North Carolina Democrats Attend Charlotte Convention

Democrats held a three-district convention in Charlotte last Saturday. The big event drew a "crowd" of about 150 people, so describes a reporter from the Charlotte Observer. Isn't it funny that less than a couple of hundred at a Democratic function is a crowd, but a couple of thousand who attend a tea party is a small gathering? You've got to love those unbiased reporters at the Disturber.

The candidates for the Democratic nomination for the U.S Senate attended the "massive" gathering of self-loathing Americans. Cal Cunningham and Elaine Marshall will face a runoff on June 22; the winner will face incumbent Richard Burr. The two were cordial to one another, while saving their criticism for Burr.

Elaine Marshall stated, "We need somebody who'll stand up to the status quo."

Are you kidding me? The status quo is the Democratic Party platform! It is the Democrats who are in charge for crying out loud! It is the Democrats who are shoving their socialist agenda down our throat! YOU ARE THE STATUS QUO!!

Cal Cunningham declared, "We're going to have to teach a little driver's ed this fall. For the country to move forward, it needs to move the gearshift to "D"- for Democrats, instead of staying stuck in reverse like the Republicans."

Isn't that cute? What witticism. I wonder how long it took him to think of that line. I'm shocked that he's not a writer for Jay Leno. I've got news for Mr. Cunningham – we have been in "D"rive for a while now. And you guys are driving us off the cliff into a Grecian chasm of indebtedness. Your damn right we need to go into "R"everse. We need to get back to our founding and the Constitution of the United States.

The Charlotte Observer further reports:

Both candidates said they support some collective bargaining for public employees and favor alternative energy sources such as wind and solar power. They both decried Arizona's new immigration law.

Government employees make more than workers in the private sector. Why would we want to give them more power than what they already have? Do we really need more union members who roll up onto private citizens homes and terrorize their teenage children like SEIU did to a Bank of America executive? Aren't endless hours of surfing porn at the taxpayer's expense payment enough?

These two idiots also have a problem with Arizona's immigration law, which mirrors our national law. I wouldn't doubt that these two jerks would've applauded Mexico's President, who lectured us on the floor of our own house. Do we really want one of these guys representing the state of North Carolina?

Convention delegate Mary Cridlebaugh of Davidson County said of Cunningham, "He has potential for national leadership – Franklin D. Roosevelt-type leadership."

Mary Cridlebaugh needs a history lesson. Franklin D. Roosevelt trampled all over our Constitution. He treated the law of our land like a Mexican Federal Officer treating a young Honduran girl, who entered their country illegally. He raped it; and then hung the countries soiled panties, on a limb of the Liberty Tree, as a trophy.

Arizona's Teachable Moment to the Obama Administration

And after members of the Obama Administration read the law, we will give them milk and cookies and then it is off for their naps.

SEIU Thugs Intimidate Fourteen Year Old Boy

Metropolitan police escorted fourteen buses loaded with SEIU thugs into a Washington D.C. suburb. They then amassed onto the front yard and porch of an Bank of America executive with chants and bullhorns ablaze. The only one home was a fourteen year old boy, who was so scared he locked himself into a bathroom.

We probably would have never heard of this incident if it were not for Nina Easton, who is a reporter and a next door neighbor. She provided the following account:

Last Sunday, on a peaceful, sun-crisp afternoon, our toddler finally napping upstairs, my front yard exploded with 500 screaming, placard-waving strangers on a mission to intimidate my neighbor, Greg Baer. Baer is deputy general counsel for corporate law at Bank of America (BAC, Fortune 500), a senior executive based in Washington, D.C. And that — in the minds of the organizers at the politically influential Service Employees International Union and a Chicago outfit called National Political Action — makes his family fair game.

Waving signs denouncing bank “greed,” hordes of invaders poured out of 14 school buses, up Baer’s steps, and onto his front porch. As bullhorns rattled with stories of debtor calls and foreclosed homes, Baer’s teenage son Jack — alone in the house — locked himself in the bathroom. “When are they going to leave?” Jack pleaded when I called to check on him

This is the kind of tactics that third worlders use to intimidate political opponents. SEIU's former head thug Andy Stern was the most frequent guest to the White House. Notice the Chicago organization also in attendance: National Political Action; and the D.C. police gave them an escort! That in itself should raise eyebrows.

I don't recall any mainstream media covering this outrage. If this were a tea party act, they would have been all over it. This should be an embarrassment for the media and the Obama Administration. I just don't believe they are capable of shame.

Global Cooling for the Next Two to Three Decades

Dr. Dan Easterbrook, Emeritus Professor at Western Washington University, warns that we are now in a global cooling period that started in 1998. He also warns that such a period would have an adverse effect upon agricultural output due to shorter growing seasons. As reported by Newsmax:

“This is already happening in the Midwestern U.S., China, India, and other places in the world. Hardest hit will be third world countries where millions are already near starvation levels.”
Cooling will also lead to an increase in per capita energy demands, especially for heating.

“World population is projected to reach more than 9 billion by 2050, an increase of 50 percent,” Easterbrook pointed out. “This means a substantial increase in demand for food and energy at a time when both are decreasing because of the cooling climate.”

Among Dr. Easterbrook’s conclusions:

“Numerous, abrupt, short-lived warming and cooling episodes, much more intense than recent warming/cooling, occurred during the last Ice Age, none of which could have been caused by changes in atmospheric CO2.

“Climate changes in the geologic record show a regular pattern of alternate warming and cooling with a 25-30-year period for the past 500 years . . .

“Expect global cooling for the next 2-3 decades that will be far more damaging than global warming would have been.”

Somebody had better tell the geniuses in the Democratic Party. I don't believe windmills, and solar panels are going to meet our energy needs. But then again, they will just dismiss this professor as a tool for the oil, gas and coal industry. Besides this guy isn't even a climatologist. How can anyone take him seriously?

Charlotte Observer Does a Hit-Job on D'Annunzio

I normally don’t buy the Charlotte Disturber, but this morning I wanted something to read while I ate my breakfast. I almost balked at paying $2.00 for that rag. As far as I’m concerned, that is too high of a price to be subjected to leftist propaganda. I thought how bad can it be? So, I slapped down my hard earned money and left for the restaurant.

I ordered my meal and began to read a piece written by Jim Morrill entitled, ‘Top GOP leaders line up against D’Annunzio.' It didn’t take long to regret my decision. I could have used that $2.00 to pay for the overpriced candy bar just across the aisle. When will I learn?

Morrill writes:

But increasingly establishment Republicans such as Robin Hayes have taken the unusual step of choosing sides in the runoff-against D’Annunzio. Spokesman Andy Sere of the National Republican Congressional Committee said the group believes Johnson will win the nomination.

It is uncommon for a party to be in total fear of one of its own nomination,” said David Wasserman, an analyst with the Washington based Cook Political Report.

It is unusual for establishment Republicans to choose sides in a run-off? Are you kidding me? They usually attack conservatives during the primary! Apparently Jim Morrill is a political novice or he would have remembered establishment Republicans endorsing Arlen Specter over Pat Toomey; or Lincoln Chaffey over Steve Laffey; or Grayson over Rand; or Charlie Crist over Marco Rubio. I’m sure there are a lot more examples I can enumerate.

The article goes on about D’Annunzio’s tumultuous 1995 divorce and 1998 child-support case:

In a 1998 child-support judgment, Hoke County District Judge Richard Brown said D’Annunzio claimed the government stole designs for his vests and other products marketed to the Army.

The Judge alluded to D’Annunzio’s religious conversion and described him as “a self-described religious zealot.”

Jim Morrill wrote this twice in his article to make sure you didn’t miss the “self-described religious zealot,” comment. I’m sure Mr. Morrill and Judge Richard Brown thinks that anyone who attends church is a zealot. I wouldn’t be surprised if Mr. Morrill has a Darwin fish gobbling up little Christian fishes on the bumper of his hybrid car.

The article further besmirches D’Annunzio’s character:

Anne D’Annunzio alluded to her ex-husband’s conversion in a 1995 court document. She claimed he told her, among other things, that “God was going to drop a 1,000-mile high pyramid” on Greenland and that he had found the Ark of the Covenant in Arizona.

She told the court that a psychiatric evaluation might determine whether he was fit to visit his children. The 1995 evaluation concluded that D’Annunzio’s religious beliefs “do not seem delusional.”

Mr. Morrill would have us believe that a pissed off ex-wife in a contentious court case rarely exist. I’m sure he can disabuse himself of this notion just by walking a couple of blocks to the Mecklenburg County Courthouse, and watch the divorce cases in process. Oh, and don’t forget to bring your popcorn.

The ex-wife now lives in Godless California and the three children live here in North Carolina working for their bible thumping father. Praise be Jesus!!

This article goes on about the youthful indiscretions of D’Annunzio. Mr. Morrill paints a dark picture on a biased canvas. What he doesn’t realize, is that Mr. D’Annunzio has had successful life, warts and all. Maybe Mr. Morrill should move to California and room with Anne. They can relish in their mutual hatred of God and D’Annunzio.

I.C.E. Director John Morton Refuses to do His Job

I.C.E. Director John Morton held a press conference and stated that he would not necessarily process illegal aliens detained by the state of Arizona. Here we have another federal government employee who refuses to do his job. Maybe we should check his computer and see how many hours of porn this guy surfs a day.

What is it about the Obama administration that looks askance at the American people with disdain? The polls are overwhelmingly in favor of the Arizona law.

It looks as though the states may have to come to an agreement themselves and hold a joint detention and deportation center. What else are they to do when the federal government refuses to full fill their Constitutionally mandated job?

Mexico's President: Let me see your papers

This third world piece of shit comes into our house and lectures us on Arizona's immigration law, which mirrors our federal law; and then goes onto CNN and admits that his country requires foreigners to provide documentation, or they are fined or imprisoned!

And our so-called representatives applauded him?

Has the world gone insane or is it just me?

When Cornwallis surrendered at Yorktown, the redcoat musicians played "The World Has Turned Upside Down." My God we are playing the same song without a shot being fired.

Aunt Zeituni's Theme Song

Come to the U.S.A. lots of goodies waiting for ya!!

Third World President Calderon Lectures U.S. Congress on Immigration

The confidence of third world leaders who believe that they can come into OUR HOUSE and lecture us on our immigration policies should be an affront to every conscientious American who still believes in this country.

Notice how the democrats and members of Obama's Administration stood and applauded President Calderon's condemnation of Arizona's illegal immigration law. These morons do not realize that the very law they denounce mirrors that of our federal law. What kind of people do we have representing us?

I wonder how much the President of Mexico would howl if we had rape trees, where the victims panties were hung from limbs as trophies, which is happening in his country. I would really love to see the President of Guatemala or Honduras come and lecture Mexico in their house over the injustices of their citizens.

Mexican President Issues Travel Advisory to Arizona

So, the President of Mexico has issued a cautionary travel advisory to its citizens who may venture into Arizona. Maybe that will provide some relief to the hospitals and and welfare rolls in that beleaguered state. Maybe all of Mexico's illegal citizens should descend upon the sanctuary cities of California like locust who consume everything in sight.

The only problem I see with that, is California will expect a bailout from the rest of us to support their irresponsible behavior. I personally would like to cordon that area off, and demand papers from anyone who is from that lecherous state and fine them for being a nuisance to the rest of the country.

The Strange Case of Barack Obama's Social Security Number

The weird case of Barack Obama is just getting stranger by the minute. Now he is accused of using multiple social security numbers; all not belonging to him. And the Lamestream media refuses to touch it. The following article is published by WorldNetDaily:

By Jerome R. Corsi
© 2010 WorldNetDaily

NEW YORK – Two private investigators working independently are asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.

In addition, the records indicate the number was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama's earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at a Baskin-Robbins ice-cream shop in Oahu, Hawaii.

WND has copies of affidavits filed separately in a presidential eligibility lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia by Ohio licensed private investigator Susan Daniels and Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson.

The investigators believe Obama needs to explain why he is using a Social Security number reserved for Connecticut applicants that was issued at a date later than he is known to have held employment.

See the movie Obama does not want you to see: Own the DVD that probes this unprecedented presidential eligibility mystery!

The Social Security website confirms the first three numbers in his ID are reserved for applicants with Connecticut addresses, 040-049.

"Since 1973, Social Security numbers have been issued by our central office," the Social Security website explains. "The first three (3) digits of a person's social security number are determined by the ZIP code of the mailing address shown on the application for a social security number."

The question is being raised amid speculation about the president's history fueled by an extraordinary lack of public documentation. Along with his original birth certificate, Obama also has not released educational records, scholarly articles, passport documents, medical records, papers from his service in the Illinois state Senate, Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records and adoption papers.

Robert Siciliano, president and CEO of IDTheftSecurity.com and a nationally recognized expert on identity theft, agrees the Social Security number should be questioned.

"I know Social Security numbers have been issued to people in states where they don't live, but there's usually a good reason the person applied for a Social Security number in a different state," Siciliano told WND.

WND asked Siciliano whether he thought the question was one the White House should answer.

"Yes," he replied. "In the case of President Obama, I really don't know what the good reason would be that he has a Social Security number issued in Connecticut when we know he was a resident of Hawaii."

Siciliano is a frequent expert guest on identify theft on cable television networks, including CNN, CNBC and the Fox News Channel.

Daniels and Sampson each used a different database showing Obama is using a Social Security number beginning with 042.

WND has further confirmed that the Social Security number in question links to Obama in the online records maintained by the Selective Service System. Inserting the Social Security number, his birth date and his last name produces a valid Selective Service number.

To verify the number was issued by the Social Security Administration for applicants in Connecticut, Daniels used a Social Security number verification database. She found that the numbers immediately before and immediately after Obama's were issued to Connecticut applicants between the years 1977 and 1979.

"There is obviously a case of fraud going on here," Daniels maintained. "In 15 years of having a private investigator's license in Ohio, I've never seen the Social Security Administration make a mistake of issuing a Connecticut Social Security number to a person who lived in Hawaii. There is no family connection that would appear to explain the anomaly."

The hottest book in America is the one that exposes the real Obama and all his men (and women)! Get your autographed copy only from WND!

Does the Social Security Administration ever re-issue Social Security numbers?

"Never," Daniels said. "It's against the law for a person to have a re-issued or second Social Security number issued."

Daniels said she is "staking my reputation on a conclusion that Obama's use of this Social Security number is fraudulent."

There is no indication in the limited background documentation released by the Obama 2008 presidential campaign or by the White House to establish that Obama ever lived in Connecticut.

Nor is there any suggestion in Obama's autobiography, "Dreams from My Father," that he ever had a Connecticut address.

Also, nothing can be found in the public record that indicates Obama visited Connecticut during his high-school years.

Sampson's affidavit specifies that as a result of his formal training as an immigration officer and his 27-year career in professional law enforcement, "it is my knowledge and belief that Social Security numbers can only be applied for in the state in which the applicant habitually resides and has their official residence."

Daniels told WND she believes Obama had a different Social Security number when he worked as a teenager in Hawaii prior to 1977.

"I doubt this is President Obama's originally issued Social Security number," she told WND. "Obama has a work history in Hawaii before he left the islands to attend college at Occidental College in California, so he must have originally been issued a Social Security number in Hawaii."

The published record available about Obama indicates his first job as a teenager in Hawaii was at a Baskin-Robbins in the Makiki neighborhood on Oahu. USA Today reported the ice-cream shop still was in operation one year after Obama's inauguration.

Politifact.com, a website typically supportive of Obama, claims he worked at the Baskin-Robbins in 1975 or 1976, prior to the issuance of the number in question.

"It is a crime to use more than one Social Security number, and Barack Obama had to have a previous Social Security number to have worked at Baskin-Robbins," she insisted. "Under current law, a person is not permitted to use more than one Social Security number in a lifetime."

Another anomaly in the law enforcement databases searched by Daniels and Sampson is that the date 1890 shows up in the field indicating the birth of the number holder, along with Obama's birth date of 08/04/1961. A third date listed is 04/08/1961, which appears to be a transposition of Obama's birth date in an international format, with the day before the month.

Daniels disclosed to WND the name of the database she searched and produced a computer screen copy of the page that listed 1890 as a date associated with the 042 Social Security number.

Daniels said she can't be sure if the 1890 figure has any significance. But she said it appears the number Obama is using was previously issued by the Social Security Administration.

After an extensive check of the proprietary databases she uses as a licensed private investigator, Daniels determined that the first occurrence of Obama's association with the number was in 1986 in Chicago.

Daniels assumes, but cannot prove, that Obama took on a previously issued Social Security number that had gone dormant due to the death of the original holder.

Daniels has been a licensed private investigator in Ohio since 1995. Sampson formed his private investigations firm, CSI Consulting and Investigations, in 2008. He previously worked as a deportations law enforcement officer with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

The Daniels and Sampson affidavits were originally recorded by attorney Orly Taitz in an eligibility case against Obama last year.

Arizona Commissioner Threatens to Shut Off Power to L.A.

The Los Angeles city council voted to boycott Arizona because of its passage of an illegal immigration enforcement law. The city of morons gets 25% of its power from Arizona based utility companies. The following is a letter from Arizona electric and water commissioner Gary Pierce:

Dear Mayor Villaraigosa,

I was dismayed to learn that the Los Angeles City Council voted to boycott Arizona and Arizona-based companies — a vote you strongly supported — to show opposition to SB 1070 (Support our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act).

You explained your support of the boycott as follows: “While we recognize that as neighbors, we share resources and ties with the State of Arizona that may be difficult to sever, our goal is not to hurt the local economy of Los Angeles, but to impact the economy of Arizona. Our intent is to use our dollars — or the withholding of our dollars — to send a message.” (emphasis added)

I received your message; please receive mine. As a state-wide elected member of the Arizona Corporation Commission overseeing Arizona’s electric and water utilities, I too am keenly aware of the “resources and ties” we share with the City of Los Angeles. In fact, approximately twenty-five percent of the electricity consumed in Los Angeles is generated by power plants in Arizona.

If an economic boycott is truly what you desire, I will be happy to encourage Arizona utilities to renegotiate your power agreements so Los Angeles no longer receives any power from Arizona-based generation. I am confident that Arizona’s utilities would be happy to take those electrons off your hands. If, however, you find that the City Council lacks the strength of its convictions to turn off the lights in Los Angeles and boycott Arizona power, please reconsider the wisdom of attempting to harm Arizona’s economy.

People of goodwill can disagree over the merits of SB 1070. A state-wide economic boycott of Arizona is not a message sent in goodwill.

Sincerely,
Commissioner Gary Pierce

I would love to see Arizona cut L.A's power off. I'm sure the "citizens" of this sanctuary city could operate quite well in the dark. After all that's when cockroaches are at the height of their activity.

Obama's Aunt Zeituni Granted Asylum

Barack Obama's Aunt Zeituni was granted asylum this past Monday. She came to this country in 2000; was ordered to leave in 2004; defied those orders and overstayed her visa. Now she is granted asylum and is eligible to become a citizen. What in the hell is going on?

In order for a person to be granted asylum, one must prove that they would be persecuted in their country of origin. Barack Obama's cousin is Raila Odinga, who is the prime minister of Kenya. His brother Oburu Odinga is a member of parliament. Is there some sort of family blood feud that puts Aunt Zeituni in harms way? Or is she worried that if deported, she might have to share Barack's half-brother's mud hut.

Aunt Zeituni lived quite comfortably in a Boston public housing project. You can't beat living on other peoples tax money; especially when your floors aren't made of dirt and the water you drink isn't infested with mosquito larvae.

Aunt Zeituni also received government funded health care. She had a hip replacement and back surgery. She is said to be disabled from Guillian-Barre Syndrome which is an auto immune disease. I guess that puts an end to the myth that illegal aliens can only access health care through the emergency room.

It seems that the Obama clan has a history of leeching off of tax payers. I believe their coat of arms should be a dollar sign coupled with a hard working American bending over and grabbing his ankles.

I wonder what would happen to Aunt Zeituni if she had violated the immigration laws of Mexico? Lets see:

•Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced to up to six years in prison (Articles 119, 120 and 121). Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of their visa while in Mexico -- such as working with out a permit -- can also be imprisoned.

Foreigners who fail to obey the rules will be fined, deported, and/or imprisoned as felons:•Foreigners who fail to obey a deportation order are to be punished. (Article 117)

I feel sorry for Obama's aunt. I'm sure her "human rights" are being violated at this very moment. Its too bad that we don't adopt the policies of China or Mexico; two countries who are known for their humane treatment of people.

Michael Posner: Another Self-Loathing American

Michael Posner, another self-loathing American, just admitted that he brought up the issue of Arizona's immigration law as a concern for potential human rights violations to a Chinese delegation. Not only did he admit that he brought it up -- but he brought it up often! Can you believe it? Yeah, lets negotiate from a position of strength!! What an idiot!!

China is one of the most oppressive countries in the world. But what can you expect from a bunch of Maoist that infest the Obama Administration? They aspire for that kind of power. And China jumped at the chance to stomp all over our "human rights" offenses, such as high poverty, homelessness, etc...etc.

The United States has the highest standard of living, and we are being lectured to by China for poverty and human rights violations? Are you kidding me?

The State Department is full of turds like Michael Posner. I say its about time we flush that toilet bowl!

Huge Chasm Between Political Class and Mainstream Americans

Here is another example of the widening gap between the American people and the politicians who supposedly represent our interest. As reported by Rasmussen:

71% Say U.S. More Positive Force in World Than UN, Political Class Not So Sure

Seventy-one percent (71%) of U.S. voters say the United States is a more positive force for good in the world today than the United Nations, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.

Thirteen percent (13%) disagree and say the international organization is a more positive force for good. Sixteen percent (16%) more are undecided.

But there’s a sharp difference of opinion between Mainstream voters and the Political Class. While 79% of Mainstream voters view America as a more positive force for good in the world today than the UN, just 45% of the Political Class agree.

Just 30% of voters see the UN as an ally of the United States while 16% regard the international organization as an enemy of the United States. Half (49%) place it somewhere in between. These figures mark little change from April 2009.

The gap between the Political Class and the nation is particularly large on this question. Eighty percent (80%) of the Political Class see the UN as America’s ally. That view is shared by just 20% of Mainstream Americans.

Long Legged Mack Daddy on Trial

Reverend Manning is holding "the trial of the century" in Harlem, New York. The defendent is no other than Barack Obama himself, the C.I.A., and the University of Columbia.

Here is the pamphelt that describes the charges against our "dear leader": http://atlah.org/pdf/ciaColumbiaObamaTrial_v2.pdf

I can understand the natural born status argument, but the C.I.A. contention is on the "conspiracy theory" whacky side of things.

Here is a update by Conservative Monster:

Summary of Day Two of the Obama Columbia trial

- Day two of the Columbia trial started off with an alternate judge presiding over the case. Jan Johnson is one of Pastor Manning’s loyal church followers and she is also aspiring to run for Governor of New York. Judge Unger is reportedly returning for Sunday’s hearing.

- Judge Johnson then instructed the jury not to discuss the case outside of the court room and that they should remain to keep an open mind not to make a decision or final determination as far as a verdict.

- Pastor Manning then stated that George Washington never had the powers thatBarackHussein Obama has. Manning then mentioned that Obama has anability to manipulate the media and people unlike any other politician today. This has given Obama even more power.

- Manning then suspiciously states that he would not be surprised if Obama sent a plant to infiltrate the jury, to undermine this trial.

12 Noon – The Bailiff swears in the jury and alternate jurors. Then, Manning plays a video of Lt Col Lakin on you Tube explaining why he disobeyed his orders to go to Afghanistan. manning and the judge note that the video is for information purposes only and that it will not be submitted as evidence.

The FIRST WITNESS

Linda Bentley, the 1st witness is sworn in. Bentley is an investigative reporter from Arizona and she was a very impressing and convincing witness with her testimony on Obama’s selective service card. Bentely, also a former private investigator went into great detail how Steve Hoffman (an immigration agent) obtained Obama’s selective service records. Hoffman filed a request for Obama’s selective service records after he saw an interview with George Stephanopolous back in September 2008.

Obama stated during the interview that “he filed for selective service after he graduated from high school”. Bentley then noted that Obama graduated in 1979 and at that time there was no requirement to file a selective service card since President Ford ended that requirement back in 1975.

Bentley then stated that Hoffman noted that the filing date on Obama’s selective service card was just 6 weeks prior to when he obtained the requested information. The date filing date on the card was just two days after the Stephanopolous interview. There were many dates mentioned, but this is what your reporter is stating that he heard.

There was also an issue with the stamp on the document since there was only a two digit number year (80), rather than a four digit number (1980). Bentley questioned whether the number was made two digits to give the appearance that it was filed in 80, rather than 08 (1980 rather than 2008).

Social Security Numbers

Bentley then testified that Orly Taitz hired two investigators and they determined that Obama reportedly had over 30 different Social Security numbers that came up in the computer when his name was entered. Bentley then alleged that the number Obama is currently using is from a man that was born in 1890 in Connecticut. She then noted that Obama never lived in Connecticut and that the first three digits of the SS# came back to that state, rather than Hawaii. Bentley also mentioned that if you ran Obama’s SS# in the computer, the results came up as Barack Obama, but the number did not belong to him.

Pastor Manning then called one of his elders, Jeff Smith to take the stand due to the fact that he is a Postal Worker the past 25 years. Manning then asked him about the controversy over the two digit and four digit years. Smith testified that the Post Office always uses four digits when they stamp documents and that he was unsure how Obama’s seclective service card had only a two digit year stamped on it. The plot thickens….

Dr Ron Polland Video – Fraud in the USA

Manning then played a video of Dr Ron Polland for the court where he showed in depth how the media targeted John McCain’s possible ineligibility issues due to the fact that he was born in Panama. In many instances, the video showed how the media was biased against McCain and for Obama.

It was also interesting to see that the attacks against anyone that questioned Obama’s ineligibility were brutal, but no attacks or name calling was used against anyone that questioned McCain’s possible ineligibility. The video also claimed that Factcheck.org was allegedly the instigator that started the name calling and this is unusual since they are supposed to be non-biased.

Manning then submitted into evidence a notarized letter from Dr Polland stating that his videos were true and that he owned them.

Cody Robert Judy

Cody Robert Judy was the final witness of the day. He was a candidate from the 2008 election that ran as a Conservative. He filed a lawsuit against John McCain and the RNC, because he questioned whether McCain was eligible to be president since he was born in Panama. His case was dismissed by the judge after McCain lost the election. Judy also stated that there was an attempt to change the requirement for Presidents to be natural born back in 2000 when McCain was running for POTUS. This did raise some suspicions.

It was also stated that:

Obama’s certificate of live birth was printed by a laser printer, but then stated that there were no laser printers back in 1961.

The serial number was blacked out on the document as to hide the date that it was actually filed. Manning also stated that the COLB was altered and it states on the document that “any altering will make this document invalid.”

Pastor Manning said that there was some more disturbances last night in front of the Atlah church by people in the community that are upset about the trial. There were police barriers in front of the church this morning, but there were no protesters.

I will be posting live updates via my cell phone on The Conservative Monster.com. The posts will appear like they do on Twitter, just a brief description of what is going on. I will do a complete report when I get home from the trial.

U.N. Thugs Denounce Arizona

Six "experts" from the United Nations Human Rights Council denounced Arizona's new state immigration law. A law that mirrors the United States policies. This band of tyrants, murderers and thugs proclaimed that Arizona is violating international human rights:

"States are required to respect and ensure the human rights of all persons subject to their jurisdiction, without discrimination," they said in the statement. "Additionally, relevant international standards require that detention be used only as an exceptional measure, justified, narrowly tailored and proportional in each individual case, and that it be subject to judicial review."

The thugs recognized that countries have a right to protect their borders, but:

"these actions must be taken in accordance with fundamental principles of non-discrimination and humane treatment." They also maintain that "States are obligated to not only eradicate racial discrimination, but also to promote a social and political environment conducive to respect for ethnic and cultural diversity."

I wonder if they had that much concern for American tourist who were arrested when they accidentally crossed the borders of North Korea and Iran. These poor unfortunates were accused of spying. Where was the U.N. Human Rights Council on that?

I say we look at the immigration provisions of the Mexican Constitution:

•in the country legally;

•have the means to sustain themselves economically;

•not destined to be burdens on society;

•of economic and social benefit to society;

•of good character and have no criminal records; and

•contributors to the general well-being of the nation.

The law also ensures that:

•immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;

•foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;

•foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country's internal politics;

•foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;

•foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;

•those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison

Now lets look at Mexico's immigration laws:

•Foreigners are admitted into Mexico "according to their possibilities of contributing to national progress." (Article 32)

•Immigration officials must "ensure" that "immigrants will be useful elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for their sustenance" and for their dependents. (Article 34)

•Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets "the equilibrium of the national demographics," when foreigners are deemed detrimental to "economic or national interests," when they do not behave like good citizens in their own country, when they have broken Mexican laws, and when "they are not found to be physically or mentally healthy." (Article 37)

•The Secretary of Governance may "suspend or prohibit the admission of foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest." (Article 38)

Mexican authorities must keep track of every single person in the country:

•Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal immigration authorities upon request, i.e., to assist in the arrests of illegal immigrants. (Article 73)

•A National Population Registry keeps track of "every single individual who comprises the population of the country," and verifies each individual's identity. (Articles 85 and 86)

•A national Catalog of Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants (Article 87), and assigns each individual with a unique tracking number (Article 91).

Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be imprisoned:

•Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned. (Article 116)

•Foreigners who sign government documents "with a signature that is false or different from that which he normally uses" are subject to fine and imprisonment. (Article 116)

Foreigners who fail to obey the rules will be fined, deported, and/or imprisoned as felons:

•Foreigners who fail to obey a deportation order are to be punished. (Article 117)

•Foreigners who are deported from Mexico and attempt to re-enter the country without authorization can be imprisoned for up to 10 years. (Article 118)

•Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced to up to six years in prison (Articles 119, 120 and 121). Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of their visa while in Mexico -- such as working with out a permit -- can also be imprisoned.

Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law on Population says,

•"A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country illegally." (Article 123)

•Foreigners with legal immigration problems may be deported from Mexico instead of being imprisoned. (Article 125)

•Foreigners who "attempt against national sovereignty or security" will be deported. (Article 126)

Mexicans who help illegal aliens enter the country are themselves considered criminals under the law:

•A Mexican who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the foreigner live in the country is subject to up to five years in prison. (Article 127)

•Shipping and airline companies that bring undocumented foreigners into Mexico will be fined. (Article 132)

Wow, that's rather harsh isn't it? Can you imagine if we implemented those kind of laws here in the United States? The United Nations' Human Rights Council would denounce us. Wouldn't they?

North Carolina’s Fiscal Chickens are Coming Home to Roost

North Carolina's Fiscal Tsunami

As reported by Civitas

Brian Balfour May 10, 2010

North Carolina's dire fiscal condition will once again take center stage this spring as state lawmakers return to Raleigh to craft a budget for the coming 2010-11 fiscal year. North Carolina's financial woes, however, run much deeper than the daunting shortfall in next year's budget.

While lawmakers will blame the economy, make no mistake: the financial disaster that is North Carolina state government is completely of its own making. Long-term fiscal irresponsibility highlighted by out-of-control spending growth, stunning increases in debt spending and unsustainable financial commitments is to blame.

But just how bleak is the state's financial picture? Outlined below is a summary of North Carolina state government's economic crisis, a "fiscal tsunami" that threatens to overwhelm the state's already-overextended budget in the near and long term.

Dangerous Deficits: $4.3 Billion Structural Shortfall over Next 26 Months (as of May 1, 2010)
State budget writers are facing a real budgetary deficit of roughly $4 billion over the next 26 months. This number represents actual revenue shortfalls (compared to projections), expenses exceeding projections, and revenue streams that will disappear.

State Debt: $9.4 Billion and Growing Fast

North Carolina Owes $3.5 Billion to Federal Government - plus another $153 million in interest payments

Escheats Fund Dwindling: $535 Million Liability by 2012

$28 Billion Unfunded Liability for State Retiree Health Benefits

Pension Fund to Require $650 Million in Additional Funds Over the Next Two Years

State Health Plan: Costs to Rise by $2 Billion in Next Four Years
North Carolina's State Health Plan – which covers state employees and retirees - faces many financial challenges in the next several years.

Federal Healthcare "Reform" to Cost Millions
Federal healthcare reform legislation recently signed by President Obama will burden North Carolina's state budget with hundreds of millions in additional expenses.

U.S. Fiscal Policies are Grecian Like

Bank of England Governor: U.S. Faces Same Danger as Greece

The United States is facing the same fiscal problems as Greece, says Mervyn King, Governor of the Bank of England.

“Bear in mind King is usually one of the most guarded policymakers in both British and central banking circles. Not yesterday,” the U.K. Telegraph reported.

“It isn’t often one has the opportunity to get such a blunt and straightforward insight into the thoughts of one of the world’s leading economic players. Most of this stuff usually stays behind closed doors, so it’s worth taking note of.”

King’s “frank” comments were definitely not “pleasing” to President Barack Obama and to European leaders, the Telegraph reports.

“He also believes that European Union must become a federalized fiscal union — in other words with central power to tax and spend — if it is to survive. Just two of the nuggets from one of the most extraordinary press conferences,” the Telegraph reported.

King is not the only leading opinion-maker worried about the parlous fiscal state of the United States.

Nouriel Roubini, appearing on Fox News, notes that the fiscal crisis started in 2007 with too much debt in the private sector.

Now, the United States and Europe have socialized the debt. Trillion dollar deficits are not sustainable, however.

“What has happened in Greece could happen in the U.S. We could have serious problems," says Roubini, the former Clinton White House economist, and professor at New York University.

"We have the debt of the federal government. Many state and local governments are bankrupt. There are unfunded liabilities for social security. There are unfunded liabilities for state pensions

Attorney General Eric Holder has to Go!!!!

Attorney General Eric Holder, a man who is obligated to defend the American people, can't even bring himself to admit that the NYC car bomber is an adherent to radical Islam. This is shameful!!

Here he is again admitting that he hasn't read the Arizona illegal immigration law, but yet, he has condemned it as unconstitutional.

This guy is a disgrace and he has to go!!!

What is worse, Attorney General Holder advocates the views of the current administration, and the majority of the Democratic party. We have a serious problem folks.

Mexico: Observations of a Failed State

The above teacher is an example of someone who does not appreciate the country in which he lives. He, like many others, has not acculturated to the customs of this great nation; as a matter of fact he resents the success of a people who forged a world superpower out of a lawless wilderness.

Mexico is a failed state. Not only is it a failed state now, but it has always been one. Alexis de Tocqueville the Frenchman who toured the United States in the early 1800's observed:

The Constitution of the United States is akin to those fine creations of human endeavor which crown their inventors with renown and wealth but remain sterile in other hands.

Contemporary Mexico has illustrated this very thing.

The Mexicans, aiming for a federal system, took the federal constitution of their neighbors, the Anglo-Americans, as their model and copied it almost exactly. But although they transported the letter of the law, they failed to transfer at the same time the spirit which gave it life. As a result, they became tangled endlessly in the machinery of their double system of government. The sovereignty of states and Union entered into a collision course as they exceeded the sphere of influence assigned to them by the constitution. Even today Mexico veers constantly from anarchy to military despotism and back again.

Tocqueville further observes:

To the south, the Union has one point of contact with the Mexican Empire, where one day serious wars may well develop. But for a long time to come the backward state of civilization, the degeneration of its morals, and its extreme poverty will stand in the way of any hope of achieving high status among nations.

Tocqueville's observations are true today as they were in the 1800's. Mexico, and for that matter, Latin America as a whole is a failed culture. And the only safety valve that these poor oppressed people can turn to is the United States. Unfortunately they refuse to accept the culture of their adopted country, and want to turn us into the hell hole from which they escaped.

Medicare and Medicaid to be Headed by Communist

Obama has an affinity for communist. Donald Berwick is the nominee who is slated to head the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare. In this video he lauds the British health care system, which is a complete failure; and he advocates the redistribution of wealth as a necessity for quality health care.

Elections really do have consequences.

Los Angeles Boycotts Arizona

The city council of Los Angeles has voted to boycott Arizona because it passed a law that in essence would enforce existing federal immigration laws.

The city of angels has given the American people the finger by nullifying federal law; in effect granting amnesty to illegal aliens. Now, they have serious financial problems in part because they are a sanctuary city.

From the L. A. Times:

1. 40% of all workers in L. A. County (L. A. County has 10.2 million people) are working for cash and not paying taxes This is because they are predominantly illegal immigrants working without a green card.

2. 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.

3. 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens.

4. Over 2/3 of all births in Los Angeles County are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal, whose
births were paid for by taxpayers.

5. Nearly 35% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.

6. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages.

7. The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegal aliens from
south of the border.

8 Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal.

9. 21 radio stations in L. A. are Spanish speaking.

10.. In L. A. County 5.1 million people speak English, 3.9 million speak Spanish. (There are 10.2 million people in L. A. County.)

(All 10 of the above facts were published in the Los Angeles Times)

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa is a former SEIU organizer. He served with that organization for 15 years. Under his watch, Los Angeles could face bankruptcy between now and 2014.

You have to admit that these community organizers have a way of destroying prosperity.

I say we help Los Angeles on its way to a Grecian like economy by boycotting these irresponsible, anti-American bunch of morons.

Senator Predicts U.S. Could Have Grecian Like Debt Crisis

Breaking News from Moneynews.com

Sen. Gregg: U.S. May Follow Greece Into a Debt Crisis

By Frank McGuire

Sen. Judd Gregg, R-N.H., says the United States is in danger of being in the same dire situation as Greece in seven years if the nation doesn't slash its debt and control spending.

“We are on a path which will go to where Greece is, there's no question about that, if we don't adjust our present financial house,” Gregg says.

“If we continue to spend much more than we take in," he says. "We'll double our debt in five years and triple it in 10 years and essentially be where Greece is in about seven years,” he said Monday night on the Fox Business Network.

"So we know we are headed in that direction unless we do something about reducing the level of debt and reducing the level of our spending.”

The national debt of Greece is 113 percent of the country’s gross domestic product. The current U.S. debt amounts to roughly 50 percent of the gross domestic product.

Asked when he expects that the U.S. debt situation will reach the crisis level that Greece is currently facing, Gregg said, “we're looking at maybe the outside 10 years, probably closer to seven years before we hit the wall, so to say.”

The Republican senator said that the signs of a crisis are already here – pointing to recent downgraded ratings of U.S. debt.

Asked how Americans will know that the crisis has hit, Gregg responded: “Well, when people stop buying our bonds.”

“Basically, when they tell us that they don't have any confidence in our debt being repaid and they force us to pay a much higher interest rate, something that is unsustainable,” he said.

“They essentially say to those of us in the United States, just trying to sell debt to finance our daily operations of government, we do not believe you can repay the debt or can repay it in a way to make us buy your debt at a reasonable price.”

National Prayer Day is Unconstitutional?

Last month a Wisconsin federal judge ruled that National Prayer Day was unconstitutional:

A Wisconsin federal judge on Thursday found the National Day of Prayer unconstitutional, saying it violates the First Amendment prohibition against laws respecting an establishment of religion.

The decision by U.S. District Judge Barbara B. Crabb of the Western District of Wisconsin was a victory for the Madison-based Freedom From Religion Foundation.

The group had sued the Bush and later Obama administrations in an effort to block the presidents from making their annual proclamations inviting Americans to set aside a day for prayer or meditation.

Anne Laurie Gaylor, co-president of the foundation and a plaintiff in the lawsuit, heralded Crabb's decision as courageous.

"It's an invasion of the freedom of conscience of Americans to have their president direct their prayer or tell them to pray," said Gaylor, whose organization claims a membership of nearly 15,000 freethinkers, agnostics and atheists across North America.

So we have a handful of malcontents who wish to impose their ideologue on the rest of us. What is worse, we have a federal judge that not only has misinterpreted the First Amendment, but also has no historical understanding of our country.

Alexis de Tocqueville understood the character of this great nation when he wrote his Democracy in America in the early 1800’s:

I have expressed enough to characterize Anglo-American civilization in its true colors. This civilization is the result (and this is something we must always bear in mind) of two quite distinct ingredients which anywhere else have often ended in war but which Americans have succeeded somehow to meld together in wondrous harmony; namely the spirit of religion and the spirit of liberty.

Tocqueville further adds:

Liberty looks upon religion as its companion in its struggle and triumphs, as the cradle of its young life, as the divine source of its claims. It considers religion as the guardian of morality, morality as the guarantee of law and the security that freedom will last.

Let us contrast that with the following statement:

"I find it both troubling and dangerous that so many zealous believers in any religion want to legislate their particular understanding of faith and God for everyone else," said the Rev. Dr. Janis J. Kinens of Advent Lutheran Church in Cedarburg.

"We don't need to look far to see the horrific and devastating results of a theocracy form of government," he said.

Do you not find it amazing that a foreigner, who traveled this country over a hundred and fifty years ago, understands the American nature and creed better than our “learned elite” of today?

Hyphenated-Americans Demand Respect

A couple of days ago, students at a Morgan Hill, California high school were sent home for wearing clothing that displayed patriotic symbols, such as the American flag. It was Cinco de Mayo and the vice principal thought Old Glory was inappropriate on such a revered day as the fifth of May.

Now, Hyphenated-American students are marching in the streets, demanding respect for their heritage:

About 200 Hispanic teens are marching in Morgan Hill yelling "We want respect!" and "Si se puede!" in reaction to a controversy ignited when the Live Oak High School principal effectively sent four students home for wearing T-shirts with American flags on them during Cinco de Mayo. Mexican-American students felt the students were being disrespectful on the only day they celebrate their heritage while students sporting red, white and blue said it violated their First Amendment rights.

Because of our perverse immigration laws that were imposed on us by activist jurist, we now have a whole generation of people who identity themselves with a foreign country. Samuel P. Huntington explains in his book, WHO ARE WE? The Challenges to America's National Identity:

More detailed evidence suggests a weak identification with America on the part of Mexican immigrants and people of Mexican origin. The study of children of immigrants in Southern California and South Florida in 1992 asked the question: "How do you identify, that is, what do you call yourself?" The Latin American respondents were grouped into eight countries or groups of countries. None of the children born in Mexico answered "American" as compared with 1.9 percent to 9.3 percent of those born elsewhere in Latin America or the Caribbean. The largest number of Mexican-born children, 41.2 percent, identified themselves as "Hispanic" and the second largest, 32.6 percent, chose "Mexican." Among Mexican-American children born in the United States, only 3.9 percent responded "America" compared to 28.5 percent to 50 percent of those born in America with parents from elsewhere in Latin America. The most numerous responses of these U.S. born children were "Mexican-American" 38.8 percent, "Chicano" 24.6 percent, and "Hispanic" 20.6 percent. Twice as many, 8.1 percent, chose "American." Whether born in Mexico or in America, Mexican-origin children overwhelmingly did not choose "Americans" as their primary identification.

The United States immigration laws are an affront to Natural Law and the Law of Nations. It is a direct threat to the integrity of our borders, and demeans citizenship; furthermore, it is becoming a national security issue.

Americans Kicked out of School for Displaying Patriotism

Five American students were sent home from school for wearing clothing that extolled their pride in country. It was Cinco de Mayo day, and apparently patriotism is suspended for the recognition and obeisance to a foreign country.

The two "Mexican-American" girls who complained that it was disrespectful for the fiendish five to wave Old Glory on their suspect holiday, is a telling example of how far the hyphenated American is willing to go to put his culture above that of their adopted country.

Samuel P. Huntington wrote about this very scenario in his book, WHO ARE WE? The Challenges to America's National Identity:

"Mexican-Americans," as David Kennedy says, "will have open to them possibilities closed to previous immigrant groups. They will have sufficient coherence and critical mass in a defined region so that, if they choose, they can preserve their distinct culture indefinitely. They could also eventually undertake to do what no previous immigrant group could have dreamed of doing: challenge the existing culture, political, legal, commercial, and educational system to change fundamentally not only the language but also the very institutions in which they do business."

I believe we are witnessing this very scenario. And to emphasize this cultural change, I wonder how many times you have pushed one for English today?

Cinco de Mayo: A Celebration of Loan Defaults

As I was driving down the road, I noticed a group of people who were gathered outside of a bar. These patrons were wearing sombreros, drinking Coronas and tequila shots. I then realized it was Cinco de Mayo.

Many believe that the 5th of May is independence day of Mexico, when in fact it is not. AskMen.com explains:

1- Cinco de Mayo commemorates a victory over France. Mexico owed money to a number of European countries, but in 1861 they went “defaulted student loan” and stopped paying. So France, whose army hadn’t been defeated in 50 years, decided they would force them to pay and, while they were at it, take the country over. French forces were larger, better equipped, and better trained. However, on May 5, 1862, near the city of Puebla, Mexicans armed with pitchforks and limited weaponry won The Battle of Puebla. They drove the French off -- until a year later when the French managed to take over after all. Still, Cinco de Mayo commemorates that brave and unlikely battle.

So tip your beers and slam your tequila shots. And if you really feel the spirit of Mexico, default on your financial obligations. Someday they might just celebrate your shifty character as well.

Obama Could Learn a Lesson of Civility from George Washington

Here we have our esteemed leader giving a commencement speech at the University of Michigan; lecturing us on civility. Ain't that a hoot?

Why does everything have to be about him? Can he not resist the temptation to talk about himself one time? My God, he even named his dog after himself: BO! And of course he couldn't resist his Saul Alinsky inclination of bashing his opponents.

We have come a long way from our esteemed president George Washington to this self-absorbed narcissist. Washington had a code of conduct that he lived by:

The Rules of Civility & Decent Behavior in Company and Conversation

1. Every action done in company ought to be with some sign of respect to those that are present.

2. When in company, put not your hands to any part of the body not usually discovered.

3. Show nothing to your friend that may affright him.

4. In the presence of others, sing not to yourself with a humming voice, or drum with your fingers or feet.

5. If you cough, sneeze, sigh or yawn, do it not loud but privately, and speak not in your yawning, but put your handkerchief or hand before your face and turn aside.

6. Sleep not when others speak, sit not when others stand, speak not when you should hold your peace, walk not on when others stop.

7. Put not off your clothes in the presence of others, nor go out of your chamber half dressed.

8. At play and attire, it's good manners to give place to the last comer, and affect not to speak louder than ordinary.

9. Spit not into the fire, nor stoop low before it; neither put your hands into the flames to warm them, nor set your feet upon the fire, especially if there be meat before it.

10. When you sit down, keep your feet firm and even, without putting one on the other or crossing them.

11. Shift not yourself in the sight of others, nor gnaw your nails.

12. Shake not the head, feet, or legs; roll not the eyes; lift not one eyebrow higher than the other, wry not the mouth, and bedew no man's face with your spittle by approaching too near him when you speak.

13. Kill no vermin, or fleas, lice, ticks, etc. in the sight of others; if you see any filth or thick spittle put your foot dexterously upon it; if it be upon the clothes of your companions, put it off privately, and if it be upon your own clothes, return thanks to him who puts it off.

14. Turn not your back to others, especially in speaking; jog not the table or desk on which another reads or writes; lean not upon anyone.

15. Keep your nails clean and short, also your hands and teeth clean, yet without showing any great concern for them.

16. Do not puff up the cheeks, loll not out the tongue with the hands or beard, thrust out the lips or bite them, or keep the lips too open or too close.

17. Be no flatterer, neither play with any that delight not to be played withal.

18. Read no letter, books, or papers in company, but when there is a necessity for the doing of it, you must ask leave; come not near the books or writings of another so as to read them unless desired, or give your opinion of them unasked. Also look not nigh when another is writing a letter.

19. Let your countenance be pleasant but in serious matters somewhat grave.

20. The gestures of the body must be suited to the discourse you are upon.

21. Reproach none for the infirmities of nature, nor delight to put them that have in mind of thereof.

22. Show not yourself glad at the misfortune of another though he were your enemy.

23. When you see a crime punished, you may be inwardly pleased; but always show pity to the suffering offender.

24. Do not laugh too loud or too much at any public spectacle.

25. Superfluous compliments and all affectation of ceremonies are to be avoided, yet where due they are not to be neglected.

26. In putting off your hat to persons of distinction, as noblemen, justices, churchmen, etc., make a reverence, bowing more or less according to the custom of the better bred, and quality of the persons. Among your equals expect not always that they should begin with you first, but to pull off the hat when there is no need is affectation. In the manner of saluting and resaluting in words, keep to the most usual custom.

27. 'Tis ill manners to bid one more eminent than yourself be covered, as well as not to do it to whom it is due. Likewise he that makes too much haste to put on his hat does not well, yet he ought to put it on at the first, or at most the second time of being asked. Now what is herein spoken, of qualification in behavior in saluting, ought also to be observed in taking of place and sitting down, for ceremonies without bounds are troublesome.

28. If any one come to speak to you while you are are sitting stand up, though he be your inferior, and when you present seats, let it be to everyone according to his degree.

29. When you meet with one of greater quality than yourself, stop and retire, especially if it be at a door or any straight place, to give way for him to pass.

30. In walking, the highest place in most countries seems to be on the right hand; therefore, place yourself on the left of him whom you desire to honor. But if three walk together the middest place is the most honorable; the wall is usally given to the most worthy if two walk together.

31. If anyone far surpasses others, either in age, estate, or merit, yet would give place to a meaner than himself in his own lodging or elsewhere, the one ought not to except it. So he on the other part should not use much earnestness nor offer it above once or twice.

32. To one that is your equal, or not much inferior, you are to give the chief place in your lodging, and he to whom it is offered ought at the first to refuse it, but at the second to accept though not without acknowledging his own unworthiness.

33. They that are in dignity or in office have in all places precedency, but whilst they are young, they ought to respect those that are their equals in birth or other qualities, though they have no public charge.

34. It is good manners to prefer them to whom we speak before ourselves, especially if they be above us, with whom in no sort we ought to begin.

35. Let your discourse with men of business be short and comprehensive.

36. Artificers and persons of low degree ought not to use many ceremonies to lords or others of high degree, but respect and highly honor then, and those of high degree ought to treat them with affability and courtesy, without arrogance.

37. In speaking to men of quality do not lean nor look them full in the face, nor approach too near them at left. Keep a full pace from them.

38. In visiting the sick, do not presently play the physician if you be not knowing therein.
