The U.S. Senate failed to defund the ghouls at
Planned Parenthood. Votes fell along
party lines except for one Illinois republican.
What is up with Illinois? What
does this say about our country? What is
their excuse? Here is an excerpt from
the Washington Examiner:
But Democrats aired concerns that withholding federal funding from
Planned Parenthood clinics, which accounts for 41 percent of the group's
revenue, would result in a huge patient influx into already overburdened
community health centers. The centers, which serve many low-income Americans
who are uninsured or on Medicaid, are already seeing their patient loads grow
with the Affordable Care Act's coverage expansions.
"There aren't enough community health
centers," said Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid. "To increase their
ability to meet the current demand and to throw in a few more women who would
be knocked out of Planned Parenthood — it would be millions of women — is
wrong."
Government sanctioned experimenting, killing, and
harvesting organs of unborn babies is wrong and reprehensible. The people who voted for Planned Parenthood have
demonstrated they’re morally depraved and should have no authority over us as a
people.
