Rep. Hank Johnson: Genius

I kid you not. Rep. Hank Johnson of the 4th district of Georgia asked a military officer in a congressional hearing if Guam could tip over. This is the same district that brought us Cynthia McKinney before her constituents finally got fed up with her ridiculous exploits and tantrums; and there were quite a few.

I believe we need environmental and psychological surveys in that area, so as to determine the malefic agents, that would induce a people to send someone of this intellect to represent them in D.C.
