The Boston Bombers' Greater Jihad

Judge Jeanine Pirro hit it out of the park the other day.  Her assessment on the Boston bombings is an indictment of our immigration system.  We allowed a terrorist cell to infiltrate our country under the pretense of asylum.  These ingrates then began to impose the jizya, which is a tax on the kaffirs.  This tax came in the form of welfare.  Many Islamic leaders see this as part of the greater Jihad. 
 

Not long ago, this country had a policy that prohibited immigrants from becoming wards of the state.  We once had the ability to deport those who failed to become productive.    It’s called the Public Charge Doctrine.  Unfortunately, liberals have undermined this necessary policy.  They see legions of teat squawkers as a ticket to power, even if it means compromising our national security.  Doubt me?  Look at what is happening in Europe.

Obama's Illegal Alien Policies Deteriorating Moral of Agents

Chris Crane, the union president for ICE agents, testified before Congress.  We all know the Obama administration refuses to enforce our immigration laws.  But what is revealing is the corrosive atmosphere these policies have on law enforcement.  CNSNews reported the following:

Crane testified that DHS and the Obama administration will allow ICE agents to enforce federal immigration law only if aliens have committed major crimes.

“If an alien is arrested by local police and placed in jail, again, ICE agents may not arrest them for illegal entry or VISA overstay,” Crane said. “New policies require that illegal aliens have a felony arrest or conviction or be convicted of three or more misdemeanors.

“So, many illegal aliens with criminal convictions are also now untouchable.” Crane said.

“ICE is crumbling from within,” Crane said. “Morale is at an all time low as criminal aliens are released to the streets and ICE instead takes disciplinary actions against its own officers for making lawful arrests.

“It appears clear that federal law enforcement officers are the enemy and not those who break our nation’s laws,” Crane said. “Whether it be our current immigration laws or future reforms – all will fail as long as individuals can pick and choose which laws enacted by Congress will be enforced.

“Operationally, ICE is not prepared or able to properly perform its mission and the interior of the U.S. is not secure,” said Crane, referring to ICE’s role to enforce immigration law inside United States while Customs and Border Protection are tasked with arrests and apprehensions on the border.

Crane said his union has sent a letter to the president asking him to include ICE officers and agents in discussions at the White House on immigration policy – an invitation he said has not yet been forthcoming.

“President Obama has excluded ICE officers and agents from all input on immigration reforms, as well as ICE and DHS arrest policies,” Crane said.

Crane also criticized DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, who testified ahead of Crane about the success of her agency in enforcing immigration laws, including what she called record numbers of illegal alien deportations.

“Secretary Napolitano describes these new policies as smart and effective,” Crane said. “I can assure you they are neither.”

 
The Obama administration holds everyone in contempt except the illegal aliens themselves.

Is Barack Obama an Islamophile? Just ask Israel!

Barack Obama wasn’t kidding when he said he wanted to fundamentality change the United States. He has alienated our friends and allies, while embracing a people and culture that are hostile to Western Civilization.

Does Obama have an axe to grind? Is he an Islamophile? It would certainly explain his attitude towards Israel. He has funded their enemies, and made demands that would compromise Israel’s national security. At the same time, this president has invited 80,000 Muslim immigrants onto our shores via executive order without the approval of Congress. The Constitution specifically gives that authority to the legislative branch, as outlined in Article One, Section Eight. But this “president” has demonstrated on numerous occasions his disdain of our founding principles.

If Obama hasn’t completed his threat of fundamentally changing the United States, just wait until he has a second term. We can expect him to rule like a sultan, instead of a president of the United States.

U.S. Attorneys Set Limit on Illegal Alien Smuggling

Some U.S. Attorneys have established outlandish guidelines when it comes to the smuggling of illegal aliens and drugs.  A Sheriff from Cochise County, Arizona explained in a U.S. House Subcommittee the directives by those who supposedly protect and serve:

“There are policies in place that establish thresholds for quantities of drugs and numbers of illegal aliens before consideration for prosecution can be entertained,” Dever said in his written testimony before the Subcommittee on Border and Maritime Security. “In at least one Federal District in Texas, if you are caught smuggling less than 750 kilos (1,653 pounds) of marijuana, you will not be subjected to prosecution.”

“If you are caught smuggling fewer than 6 illegal aliens, you will not be subject to prosecution,” Dever said. “And if you are a lone illegal border crosser, you get at least seven chances before you are even charged with a misdemeanor.”

“And after that, you get seven more chances before you are eligible for prosecution of a second offense felony,” Dever said.

The sheriff also said that even with added resources on the border, effective control can be hampered by “ideology.”

And isn’t it any wonder that we have an illegal alien invasion going on?  The coyotes and drug runners without a doubt know the criteria.  This is basically a license to do business.  There are times when I think I’m in a foreign country.  And with policies like this, it soon will be.
