Who are the Subversives Funding This Invasion?

The media are obsessed with polls. They use it as a tool to create news and controversy. But there is one thing I’ve noticed, it doesn’t matter how radical or stupid the question, there are always a solid 25% that are diehard subversives.

When I say subversives, I’m talking about people who have nothing but contempt for the American creed and want to fundamentally transform our country. Of those subversives, a small percentage are activists and an even smaller group fund them. Take for instance, this illegal alien invasion. The Democratic party doesn’t officially advocate for open borders, however, they refuse to do anything about it. Many of their members are vocal advocates for these invaders. Indeed, their districts are flooded with illegal aliens. They see them as constituents. As a matter of fact, they probably wouldn’t have a job if it weren’t for the decennial census recognizing these illegal aliens as under the jurisdiction of the United States.

We have a motive, now we must determine who’s funding this invasion. Again, we must recognize there is a small percentage of radicals who are responsible. I’m reminded of the days of John Brown. I don’t want this analogy to be misconstrued with the plight of illegal aliens. However, one must look at who was funding John Brown’s terror as he murdered Southern sympathizers and tried to lead an insurrection in the state of Virginia.

The abolition movement consisted of about 2% of the American population. What they lacked in numbers, they made up in propaganda and agitation. Some were willing to finance murder. A group called the Secret Six were alleged to finance John Brown’s killing spree. ThoughtCo. names them:

Gerrit Smith: Born into a wealthy family in upstate New York, Smith was a vigorous supporter of various reform causes, including the American abolition movement.


Thomas Wentworth Higginson: A minister and author, Higginson would go on to serve in the Civil War, commanding a regiment of black troops, and would write a classic memoir based on the experience.


Theodore Parker: A minister and prominent public speaker on reform topics, Parker had been educated at Harvard and was affiliated with the Transcendentalist movement.


Samuel Gridley Howe: A medical doctor and advocate for the blind, Howe was active in the abolition movement. His wife, Julia Ward Howe, would become famous for writing "The Battle Hymn of the Republic."


Franklin Benjamin Sanborn: A Harvard graduate, Sanborn was connected to the Transcendentalist movement and became involved in anti-slavery politics in the 1850s.


George Luther Stearns: A self-made businessman, Stearns was a manufacturer and was able to financially support various causes, including the abolitionist cause.



These subversives were accused of treason, but were never tried in a court of law. I suspect we will get the same results for those who are financing this illegal alien invasion.

Princeton Policy Advisors predicted this year an invasion force will exceed over a million illegal aliens. That’s more than the population of Charlotte, North Carolina and Congress isn’t doing a damn thing about it.

Anyone with an iota of curiosity has to ask themselves, who is funding this? Forget the false narrative that these people are leaving their native countries because of gangs and violence, these people are ostensibly economic refugees. That means they have no money, but here is an excerpt from an article stating otherwise:

Where are these impoverished people getting that kind of money? Back in 2018, USA Today published an article that an average American didn’t have enough savings to cover a $400 emergency; yet, illegal aliens can flash $13000 to a smuggler? Something doesn’t pass the smell test.

Pueblo Sin Fronteras is an open borders organization that openly flouts our immigration laws. They’ve been accused of human trafficking and probably worse. This subversive organization has to operate on a budget. Who in the hell is financing these people? Better yet, why aren’t their offices being raided and their records confiscated? We need to know who’s financing this invasion. I guarantee you, we have Obama holdovers in the deep state who are torpedoing our national security with the goal of fundamentally transforming our country. Any bets?

Jorge Ramos: The Third World has Arrived!

Caravans of poverty stricken Latinos are forming battle lines throughout Central America with an eye to invade the United States. 2019 Illegal Alien Invasion Exceeds D-Day

On June 6, 1944 Allied forces consisting of American, British and Canadian soldiers stormed the beaches of Normandy in what was named Operation Overlord. The initial invasion force numbered 156,000 along a 50 mile fortified coast. This deployment was the largest seaborne invasion in history. But it doesn’t compare to the third-world invasion that is happening on America’s southern border.

In February alone, the shortest month of the year, our border patrol encountered 76,000 illegal aliens trying to sneak into our country. If you include January’s numbers and those not caught, this third-world invasion exceeds the total number of soldiers who invaded Normandy on D-Day.


Last year’s numbers alone, are eye-popping. U.S. Border Patrol apprehended 396,000 foreign invaders, and those are ones we know about. Now compare that to the 2 million U.S. soldiers who participated in the European theater during WWII. This illegal alien invasion is less than 5 times that number. We must keep in mind that it was only 11 months from D-Day to VE-Day.


President Trump is right to call this a national emergency. This is an invasion.

Republicans Have the Tools to Deal with Sanctuary Cities

Politicians by nature are cowards. They’re like water: fluid in rhetoric and follow the least path of resistance. How nice for them to have established a European system in which bureaucrats have supplanted the legislative branch by process of an administrative state. Congress has reinvented themselves as overseers of the Great Washington D.C. Plantation. Isn’t that special? Tell me, where is that in the U.S. Constitution?


One only has to look at this illegal alien problem to see how dysfunctional Congress has become. Liberals love to declare our immigration system is broken. NO! It’s Congress that’s broken. There are ways to deal with sanctuary cities, activist judges and elected officials who aid and abet this third-world invasion. What we need is strong leadership from the Republican party and I’m not talking about President Trump. He’s shown remarkable courage in the face of this unrelenting liberal sh**storm. I’m talking about the sniveling cowards in the Senate and the House of Representatives.


When Republicans controlled both houses of Congress they could’ve invoked the 14th Amendment and declared sanctuary cities in a state of rebellion. This action would’ve disenfranchisement local officials and reduced that states representation in Congress and the Electoral College. However, I doubt they realize they even have that power.


You ask, what about liberal judges? Surely, these plaintiffs would win in the courts. Well, the dirty, little secret is that Congress has the power to limit judicial review. They’ve had it all along, but refuse to exercise their constitutional prerogatives. Article III, Section II specifically gives Congress the authority to regulate the Court’s jurisdiction. For those who doubt Congress has this power, I’ll refer to the Aldrich Amendment in the Hepburn Act of 1906:


The fight in the Senate was not yet over. In order to obtain sufficient votes for passage of the bill, Roosevelt (a Republican) for five weeks secretly had backed an amendment proposed by Democratic Senators Joseph Weldon Bailey Sr.(Mississippi) and Benjamin Ryan Tillman, Jr. (South Carolina) that would limit judicial review of ICC orders on unreasonable rates to questions involving the ICC’s authority and the constitutional rights of the railroads. On May 4th, however, when it was apparent that the Tillman-Bailey Amendment did not have the necessary votes, Roosevelt, without notice to Bailey and Tillman and much to their consternation, announced at a hastily called press conference that the President supported a “broad” judicial review amendment proposed by Republican Senator William Boyd Allison (Iowa); this amendment had no limits on the scope of such judicial review, leaving it to the courts to decide the scope of review.


Congress didn’t debate about their authority to limit judicial review. Quite, the contrary, it was the opposite. They debated the extent to which the courts were allowed to interpret the law.


You ask, what about a divided Congress? There isn’t much we can do about the Senate and it's current leadership, but we most definitely can raise hell in the House once we take it back and we can use the Constitution to back it up.


Article One, Section One specifically allows each house to make its own rules and Section 5 gives the authority for each house to qualify and seat its members. During Reconstruction, The House of Representatives refused to seat incoming members from the South who participated in the rebellion. Therefore, there is a precedent and federal judges don’t have a say. But this would require strong Republican leadership and as we all know, that is seriously lacking.

We do have options to deal with liberals in and outside of the Beltway. What we need is the backbone to use it.

'Mass Trial' of Illegal Aliens Upsets Libtards

Attorney General Jeff Sessions maybe a figurehead when it comes to this Russian collusion crap, but he sure as hell isn’t when it comes to illegal aliens. The above photo depicts a mass trial of Third World invaders. Here is an excerpt from the Houston Chronicle:


A recently leaked image shows dozens of immigrants in orange jumpsuits, their hands and feet shackled, undergoing a "mass trial" in Pecos, Texas, a small town roughly 70 miles southwest of Odessa.


Rapid fire trials like the one seen in the image are not an anomaly, but few Americans know what the controversial practice looks like since photographing federal court proceedings is forbidden.


Debbie Nathan, the reporter who came across the image while covering mass trials in Texas for The Intercept, said the photo was floating around the Pecos legal community and was apparently snapped by someone who felt morally conflicted by the effects of the Trump administration's new "zero tolerance" policy.


Morally conflicted? Apparently, this bleeding heart dirtbag has no conscience when it comes to turning our country into a Third World hellhole. I believe more pictures like these should be published and sent to our southern neighbors with the caption, “You’re kids will not save you from prosecution,”

North Carolina's AG Josh Stein Aids and Abets DACA Invaders

President Donald Trump needs to send a message to the Democratic Party and their third-world constituents:  We are a sovereign nation whose people believe in the value of citizenship and the rule of law.  DACA is officially rescinded.  Those who participated, along with their parents, have 90 days to leave the country or face criminal charges.  This invasion is over!

Make no mistake about it, this is a third-world invasion.  Worse, we have officials in law enforcement who are aiding and abetting these people.  North Carolina’s State Attorney General, Josh Stein, is a perfect example of a man who is more politician than an enforcer of laws.  He and a gaggle of progressive attorneys general are using DACA as a platform for their own political ambitions.

Unfortunately for Mr. Stein, and his illegal alien constituents, his suit exposes the extent of  this invasion in North Carolina. Here is an excerpt from the Charlotte Observer:

“Immigration is a vital catalyst to North Carolina’s economy,” the lawsuit states.

It further outlines the steady increase in the state’s immigrant population since 1990, growing to 7.6 percent in 2014, according to a study conducted by the Latino Migration Project at UNC-Chapel Hill, from 1.7 percent.

“This demographic change is due, in large part, to industries’ recruitment of foreign-born individuals, primarily of Latin American origin to fill available jobs that have been created as a result of the expansion of North Carolina’s economy,” the lawsuit states, noting that a Pew Research Center report in 2015 estimated that 350,000 people, or nearly 44 percent of North Carolina’s immigrant population, did not have legal immigration status.

The lawsuit states that North Carolina has one of the “largest undocumented high school populations in the country,” saying nearly 31,000 of the students enrolled in 2015 did not have the paperwork authorizing them to live in the United States.

Many of those students who have received DACA status have enrolled in colleges and universities and contributed to the tax base. Ending the program might force some of those students to leave high school and institutions of higher learning.

I have a question for Attorney General Josh Stein, how many American citizens have been displaced either at work or in our schools because of this illegal alien invasion?  How many American children have suffered because of limited funding and lowered teaching standards due to this invasion?  You, Mr. Stein, claim these illegal aliens contribute to the tax base.  Really?  True and honest scholarship states otherwise.  If anything, these people are a drain on valuable resources.  But don’t let the facts and the rule of law get in the way of your ambitions, Mr. Stein.  I’m sure your mentor, Governor Roy Cooper’s, success is an inspiration for all usurpers of law and order.

The United States is NOT a Nation of Immigrants

I am sick of hearing this nonsensical bumper sticker crap, “America is a nation of immigrants.”  I am not an immigrant and neither are the vast majority of the citizens who populate this country.  I doubt 75% of the populace can name an ancestor who immigrated to the United States because they are so far removed.

The rebuttal I normally get is the only people who are not immigrants on the North American continent are native Indians.  Oh, really?  Weren’t we taught their ancestors crossed a land bridge from Siberia back in the Ice Age?  Actually, scientists can back up this claim with DNA test.

The simple fact is world history is replete with constant migrations and most of it unwelcome.  Let’s take Spain as an example, in 237 BC the Carthaginians invaded (or should we say migrated) the Iberian Peninsula.  Then came the Romans and after them the Visigoths and then the Moors.  And I’m sure the vanquished welcomed these conquering "immigrants" with open arms.

A nation consists of a people who have a common culture, language, history and governing principles.  They forge a social compact and those who wish to join must legally ask for permission and then adopt and assimilate to those guiding principles.  We call this citizenship; a nation cannot exist without it.

Tell-Tale Signs of an Invasion

Supreme Court Spits on American Citizenship; Bastardizes 14th Amendment

Once again, citizenship in the United States is under assault by the federal government.  We have a president who has flooded this country with illegal aliens; congressmen who cater to and depend upon these same illegal aliens for their seats in Washington D.C. and a federal judiciary who pisses on the very notion of citizenship by bastardizing the 14^th Amendment.

The Supreme Court ruled unanimously that illegal aliens can be counted in the U.S. Census and therefore can influence apportionment of congressional seats, henceforth diminishing representation in states that have more American citizens than illegal aliens.  Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote the following:

“As the Framers of the Constitution and the Fourteenth Amendment comprehended, representatives serve all residents, not just those eligible or registered to vote,” she wrote. “Nonvoters have an important stake in many policy debates — children, their parents, even their grandparents, for example, have a stake in a strong public-education system — and in receiving constituent services, such as help navigating public-benefits bureaucracies.”

Did the framers of the U.S. Constitution and the Radical Republicans who authored the 14^th Amendment mean to legitimize a third-world invasion?    

Justice Ginsburg spilled the beans when she wrote that illegal aliens have as much right to taxpayer largess as an American citizen.  She also played her hand in promoting the federal bureaucratic leviathan over our federalist system.

The enemy of our republic has proclaimed itself.  There is only one remedy for this kind of treason.  It is time to invoke Article V of the U.S. Constitution and call for a convention of the states.

Jorge Ramos Requires Democrats to Pledge Allegiance to Mexico

CNN’s Jorge Ramos strikes again.  During a Democratic Party debate, this agent for Mexico demanded candidates take a pledge to stop deportations of illegal aliens and their children.

If I had been a candidate I would have required Mr. Ramos to renounce his Mexican citizenship and pledge allegiance to the Constitution of the United States and the rule of law.  I would’ve then berated this agent of the third world for advocating an invasion that is an existential threat to future generations of Americans.

Indeed, I find it offensive that we have moderators/panelists participating in our debates who obviously do not have the best interest of the United States at heart.  CNN also had an advocacy journalist from Univision in a Republican debate as well.  She was more concerned about illegal aliens than the well being of the citizens of the United States.  Why doesn’t somebody call these people out on this crap?

Norway Prepares for Collapse of Sweden

Holy cow!  Norway is preparing to reject the Geneva Convention in case Sweden collapses.  This is how dangerous Europe has become in the wake of an unprecedented invasion by Muslim immigrants.

Norway is ready to abandon the Geneva Convention if Sweden collapses. The border will be closed by force, and Swedish refugees will be rejected without the possibility to seek asylum. "We are prepared for the worst," says Prime Minister Erna Solberg.

There is such an imminent danger that the Schengen agreement, and the asylum system in Sweden will break down, that Norway must have an emergency legislation in place in case it happens, believes Norway's Prime Minister Erna Solberg. Therefore, she has crafted a law that will allow for Norwegian authorities to reject asylum seekers who do not come directly from a conflict area.

 Is Norway going to deny asylum to actual Swedes or just to Muslim immigrants trying to flee Sweden?  How ironic it would be if liberal Swedes flee their own country to escape policies they enacted.

Christian Refugees Bullied by Muslim Invaders in Sweden

Muslim refugees are not humbled by their situation.  They bring their contempt for Christians with them.  Two families were bullied by Islamic fundamentalist for wearing the cross in an asylum house in Sweden.  Breitbart.com reported the following:

After being threatened and harassed on a number of occasions the small group of Christians, which are likely to have been Syrian Christian refugees fleeing the Islamic State, packed and left “fearing for their own safety”. A spokesman for the government migration agency responsible for the centre they had been staying in said:

“They dared not stay. The atmosphere became too intimidating. And they got no help… They chose themselves to organize new address and moved away without our participation because they felt a discomfort”.

Remarkably, the incident has not been reported to the police. Instead migration agency officials visited the home to “provide information about Swedish law” to the “fundamentalist Islamists” there in the hope of preventing them from acting unkindly towards Christians again.

These people don’t care about your laws.  Islam is a supremacist ideology.  You’d think these Swedish officials would have figured that out by now.

Muslim Invaders Spit on Western Hospitality

Most refugees would be grateful for a helping hand from a host country; not Muslims.  They spit on those who give them food and water.  These ingrates have a superiority complex that is something to behold.

Jorge Ramos: The Third Worlds Agent for Invasion

Jorge Ramos of Univision is an outspoken advocate for illegal alien rights.  He believes the U.S. should surrender its sovereignty by having an open border policy.  One must ask what kind of an American citizen would welcome a third world invasion.  I’ll tell you, a person with dual citizenship.

Jorge Ramos is a citizen of both the United States and Mexico.  That is a conflict of interest.  Mind you, Mexico doesn’t allow dual citizenship within their borders.  They don’t allow illegal immigration, period.  But that doesn’t stop Mexico and their agents from lecturing the U.S. on our illegal alien problem.  As a matter of fact, Mexican politicians campaign within our borders.  Mexicans with dual citizenship vote in both countries elections.  Jorge Ramos openly bragged about this “privilege.”

 

I’ve never ceased to be Mexican. I have two passports, and I vote in elections in both countries. I’m deeply proud of this privileged duality. The best thing about America is its embrace of diversity.

The worst thing about America, of course, is the racist and xenophobic attitudes that tend to emerge now and then — Arizona’s anti-immigrant laws, for example. I hope that one day soon Americans will treat all immigrants, including the 11 million undocumented residents already living in the United States, with the same largess that I experienced when I arrived here.

He never ceased to be Mexican.  That kind of attitude is dangerous particularly when one country borders another and especially when a quarter of that country’s population resides in the other.  Americans are seeing foreigners openly campaign on our soil.  The Center for Immigration Studies reported the following:

Up until 2005 the numbers have not been as high as the Mexican government study scenario envisioned. However, part of the reason for this is that Mexican nationals had to return to Mexico in order to vote. No more. In June 2005, the Mexican government passed a law allowing absentee voting for its nationals abroad.¹¹ A few days later a story in the New Times carried the headline "Mexican Expatriates in U.S. Cheer Vote Law."¹² There is no doubt that the United States has and will become more of a campaign arena for foreign governments.

Because the election process also involves extensive campaigning, this too is a means of reinforcing and cementing immigrant ties to "home" countries. The Washington Post wrote, "Eager to reach their countrymen living in the United States, Mexico's two main opposition presidential candidates are barnstorming through Southern California as if it were Mexico's 32nd state."¹³ It is increasingly the case that the candidates of other countries actively campaign in the United States for financial and other kinds of support. When Vicente Fox campaigned for the Mexican presidency, he campaigned in Mexican communities in the United States.¹⁴ In 2000, Francisco Labastida, presidential candidate of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), appeared on the Washington Post'sLive Online, an Internet Q&A, to campaign among his countrymen in the United States.¹⁵

The question remains, who authorized dual citizenship?  The U.S. Constitution specifically states that only Congress has the authority to set rules for immigration and naturalization.  Did our elected officials betray the American people with this idiotic policy?  The answer is no!

The Supreme Court, once again, took it upon itself, while completely disregarding the U.S. Constitution, to grant dual citizenship with the landmark ruling Afroyim v. Rusk.  And what vehicle did this august body use to impose their will upon the American people?  Why the 14^th Amendment of course.

The Supreme Court has enabled this third world invasion with a series of rulings using the 14^th Amendment such as birthright citizenship with the Wong Kim Ark ruling in 1898 and forcing communities to educate illegal alien children with another landmark ruling Plyler v. Doe in 1982.

If the United States is to remain a sovereign nation and adhere to a constitutional form of government, we must deal with the federal judiciary and their rogue vehicle, the 14^th Amendment.

Latino Tribalism Could Balkanize the United States

An immigration study has concluded tribalism will become evident around year 2050.  Latin Americas invasion of the United States is estimated to be around 29% of the population by that time and will continue to grow. 

What does this mean for the United States?  Will Anglo-Saxon Protestant values that forged, shaped and made this country great survive this onslaught?   Immigration analysts doubt it.

"By the sheer force of numbers, the kinds of adults that Latino students become will dramatically shape the future history of this country, as the former white majority becomes a minority population, at least in terms of number," said the study provided to Secrets. It sits behind a paywall.

"Latinos have become more than an electoral voting bloc, emerging as strategic actors in major processes of democratic social transformation," they added.

And they warned that there could be a backlash as whites try to hang on to power.

"In fact, the current struggle that persists in Arizona may well be a bellwether for the potential backlash that is bound to ensue in others parts of the nation, as the White Anglo-Saxon Protestant population no longer enjoys the political security associated with their past majority status," said the authors.

"Over the past four decades, Latinos in the United States have emerged as strategic actors in this process of socio economic transformation. This so-called Latinization of the United States comes at a time of increasing social polarization and class inequalities. These forces assert themselves economically, demographically, culturally and politically in the workplaces and in Latino everyday life," added their analysis.

Whites will lose more than political security.  The country could balkanize if these young Latinos don’t acculturate.  I don’t see that happening because of their numbers and the fact we’re living in an age where Americans have no moral compass and are self-loathing.  It is probable the United States could end up like Rome.

States Should Adopt Maine's 1839 Border Solution

Make no doubt about it; Mexico is a willful participant in this Latin American invasion of our country.  Opportunist and enemies  of the United States, foreign and domestic, have seized upon Obama’s open borders program.  We have a commander-in-chief aiding and abetting third-worlders in an attempt to influence the electorate.  That’s right.  I’m saying it.  We have a traitor in the Oval Office.

Governor Rick Perry, and a handful of patriots, are trying to protect the sovereignty of this nation.  He has deployed the National Guard to protect our border.  This doesn’t sit well with our belligerent, southern neighbor.

Mexico "reiterates, in a firm and categorical way, its rejection of this measure," read a statement from the foreign ministry.

"No circumstance at all or change in border security exists that justifies this measure taken by the state."

The troop deployment "does not contribute in any way to solving the immigration problem," and is inconsistent with US-Mexico talks aimed at "building a modern, prosperous and safe border," the statement read.

There was a time when Mexico’s aggression would be considered an act of war.  There was a time when States would act without permission from Washington D.C.  There was a time when D.C. was put on notice, or else.  That time came in 1839 in Maine.  Here is an excerpt from: America's First Great Depression

This change happened in 1839, when Maine sent a party to clear the disputed land of British trespassers.  New Brunswick’s colonial government arrested the Maine party and threatened that it would use force to hold the territory.  Maine’s legislature responded in February 1839 by sending ten thousand state militiamen northward.  Maine’s governor warned Van Buren about suppressing a conflict with the British.  “Should you go against us upon this occasion – or not espouse our cause with warmth and earnestness and with a true American feeling, God only knows what the result will be politically.”  In Washington, Congress stoked the fires by authorizing the president to call out fifty thousand troops if needed to repel the British.

And what was the end result?

Once again, Van Buren sought the middle ground.  He endorsed Maine’s claim to the territory and at the same time assured Fox of his desire to avoid hostilities.  But Maine’s state militia ignored Van Buren’s call to disband while the two nations worked out a plan for resolving the dispute.  General Scott was sent to Maine and won the grudging agreement of state leaders to a plan of withdrawal of American and British forces from the contested territory.  An uneasy peace was restored.

What a different America we live in today!  Do you believe Obama would embrace our southern states with warmth and earnestness and a true American feeling?  Yea didn’t think so.

Illegal Aliens Get Lei'd While Americans Get Screwed

You spent years scrimping and saving for a once in a lifetime trip to Hawaii.  Come to find out, you could have gone for “free” if only you were an illegal alien.  Watchdog.org reported the following:

HONOLULU — Although 2,500 miles from the continental United States, Hawaii has joined the list of states temporarily housing unaccompanied minors from Central America who have illegally crossed into America through the Southwest border. 

Who’s paying the freight? You, the taxpayer.

 Don’t you feel like a sucker?  Not only did you pay for your own vacation, you’re paying to reunify an illegal alien family.

Kenneth Wolfe, a spokesman the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, told Watchdog.org that “between January 1 and July 7, a total of eight minors were discharged from the unaccompanied alien children program to sponsors in Hawaii.”

Wolfe couldn’t offer any details on the ages and countries of origin of the children, where the children are now living, or who is sponsoring them in Hawaii. However, he added the sponsors are “mostly family members of the child. In fact, more than half are parents of the minor.”

That sounds about right.  Illegal aliens get lei’d while the American taxpayer gets screwed.

One of Obama's Diseased Kids is Loose!

One of Obama’s kids is running loose.  An arrest warrant has been issued for a 25 year old illegal alien with tuberculosis.  NewsMax published the following:

Prosecutors in Central California have obtained an arrest warrant for a tuberculosis patient who they say is contagious and has refused treatment.

San Joaquin County Deputy District Attorney Stephen Taylor said Thursday that police are looking for 25-year-old Eduardo Rosas Cruz, a transient who comes from a part of Mexico known for a drug-resistant strain of tuberculosis.

His immigration status was unclear Thursday.

Tuberculosis spreads through the air when infected people cough, sneeze, or otherwise expel air from their lungs. The disease can be deadly.

Prosecutors say Rosas Cruz was diagnosed in March when he went to the hospital for treatment of a severe cough. He was supposed to stay in a motel room, where a health worker would deliver his medication and watch him take it. But prosecutors say he took off.

How did this guy get loose?  Didn’t HHS promise the American people that the diseased wouldn’t be unleashed on the public?  Here is another reason not to trust this government.
