When the grownups gather, the children invariably have to interrupt the party. We’ve all witnessed the scenario:
“Mommy watch me!”
“Daddy see this!”
The little ones always want attention from the adults. And the Occupiers are no different than little kids. Every time conservatives gather, the brats demonstrate and try to infiltrate our conferences. CPAC is having their annual gathering and the punks are devising ways to disrupt it. The Heritage Foundation reports:
During a Thursday meeting at McPherson Square, until Saturday the epicenter of the protests, Occupiers brainstormed tactics for shutting down or disrupting the conference, according to a source who was present at the meeting.
The protesters suggested pulling fire alarms in the hotel where the conference will take place, screaming “fire” during conference activities, “glitter-bombing” participants, cutting electrical power, and barricading entrances to the hotel, according to the source, who requested anonymity.
“Speakers will be physically assaulted, not just verbally confronted,” the source told Scribe in an email. Two Occupiers, who the source also identified as members of the New Black Panther Party, “said they would be disappointed if they didn’t get arrested and planned to ‘make it count.’”
The source quoted another protester as saying, “Mitt [Romney] has Secret Service now, but [Newt] Gingrich and [Andrew] Breitbart don’t,” seemingly suggesting that the latter two would not be as heavily guarded
.
Protesters planned to conduct most of these activities on Saturday, the last day of the conference, so as not to overlap with the recently announced protests by labor groups on Thursday and Friday.
In North Carolina, the Civitas Institute is sponsoring a conservative leadership conference, and of course the Democrats are encouraging the children to infiltrate and disrupt that meeting. Here is a clarion call from NC Blue:
This is a call for progressives everywhere to Occupy Americans for Prosperity and their so-called Conservative "Leadership" Conference on March 2nd and 3rd. It's an early skirmish in the battle for the heart and soul of North Carolina - a time to show our strength.
Via email from AFP:
We strongly encourage you to attend the Civitas Institute’s 2012 Conservative Leadership Conference: Battleground North Carolina on March 2-3 at the Marriott Crabtree Valley in Raleigh. Get educated, activated and motivated at Civitas' Battleground North Carolina conference and be prepared to defeat the liberal policy agenda in 2012!
Speakers include: Charles Krauthammer, columnist and political commentator; Arthur Brooks, President of the American Enterprise Institute; Jason Lewis, nationally syndicated radio host; and Brian Kemp, Georgia Secretary of State
Are you in?
Will you commit to joining this action?
Will you put the resources of your organization behind this effort?
How many people can you deliver to the Marriott on March 2nd and 3rd?
What should be our goal? A hundred progressive people? A thousand?
AFP represents the black heart of the Tea Party extremists in North Carolina, and they are bringing in a bunch of pundits who want America to revert to the middle ages, where poor people are nothing but interchangeable stones in the castle walls around rich people, and planning for shared future is nothing but conspiracy theory.
Liberals can’t defeat conservatives in the arena of ideas, so they have to poop on their meetings. How childish can these people be?
