'Mass Trial' of Illegal Aliens Upsets Libtards

The Trump administration's zero-tolerance policy has led to more mass trials like this one in a federal courthouse in Pecos, Texas.

See images of the U.S.-Mexico border wall over the years.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions maybe a figurehead when it comes to this Russian collusion crap, but he sure as hell isn’t when it comes to illegal aliens. The above photo depicts a mass trial of Third World invaders. Here is an excerpt from the Houston Chronicle:

A recently leaked image shows dozens of immigrants in orange jumpsuits, their hands and feet shackled, undergoing a "mass trial" in Pecos, Texas, a small town roughly 70 miles southwest of Odessa.

Rapid fire trials like the one seen in the image are not an anomaly, but few Americans know what the controversial practice looks like since photographing federal court proceedings is forbidden.

Debbie Nathan, the reporter who came across the image while covering mass trials in Texas for The Intercept, said the photo was floating around the Pecos legal community and was apparently snapped by someone who felt morally conflicted by the effects of the Trump administration's new "zero tolerance" policy.

Morally conflicted? Apparently, this bleeding heart dirtbag has no conscience when it comes to turning our country into a Third World hellhole. I believe more pictures like these should be published and sent to our southern neighbors with the caption, “You’re kids will not save you from prosecution,”

Progressives "Reconstruct" Our Republican Form of Government

As a student of history, l can say with certainty that there has always been a faction in this country that strives to “Reconstruct” the citizenry into doctrinaires who’ll unquestionably accept their ideology. These fanatics believe they are endowed with superior intellect and we inferior beings must bend to their will. These people will do anything to achieve those ends.

The latest iteration of radicals, as we all know, are Progressives who’ll sink to any level to obtain power. Their latest tactic is to marginalize Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution which guarantees every state a republican form of government by attacking state legislatures and their rights under Article I, Section 4.

George Soros, the devil incarnate, is funding the National Democratic Redistricting Foundation which is chaired by gun runner, Eric Holder. The sole purpose for this organization is to employ rogue justices who’ll force state legislatures to forgo their constitutional prerogatives by accepting predetermined districts drawn by Progressives. North Carolina can attest to this unrelenting wave of lawsuits that challenge every state, federal and judicial district. This is happening in red states throughout the country including Texas. Here is an excerpt from State of the Nation:

With the help of hedge fund billionaire George Soros, the National Democratic Redistricting Committee hopes to wrest control from voters of congressional redistricting in 2021 when booming conservative states such as Texas will gain seats in the U.S. House of Representatives. All for the benefit of their special-interest donors.

That the first fundraisers for this self-described “super group” were held in San Francisco and Los Angeles reveals one of their goals: to reinstate Rep. Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House. But they aren’t stopping there.

Headed by former Attorney General Eric Holder, the tax-exempt 527 political action committee plans a three-pronged attack to flood state-level races with outside money, to leverage activist courts to wrest control of state redistricting plans, and finally, with the formidable community organizing prowess of former President Barack Obama, to fund astroturfed ballot initiatives in the guise offairness.”

Republicans had better wake-up and understand that we are in a political war and the stakes are much higher than obtaining an office at Capitol Hill. Our Republic is endanger and its time they fought back by dusting off and employing the Constitution of the United States.

If You Enforce the Law, They Will Leave

Texas is proving the old adage: enforce the laws and illegal aliens will leave.  Here is an excerpt from the Daily Caller.

A Pew report found that nearly 120,000 Hondurans lived in Texas in 2013, and Andrea Matamoros, Honduras’ deputy foreign minister, told Proceso Digital Monday that her country will take the four months before SB4 goes into effect to take steps to protect immigrants who could face deportation. Matamoros said in the interview that she predicts that many Hondurans will flee Texas to other states with more relaxed immigration laws.

Other states need to follow the Lone Star State’s example.  It’s high time we fought back against this invasion.

Texas Cracks Down on Sanctuary Cities

The ACLU has issued a travel alert in the great state of Texas.  This communist organization believes illegal aliens have constitutional rights and should be able to freely move about the country without consequence.

"The alert comes amid the passing of a Texas law known as SB4," the ACLU said in a statement Tuesday. "The law gives a green light to police officers in the state to investigate a person's immigration status during a routine traffic stop, leading to widespread racial profiling, baseless scrutiny, and illegal arrests of citizens and non-citizens alike presumed to be 'foreign' based on how they look or sound. The travel alert applies to all travelers to Texas, including U.S. travelers from other states and U.S. citizens. In addition, this alert applies to all encounters with federal, state, county law enforcement including local police and sheriffs."

I’m sure law-abiding citizens will travel without a care in the world.  However, libtards in sanctuary cities have a lot to worry about.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton already has filed suit against local jurisdictions that had been accused of not cooperating with federal immigration agents, in a preemptive bid to uphold a newly signed anti-sanctuary city law and head off numerous legal challenges.
Paxton filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, as Gov. Greg Abbott on Sunday signed the crackdown which bars sanctuary policies and gives local law enforcement officers the right to ask the immigration status of anyone they stop. Under the law, local officers who won’t cooperate with federal immigration agents could face jail time and fines up to $25,000 per day
Now that’s how you do it.

Breaking the Shackles of Bureaucracy

Britons showed incredible courage by voting to get out of the European Union.  They have demonstrated a fundamental truth that people want control of their destiny which can only be accomplished through self-governance.  Nameless, faceless bureaucrats in a foreign capital dictating policy is the antithesis of freedom.  You might as well be a slave.

Politicians find it much easier to schlep their responsibilities onto government bureaucrats.  They can have a pencil pusher rubberstamp their ill-conceived agenda without having to face an irate citizenry.  It’s the perfect foil for unscrupulous characters whose main job is to get reelected.  Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher knew what was going on when she called out the Labor Party as demonstrated in the video below.

We in the United States have a similar problem despite what foolish libtards say.  The Constitution of the United States grants legislative authority only to Congress.  But that body has abrogated its responsibilities to unelected and unaccountable federal bureaucrats.  What is happening in Washington D.C. is a flagrant violation of our social compact.  We are being ruled by an unscrupulous president and his infestation of progressive minions.  Is it any wonder Democrats laugh when we cite the Constitution?

I think all the stuff is largely tongue-in-cheek and the situations aren't AT ALL analogous BUT: what would the vote be?

As of now, Texans are grumbling for secession and who can blame them?  We’re citizens not subjects.  You can bet Washington D.C. sees us as the latter.

Feds Rough Up Texas Man Over Student Loan

All you deadbeats who have outstanding federal student loans had better beware because big government mafia is out to collect and it will cost an arm, a leg and possibly jail time.  A Houston, Texas man found out what $1500 means to a central government that desperately needs money.

Aker said he was put in the back of a truck and placed in a cell at the federal building in downtown Houston. Later, he was brought to court, where a "prosecutor," county clerk and judge were present. Aker said the prosecutor was actually a collection lawyer.

"Then I get a lecture (from the judge) about the United States and stealing from the government," Aker said.

Aker told The News that he was ordered to pay $5,700 for the loan, including interest. However, Aker was also ordered to pay for the cost of the morning arrest — nearly $1,300. If he didn't pay that amount by March 1, he said, he was told he would be arrested again.

The average student loan debt for 2015 graduates is approximately $35,000, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Aker said he was never read his rights during the ordeal. He is in the process of finding a lawyer.

Rights?  We have no rights in the Age of Obama unless you’re a protected class.  Mr. Aker is a black man, but he’s a black man who lawfully owns a gun.  That’s a disqualification especially in a county that has prosecuted people for merely being conservatives.

North Carolina Teachers Finding Greener Pastures?

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.  North Carolina's educators are constantly complaining they’re paid well below the national average.  The fact is each state has a different median income and cost of living.  The truth is teachers make as much, if not more, than the average Tar Heel family.

The media is making a big deal about retention rates in North Carolina.  Little is reported on where these teachers originate from and to why they’re leaving, except of course the media’s portrayal of poor pay and lack of respect.  The John Locke Foundation shed some light on this topic.

Earlier this month, Dr. Alisa Chapman, Vice President for Academic and University Programs for the University of North Carolina System, briefed members of the NC State Board of Education on the background, demographics, and qualifications of the state's teaching profession.

Drawing on data from the 2011-2012 school year, Dr. Chapman found that, of the 95,543 teachers employed that year, approximately 37 percent of them were trained in UNC System institutions.  The next largest share consisted of teachers trained in other states.  Nearly 29 percent of North Carolina's teacher workforce received their teaching credential from a college or university beyond our borders.  The remaining third of teachers could not be classified, came from a private university in North Carolina, or entered the profession through alternative entry, Teach for America (TFA), or Visiting International Faculty (VIF) programs.

Do not be alarmed.  Do not blame Republicans.  Do not blame me.  This is nothing new.  For a decade or more, the UNC System and out-of-state institutions have supplied the majority of North Carolina's public school teachers.  Dr. Chapman found that, between 2005 and 2012, there were only slight fluctuations in the percentage of teachers trained by the UNC System or "imported" from other states.

Data on teachers trained in UNC System institutions is plentiful.  Although Dr. Chapman has identified their states of origin, we know less about teachers trained in other states.  It should come as no surprise that New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and West Virginia supplied 12 percent or nearly 11,300 public school teachers during the 2011-2012 school year.  Permanent teaching jobs are harder and harder to come by in those states, because their populations are declining or aging, the local tax bases cannot support extravagant spending on public schools, and turnover is limited.   As long as supply continues to outstrip demand (and it will for the foreseeable future), growing school districts in North Carolina will continue to recruit teachers from these states

Houston, TX has been recruiting North Carolina teachers.  Those leaving for greener pastures cite a higher salary and no state income tax.  Funny how no state income taxes is an incentive when they, and their progressive comrades, skewered republicans for trying to abolish it.

Ricky Ferguson said he's working his dream job, teaching high school science.  Last year, he taught in Union County.  Now he is one of dozens of North Carolina transplants teaching in Texas.

"I'm doing the same job I was doing in Carolina, I'm just being appreciated here more in Texas," Ferguson said.

Channel 9 first met Ferguson in July when Houston school leaders were in Charlotte, trying to recruit new teachers.  Ferguson accepted the job on the spot, excited to make $60,000, which is double his North Carolina salary.

"With North Carolina with the salary I was making and the state income tax, I was lucky if I brought home $20K a year and that's with a master’s degree," Ferguson said.

The cost of living in Houston is comparable to Charlotte's and Texas does not collect income tax, so teachers keep more of their paychecks.

I have no doubt in my mind Mr. Ferguson was a big advocate for the progressive income tax in North Carolina.  Now that he’s in Houston, I wonder what progressives have to say about the state of education in Texas.  Here’s an excerpt from an article.  See if you notice anything familiar.

Despite having a starting salary that is on par with other states, the average teacher in Texas makes about $49,000 a year — about $8,000 below the national average. Teacher pay in Texas ranked 30th in the nation during the 2010-11 school year, dropping to 35th two years later, according to an annual state-by-state analysis by the National Education Association.

Mr. Ferguson has a starting salary of $60,000 a year and living in a luxury apartment when the average annual salary for a teacher in Texas is $49,000?  Something smells fishy.

Supreme Court Weaponizes Federal Housing Scheme

If you thought the Supreme Court’s latest Obamacare ruling was a complete fiasco wait until you read the latest decision these wise, black robed justices have handed down from the mountain top.  Breitbart reported the little reported and known Texas Housing v. Inclusive Communities:

Now, plaintiffs do not need to show there was actual racial discrimination, or an intent to discriminate. Instead, they can just point to the racial makeup of a neighborhood and infer that discrimination must have happened in order to bring a lawsuit and force communities to re-engineer themselves.

The Court comforts itself by claiming that racial quotas still cannot be used to integrate communities. In fact, it has weaponized racial quotas in the hands of the federal government.
It is perhaps just a coincidence that the Texas Housing decision comes as the Department of Housing and Urban Development has announced a policy designed to pressure wealthy communities to build “affordable” housing in their midst.

The goal in Texas Housing, however, is not just to diversify neighborhoods, but to uncover what Justice Anthony Kennedy, writing for the majority, calls “unconscious prejudice.”

This is unbelievable.  Has the Supreme Court become an arm of the Obama administration?  It makes you wonder.

Garland, Texas: They're Here

They’re here, America.  That’s right.  We all knew it.  It was just a matter of time before someone flushed out these turds, and the best way to do it is hold a Muhammad contest.  We should hold one of these in every major city – locked and loaded of course – and wait for the jihadist to make their move.

Let’s take a look at the 72 virgin lottery winners:

CNN) They wore body armor. They carried assault rifles. And one had declared loyalty to ISIS.
A day after police killed two gunmen who tried to ambush a Garland, Texas, event featuring controversial cartoons of the Muslim Prophet Mohammed, details began to emerge about the shooters.
One suspect, identified as Elton Simpson by a federal law enforcement source, linked himself to ISIS in a tweet posted just before the attack.
He also was no stranger to federal investigators. In 2011, he was convicted of making a false statement involving international and domestic terrorism.
The other suspect, identified as Nadir Soofi by two federal law enforcement officials, was Simpson's roommate in a Phoenix apartment.

Are they really suspects when they’re laying dead with weapons in their hands at the crime scene?  Come on!

You can be sure there are a whole lot more than these two guys.  Hell, Imam Obama is shipping hordes of them into the United States by classifying them as refugees.

The jihad is here.

Gov. Perry Indictment Funded by Soros

Nazi collaborator, George Soros, can’t seem to stop his thuggish ways.  He once fingered Hungarian Jews for property confiscation, now; he’s behind another fascist front group whose out to tarnish the reputation of Gov. Rick Perry.
In case anyone missed it, Gov. Perry asked a public official to remove herself from an office that investigates political corruption.  Rosemary Lehmburg refused to resign her position after her drunken driving conviction.  She was also abusive to police officers and made a spectacle of herself.  Any person with an ounce of integrity would have stepped aside.  But of course, she’s a democrat, and integrity isn’t a resume enhancer.
Governor Perry used his constitutional powers to veto funding for that office.  Then steps in the Soros funded, Texas for Public Justice, and another corrupted Austin jury pool hands down an indictment that carries a maximum 99 year prison sentence.  What a load of crap.
And do the mainstream media report who’s funding this charade?  Of course not, except Fox News:

According to a Media Research Center analysis, from the moment Perry was indicted on two flimsy counts by a Travis County, Texas grand jury on August 15 through the morning of August 20, the Big Three broadcast networks – ABC, CBS, and NBC – have run 24 stories totaling 38 minutes and 34 seconds across their morning and evening broadcasts.
In all that coverage, not one single story mentioned that the group responsible for filing the complaint against Perry in June, Texans for Public Justice (TPJ), is part of a “progressive” coalition that has received $500,000 in funding from prolific left-wing billionaire George Soros

Did we expect anything different?

Texas Prospers Despite Washington D.C.

If it weren’t for Texas, the Obama administration would have nothing to brag about, if they have anything to brag about at all.  Heaven knows, the Anointed One’s economic philosophy is antagonistic to prosperity.  In his mind, the only good business is a government sanctioned business.
Take a look at the chart above.  Contrast Texas’ economic results compared to the rest of the country.  We should emulate the Lone Star States model.  They are prospering despite the idiotic policies of Washington D.C.
Governor Rick Perry outlined the factors that made Texas the envy of the country even during the height of the Great Recession.  Here is the video:

States Should Adopt Maine's 1839 Border Solution

Make no doubt about it; Mexico is a willful participant in this Latin American invasion of our country.  Opportunist and enemies  of the United States, foreign and domestic, have seized upon Obama’s open borders program.  We have a commander-in-chief aiding and abetting third-worlders in an attempt to influence the electorate.  That’s right.  I’m saying it.  We have a traitor in the Oval Office.

Governor Rick Perry, and a handful of patriots, are trying to protect the sovereignty of this nation.  He has deployed the National Guard to protect our border.  This doesn’t sit well with our belligerent, southern neighbor.

Mexico "reiterates, in a firm and categorical way, its rejection of this measure," read a statement from the foreign ministry.
"No circumstance at all or change in border security exists that justifies this measure taken by the state."
The troop deployment "does not contribute in any way to solving the immigration problem," and is inconsistent with US-Mexico talks aimed at "building a modern, prosperous and safe border," the statement read.

There was a time when Mexico’s aggression would be considered an act of war.  There was a time when States would act without permission from Washington D.C.  There was a time when D.C. was put on notice, or else.  That time came in 1839 in Maine.  Here is an excerpt from: America's First Great Depression

This change happened in 1839, when Maine sent a party to clear the disputed land of British trespassers.  New Brunswick’s colonial government arrested the Maine party and threatened that it would use force to hold the territory.  Maine’s legislature responded in February 1839 by sending ten thousand state militiamen northward.  Maine’s governor warned Van Buren about suppressing a conflict with the British.  “Should you go against us upon this occasion – or not espouse our cause with warmth and earnestness and with a true American feeling, God only knows what the result will be politically.”  In Washington, Congress stoked the fires by authorizing the president to call out fifty thousand troops if needed to repel the British.

And what was the end result?

Once again, Van Buren sought the middle ground.  He endorsed Maine’s claim to the territory and at the same time assured Fox of his desire to avoid hostilities.  But Maine’s state militia ignored Van Buren’s call to disband while the two nations worked out a plan for resolving the dispute.  General Scott was sent to Maine and won the grudging agreement of state leaders to a plan of withdrawal of American and British forces from the contested territory.  An uneasy peace was restored.

What a different America we live in today!  Do you believe Obama would embrace our southern states with warmth and earnestness and a true American feeling?  Yea didn’t think so.

Welcome Back to America, Senator Ted Cruz

Welcome back to America, Senator Ted Cruz.  We appreciate your efforts in Versailles, D.C.

Republican Sen. Ted Cruz received an eight-minute standing ovation upon his return to Texas this past weekend, despite an extended, hostile campaign from Democrats and the mainstream media to portray him as a dangerous extremist.

“After two months in Washington, it’s great to be back in America,” Cruz said Saturday to approximately 750 people at an appearance in a San Antonio hotel ballroom, enjoying an eight-minute standing ovation for his dogged efforts to defund or delay Obamacare in the recent continuing-resolution budget fight.

Cruz also criticized members of his own Senate caucus for ”failing to stand with House Republicans against the train wreck that is Obamacare.”

The establishment media consistently criticized Cruz for supposedly violating Senate procedure and inflaming tensions with his more than 21-hour floor speech in favor of defunding Obamacare, despite the fact that most journalists have never done anything for 21 consecutive hours in their entire lives, according to reluctant Daily Caller interactions with respectable and educated Washington reporters.

Get rested for round two.

Should Red States Create a Confederation of Freedom?

Governor Rick Perry has extended a big Texas welcome to conservative citizens, gun manufacturers and businesses in New York, Connecticut, Colorado, and California. These states are infested with libtards who don’t value the principles of our founding. Hell, a New York town banned the Gadsden flag from flying at the New Rochelle Armory, because the city council members associated this historic symbol with the Tea Party. Have these people ever heard of freedom of association, or speech?

Their politicians are just a symptom of the problem. What we have is a full-on virus of apathy and stupidity in the electorate. Doubt me? Here is an open sore for all to see:

Governor Perry should be wary of his open invitation.  We in the land of freedom have watched in horror as states like New York and California destroy their economies, while at the same time, trample over the liberty of their citizens.  Texas must be careful.  Blue States might decide to employ their version of the Mariel boat lift by inundating the Lone Star State with unwanted teat squawkers.

Actually, I believe the Red States should employ a migration policy.  Anyone who moves from a Blue State must have documentation proving their conservative bona fides.  Maybe, we should have a Red State Confederation, along with an outreach program for red counties in Blue States.  You know, kind of a modern day Berlin airlift for the conservatives besieged by the communist that have surrounded them.  It’s just a suggestion.
