Obama's Legacy is a Future American Dictator

Presidents spend their waning years in office formulating a legacy.  Future historians will no doubt look upon Barack Obama’s tenure as a transformative one.  If they’re honest, and this country isn’t under a dictatorship, they’ll write no president had such a callous disregard for the citizens of this country as our American Nero.  No president has cultivated and profited by dividing subset groups as our American King Phillip II.  No president has shown this much contempt for the English language, the Christian religion, our institutions, and Constitution as our American Hugo Chavez. 

None of Barack Obama’s accomplishments could have happened without the mainstream medias fawning adulation.  This president’s extra-constitutional, executive edicts and agreements wouldn’t have been possible had he been a white republican.  The press would’ve vilified him as a dictator and ultimately demanded his impeachment.  Instead, they marvel at the Anointed One’s audacity and brilliance.  They are accessories to his crimes.

The Iranian nuclear deal is a case in point on the extra-constitutional measures the Obama administration will resort in order to advance an agenda.  The Associated Press outlined the contempt this president has for Congress and ultimately the America people.

Congress has 60 days to review the Iran deal. While lawmakers can't block the agreement itself, they can try to pass new sanctions on Iran or block the president from waiving existing penalties.

Some Republicans say the White House is trying to pre-empt congressional actions by seeking an endorsement of the nuclear deal at the United Nations Security Council next week. Tennessee Sen. Bob Corker, the chairman of the Senate foreign relations committee, wrote Obama a letter urging him to postpone the U.N. vote until after Congress considers the agreement.

The White House says the U.N. vote has no bearing on the status of unilateral American sanctions on Iran.

But Michael Hayden, who served as CIA director under former President George W. Bush, says the White House's push for quick U.N. action seems to have a longer-term goal than circumventing this Congress. Seeking the United Nations' stamp of approval for the deal, Hayden said, appears to be "for the express purpose of locking in the next president of the United States."

Barack Obama has set a dangerous precedent with his executive orders and agreements.  He has laid the groundwork for an American dictatorship.  We all know it won’t be a conservative that grabs the reins of power.  The press will see to that.

Washington Post: What if Red States Rebel Against King Obama

Progressives are quaking in their boots.  They are fretting over the possibility that red states will openly defy President Barack Obama’s executive orders.  Here is an excerpt from a Washington Post libtard who is obviously in high anxiety over such a scenario:

It’s a scary thought, but here it is: If some red states were to openly defy the authority of President Obama in the exercise of his constitutional duties, would today’s Republican Congress side with him? Or would they honor the insurrection?

I wish it could be said with confidence that the legislative branch would oppose a rebellion against the executive branch of government. But I’m not so sure.

 Last month, the Republican-led Arizona House of Representatives passed, on a 36-to-24 party-line vote, a bill sponsored by tea party Rep. Bob Thorpe (R-Flagstaff) that “prohibits this state or any of its political subdivisions from using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with an executive order issued by the President of the U.S. that has not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution.”

If adopted by the Arizona Senate and signed into law, executive orders issued by the president would have no force or effect in that state. What’s more, the Arizona House has passed a number of other bills aimed at nullifying policies, rules and regulations of the Obama administration that have not been approved by Congress.

  

I didn’t know the Constitution allowed for dictators.  I thought we had a federalist system.  Or, is it possible, that today’s journalist have been brainwashed into thinking a president of the United States (only liberal ones of course) can do as they damn please and the American people have to sit back and take it.

I’m sure if a republican president acted like Obama, this journalist would demand an insurrection and that Congress lead the charge.

Krauthammer: A Republican Would be Impeached Had He Done What Obama Did

Obama's Executive Orders a Means to Squash America's Rebellion

In an interview with Greta Van Susteren, Nancy Pelosi likened Barack Obama’s executive orders to Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation. She believes the president should disregard Congress.  She and her ilk would resort to a totalitarian form of government as long as it advances their agenda.

Should someone remind Princess Pelosi that the Emancipation Proclamation only pertained to those states that seceded from the union?  President Lincoln looked upon Southern slaves as war contraband, that’s why there wasn’t a general emancipation. 

Do Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and the Democratic Party believe the American people are in rebellion?  Are they at war with our republican form of government?  One can easily come to that conclusion when they use this kind of an analogy.

N.C. Governor Issues Executive Order Pandering to Latino Community

EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 14 GOVERNOR’S ADVISORY COUNCIL ON HISPANIC

Executive Order

June 10, 2013

WHEREAS, the Hispanic/Latino community plays an important role in the economy, diversity, and progress of North Carolina; and

WHEREAS, the number of Hispanic/Latino residents of this State continues to grow; and 

WHEREAS, it is important the State remain responsive to the needs of its constituents; and;

WHEREAS, the State should promote and encourage cooperation and communication with the Hispanic/Latino community in order to ensure that Hispanic/Latino North Carolinians have access to important State services and programs; and

WHEREAS, engagement and cooperation is in the best interest of the State and will help in developing solutions to ensure the State meets the needs of all North Carolinians. 

NOW THEREFORE, by the power by the power vested in me as Governor by the Constitution and laws of the State of North Carolina, IT IS ORDERED:

Section 1.  Established   

The Governor’s Advisory Council on Hispanic/Latino Affairs (hereinafter the “Advisory Council”) is hereby reestablished.  

Section 2.  Membership

The Advisory Council shall consist of fifteen (15) voting members. All members shall be appointed by the Governor for a term of two (2) years and serve at the pleasure of the Governor. A vacancy occurring during a term of appointment shall be filled by the Governor for the balance of the unexpired term. The Governor shall appoint a Chair and Vice-Chair from among the membership of the Advisory Council.

In addition to the fifteen (15) voting members, the following representatives, selected by the applicable department or agency head, shall serve as ex-officio, non-voting members:

1.     One representative from the NC Department of Commerce selected by the Secretary;

2.     One representative from the Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses selected by the Secretary of the Department of Administration;

3.     One representative from the NC Department of Health and Human Services selected by the Secretary;

4.     One representative from the NC Department of Public Safety selected by the Secretary;

5.     One representative from the NC Department of Transportation selected by the Secretary;

6.     One representative from the NC Department of Revenue selected by the Secretary;

7.     One representative from the Employment Security Commission selected by the Assistant Secretary;

8.     One representative from the Office of the Governor selected by the Governor.

Additionally, the Advisory Council shall invite the following representatives, selected by the elected Council of State members, to serve as ex-officio, non-voting members:

1.     One representative from the NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services selected by the Commissioner;

2.     One representative from the NC Department of Labor selected by the Commissioner;

3.     One representative from the NC Department of Public Instruction selected by the Superintendent; and

4.     One representative from the NC Department of Justice selected by the Attorney General.

Section 3.  Meetings

The Advisory Council shall meet quarterly or upon the call of the Governor or the Chair. The Chair shall set the agenda for the Advisory Council’s meetings. The Advisory Council may establish such committees or other working groups as are necessary to assist in performing its duties.

Section 4.  Duties

The Governor’s Advisory Council on Hispanic/Latino Affairs shall advise the Governor on issues related to the Hispanic/Latino community in North Carolina and support State efforts to promote cooperation and understanding between the Hispanic/Latino community, the general public, the State, federal, and local governments.

The Advisory Council shall provide a forum for the discussion of issues concerning the Hispanic/Latino community in North Carolina and support efforts towards the improvement of race and ethnic relations.

The Advisory Council shall perform other duties as directed by the Governor. 

Section 5.  Administration

The Office of the Governor shall provide all administrative and staff support services required by the Advisory Council. Members shall serve without compensation, but may receive necessary travel and subsistence expenses in accordance with State law and the policies and regulations of the Office of State Budget and Management.  

Section 6.  Effect and Duration

This Executive Order is effective immediately. It supersedes and replaces all other executive orders on this subject and specifically rescinds Executive Order No. 22, dated September 4, 2010 and Executive Order No. 128, dated September 7, 2007. This Executive Order shall remain in effect until June 1, 2017, pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 147-16.2(b), or until earlier rescinded

Gang of 8 Senators: Same Old, Illegal Alien Song and Dance

The gang of 8 senators has hinted that they’ve come up with a plan for immigration reform.  I’m here to tell you this is the same old, song and dance that Americans witness every 20 – 30 years.  The 1986 Simpson-Mazzoli Act should’ve been the last straw.  But, here we are again.  They must take us for fools.  And they do.  When the Senate drafts its final bill, compare it to Simpson – Mazzoli.  I bet it will be the same.

Now, let’s cut through the crap.  If we’re going to stop illegal immigration, some fundamental changes have to take place.  The following must be implemented to stop this third-world invasion:

 Repeal the 14^th Amendment.  This amendment is the root cause of our illegal immigration problem.  The federal judiciary has usurped States rights by judicial fiat.  Judges have deemed that illegal aliens have a constitutional right to our public schools and taxpayer largess.  Plyler v. Doe is the case that trampled over U.S. citizenship.

Repeal the 17^th Amendment.  This amendment has fundamentally changed our federalist system.  States no longer have representation in Congress.  Senators like John McCain and Lindsey Graham consistently undermine their States by advocating for laws at the federal level that are contrary to the will of their fellow citizens.  Repealing the 17^th Amendment would allow state legislatures a mechanism to recall rogue senators.

Do away with the ITIN.  Illegal aliens use this tax ID system to gain employment.  It is a form of legitimization.

Finally, only Congress has the right to set rules for naturalization; not the president.  States should have the ability to disregard unlawful executive orders by an imperialist president.

Let’s face the facts.  The federal government is the problem.  They will never be the solution.  Illegal immigration is their creature, and the only way to stop it is at the local level.  That means States must have the ability to deny education, housing, licenses, and all forms of public assistance to illegal aliens.  Take away the teat and they will leave.
