Raleigh Imposes Segregation in City Parks
Raleigh’s City Council just imposed a law to segregate smokers in parks. The social misfits are allowed to smoke in the parking lot, and nowhere else. If caught they will receive a $50.00 fine. The ordinance begins July 1, just in time to celebrate Independence Day.
Is that freedom I smell, or someone’s cigarette?
