Clinton Crime Family Face RICO Allegations

A couple of months ago, Rush Limbaugh declared Bill and Hillary Clinton were using their foundation as a front for illegal activity.  If I remember correctly, he called it the Clinton Crime Family Foundation.  Many thought he was being facetious, and at the time it sure seemed that way, but there is truth in humor.  RICO allegations have been leveled at the former first family.

Mr. Klayman also requested Mrs. Clinton’s and other State Department records pertaining to waivers that were granted for persons, companies, countries and other interests that do business with Iran, undermining economic sanctions. 

“This is the first and only hard-hitting case to address the growing email scandal,” Mr. Klayman said in a statement. “What Hillary Clinton, her husband, and their foundation have done is nothing new. It is simply part of a criminal enterprise which dates back at least 10 years, all designed to enrich themselves personally at the expense of the American people and our nation. It’s time, however, that they finally be held legally accountable.”

The Democratic Party is mobbed up.  You have the Obama syndicate operating out of Chicago.  And now we have the Arkansas – New York connection.  This has the making of television series.  Instead of the “Mob Files” we could name it “The Progressive Files.”

Mob Boss Provides Islamist a Blueprint for Muzzling FBI

The sixties and early seventies was a high water mark for the civil rights movement in the United States.  Leaders like Martin Luther King Jr. and Medger Evers paid the ultimate price for equal rights and protection under the law.  This was, and continues to be, a noble cause.  However, there are always shysters who will try to exploit decency for dubious and nefarious purposes.

I watched a fascinating documentary a couple of days ago.  In 1970, mob boss, Joe Colombo of the Colombo crime family, had a brilliant idea.  The best defense is a good offense.  Why not form a civil rights organization himself?  What better way to get the FBI off of his back?  He and his crime family were under constant surveillance.  His son was arrested for melting down coins for silver content.  Aren’t his civil rights being violated?  Isn’t he an American like everyone else?  What is a mob boss to do?  Why picket the FBI of course!

Within months Joe Colombo had 45,000 dues-paying members.  Luminaries like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Governor Nelson Rockefeller attended fundraisers, and became members, for what became the Italian- American Civil Rights League.  This organization had enough clout to cower the FBI into what can be considered the first government sanctioned political correctness program. 

Joe Colombo had accomplished a milestone.  He was able to have the FBI expunge all derogatory language and references to the mob in their memos and press conferences.  He even shutdown the filming of the Godfather in New York City until the producers met his demands.  Now that takes some balls! 

The “religion of peace” has paid homage to Joe Colombo.  They have followed the mob boss’s blueprint for cowering the FBI and other law enforcement agencies.  Just recently, 75 Islamic organizations sent a letter to the FBI taking umbrage at governmental instructions and “inappropriate teachings” about Islam and their followers.  Many of these organizations are unindicted co-conspirators to terrorist organizations such as Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood.

So hats off to Joe Colombo for providing a politically correct guide for muzzling the federal government.  Too bad it doesn’t work for the Tea Party.

Dem Capos Demand Don Obama Enforce Loyalty Oaths

Senate Democrats want a crackdown on companies that have fled their extortionist policies.  Capos Durbin, Warren and Reed want Don Obama to remind these taxpaying soldiers of their obligation to the federal government.  They want undying loyalty to this thing called Cosa Nostra.  Here is an excerpt from their letter to the Godfather, as reported by the Hill:

“Corporations that renounce their U.S. corporate citizenship should not be able to reap all the benefits that American tax dollars provide,” they wrote. “We urge you to use your authority to stand up for American companies which are proud to be part of our nation and reduce U.S. incentives for others corporations which would abandon their responsibilities to their country for a nod of approval from Wall Street.”

The senators warned that 47 corporations have inverted operations in the last decade, with over a dozen more announcing plans to do the same. If the government does not act soon, the U.S. could lose billions of dollars in tax revenue from companies that enjoy perks provided here, they cautioned.

“Inverted corporations take advantage of all the things American tax dollars provide—from tax credits for research and development, investments in transportation infrastructure, and strong patent and copyright protections, to profiting from taxpayer-supported programs like Medicare and the Veterans Health Administration. Yet, these companies claim to be foreign corporations when it’s time to pay their tax bill,” they wrote.

The federal mafia needs those soldiers producing.  And they had better.  After all, they have all the benefits of this thing called a family.  By the way, once you’re in, you can’t leave.

Obama's HHS Capo Makes Offer States Hadn't Better Refuse

The syndicate known as the Obama administration is using one of its capos to strong arm the States into setting up Obamacare exchanges.  The U.S. Department of Health and Human services is making an offer that a once free and independent people can’t refuse.

Residents of states that refuse to set up health insurance exchanges under Obamacare are set to be hit with higher premiums under new rules announced by the Health and Human Services Department.

Insurance companies will be charged 3.5 percent of any premiums they sell through the federal exchanges, the department announced Friday.

And insurers are likely to pass that surcharge on to clients, leading to higher premiums.

The only states to be affected are those that refuse to set up their own exchanges because of opposition to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. They are almost certain to be those under Republican control. In those states, HHS will set up the exchanges

GOP governors are taking a hard line against implementing any part of the healthcare law, which will mean insurers in their states will need to pay the monthly fee, The Hill reports.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer announced this week that her state will not set up an exchange, calling the proposal "too expensive and too risky." Her decision brings the total of states refusing to comply with the act's provisions up to 17.

The exchanges were supposed to be up and running in all states by 2014. HHS plans to charge insurers 3.5 percent of the premiums for each plan they sell through the federal exchange.

If that’s the case, then why would anyone buy a policy from one of these exchanges?  Why not just bypass these thugs and go directly to the insurance companies?  Or will we all receive horse heads at the foot of our beds if we don’t buy from the federal mobsters?
