LGBT Against Islamophobia

Sometimes you just have to shake your head and sigh.

Omar Mateen's Employer Hired by DHS to Traffic Illegal Aliens

The Islamic murderer who went on a killing spree at a gay night club in Orlando, Florida was hired by a company contracted as a coyote for the federal government.  That’s right!  Omar Mateen is an employee of G4S, a security company paid by Homeland Security to traffic illegal aliens throughout the United States.  Here is an excerpt from Judicial Watch.

A security company contracted by the U.S. government is driving the OTMs from the Border Patrol’s Tucson Sector where they were in custody to Phoenix, sources said. The firm is called G4S and claims to be the world’s leading security solutions group with operations in more than 100 countries and 610,000 employees. G4S has more than 50,000 employees in the U.S. and its domestic headquarters is in Jupiter, Florida. Judicial Watch is filing a number of public records requests to get more information involving the arrangement between G4S and the government, specifically the transport of illegal immigrants from the Mexican border to other parts of the country. The photo accompanying this story shows the uniformed G4S guard that transported the OTMs this week from Tucson to Phoenix.

Outraged Border Patrol agents and supervisors on the front lines say illegal immigrants are being released in droves because there’s no room to keep them in detention. “They’re telling us to put them on a bus and let them go,” said one law enforcement official in Arizona. “Just move those bodies across the country.” Officially, DHS denies this is occurring and in fact earlier this year U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner R. Gil Kerlikowske blasted Border Patrol union officials for denouncing this dangerous catch-and-release policy. Kerlikowske’s scolding came in response to the congressional testimony of Bandon Judd, chief of the National Border Patrol Council, the labor union that represents line agents. Judd told lawmakers on the House Judiciary Committee that illegal immigrants without serious criminal convictions can be released immediately and disappear into the shadows. Kerlikowske shot back, telling a separate congressional committee: “I would not stand by if the Border Patrol was — releasing people without going through all of the formalities.”

Nothing to see here!  Please disperse.  Nothing to see here.  Please disperse.

Muslim Terrorist Exacts Sharia at Gay Night Club in Orlando

It appears we have another Islamic massacre.   This time the slaughter happened at a gay night club in Orlando, Florida.  The murderer is an American citizen born to Afghan parents.  Of course, the murderer’s parents deny this has anything to do with the “religion of peace,” but we know better and we can expect a lot more killings of this nature since Barack Obama is importing as many of them as possible.

American’s are paying a high price for this mass immigration of a people whose culture and values are hostile to Western civilization.  The cost for relocating Syrian refugees to the United States starts off at $20,000 per person.  That doesn’t include welfare benefits.

Statistics on federal support for refugees, according to the Office of Refugee Resettlement

Pete Hegseth pointed out that a large number of refugees receive further federal support, including food stamps, Medicaid and housing assistance, which could also incentivize refugees to flee to the U.S. as opposed to other destinations.

"I think these numbers will surprise a lot of Americans," Hegseth said. "A lot think, 'Hey, the benefit is being able to come to the land of opportunity, like America.' But most people don't realize there's a lot of money that comes along with it."

Taylor noted that average Americans and legal immigrants don't get the same "federal safety net" as these asylum seekers.

Oregon Bureaucrats Collude with Gay Rights Group in Hunting Christians

Democrats engage in an astonishing amount of corruption.  The EPA grants money to environmental groups.  These activists then sue and settle with the EPA and behold, this federal agency has just expanded its power.  Unbelievable!

Progressives at the state level have taken notice.  Government bureaucrats are colluding with special interest groups in quid pro quo agreements.  Administrators and their employees will advance an agenda for an advocacy group, a liberal one, of course, while the latter provides political and financial support.

An Oregon baker has fallen prey to the machinations of corrupt public officials and their progressive thugs.  A lesbian couple went on a hunt for a Christian bakery hoping a business owner would refuse to participate in their gay wedding.  They found one and ran him out of business.  But that’s not the complete story.  A commissioner in the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries colluded with these lesbians in exchange for campaign donations and political support.

The Daily Signal reported on this whole sordid affair.  Here is an excerpt:

Communications between Bureau of Labor and Industries Commissioner Brad Avakian and Basic Rights Oregon, which has actively spoken out against the Kleins, raise questions about whether the commissioner and other agency employees were using the case to benefit a political agenda, and in the process, stripping the Kleins of their right to a fair trial.
According to emails, Avakian met with Basic Rights Oregon on multiple occasions.
One of those meetings was planned for May 1, 2014, shortly before a federal court struck down Oregon’s Defense of Marriage Act.

Another meeting between the commissioner and Basic Rights Oregon occurred on or around August 5, 2014. This fell between the time a judge denied the Kleins’ first attempt to disqualify the commissioner for bias and shortly before a hearing for the case was scheduled to begin
On or around Oct. 7, 2014, Avakian accepted a phone call from Jeana Frazzini, co-director of Basic Rights Oregon, according to another email.
On Dec. 2, 2014, a Basic Rights Oregon employee wrote of Avakian, “His voice is really important as a coalition partner, and a leader in Oregon politics.”
Emails also show Avakian purchasing tickets costing hundreds of dollars to attend Basic Rights Oregon’s annual fundraising galas and gay pride parades, while his agency’s case against the Kleins was underway.
In 2012, Basic Rights Oregon donated almost $8,000 to Avakian’s bid for commissioner

It gets even better!  The judge adjudicating this case was appointed by that agency’s commissioner:  Brad Avakian.  Surprise – surprise, that bureau’s judge refused the defendants request for an investigation into questionable ethics violations.

Oh, we can’t leave out the media!  This same government agency, along with its gay advocacy group, was communicating with the local newspaper editor.  They are all in cahoots!

Aren’t you happy that you don’t live in Oregon?

No "Public Accommodation" for Christian Business Owners

It’s become quite clear that if you’re a Christian and own a business, there is no public accommodation for you.  Freedom of religion, conscience and association no longer pertain to those who wish to practice their faith in the public square.  An Oregon business owner found out what it is like to be a Christian in  modern day America:

(CNSNews.com) – An administrative law judge in Oregon has ruled against Melissa Klein’s effort to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a lesbian couple after Klein declined to make their wedding cake because of her biblical belief that marriage is the sacred union of one man and one woman. A hearing in March will now determine what fines will be levied against Klein for “damages” suffered by the lesbians.

Attorneys for Klein, owner with her husband Aaron Klein of Sweet Cakes by Melissa in Gresham, Ore., had sought to have the case dismissed and to be awarded $200,000 in legal costs and damages.

But Judge Alan McCullough refused and instead issued an interim order ahead of the March hearing that says the Kleins had “unlawfully discriminated against the same-sex couple by denying them full and equal access to a place of public accommodation,” under the Oregon Equality Act, according to The Oregonian.

This judge is a progressive.  How do I know that?  Because he bastardized the law:

But Anna Harmon, one of three attorneys representing the Kleins, said in an email to The Oregonian that the judge’s ruling wrongly interpreted the state law, which she said protects “the right not to design and create a work of art celebrating an event which violates the tenets of [the Klein’s] religion.”

“This is a wrong and dangerous result for religious liberty and rights of conscience in Oregon,” Harmon said.

Progressives don’t care about that.  They want to force Christians out of business.  Soon the LGBT community will harass Christian bookstores into peddling gay porn and strap-on dildos in the name of “public accommodation.”

Charlotte Observer Bemoans Passage of Traditional Marriage Amendment

Yesterday, the citizens of North Carolina joined thirty other states in amending its constitution, reaffirming traditional marriage. For those who are traditionally impaired, marriage means a union between one man and one woman.

Of course, the so-called Progressives are up in arms over this definitive alteration to our Constitution. They believe this act was unnecessary. We already have a law that prohibits same sex marriage. So what is the big deal?

Well leave it to the libtards at the Charlotte Observer to outline all sorts of preposterous scenarios. Here is one of them:

And judges might refuse to issue domestic violence protection orders in cases involving unmarried couples and throw out orders already issued. Under this amendment, North Carolina doesn’t appear to recognize them as having legally-defined personal relationships.

So the editors at the Charlotte Observer would have us believe that Amendment One prohibits restraining orders on non-married persons? Get real morons! Here is another gem from the Disturber:

Duke University professor Mike Munger told the Observer editorial board Tuesday that domestic partner benefits “clearly are in jeopardy.” Unmarried couples who get domestic partner insurance benefits from local governments could lose them. “It’s not clear it’s legal” under the amendment for the governments to offer them, Munger said. Chapel Hill, Durham, Greensboro, and Mecklenburg and Orange counties now provide health care benefits to domestic partners and their children.

Again this is quite simple, get married if you want benefits. Why should the taxpayers subsidize a public employee’s hedonistic lifestyle? And do they seriously believe children of an employee are going to be denied health care benefits? That is an absolutely fatuous statement.

Here is another example of perverse Progressive logic.

Proponents like Rep. Paul Stam, who has been the top legislative cheerleader for the amendment, have said the amendment isn’t likely to have those impacts. But in truth, they don’t know. That’s why many legal scholars expect the courts will adjudicate the matter. Some say the amendment itself is unconstitutional and is just inviting a federal lawsuit challenging its validity.

We hope there is a challenge to this misguided amendment. It was unnecessary. N.C. law has banned same-sex marriages since 1996. This change unwisely writes discrimination into the state constitution.

So if the constitutional amendment is prejudicial and discriminatory, wouldn’t logic render the preceding law the same? According to the Disturber, in their twisted way, the law against same sex marriage is a violation of gay and lesbians civil rights, and should have been challenged in a federal court. But somehow that conclusion didn’t make it into their commentary.

The interlopers at the Charlotte Observer are having a hard time with the poll results. Here is their partying shot at people who value traditional American values:

The state is on the wrong side of history on this matter. Most Americans are increasingly rejecting this type of prejudice against gays and lesbians. A new Gallup poll showed 50 percent of Americans believe same sex marriages should be recognized as legal, while 48 percent say such marriages should not be legal.

Unfortunately, for the commie/hedonist at the Charlotte Observer – 61% of North Carolinians overwhelmingly voted for Amendment One. And every state that has proposed a constitutional amendment upholding traditional marriage has passed it.

Maybe, the editors at the Disturber would feel more at home – let’s say – in San Francisco. Just saying.
