Wisconsin Doctors Issue Fraudulent Sick Notes to Teachers

The above video shows a protester whose vocabulary encompasses a couple of words. I hope he doesn't teach English. And below is a doctor handing out sick notes to the pillars of the community, so they won't get disciplined for an unauthorized leave of absence.

I wonder what their union contract says about committing fraud.
