Obama Administration Signs Islamic Compliant Treaty With Iran

Barack Obama and his dupes in the State Department signed an Islamic compliant treaty with Iran.  Our “president” was educated in an Indonesian Muslim school.  He had to know Muhammad’s protocols in defeating infidels.  The first is to buy time to gather strength and weaponize by signing a treaty.  The second is to negotiate an ability to break this treaty on a flimsy excuse.  This escape clause was accomplished with the inclusion of paragraph 36.

The American Thinker has an article basically accusing President Barack Hussein Obama of treason.  Here is an excerpt:

That is a hudna. A dishonest ten-year truce, made only to buy time, and broken at the first available opportunity.

And what kind of treaty has Obama signed with Iran?  A ten year treaty, which gives the Iranians time to get a nuke, and which has escape clauses allowing the treaty to be broken at the Iranians’ convenience, over minor issues.

Iranian and American officials ended a round of high-level nuclear talks here on Monday considering a proposal that would strictly limit, for at least 10 years ... New York Times.

Muslims, using the example of their prophet, feel morally obliged to limit any treaty with the infidel to 10 years. Since jihad is an article of faith, no treaty exceeding the 10-year limit set by the illiterate prophet can be made. How amazing that the State Department obliged them.

In the past, Hamas had offered to sign peace deals with Israel for ten years -- but not longer. The Israelis, many of whom can read Arabic, know the line of camel dung being offered, and refuse to accept.

Is Secretary of State John F. Kerry a Moron?

Donald Trump openly pondered what many of us are questioning.  Is John Kerry a moron?

Among the comments Donald Trump had in his interview with Greta Van Susteren was one where he was asked to offer a reason why Obama and Kerry allowed a 24 day grace period before inspections of nuclear sites and why they like the recently signed Iranian nuclear empowerment agreement.

He replied, “I don’t know, maybe they’re not bright. I mean, I’ve watched Kerry negotiating and I’ve said to people, ‘Is he bright? Is he an intelligent man?’ Maybe they’re not bright, there’s something wrong with them.”

Yes there is something wrong with them.  A congressman asked Secretary Kerry if he thought Iran wanted to destroy the United States.  After all, it is custom for the mullahs to lead a chant of ‘Death to America” every Friday after prayers.

The question, posed by Congressman Lloyd “Ted” Poe (R-Texas) was a reference to the many times the leaders of the Iranian regime have threatened to annihilate the United States.

In response, Kerry said, “I don’t believe they’ve said that. I think they’ve said ‘Death to America,’ in their chants, but I have not seen this specific.”

Poe countered, “Well, I kind of take that to mean that they want us dead. That would seem like that would be their policy. He said that. You don’t think that’s their policy? I’m not mincing words. Do you think it’s their policy to destroy us?”

“I think they have a policy of opposition to us and a great enmity, but I have no specific knowledge of a plan by Iran to actually destroy us,” Kerry answered.

He has no specific plan that Iran wants to destroy us?  How about this administration aiding and abetting Iran’s nuclear ambitions while they develop a delivery system?

Donald Trump is right.  These people aren’t very bright.  There is something wrong them.

Planned Parenthood Ghouls Admit Infanticide

It just keeps getting worse.  Planned Parenthoods ghoulish activities extend to full blown infanticide.  Here is an excerpt from NewsBusters:

The latest video exposing the trafficking of aborted babies by Planned Parenthood showed workers casually laughing over and probing at pieces of a “baby” and “another boy.”

The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) released a fourth investigative video July 30 showing Planned Parenthood executive, Dr. Savita Ginde, bartering over baby part pricing while admitting that the chances of providing intact organs are better if a woman “delivers before we get to see them.” The video showed Planned Parenthood workers laughing over “five-star” baby parts while trying not to “smush” them. –

The Federalist breaks down this ghoulish conversation in all its horror.  Here is a snippet:

These people have lost their souls.

IRS Thugs Used Instant Messaging to Avert Congress and Watchdogs

Federal bureaucracies are finding ways to avert government watchdogs and congressional oversight.  Thugs, like Lois Learner, are using instant messaging as a means to avoid a paper trail or a digital fingerprint.  Here is an excerpt from Americans for Tax Reform:

The IRS used a “wholly separate” instant messaging system that automatically deleted office communications, according to documentation released by the House Oversight Committee on Monday. The system appears to have been purposefully used by agency officials responsible for the targeting of conservative non-profits, in order to evade public scrutiny.

The system, known as “Office Communication Server” or OCS was used by IRS officials, including many in the Exempt Organizations (EO) Unit, which was headed by Lois Lerner.

As the Oversight Committee report states, the instant messaging system did not archive any communications, so it is not possible to know what employees of the EO unit discussed on it

Jimmy Kimmel Loses Manhood Over Lion

America has definitely changed.  We have become a more effeminate society.  Jimmy Kimmel, a former co-host of the Man Show, almost cried over a killing of a lion.  I can understand the outrage over baiting and poaching of an animal on a nature’s preserve, but to equate big game hunters with frustrated ED sufferers is over the top.

Here are some famous American big game hunters who are ED sufferers in today's Jimmy Kimmel’s and Caitlyn Jenner’s America:

Theodore Roosevelt

Ernest Hemingway
Daniel Boone

Did Jimmy Kimmel leave his penis at the Man Show?  Can we expect a Vanity Fair makeover?

Rep. Mark Meadows Calls out Speaker Boehner

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) has decided to take the Speaker of the House to the woodshed once again.  The first time Mr. Meadows voted against Boehner which resulted in the loss of his subcommittee chairmanship.  He was reinstated shortly afterwards.  Now, the congressman has filed a motion to kick Boehner from his exalted post.  Here is an excerpt from the Washington Times:

In the resolution, Mr. Meadows says Mr. Boehner, Ohio Republican, “has endeavored to consolidate power and centralize decision-making, bypassing the majority of the 435 Members of Congress and the people they represent.”

He accused the speaker of limiting debate, pushing legislation to the brink to compel votes in a state of crisis, and moving to “punish Members who vote according to their conscience” instead of how he wants.
The Meadows resolution says Mr. Boehner has caused the Congress to “atrophy,” making it “subservient” to the executive and judicial branches.

If that isn’t the truth!  I don’t believe Congress has been this ineffectual in the history of the republic.  Chances are this resolution won’t pass, but at least Rep. Mark Meadows has publicly stated what the rest of us have been saying.  I’m sure the Potomac potlickers will cower under the table.

Iran's Running of the Western Judas'

Look out!  Here comes the running of the Western Judas’!  Soulless companies and officious bureaucrats are rushing to Iran after the West capitulated to savvy Persian negotiators.  The mullahs sat back and watched na├»ve and greedy government officials practically wet themselves in anticipation of lifting sanctions.  Secretary John Kerry must have soiled a dumpster full of Depends.  How pathetic.

Hell, Germany is chomping at the bit.  Here is an excerpt from Legal Insurrection

Germany had tremendous economic interest in ending sanction on Iran and it is not making any secrets of it. In June, just as the Iran deal was nearing its final phases, the Bavarian Chamber of Commerce (BIHK) noted in its newsletter[translation by me]:

The German media landscape agrees on one point: lucrative deals worth billions are waiting to be made in Iran. As soon as the sanction are lifted, the run on the markets begins.

Last week, at a press conference in Berlin, Minister Gabriel brushed aside human rights concerns in Iran, saying that the lifting of sanctions were only coupled to Iranian nuclear program and “not related to other matters.” He further explained that his task as Economy Minister is to “help the German economy”, pointing out that his French and Italian counterparts now heading to Tehran are doing just the same.

Vienna should commission a statue to honor this historic event.  I’m thinking along the lines of Iwo Jima.

Catastrophic Market Correction Predicted in Fall 2015

Market watchers are jittery.  All indicators are portending a monumental meltdown that could possibly begin in September or October.  Here is an excerpt from The Economic Collapse:

What I am about to share with you is quite stunning.  A well-respected financial expert that correctly predicted the last two stock market crashes is now warning that we are right on the verge of the next one.  John Hussman is a former professor of economics and international finance at the University of Michigan, and the information in his latest weekly market comment is staggering.  Since 1970, there have only been a handful of times when a combination of market signals that Hussman uses have indicated that a major market peak has been reached.  In 1972, 2000 and 2007 each of those peaks was followed by a dramatic stock market crash.  Now, for the first time since the last financial crisis, all four of those signals appeared once again during the week of July 17th.  If Hussman’s analysis is correct, this could very well mean that the next great stock market crash in the United States is imminent.

What could that ultimately mean?  Here is a disturbing prediction:

The answer to this could end up being worth at least $2.2 trillion, which is how much money would essentially be wiped out of the stock market if we finally get the much-discussed 10% correction in the overall market (the total U.S. stock market capitalization was $22.5 trillion as of June 30, according to the Center for Research in Security Prices).

Iran's Catch 36 Nuclear Deal Gotcha

Drip by drip, we are getting details of the Iranian nuclear deal and it’s looking worse than initially thought.  We are now finding out that the mullahs can exact a 35 day termination notice on the pretext that certain parties are not living up to the agreement.  This will be quite convenient after sanctions have been dropped, the $150 billion in seized assets returned, and Western businesses have established contractual obligations within the Iranian regime.  Here is an excerpt from the Hill:

Last Tuesday, a 159-page PDF of the Iran nuclear agreement dropped into my inbox. Scrolling down to page 19, I checked out Paragraph 36. I suggest you do the same. Plenty of provisions in the Vienna agreement will get attention in the coming weeks, but Paragraph 36 may be the most important of all.

Paragraph 36 tells us when and how the agreement might end. Both friend and foe have touted this deal as “historic” and promised (or moaned) that its provisions will stay in place for the long term. But in practice, this is not a ten-year agreement or a fifteen-year agreement or an eternal agreement. Paragraph 36 tells us the truth: Any party—be it Iran or a future U.S. president—can essentially ditch the Iran nuclear deal with 35 days' notice.

Iran might need to wait a little longer—an extra 30 working days—to check a box buried in Annex IV. But, after that, under Paragraph 36, Iran can claim that any of the P5+1 is "not meeting its commitments" under the agreement. That triggers a 35-day set of meetings. Once that clock runs, Iran can claim the issue "has not been resolved to [its] satisfaction" and that it “deems” that the issue "constitutes significant non-performance." Iran can then "cease performing its commitments under this JCPOA in whole or in part." The agreement is done.

How can anyone from the Obama administration brag about this deal?

Red-Green Axis: Refugees, Immigration and the Agenda to Erase America

Liveable Wage Takes Back Seat to Welfare in Seattle

If you raise the minimum wage, they’ll evade work.  That wasn’t supposed to happen in Utopiaville.  The chronically oppressed and consistently downtrodden were to receive a hand up from their poverty imposed hovels.  The liberal mantra of a liveable wage didn’t factor in welfare benefits.

The twist is just one apparent side effect of the controversial -- yet trendsetting -- minimum wage law in Seattle, which is being copied in several other cities despite concerns over prices rising and businesses struggling to keep up.

The notion that employees are intentionally working less to preserve their welfare has been a hot topic on talk radio. While the claims are difficult to track, state stats indeed suggest few are moving off welfare programs under the new wage.

Despite a booming economy throughout western Washington, the state’s welfare caseload has dropped very little since the higher wage phase began in Seattle in April. In March 130,851 people were enrolled in the Basic Food program. In April, the caseload dropped to 130,376.

At the same time, prices appear to be going up on just about everything.

And once again, conservatives have an, “I told you so” moment.

Federalist and Libertarians Debate the 14th Amendment

It all started with Kurt T. Lash’s critique on a new book entitled, Overruled:  The Long War for the Control of the Supreme Court by Damon Root.  Since then think tanks and liberal blogs, such as the Huffington Post, are weighing in on the 14th Amendment, and particularly, the privileges and immunities clause.

This debate is enlightening for a layperson, such as me, wading through the morass of modern judicial activism, biased academia, journalistic utopian philosophy, and historical fiction.  The 14th Amendment encapsulates all the above and we can all thank Rep. John Bingham and his ambiguous first section for this legalistic swamp gas.

I for one agree with Mr. Lash’s constitutional federalism assessment.  Here is an excerpt from his latest review:

Recently, I critically reviewed Damon Root’s new book, Overruled: The Long-War for the Control of the Supreme Court(see Part 1 and Part 2). In response, Root and others have now taken to the blogosphere in defense of the book and of libertarian constitutionalism. Unfortunately, Root just digs a deeper hole and his defenders only illustrate the problem with libertarian readings of the Privileges or Immunities Clause.

Root’s basic argument is that the Fourteenth Amendment’s Privileges or Immunities Clause, like the Comity Clause of Article IV, protects unenumerated economic rights. The only difference is that the Privileges or Immunities Clause transforms the equally protected state-secured rights of the Comity Clause into absolute substantive rights. Thus, the Supreme Court wrongly rejected unenumerated substantive economic rights in The Slaughterhouse Cases (1873) and in later New Deal decisions like Carolene Products (1938).

In my review, I pointed to a large body of historical evidence suggesting that Root is wrong about the original understanding of the Privileges or Immunities Clause. The Clause refers to the rights of citizens of the United States, not the rights of citizens in the several states as it says in the Comity Clause. Where the latter refers to state-secured rights, the former refers to constitutionally enumerated rights.  The man who drafted the Privileges or Immunities Clause expressly distinguished his handiwork from the Comity Clause and insisted that his efforts were aimed at requiring the states to respect the enumerated rights of the federal Constitution, especially those listed in the Bill of Rights. As a matter of original meaning, the treaty-based language Representative John Bingham (R-OH) chose had long been understood as pointing to federally enumerated rights.

Detroit Hell Hole Welcomes Satan Worshippers

I always thought Detroit was hell, especially after hitting a pothole the size of the Grand Canyon.  I was shocked and furious to see both of my hubcaps fly off on I-75.  My anger lasted all the way through Ohio, and that is a big state.  So, it’s all together fitting that a gathering of Satan worshippers will unveil a statue to honor their fallen angel in a fallen city.

DETROIT (WWJ/AP) – A group is planning to unveil an 8-foot-tall bronze statue featuring a goat-headed Satan in Detroit during a gathering that’s being billed as the “largest public satanic ceremony in history.”

The Satanic Temple has said Saturday’s private event will be open only to people with tickets, $25 each. Invitations to “The Unveiling” summoned guests to prepare for “a night of chaos, noise, and debauchery… Come dance with the Devil and experience history in the making.” The event location is not being announced publicly and is known only to those with tickets.

Can they dance with a shovel and bucket of asphalt while filling in some potholes?  I’m sure their dark lord wouldn’t mind.

Ignoring Laws is All The Rage in U.S.A.

Ignoring laws is all the rage in the United States.  Illegal aliens have no compunction.  A border and a nation’s sovereignty mean nothing to them.  We have sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with federal authorities, and a judiciary that mandates municipalities educate their children.  Why wouldn’t they come here?  Hell, the president of the United States has invited hoards of them with executive orders. Citizens be damned.  There are potential voters in them thar illegals!

This administration bypasses Congress by making their own laws.  They have just as much respect for legislators as illegal aliens.  So why should citizens honor laws they think unjust?  As a matter of fact, New Yorkers are doing just that.  Here is an excerpt from Hot Air:

Ever since the hilariously inaccurately named SAFE Act was passed in New York, gun owners and Second Amendment advocates have been stonewalled by the state government whenever attempts were made to find out more about how it was being implemented. But one group, theShooters Committee on Political Education, (SCOPE) managed to break through the wall of silence this month and found out residents have been largely turning their backs on at least one aspect of the law. Owners of so called “assault weapons” in the Empire State are supposed to voluntarily go through a special registration process to let Big Brother know who and where they are, but in large numbers the response has been to just say no.

Sen. Ted Cruz Calls Out Majority Leader McConnell on Outright Lie

Obama Lectures Kenyan President about Corruption

Barack Hussein Obama has chutzpah.  The world is used to American presidents lecture others on human rights abuses, but to watch this president travel to another country and accuse his host of corrupt practices that virtually mirror his own is outrageous.  Kenya’s president had to be amused.  Here is an excerpt from the Telegraph:

The tense exchange came during an unusually-frank press conference in which Mr Obama raised concerns about endemic corruption holding back the economic growth of Kenya, where his father was born.

“People aren’t stupid,” he said, calling for “visible prosecutions” of senior officials involved who were seen buying expensive houses or cars that should not be affordable on their salaries.

That sounds like a certain Secretary of State and her husband who’ve profited off of their family foundation with generous donations from foreign governments and potentates while she was in office.  Can we get an investigation on Hillary Clinton’s suspect activities?

As a matter of fact, Obama’s administration just announced that inspectors general will have to get permission from agency heads before conducting investigations.  This is contrary to the Inspector General Act of 1978.  This executive belligerence is not new.  What we’ve learned in the past seven years is laws are living and breathing suggestions when it comes to democrats.

Here is another tasty bit from the Telegraph:

Some critics questioned Mr Obama’s willingness to make friends with Mr Kenyatta, whom he hugged as he emerged from Air Force One on Friday, pointing out that despite his pledges, the Kenyan president still presided over a deeply corrupt regime that has shown an intolerance of dissenting voices.

Boniface Mwangi, from the African Centre for Open Governance which is among a group of Non-Governmental Organisations Mr Obama will meet tomorrow, said Mr Kenyatta’s pledges to tackle corruption and human rights abuses in return for more US financial support were purely “politically-expedient double speak”.

Kenya has a corrupt regime that is intolerant of dissenting voices?  We know Obama originated from Kenya, I didn’t know the whole Democratic Party did as well.

Ted Cruz Debates Code Pink on Iran Nuclear Deal

Iran's Supreme Leader Spikes Football in Obama Admin. Face

The Iranians are trumpeting their victory over us kaffirs.  Secretary of State John F. Kerry is befuddled at the Supreme Leader’s spiking the football in the end zone.  The Mullahs were supposed to love us after this historical capitulation.

DUBAI (Reuters) - The United States said on Tuesday it was disturbed by anti-U.S. hostility voiced by Iran's top leader after a nuclear deal, as both countries' top diplomats sought to calm opposition to the accord from hardliners at home.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said a speech by Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on Saturday vowing to defy American policies in the region despite a deal with world powers over Tehran's nuclear program was "very troubling".

"I don't know how to interpret it at this point in time, except to take it at face value, that that's his policy," he said in the interview with Saudi-owned Al Arabiya television.

"But I do know that often comments are made publicly and things can evolve that are different. If it is the policy, it's very disturbing, it's very troubling," he added.

Yet, this fool went to Capitol Hill to sell one of the biggest losers in treaty negotiation history since Munich.  Wait, did I say this was a treaty?  I meant executive agreement.

Secretary Lurch stated that he couldn’t get out of bed every morning to do his job knowing the Iranians wouldn’t help make this world a safer place.  Unfortunately, the world would have been better off had Secretary Kerry hit the snooze button and stayed away from the negotiating table.  We are truly screwed.

Rep. Gowdy floor speech on the Enforce the Law for Sanctuary Cities Act

Truth on the floor of the House of Representatives.  It's about time!

Republicans Dissatisfied with Republican Party

Hold the presses!  Mainstream media has discovered republican voters are dissatisfied with the Republican Party!

Wait a minute.  They attribute this to the presidential campaign?  USA Today reported the following:

The already raucous Republican presidential campaign may be hurting the party’s brand.

Only 32% of respondents said they had a favorable opinion on the Republican Party in a new Pew Research Center poll published Thursday — the lowest number Pew has reported at any point since 1992, though there have been a couple of 33% ratings during that time. The party is viewed unfavorably by 60% of respondents, again the party’s worst score.
The results mark a steep drop for the party since the start of the year. In January, Pew found that 41% of poll respondents had a favorable view of the GOP, while 53% were unfavorable.
Oddly, the biggest drop in GOP favorability is among Republicans.

This has nothing to do with the republican primary.  Conservatives have been fed up for a long time.  Establishment republicans have been playing us for a bunch of suckers for years.  This poll is a reflection of dissatisfaction with the inertia and lies of a party that has embraced big government without having the balls to admit it.

Grecian Fire Sale Could Happen to U.S.

The Grecian good life does have consequences.  Sooner became later and the can ran out of road.  What happens now is the auctioning off of assets and possible artifacts of a peoples’ heritage.  Billionaires and celebrities are champing at the bit to own a slice of a Mediterranean archipelago.  Greece has a lot of islands and they’re up for grabs.

American business magnate, one of the world’s most successful investors, Warren Buffett has reportedly bought the Greek island of Agios Thomas for 15 mln euro, according to the website of the Greek newspaper Proto Thema and became yet another celebrity with his own piece of Greece.

The newspaper says the deal was made in partnership with Italian real estate magnate, millionaire Alessandro Proto.

The two men closed the deal for a reported 15 million euros last Thursday. The businessmen released a joint statement saying that they intended to invest in the island of Agios Thomas, also referred to as St. Thomas, located on the northwestern side of the island of Egina in the Saronic Gulf.

They plan to “build property in an effort to help the wider region develop.”

The island, 300 acres in size, was earlier available for sale over the internet at 15 mln euro.

If confirmed, this is yet another purchase of a Greek island by a foreign celebrity. Earlier this week Hollywood star Johnny Depp purchased an uninhabited Greek island of Stroggilo for 4.2 mln euro.

The United States isn’t immune to a possible fire sale of its assets.  The federal government has a $211 trillion debt.  China could demand forfeiture of federally owned lands.  Take a look at the following map.  We could lose almost the whole west.

China has a monopoly on the rare earths market.  This would be an additional boon for them.  Hell, it might help American citizens get a job, since the EPA and the Bureau of Land Management would no longer wield its regulatory abuses on us.  I can actually envision job seekers welcoming our Chinese overlords.

We may laugh at this now, but future generations could see this happen.

Planned Parenthood's All Too Familiar Dehumanization Tactics

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz concentration camp.  The Nazi era is a case study in how a country lost its humanity.   We should also note it took only a small percentage of the population to hijack Germany and foist its ideological perversions on the populace.  No country is immune to these tactics and the people and organizations that employ them.

Planned Parenthood is an outgrowth of the Eugenics movement.  Their humanity reflects the culling ideologies of the early 20th century.  According to Rasmussen, even today, after reports of ghoulish organ harvesting of the unborn, a healthy 25% of the American population still supports Planned Parenthood.

“The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 25% of Likely U.S. Voters favor the sale of body organs from aborted babies for use in medical research. Fifty-four percent (54%) oppose the sale of fetal body organs. But a sizable 22% are undecided,” the polling firm indicated.

Rasmussen followed up with another question referring to the body parts of aborted babies as tissue. That elicited even more support when it asked: “Do you favor or oppose the use of fetal tissue in medical research?”

“However, when it comes to the use of fetal tissue in medical research, 43% favor it, while 34% are opposed. Twenty-three percent (23%) are not sure,” Rasmussen reported…

…“Fifty-three percent (53%) of voters share a favorable opinion of Planned Parenthood, including 28% with a Very Favorable view. The organization is seen unfavorably by 37%, with 25% who hold a Very Unfavorable opinion of it,” Rasmussen indicated.

When I was in grade school, students were taught the ascendancy of multi-cellular organisms.  Cells –tissues – organs – organ system – organisms; or, in this case babies.  I’ve noticed that proponents of Planned Parenthood emphasize only tissue samples were being sold, when in fact, they are organs.  This is tactical dehumanization in order to make their positions more palatable.  Does that sound familiar?

Last week, I watched a documentary on Auschwitz.  A Nazi clerk described how guards dealt with a screeching Jewish child.  He said, they grabbed “IT” by the ankles and bashed “IT’s” head against the railcar.

That Nazi clerk had to be in his 70’s when interviewed.  After all those years, he described that Jewish child as an “IT” instead of a human being.
