Obamacare Advocates Use 1792 Militia Act to Enslave Us All
The totalitarians are desperate in trying to justify Obamacare. The O’Reilly Factor had an advocate, or should I say subjugator, defend nationalized healthcare based on the commerce clause. Caroline Frederickson used the 1792 Militia Act as a vehicle to subvert our liberties. Her contention is that citizens, i.e. Militias were required to pay for their own armaments and ammunition; therefore the federal government has a right to dictate that we buy a product for the good of the nation.
Of course, Ms Fredrickson failed to reveal that the regulations only applied to male citizens between the ages of 18 and 45; and that government employees, along with specialized trades, such as ferryman, were exempt. But more importantly she omitted the fact that the Constitution explicitly states that Congress has an ENUMERATED MANDATE to regulate the militias under Article One, Section Eight:
To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
To provide and maintain a Navy;
To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
The progressives, or should we say subjugators, will lie, cheat and steal to rule over us all. And universal health care is their vehicle.
