Obama: Thumb Sucker In Chief

I want to see Barack Obama’s thumb. I wonder how disfigured it is from being sucked all the time.

Last nights State of The Union address was un-presidential; if not out right creepy. He reminded me of Hugo Chavez. Obama blamed everybody, but himself for the financial crisis that we are in. He demonized the banks, big businesses, talk show host, members of congress, the Supreme Court, and even the American people for undermining his policies.

Obama out right lied when he said that 95% of the American people received a tax cut. Really? Somehow I missed out. He stated lobbyist are banned from HIS White House. Eric Erickson of RedState.com listed a bunch of lobbyist who are in the Obama Administration.

Obama stated the following:

We can't afford another so-called economic "expansion" like the one from the last decade –- what some call the "lost decade" -– where jobs grew more slowly than during any prior expansion; where the income of the average American household declined while the cost of health care and tuition reached record highs; where prosperity was built on a housing bubble and financial speculation.

Lost decade? That’s the first time I’ve heard the last decade as a “lost” one. The only truth in that statement was “where prosperity was built on a housing bubble and financial speculation”. Obama didn’t mention the federal government’s role, along with the policies of the Federal Reserve that created the conditions for that fiasco.

It amazes me how tone deaf this guy is. When he proclaimed that there are people who “disagree with the overwhelming scientific evidence on climate change”, I laughed out loud, as did many congressman. Is Obama not aware of the scandal committed by climatologist? Or the record amount of snowfall?

He is in denial of the repudiation of the democrat’s health care plan by the American people. From the tea parties, polls, and the last elections where republicans trounced their competitors; Obama refuses to concede. You would have thought that after the loss of Massachusetts senate seat, he would scrap that socialist monstrosity. No, he knows what’s best, and won’t stop fighting for “us”. What an arrogant ass.

It was particularly appalling when Obama attacked the Supreme Court for actually defending the Constitution. The gall of this guy is simply astounding. Obama received millions in campaign donations from people in other countries; yet, he condemns this ruling. What is worse, he outright lied about what the ruling was about. Justice Alito shook his head and mouthed “that’s not true.”

The last five minutes were really weird. Obama tried to distance himself from Washington:

But what frustrates the American people is a Washington where every day is Election Day. We can't wage a perpetual campaign where the only goal is to see who can get the most embarrassing headlines about the other side -– a belief that if you lose, I win. Neither party should delay or obstruct every single bill just because they can. The confirmation of -- () -- I'm speaking to both parties now. The confirmation of well-qualified public servants shouldn't be held hostage to the pet projects or grudges of a few individual senators.

Washington may think that saying anything about the other side, no matter how false, no matter how malicious, is just part of the game. But it's precisely such politics that has stopped either party from helping the American people. Worse yet, it's sowing further division among our citizens, further distrust in our government.

Well that is rich. Does this guy ever reflect upon his statements? Obama is one of the biggest demagogues in Washington. And he lectures everyone else? Wow!!

I believe it is dawning on the American people what kind of president we have, and they should be worried. And the democrats who were in attendance showed their “awakening” in the last five minutes of that speech.
