Planned Parenthood is a Federally Protected OutLaw Organization

The arrogance of Planned Parenthood is something to behold. In fiscal year ending June 30, 2008, they received $349.8 million in taxpayer monies. Individual states have tried to deny this organization their citizens’ largess, but federal judges have ruled that this entity has special considerations over all others. And since the courts have conferred special status unto this abortion provider, they feel free to break all sorts of laws. Just recently, Planned Parenthood was busted for promoting gendercide:




Planned Parenthood is a 501 (c) (3) organization. That tax exempt status limits their political activities. Here is an excerpt from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops website defining what political activities are allowed under a 501 (c) (3):

What does section 501(c)(3) of the IRC say about political campaign activity?Section 501(c)(3) of the IRC prohibits organizations that are exempt from federal income tax under its provisions, including Catholic organizations exempt under the USCCB Group Ruling, from participating or intervening in political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. IRS interprets this prohibition as absolute.


What is the difference between lobbying and political campaign intervention?In the most basic terms, lobbying focuses on legislation, whereas political campaign intervention focuses on candidates and campaigns for election. Lobbying includes both direct lobbying and grassroots lobbying. Direct lobbying means contacting members of a legislative body, whether federal, state, or local, for the purpose of proposing, supporting, or opposing legislation or advocating the adoption or rejection of legislation. Grassroots lobbying means urging members of the public to do the same. Section 501(c)(3) limits the amount of lobbying a Catholic organization can do; it does not prohibit lobbying outright. The lobbying limitation applies both to lobbying that is germane to an organization's tax-exempt purpose and to lobbying that is not. [See: Treas. Reg. § 1.501(c)(3)-1(c)(3)(ii); Rev. What kinds of activities are prohibited generally under section 501(c)(3)?Under the rubric participation in or intervention in any political campaign on behalf of or opposition to any candidate for public office, section 501(c)(3) prohibits a range of activities, generally including: statements, in any medium, of support or opposition for any candidate, political party or political action committee (“PAC”); providing or soliciting financial support to or for any candidate, political party or PAC; providing or soliciting in-kind support to or for any candidate, political party or PAC; distribution of voter education materials biased with respect to any candidate, political party or PAC; conduct of public forums, debates or lectures biased with respect to any candidate, political party or PAC; and conduct of voter registration or get-out-the-vote drives biased with respect to any candidate, political party or PAC.



With that in mind, Planned Parenthood has earmarked over $1 million for anti-Romney campaign ads:

(CBS News) The political arm of Planned Parenthood on Wednesday announced a new $1.4 million ad campaign against Mitt Romney, the most ambitious foray into presidential politics for the women's health care organization.

Rolled out simultaneously with Planned Parenthood Action Fund's endorsement of President Obama's re-election bid, the new ad campaign hits the presumptive Republican nominee for his views on women's health issues, calling them "out of touch" and "harmful."

You’d think that Planned Parenthood would lose its tax exempt status after that, but I’m sure they would find another federal judge to confer more special rights and privileges unto this rogue organization.

When You Get Caught Building a Mosque in New York City

The purveyors of the religion of peace have been caught trying to screw the taxpayers. They have filed applications for federal funding to build their victory mosque near the site of one of this country’s worst attack since Pearl Harbor:

An application to secure funding from federal 9/11 aid to build a controversial Islamic center two blocks from Ground Zero is drawing fire from critics who decry the move as insensitive.

"In November 2010, Park51 submitted several grant requests to the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, a New York state agency. The agency was established to help redevelop Lower Manhattan's economy after the 9/11 attacks," the proposed center, Park51, reports on its website.

This is an affront to every God fearing American. And I’m not talking about the one from the “moon” persuasion. Rep. Peter King is on the front lines putting a stop to this Islamic shadow dance:

"It is entirely wrong for any taxpayer money to be used to fund the ground zero mosque," Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., told FoxNews.com. "This is particularly true when it is being done in such a secretive way. This just further offends the memory of all those who were murdered on Sept. 11th."

Irshad Manji, author of "The Trouble with Islam" agreed.

"If Imam Feisal and his retinue want to know why they're not trusted, here's yet another reason," Manji told the Daily Beast. "The New Yorkers I speak with have questions about Park51. Requesting money from public coffers without engaging the public shows a staggering lack of empathy -- especially from a man who says he's all about dialogue."

Still the application is within the grant's guidelines -- which allow religious institutions to apply for grants "as long as the request is for a facility or portion of a facility that is dedicated to non-religious activities or uses" -- because it does not include the center's prayer room among areas that would benefit from the funds, the Daily Beast reported.


Secrecy and lies are the ingredients of Islamic supremacy. Vigilance is the anti-septic to this toxic ideology.

General Electric Whores Its Way to Fortune 500 Top 10

Fortune 500 Magazine listed its annual top rankings for American businesses.  General Electric came in at #6.  If you take a look at the top 10, you will see that 4 of those companies have something in common.

General Electric, probably one of the most shameless whores in the modern era, has made an art out of scamming the American taxpayer out of their hard earned money; when the federal government implemented TARP, G.E. was right there cashing in:

General Electric said Wednesday that the federal government had agreed to insure as much as $139 billion in debt for its lending subsidiary, GE Capital. This is the second time in a month that G.E. has turned to a federal program aimed at helping companies during the global credit crisis.

GE Capital is not a bank, but granting it access to a new program from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation may reassure investors and help the lender compete with banks that already have government-protected debt, a G.E. spokesman, Russell Wilkerson, told Bloomberg News

And when the Stimulus Program was announced, they were right there slobbering all over themselves:

GE was the primary recipient of 14 stimulus grants, a spokeswoman for Recovery.gov confirmed to CNSNews.com. These 14 grants provided GE with $24.9 million in tax dollars. On four additional stimulus grants, the primary recipient of the federal money hired GE as a contractor. Recovery.gov is the administration’s website that tracks stimulus expenditures.

And it was just recently revealed that with their army of tax accountants and lawyers, they didn’t pay a dime in taxes:

General Electric paid no tax at all in America last year and even managed to get a $3.2billion ‘rebate’ from the government.

The utilities giant allocated just 7.4 per cent of its $5.1billion U.S. profits in tax - around a third of what others companies its size are paying.

But through a complex series of measures GE, which is America's largest company, will not even have to hand that over.

It makes you want to go out and buy a General Electric product doesn’t it.

Obama's Stash has Dried Up

Barack Obama, the world’s messiah, wants to cut heating aid to the poor. Remember the woman who said she didn’t have to worry about paying for her gas , or mortgage because the anointed one was going to take care of her? I would like to ask her how that hope and change is working out. It looks like the free ride is over:

WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama wants to cut $2.5 billion from a $5 billion home heating aid program for the poor, two people familiar with his 2012 budget proposal said Wednesday, halving the popular fund as he looks for places to rein in federal spending.

The proposal would cut the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program to its 2008 level of about $2.5 billion

Senator John Kerry, a man who has made a living leeching off of others (taxpayers, and rich widows), is apoplectic about the cuts to this fund:

Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., urged Obama not to cut the funding. He said more than 3 million families would lose assistance.

"I've always supported serious efforts to restore fiscal sanity, but in the middle of a brutal, even historic, New England winter, home heating assistance is more critical than ever to the health and welfare of millions of Americans, especially senior citizens," Kerry said.

Senator Kerry, why don’t you and your rich, liberal buddies organize a fund to help these poor people pay their bills? I guess that would be too much to ask a multi-billionaire. Maybe you can contact your comrade in Venezuela to help. He was always more than willing to throw his expropriated petro dollars to Northeasterners. Or contact Al Gore and he will tell them this historical winter is just a figment of their imagination. The world is really warming up.

You have to love the socialist and their fairy dust dreams; dreams that are as real as Obama’s stash.

Senator Lautenberg Wants to Abort Your Wallet

Senator Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ) is whining about House Republicans “No Taxpayer Funding for Abortions Act”, which would prohibit federal funding of abortions:


“I’m experienced. I’m the proud father of three daughters, two more that my wife brought to our marriage, six granddaughters. My wife brought two more to the marriage. So we got a full house of healthy and well-being young women. I don’t want politicians making decisions for them when it comes to their health and well being,” said Lautenberg on Capitol Hill.


Lautenberg continued, “I call on my colleagues in the House. Do as you wish with your family. Tell your daughters, tell your wife, you do that. That’s the wonderful part about America. It’s choice. It’s choice and there should be no force used here but don’t interfere with my family’s well being.”

“I won’t attempt to voice my views on your family and let my family alone," he said. "Don’t go near my daughters. If they want to make a choice, that’s up to them and it’s with the advice of a doctor and loving parents and a loving family. So we’ve got to strike down this outrageous assault on women's rights."

What an asshole! This guy just imposed Obamacare on the whole nation, in effect making health care decisions for every American, and I might add without our consent. Where is our choice? If his daughters want an abortion they can do so. It just won’t be at taxpayer expense.

Hey Senator Lautenberg, tell your freeloading family to pay for their own damn abortions.

I tell you what Senator Freeloader, why don’t you take all that ill-gotten money you made in the senate and pay for an abortion clinic yourself; then put your name on it. I’m sure that is an alien concept to someone who uses other people’s money to aggrandize himself on useless public buildings.

“If they had their way, the reproductive rights of American women would be tossed away and it sounds to me like a Third World country that’s requiring women to wear head shawls to cover their faces even if they don’t want to do it," said Lautenberg. "This is America. It’s not one of the third world countries that we see these tragic decisions hoisted upon the women."

The nerve of this guy! He and his fellow socialist bankrupt this country and then accuses Republicans of turning this great nation into a third world hell hole. Wow! What an asshole.
