United Nations Warns U.S. on Obamacare Repeal

Did you know that repealing Obamacare is considered a violation of international law?  According to the United Nations High Commission on Human Rights in Geneva, the United States no longer has sovereignty over its domestic affairs.  Here is an excerpt from Fox News:

The Post reported that the confidential, five-page memo cautioned that the repeal of the Affordable Care Act would put the U.S. “at odds with its international obligations.”
The warning was sent to the State Department and reportedly said the U.N. expressed “serious concern” about the prospective loss of health coverage for 30 million people, that in turn could violate “the right to social security of the people in the United States.”

Did Barack Obama surrender our sovereignty to a bunch of U.N. bureaucrats?  I wouldn’t be surprised if he did considering the whole Iran fiasco.

Charlotte Rioters Supported by George Soros and Gay Rights Groups

Once again, law-abiding citizens are compelled to witness protest and riots based upon a lie.  Why pay attention to the evidence when all you need is a narrative.  And what is that pray tell?  Why it’s innocent, young, black men are being hunted down by white police officers.  What a bunch of nonsense.

Contrary to the entire hubbub, it was a black police officer who shot Keith Lamont Scott.  More importantly, Keith Lamont Scott is responsible for his own death.  He was a violent, convicted felon in possession of a firearm which is a direct violation of the law.  Furthermore, had he complied with the officers instruction he would be alive today; instead, we have another undeserving martyr for BLM.  Here is an account of what happened.

So now we have an infestation of protestors swarming uptown Charlotte destroying property and terrorizing the citizenry.  What we are finding out is the majority of these scumbags are not from Charlotte.  A spokesman for the Fraternal Order of Police reported that 70% of those arrested are from out of state.  Legions of riffraff are being bused in.  Who in the hell is paying for all this mayhem?  You guessed it George Soros.  This Nazi collaborator donated $650,000 to Black Lives Matter through his Open Society Foundation.

We are also finding out local agitators are contributing as well.  A group calling themselves Charlotte Uprising is demanding the following:

THE IMMEDIATE END TO THE STATE OF EMERGENCY, CURFEW & THE REMOVAL OF THE NATIONAL GUARD

THE IMMEDIATE DEMILITARIZATION OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE IMMEDIATE RETURN OF ALL MILITARY EQUIPMENT

THE DEFUNDING OF THE POLICE  DEPARTMENT (2017 Budget: $246,644,617) AND THE REDIRECTION OF THOSE RESOURCES TO THE NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITIES (INCLUDING RESOURCES FOR JOBS PROGRAMS, AFFORDABLE QUALITY HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, HOLISTIC HEALTH AND QUALITY SCHOOLS)

AN INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION INTO THE KILLING OF KEITH L. SCOTT AND AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE CHARLOTTE MECKLENBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT BY THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE  AND A FREEZE ON THE NEARLY 1.5 MILLION DOLLARS AWARDED IN FEDERAL GRANTS ANNUALLY TO THE DEPARTMENT

A RELEASE OF THE POLICE REPORT AND BODY CAMERA FOOTAGE CONNECTED WITH THE KILLING OF KEITH L. SCOTT  & ALL OTHER KILLINGS TO THE PUBLIC AND IMMEDIATELY REPEAL OF HB 972, WHICH RESTRICTS THE ABILITY OF THE PUBLIC TO ACCESS POLICE BODY CAMERA FOOTAGE

THE IMMEDIATE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL THOSE ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE UPRISING RESULTING FROM THE KILLING OF KEITH L. SCOTT & THE DROPPING OF ALL CHARGES

THE RELEASE OF ALL THE NAMES OF THE OFFICERS INVOLVED IN THE KILLING OF KEITH L. SCOTT TO THE PUBLIC FOLLOWED BY THEIR FIRING, ARREST AND PROSECUTION

REPARATIONS FOR THE FAMILY OF KEITH L. SCOTT AND ALL VICTIMS  OF POLICE VIOLENCE AS WELL AS THE FAMILIES OF THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN KILLED

COMMUNITY CONTROL OF THE POLICE, STARTING WITH THE CREATION OF A CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT BOARD THAT HAS THE POWER TO HIRE AND FIRE OFFICERS, DETERMINE DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS AS WELL AS DICTATE POLICE POLICIES, PRIORITIES, AND BUDGETS. THE BOARD SHALL NOT INCLUDE POLICE REPRESENTATION AND WILL BE CONTROLLED BY COMMUNITIES MOST IMPACTED BY POLICING AND INCARCERATION IN CHARLOTTE.

AN END TO THE REPRESSION & TARGETING OF PROTESTORS AND ALL THOSE ENGAGED IN THE CHARLOTTE UPRISING

Basically, these people want anarchy and we’re to fund them.  And who are these fools?  Here are the groups that constitute Charlotte Uprising:

This petition was crafted by Charlotte Uprising with support from: Charlotte Trans and Queer People of Color Collective, Ignite NC, Youth Organizing Institute, Southern Vision Alliance, Charlotte SURJ, Queer People of Color Collective GSO, Charlotte Tribe, Charlotte SURJ, Ignite NC, Black Youth Project-Durham Chapter, Beloved Community Center, Durham Solidarity Center, Workers World Party, NC TROUBLMakers, Million Hoodies, Black University, SEAC, SURG Charlotte

I happened across a VW Bug with a rotating cube that displayed BLM and HRC logos.  I wondered aloud as to what in the hell a gay rights organization has to do with this nonsense.  But after considering the whole bathroom narrative, I concluded that farce is just as equal as Keith Lamont Scott's innocence.

Obama Administration Judges Israel on U.N. Human Rights Council

The Obama administration has once again disgraced the United States by becoming a member of the Jew hating United Nations Human Rights Council. The council is dominated by some of the biggest abusers of humanity, and now they are getting ready to pass five resolutions condemning Israel:

-- “The grave violations by Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem”

-- “Right of the Palestinian people to self-determination”

-- “Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and in the occupied Syrian Golan”

-- Follow-up to the report of the U.N. fact-finding mission on the Gaza conflict (the Goldstone report)

-- Follow up to committee of experts’ report on the “flotilla incident”

Considering the company Obama kept before he became president is it any wonder that he couldn’t wait to join this dog pile council. Exactly how many Jew haters did “The One” befriend in Chicago?

I remember the short story and movie, “The Devil and Daniel Webster” where a jury of the country’s most heinous villains sat in judgment of a man who had broken a contract with Satan.  This reminds me of the HRC:

Old Scratch is always looking for a sucker and this administration signed on the dotted line, throwing away the power and prestige of the United States. Benedict Arnold (a juror) would have been proud.

There is one saving grace. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla) has once again introduced a bill that would withhold funding to U.N. agencies until they have demonstrated real reform. CNS reports the following:

The U.S. provides 22 percent of the U.N.’s regular operating budget. The administration’s 2011 budget request for contributions to the regular budget was $516.3 million, part of an overall $1.18 billion for the U.N. and affiliated agencies (the World Health Organization, International Atomic Energy Agency etc.)

Ros-Lehtinen’s U.N. Transparency, Accountability, and Reform Act, introduced in 2007 and again in 2009, sought to make U.S. funding for the U.N. conditional on the implementation of reforms throughout the U.N. system.

Its provisions included placing restrictions on U.S. participation in the HRC and withhold funding to the U.N. proportionate to the amount allocated to the council.

Her 2009 initiative received the support of 106 co-sponsors, all Republicans.

We can expect Obama to veto this bill if it makes it to his desk. He seems to be quite at ease rubbing elbows with the world’s oppressors.

United States Gets Spanked at U.N. Human Rights Council

The United States took a “shellacking” the other day at the U.N. Human Rights Council in Geneva. Rogue regimes lined up for over a day to have a whack at the United States. You would have thought they were buying tickets to a rock concert. Three top officials from the U.S. State Department were the main attraction. And I guarantee you that they weren’t about to have panties thrown at them.

Michael Posner and his fellow self-loathing Americans took their medicine and asked for more with every degrading suggestion. Comments such as “thanks to very many of the delegations for thoughtful comments and suggestions”, and “It’s an honor to be in this chamber”, made the United States look weak.

Here are some of the suggestions by the top human rights violators in the world, as reported by Fox News:

Recommendations to improve the U.S. human rights record included Cuba’s advice to end “violations against migrants and mentally ill persons” and “ensure the right to food and health.”

Iran – currently poised to stone an Iranian woman for adultery – told the U.S. “effectively to combat violence against women.”

North Korea – which systematically starves a captive population – told the U.S. “to address inequalities in housing, employment and education” and “prohibit brutality…by law enforcement officials.”

Libya complained about U.S. “racism, racial discrimination and intolerance.”

In response to the many Guantanamo-related criticisms, the State Department’s top legal adviser, Harold Koh, blamed the failure to close the facility on others: “President Obama cannot close Guantanamo alone. That also involves our allies, the courts, and our Congress.”

Elections have consequences. This is what happens when you elect a man whose father was a non-citizen and a mother who despised her country. We get a president who is doing his best to diminish our standing in the world. After all he doesn’t believe in American exceptionalism.

Post-American President Submits Human Rights Report to U.N.

The United States first post-American president has submitted a 29 page report to the United Nations Human Rights Council. It is the first time any administration has submitted a report to this den of thieves, murderers, and oppressors. As reported by the Assoicated Press:

"Although we have made great strides, work remains to meet our goal of ensuring equality before the law for all," it said.

The report noted that although the U.S. now has an African-American president and that women and Hispanics have won greater social and economic success, large segments of American society suffer from unfair policies and practices

Yeah, like the average American who is suffering under the constant attacks by an ever grasping government; a government who looks upon the Constitution as a roll of toilet paper. The only groups of “interest” who are ensured equality before the law is Obama’s union thugs and transnationalist like George Soros.

Barack Obama just couldn’t wait to join this group of American hating council of dirt bags. The self-loathing president was looking for a forum to continue his world apology tour and flagellation of American values and principles.

The 29-page report was submitted to the Human Rights Council on Friday but was not published until Monday. Members of the council, which the United States joined only, last year, are required to submit reviews of their rights records. The report was the first "Universal Periodic Review" produced by the U.S.

In one of his first moves to reach out to the international community, President Barack Obama decided that the U.S. should run for a seat on the council. The Bush administration had shunned the panel for years over its alleged disproportionate criticism of Israel and membership that includes repressive regimes

I like the rest of the county can’t wait for Obama’s post presidency after 2012.
