parents are
immigrants from India, would have the nerve to appoint a black conservative to
fill out the term of a white conservative.
Why the audacity of that.
According to Professor Adolph L. Reed Jr. the appointment
of Tim Scott is just a ruse. The
esteemed professor believes this black man is being used much like a bug zapper
to attract other blacks to the Republican Party. It
wasn’t because Mr. Scott’s ideals and beliefs mirror that of fellow conservatives
in the Palmetto State. That had nothing
to do with it at all. It was because of
his race. Such are the musings of an
identity oriented academic.
Not only is Professor Reed an elite racist, he is
also inconsistent. Here is his take on
the Tea Party:
Mr.
Scott’s background is also striking: raised by a poor single mother, he
defeated, with Tea Party backing, two white men in a 2010 Republican primary: a
son of Thurmond and a son of former Gov. Carroll A. Campbell Jr. But his politics, like
those of the archconservative Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas, are
utterly at odds with the preferences of most black Americans. Mr. Scott has
been staunchly anti-tax, anti-union and anti-abortion.
Even if the Republicans managed to distance
themselves from the thinly veiled racism of the TeaParty adherents who have
moved the party rightward, they wouldn’t do much better among black voters than
they do now. I suspect that appointments like Mr. Scott’s are directed less at
blacks — whom they know they aren’t going to win in any significant numbers —
than at whites who are inclined to vote Republican but don’t want to have to
think of themselves, or be thought of by others, as racist.
Why would the Tea Party vote a black man into
office if they’re a bunch of racist?
This is laughable. What is even
more laughable is the esteemed professor calling the Republicans cynics, when in
fact it is he who’s the cynic:
For
Mr. Scott, the true test will come in 2014, when he will presumably run for a
full six-year term. As Mr. Obama has shown, the question is not whether whites
are willing to vote for a black candidate, but whether black candidates can put
together winning coalitions (no matter their racial makeup) and around what
policies. I suspect black South Carolinians will not be drawn to Mr. Scott.
The trope of the black conservative has
retained a man-bites-dog newsworthiness that is long past its shelf life. Clichés
about fallen barriers are increasingly meaningless; symbols don’t make for
coherent policies. Republicans will not gain significant black support unless
they take policy positions that advance black interests. No number of Tim
Scotts — or other cynical tokens — will change that.
I have a suggestion for Professor Reed. Why don’t we elect people who advance the
interest of all Americans, and not just subsets? That concept is alien to liberals, especially
the ones in academia.

Elizabeth Warren's Let's Be Like China Ad
Elizabeth Warren, Massachusetts Democratic nominee for the U.S. Senate wants us to be more like China. After all, they’re the paragon of economic stimulus programs:"We've got bridges and roads in need of repair and thousands of people in need of work. Why aren’t we rebuilding America?” Warren says in the 30-second ad. “Our competitors are putting people to work, building a future. China invests 9 percent of its GDP in infrastructure. America? We’re at just 2.4 percent. We can do better. We can build a foundation for a strong new economy and get people to Massachusetts to work right now."
Careful what you wish for Ms. Warren. You might just get it:
A nearly 330-foot-long section of a ramp of the eight-lane Yangmingtan Bridge in the city of Harbin dropped 100 feet to the ground. Four trucks plummeted with it, resulting in three deaths and five injuries.
The 9.6-mile bridge is one of three built over the Songhua River in that area in the past four years. China’s economic stimulus program in 2009 and 2010 helped the country avoid most of the effects of the global economic downturn, but involved incurring heavy debt to pay for the rapid construction of new bridges, highways and high-speed rail lines all over the country.
Questions about the materials used during the construction and whether the projects were properly engineered have been the subject of national debate ever since a high-speed train plowed into the back of a stopped train on the same track on July 23 last year in the eastern city of Wenzhou. The crash killed 40 people and injured 191; a subsequent investigation blamed in particular flaws in the design of the signaling equipment.
I believe we should roll that China train down to crawl, Ms. Warren.

U.S. Senate Foils Obama's Joker Budget
Another Obama budget went down in flames. Not one senator voted for this joke. I’m surprised it made it to the floor. And after this monstrosity was defeated, the democrats denied it was the Anointed Ones:President Obama's budget suffered a second embarrassing defeat Wednesday, when senators voted 99-0 to reject it.
Coupled with the House's rejection in March, 414-0, that means Mr. Obama's budget has failed to win a single vote in support this year.
Republicans forced the vote by offering the president's plan on the Senate floor.
Democrats disputed that it was actually the president's plan, arguing that the slim amendment didn't actually match Mr. Obama's budget document, which ran thousands of pages. But Republicans said they used all of the president's numbers in the proposal, so it faithfully represented his plan.
Sen. Jeff Sessions, Alabama Republican, even challenged Democrats to point out any errors in the numbers and he would correct them — a challenge no Democrats took up.
Obama’s minister of propaganda tried to downplay this humiliation:
How long is this country going to put up with these amateurs?
