Singing the National Anthem is Deemed an Illegal Demonstration
So now it is against the law to sing the National Anthem at the Lincoln Memorial?
A group of students from the Young Americans Foundation spontaneously broke out into song, when a park ranger told them to shut up. Apparently singing the National Anthem is considered an illegal demonstration.
What is our country coming to when displays of patriotism is considered an illegal act?
Give the students credit. They participated in a time honored American activity: civil disobedience. They sang the Star Spangled Banner anyway.

Its an outdoor monument. This "federal law" doesn't make any sense.
